A domestic fumigator according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the household fumigator comprises a main machine 100 and a fumigating duct 110, the fumigating duct 110 is detachably connected with the main machine 100, the fumigating duct 110 is made of food-grade silica gel material, a user can smoke food by inserting the pipe orifice of the fumigating duct 110 into a fumigating cover or a fumigating bag, and the fumigating duct 110 can be separated from the main machine 100 and replaced after long-term aging.
The main unit 100 includes a smoke storage chamber 210, a gas guide chamber 500, and a smoke mixing section 400. The smoke mixing part 400 is provided with a smoke inlet pipe 410 communicating with the smoke storage chamber 210, a gas guide pipe 420 communicating with the gas guide chamber 500, and a smoke discharge pipe 430 communicating with the smoke guide pipe 110. The smoking chamber 210 is provided with a combustion chamber 310 penetrating the smoking chamber 210, and the smoking material is burned only in the combustion portion 311 and generates smoking gas. The smoke gas generated by the combustion of the smoke in the upper half of the combustion chamber 310 (i.e., the combustion portion 311) enters the smoke storage chamber 210. The smoky material is placed in the combustion chamber 310 and burned to produce smoky gases. An air blowing assembly 510 within the air guide chamber 500 generates a high-velocity air flow to blow into the air guide tube 420.
Wherein, the smoke inlet pipe 410 and the air duct 420 are mutually sleeved, and the pipe wall of the smoke inlet pipe 410 and the pipe wall of the air duct 420 are arranged at intervals; when the gas of the blowing component 510 is blown out from the gas guide pipe 420, the periphery of the gas guide pipe 420 forms negative pressure, and the smoke gas in the smoke storage chamber 210 enters the smoke mixing part 400 through the smoke inlet pipe 410 and is blown out along with the gas to the smoke outlet pipe 430.
Specifically, before food needs to be smoked, the air blowing component 510 is turned on, the air duct 420 blows out high-speed air flow, and at this time, the peripheral pressure of the high-speed air flow is reduced, so that a pressure difference is formed, and the air at the periphery of the air duct 420 flows into the high-speed air flow and enters the smoke exhaust pipe 430. At this time, the pressure of the smoke storage chamber 210 is greater than the pressure in the smoke mixing part 400, and the air of the smoke storage chamber 210 flows into the smoke mixing part 400 through the smoke inlet pipe 410. Since the combustion chamber 310 is communicated with the smoke storage chamber 210, the combustion chamber 310 is communicated with the outside, and the air flows from the combustion chamber 310 to the smoke storage chamber 210 to the smoke mixing part 400 and then enters the smoking pipe 110, so that unidirectional flow is formed. It should be noted that the smoking material burns and generates the smoking gas only in the upper half of the combustion chamber 310 (i.e., the combustion portion 311).
The user ignites the smoking material in the combustion chamber 310, and the smoking gas enters the smoking chamber 210, the smoke mixing part 400 and the smoking pipe 110 in the air flow direction, so that the smoking machine operates normally. The high-speed airflow is continuously blown out from the air duct 420 in the whole smoking process, and the smoking gas and the high-speed airflow are mixed and then enter the smoke exhaust pipe 430. Effectively preventing the smoke gas from entering the blowing unit 510 and corroding the blowing unit 510. The air blowing component 510 is independent of the smoke storage chamber 210 in the smoking process, so that the contact between the smoking gas and the air blowing component 510 is prevented from physical structure, the service life of the components of the smoking machine is effectively prolonged, and the service life of equipment is prolonged.
At present, the market uses a fan rotation and centrifugation mode to blow the smoke generated by burning materials out of a pipeline, and a motor shaft and fan blades are arranged in the whole smoke passage. The working parts are contacted with the smoke gas for a long time, and after a period of time, the smoke gas can corrode a motor shaft to cause the product to lose function.
Unlike the prior art, which adopts a centrifugal fan structure to drive the flow of the fumigated gas, the blowing assembly 510 of this embodiment adopts a blowing pump structure, and the blowing port of the blowing pump is connected with the air duct 420. The high-speed air flow generated by the air blowing pump pushes the smoking gas into the smoking conduit 110, and the air blowing pump does not need to be in direct contact with the smoking gas. The smoking gas is conveyed by utilizing a siphon mode, no working part is contacted with the smoking gas, the working part is not lost, and the service life is longer.
In other embodiments, the air blowing assembly 510 can also employ a centrifugal fan that channels air generated by the centrifugal fan into the air duct 420 within the air duct 500. The invention mainly realizes the separation of the smoke gas and the air blowing component 510 through the smoke mixing part 400, and the components of the air blowing component 510 do not need to work in the smoke storage chamber 210, thereby effectively avoiding the corrosion damage caused by the adhesion of smoke oil and other substances of the smoke gas on the air blowing component 510 and the sealing element.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the smoke mixing part 400 adopts a three-way structure, and the pipe openings of the smoke inlet pipe 410, the gas guide pipe 420 and the smoke exhaust pipe 430 are coaxially arranged. In this embodiment, the pipe orifices of the smoke inlet pipe 410, the air duct 420 and the smoke exhaust pipe 430 of the smoke mixing part 400 are all coaxially arranged, so that the turning of the gas flow can be reduced, the smoke and high-speed gas can be mixed more fully, the smoke is prevented from adhering to the inner wall of the smoke mixing part 400, and the inside of the smoke mixing part 400 is cleaned at a later period conveniently. Specifically, the smoke exhaust pipe 430 and the smoke inlet pipe 410 share the same pipe, and the air guide pipe 420 is located inside.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-5, the air duct 420 is disposed in the smoke inlet pipe 410, and an annular smoke inlet 440 is formed between the outer wall of the air duct 420 and the inner wall of the smoke inlet pipe 410. Specifically, the air duct 420 is located in the smoke inlet pipe 410, so that the cross-sectional area of the annular smoke inlet 440 is larger, more smoke can be introduced, the flow rate of the smoke is improved, and the smoke efficiency is improved.
It should be understood that the arrangement of the air duct 420 in the air intake duct 410 is not the only embodiment, and in other embodiments, the air intake duct 410 may be arranged in the air duct 420, that is, an annular air inlet is formed between the outer wall of the air intake duct 410 and the inner wall of the air duct 420, so that the flue gas is blown into the middle portion and joins the high-speed airflow toward the periphery, and the flue gas flow is small, so that the flue gas flow is suitable for micro-cooking and other food processing with small flue gas flow.
In a further embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the ratio of the annular inlet 440 to the radius of the air duct 420 is 0.8-2.0. In this embodiment, the smoke mixing part 400 is integrally formed with the main machine 100, the cross-sectional area of the annular smoke inlet 440 determines the flux of the smoke gas, and the cross-sectional area of the air duct 420 determines the flux of the high-speed air flow. By adjusting the ratio of the cross-sectional areas of the annular smoke inlet 440 and the air duct 420, the mixing ratio of the smoke gas and the high-speed air flow can be adjusted, and different smoking effects can be realized.
In other embodiments, the flue gas mixing portion 400 and the host 100 are in a detachable structure, and different gas mixing ratios are set for different specifications of flue gas mixing portions 400. The user selects the smoke mixing part 400 with corresponding specification according to the actual use requirement.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the mouth of the air duct 420 near one end of the smoke exhaust pipe 430 is tapered and diffused. Specifically, the high-speed air flow in the air duct 420 is diffused into the flue gas mixing part 400 at the end of the pipe orifice, and at this time, the air flow in the flue gas mixing pipe is large in volume, so that a vacuum effect is formed, the internal and external pressure difference between the smoke storage chamber 210 and the flue gas mixing part 400 is increased, and the flue gas in the smoke storage chamber 210 is promoted to enter the flue gas mixing part 400.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-5, an oil storage cup 220 is included, disposed within Chu Yanshi and below combustion chamber 310. Specifically, the oil storage cup 220 is arranged in the smoke storage chamber 210, one side of the opening of the oil storage cup 220 faces the combustion chamber 310, and the smoke oil generated by the combustion of the combustion chamber 310 drops into the oil storage cup 220 to collect the combustion products such as smoke oil and chips in a concentrated manner, so that the smoke storage chamber 210 is prevented from being polluted by the combustion products, and the subsequent cleaning is more convenient.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-5, the smoke-storage chamber 210 includes a detachably connected metal cover 230, the metal cover 230 is provided with a mounting base 231 communicating with the smoke-storage chamber 210, and the mounting base 231 is detachably connected with the combustion chamber 310. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the heat resistance and heat dissipation performance of the metal cover 230 are better, so that the fumigating machine can be used for a long time. The metal cover 230 is screwed to the opening of the smoke chamber 210, so that the smoke chamber 210 forms a closed cavity. The combustion chamber 310 is mounted to the metal cover 230 by a mounting base 231, and in particular, the combustion chamber 310 is screw-coupled with the mounting base 231 by screw threads. The user cleans the interior of the smoke chamber 210 by removing the metal lid 230.
