Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a document processing method, a document processing device and client equipment. In one possible implementation, the obtaining module 11 is specifically configured to display a session selection interface of social software; the session selection interface comprises at least one piece of session information to be selected; and in response to the third operation, selecting one piece of the session information to be selected from the at least one piece of the session information to be selected as the target session information.

In one possible implementation, the extracting module 12 is specifically configured to filter, according to preset file format information, content information that does not match the file format information from the session record, so as to obtain the printed document.

In a possible implementation, the apparatus further comprises a sending module 15. The transmission module 15 is configured to transmit a print instruction to the server, the print instruction including a target document for the server to convert the target document into a printer identifiable file, and transmit the printer identifiable file to the image forming apparatus.

In the embodiment of the invention, the current layer of session record and the next layer of session record contained in the current layer of session record are identified from the target session information of the social software, and the printing document contained in at least one layer of session record in the target session information is extracted. I.e., a print document can be extracted from each layer of session record in the target session information so as to be displayed in the document selection interface, and the target document is selected for printing in response to the first operation. The document processing method in the embodiment of the invention is perfect when the printed document is extracted, and can prevent omission and a certain limit of the extraction of the printed document, thereby effectively improving the intelligent degree and convenience of the printing application program.

The embodiment of the invention provides a computer readable storage medium, which comprises a stored program, wherein the embodiment of the document processing method is controlled to be executed by client equipment where the storage medium is located when the program runs.

The embodiment of the invention provides client equipment, which comprises the following components: one or more processors; a memory; and one or more computer programs, wherein the one or more computer programs are stored in the memory, the one or more computer programs comprising instructions, which when executed by the client device, cause the client device to perform the document processing method described above.

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a client device according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the client device 20 includes: the processor 21, the memory 22, and the computer program 23 stored in the memory 22 and executable on the processor 21, the computer program 23 when executed by the processor 21 implements the document processing method in the embodiment, and is not described herein in detail to avoid repetition. Or the computer program, when executed by the processor 21, implements the functions of the embodiments applied to each model/unit in the client device 20, and is not described herein in detail for avoiding repetition.

Client device 20 includes, but is not limited to, a processor 21, a memory 22. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that fig. 7 is merely an example of client device 20 and is not intended to be limiting of client device 20, and may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or different components, e.g., client device 20 may also include input and output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.

The Processor 21 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), other general purpose Processor, digital signal Processor (DIGITAL SIGNAL Processor, DSP), application specific integrated circuit (Application SpecificIntegrated Circuit, ASIC), field-Programmable gate array (Field-Programmable GATE ARRAY, FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.

The memory 22 may be an internal storage unit of the client device 20, such as a hard disk or memory of the client device 20. The memory 22 may also be an external storage device of the client device 20, such as a plug-in hard disk provided on the client device 20, a smart memory card (SMART MEDIA CARD, SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) card, a flash memory card (FLASH CARD), or the like. Further, the memory 22 may also include both internal storage units and external storage devices of the client device 20. The memory 22 is used to store computer programs and other programs and data required for the image forming apparatus. The memory 22 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.

It will be clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, specific working procedures of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to corresponding procedures in the foregoing method embodiments, which are not repeated herein.

In the several embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed systems, devices, and methods may be implemented in other manners. 1.A document processing method, the method comprising:

Acquiring target session information of social software;

Identifying a current layer of session record of the target session information and a next layer of session record contained in the current layer of session record, extracting a print document contained in at least one layer of session record in the target session information, and displaying the extracted print document on a document selection interface;

And responding to a first operation on the printing documents, selecting a target document from at least one printing document for printing.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the identifying the current layer of session records of the target session information and the next layer of session records included in the current layer of session records, extracting the print document included in at least one layer of session records in the target session information, comprises:

If the current layer of session record is identified to contain the next layer of session record, extracting the print document of the next layer of session record;

and if the current layer of session record is identified to not contain the next layer of session record, confirming that the extraction of the printing document is finished.

3. The method according to claim 2, wherein if the current layer session record is identified as containing a next layer session record, extracting the print document of the layer session record by a second operation on the next layer session record;

The document selection interface comprises a selection inlet of the next-layer session record; the second operation is obtained through the selection portal.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein displaying the extracted printed document on a document selection interface comprises:

And displaying all the printing documents contained in the target session information on the document selection interface.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the target session information of the social software comprises:

displaying a session selection interface of the social software; the session selection interface comprises at least one piece of session information to be selected;

And responding to a third operation, and selecting one piece of session information to be selected from at least one piece of session information to be selected as the target session information.

6. The method according to claim 1, wherein said extracting the print document contained in at least one layer of session records in the target session information comprises:

and filtering content information which is not matched with the file format information from the session record according to preset file format information to obtain the printed document.

7. A document processing apparatus, comprising:

The acquisition module is used for acquiring target session information of the social software;

The extraction module is used for identifying a current layer of session record of the target session information and a next layer of session record contained in the current layer of session record, and extracting a printing document contained in at least one layer of session record in the target session information;

the display module is used for displaying the extracted printed document on a document selection interface;

And the selecting module is used for responding to the first operation on the printing documents, and selecting a target document from at least one printing document to print.

8. The document processing apparatus of claim 7, wherein the extraction module comprises:

A first extracting unit, configured to extract the print document of a next-layer session record if it is identified that the current-layer session record includes the next-layer session record;

And the second extraction unit is used for confirming that the extraction of the printing document is finished if the current layer of session record is identified to not contain the next layer of session record.

A client device, comprising: one or more processors; a memory; and one or more computer programs, wherein the one or more computer programs are stored in the memory, the one or more computer programs comprising instructions, which when executed by the client device, cause the client device to perform the document processing method of any of claims 1 to 6.

A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein the program, when run, controls a client device on which the computer-readable storage medium is located to perform the document processing method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
