In some embodiments, a reinforcement is provided in the middle of the chassis 221 to reinforce the structure of the chassis 221, ensuring that the chassis 221 has sufficient strength for supporting other structures of the laundry treating assembly 2, and ensuring stability of the overall arrangement of the laundry treating assembly 2.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the middle portion of the base 1 is provided with a reinforcing portion to reinforce the structure of the base 1, so as to ensure that the base 1 has sufficient strength for supporting the support assembly 3 and the laundry treating assembly 2 on the support assembly 3, and ensure the stability of the laundry treating apparatus as a whole.
In some embodiments, the reinforcing portion forms a reinforcing concave portion, a reinforcing convex portion, or a flanging hole to reduce processing difficulty and ensure stability of the overall structure of the laundry treating apparatus.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the reinforcing portion is formed as a burring hole, and by removing the material of the middle portion of the base 1 and the middle portion of the chassis 221, the structure can be reinforced with the burring hole while achieving the weight reduction of the overall structure of the laundry treating apparatus.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the driving device 22 includes: a bracket 222, a drive motor 223 and a clutch 224.
The clutch 224 is connected to the driving motor 223 and the laundry treating tub 21, the driving motor 223 is capable of outputting torque through the output shaft, driving force is transmitted to the laundry treating tub 21 through the clutch 224 after being treated by the clutch 224, the laundry treating tub 21 is driven to rotate, the driving motor 223 is supported on the chassis 221, the chassis 221 is capable of supporting the driving motor 223, and the clutch 224 connected to the driving motor 223 and the laundry treating tub 21 connected to the clutch 224. The clutch 224 is arranged on the bracket 222, the bracket 222 is connected with the chassis 221, that is, the clutch 224 is supported on the chassis 221 through the bracket 222, and is also supported on the chassis 221 through the driving motor 223, and the clutch 224 is supported on the chassis 221 through the bracket 222, so that the stability of the whole structure of the clutch 224 can be ensured, and the driving motor 223 is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge stress.
One specific embodiment of the laundry treating apparatus will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The clothes treating apparatus of the embodiment of the invention comprises: a base 1, a support assembly 3 and a laundry treating assembly 2.
Wherein the laundry treating assembly 2 comprises a driving means 22 and a laundry treating tub 21, and the driving means 22 comprises: chassis 221, support 222, driving motor 223 and clutch 224, driving motor 223 supports on chassis 221, and chassis 221 can support driving motor 223, and driving motor 223 is connected with clutch 224, and clutch 224 locates support 222, supports through support 222 and sets up on chassis 221, and clutch 224 still is connected with clothing processing bucket 21, and driving motor 223 can pass through output shaft output moment, and driving force passes through clutch 224 and transmits clothing processing bucket 21 after the processing of clutch 224, drives clothing processing bucket 21 and rotates.
The laundry treating tub 21 is rotated by the driving device 22, and the driving device 22 has a tendency to move with respect to the base 1 and generates vibration due to centrifugal force generated during the rotation of the laundry treating tub. The support assembly 3 is disposed between the chassis 221 and the base 1 to provide stable friction to the chassis 221, thereby avoiding irregular vibration of the laundry treating assembly 2.
The support assembly 3 includes: the first support member 31 is arranged above the second support member 32, and the elastic member 33 is arranged between the first support member 33 and the second support member 32.
Wherein, the first supporting piece 31 and the second supporting piece 32 are both formed into a ring-mounted structure, the first supporting piece 31 has a first inner hole, the second supporting piece 32 has a second inner hole, the elastic piece 33 comprises a plurality of elastic pieces 33, the plurality of elastic pieces 33 are arranged between the first supporting piece 31 and the second supporting piece 32 at intervals, and the plurality of elastic pieces 33 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the ring-shaped structure.
The lower surface of first support piece 31 is equipped with first location portion 311, the upper surface of second support piece 32 is equipped with second location portion 321, first location portion 311 corresponds with the position of second location portion 321, first location portion 311 and second location portion 321 form the constant head tank that inside has the location projection respectively, the location projection forms on the diapire of constant head tank, elastic component 33 is the spring, the spring sets up in the constant head tank and the spring encircles the setting of location projection, the both ends of spring are connected with the diapire of the constant head tank of first support piece 31 or the diapire of the constant head tank of second support piece 32 respectively.
The first supporting piece 31 is provided with a plurality of spacing convex parts and spacing grooves in a staggered manner, the spacing convex parts and the spacing grooves are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first supporting piece 31 which is formed into an annular structure, the second supporting piece 32 is also provided with a plurality of spacing convex parts and spacing grooves in a staggered manner, the spacing convex parts and the spacing grooves in the circumferential direction of the second supporting piece 32 which is formed into an annular structure are correspondingly matched with the spacing grooves in the second supporting piece 32, the spacing convex parts in the second supporting piece 32 are correspondingly matched with the spacing grooves in the first supporting piece 31, and the spacing parts and the matched parts are mutually matched to limit relative rotation between the first supporting piece 31 and the second supporting piece 32.
A plurality of grooves are provided on the upper surface of the first support 31 and the lower surface of the second support 32 to form a grain structure 34, and the grooves can also generate gaps with the base 1 or the laundry treating assembly 2 for exhausting while increasing friction between the support assembly 3 and the chassis 221 and the base 1.
Further, the first supporting member 31 is in contact fit with the chassis 221, the lower surface of the chassis 221 has a first mating surface, the first mating surface forms a first spherical surface protruding downward, the upper surface of the first supporting member 31 corresponds to the shape of the first mating surface, and the middle part of the chassis 221 has a first flanging hole.
The pore wall of the inner hole of the first supporting piece 31 can be in contact fit with the first matching surface, so that the chassis 221 can be limited by the supporting component 3, translational movement of the clothes treating component 2 in the horizontal direction is avoided, the first supporting piece 31 is in contact fit with the first matching surface of the chassis 221, stable friction force can be provided for the chassis 221, the chassis 221 is prevented from rotating under the action of centrifugal force, the structure of the chassis 221 is reinforced while the integral weight of the clothes treating component 2 is reduced due to the arrangement of the first flanging hole, and integral stability of the clothes treating device is ensured.
Further, the second supporting member 32 is in contact fit with the base 1, the upper surface of the base 1 is provided with a second matching surface, the second matching surface forms a second spherical surface protruding upwards, the lower surface of the second supporting member 32 corresponds to the shape of the second matching surface, and the middle part of the base 1 is provided with a second flanging hole.
The pore wall of the second support piece 32 hole can be matched with the second matching surface in a contact manner, so that the support component 3 can be limited by the chassis 221, translational movement of the support component 3 in the horizontal direction is avoided, the second support piece 32 is matched with the second matching surface of the chassis 221 in a contact manner, friction force can be provided for the support component 3, the support component 3 is prevented from rotating under the action of the clothes treatment component 2, the structure of the base 1 is reinforced while the integral weight of the clothes treatment device is reduced due to the arrangement of the second flanging hole, and integral stability of the clothes treatment device is ensured.
During operation of the clothes treating apparatus, when the clothes treating assembly 2 vibrates in the vertical direction, a part of the clothes treating assembly 2 moves away from the base 1, at this time, the corresponding second supporting member 32 of the part of the clothes treating assembly 2 is kept static under the action of gravity and friction force, energy accumulated in the elastic member 33 compressed between the first supporting member 31 and the second supporting member 32 can drive the first supporting member 31 to move away from the second supporting member 32, and the elastic member 33 is arranged to enable the first supporting member 31 to be kept in a state of being pressed against the clothes treating assembly 2 all the time.
And because the elastic members 33 are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the clothes treating assembly 2, when the clothes treating assembly 2 is eccentric, the elastic members 33 can provide power for the clothes treating assembly 2 to ensure the vertical centering of the rotation axis of the clothes treating assembly 2, and the stability of the whole structure of the clothes treating device is ensured.

1. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
a base;

4. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 2, wherein at least one of the first support member and the second support member forms a ring-like structure, and a plurality of the elastic members are arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the ring-like structure.
5. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a lower surface of the first support is provided with a first positioning portion, and an upper surface of the second support is provided with a second positioning portion;

The laundry treating device according to claim 7, wherein the limiting portion and the engaging portion are respectively plural, and the plurality of limiting portions/the engaging portion are arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of a second circumference, a center of which is located on a rotation axis of the laundry treating assembly.
9. The laundry treating device according to claim 7, wherein one of the stopper portion and the engaging portion is a stopper protrusion and the other is a stopper groove.
10. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the upper surface of the first support and/or the lower surface of the second support is provided with texturing.
11. The garment treatment device of claim 10, wherein the texture comprises a plurality of ribs and/or a plurality of grooves.
12. The laundry treatment apparatus of any one of claims 1-11, wherein the laundry treatment assembly comprises:
A rotatable laundry treating tub;
The driving device is supported on the supporting component and connected with the bottom of the clothes treatment barrel so as to drive the clothes treatment barrel to rotate;
The driving device comprises a chassis, the first supporting piece is in contact fit with the chassis, and the second supporting piece is in contact fit with the base.
