The molecular code anti-counterfeiting tracing method based on the PET material is characterized by comprising the molecular code anti-counterfeiting tracing technology based on the PET material and the molecular code anti-counterfeiting tracing equipment based on the PET material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, and further comprising the following steps:
s1: when a product with PET material enters a production line, the height of laser coding equipment is detected manually, and the focal length of a laser head is adjusted, so that a pattern can be printed at a proper position on the PET material;
S2: starting a production coding system on an industrial control platform, confirming that the laser machine and the photoelectric switch are normally connected with the industrial control platform, and transmitting data back to an anti-counterfeiting traceability system normally;
S3: when the product passes through the production line, the product is sensed by the photoelectric switch, and then the code-giving system of the production line is triggered to send codes to the laser equipment;
S4: under the control of a computer, the laser machine equipment discharges a laser through pulses so as to output controlled high-frequency pulse laser to form a beam with certain frequency and pulse width, the pulse laser beam is focused on a proper position on a PET material through a focusing lens group after being conducted and reflected by a light path to form a fine and high-energy light spot, continuous effective displacement is carried out according to a preset character pattern, the character pattern is processed into a complete digital pattern, and unique code assignment operation on a product is completed;
S5: when tracing the unique code, because each high-energy laser pulse can change and interact the molecular mechanism inside the PET bottle wall, the light can be absorbed and blackened under the irradiation of a specific light source, the light can be compared with the reflection of other materials which are not focused by the laser pulse, and the pattern developing effect is achieved under the contrast of brightness;
S6: the tracing code on the PET material is identified manually through the graph, and then the corresponding digital binding information can be inquired in the anti-counterfeiting tracing system, so that the anti-counterfeiting tracing operation on the product can be realized.
