Optionally, in the case that the length of the chute 101 is fixed, the inclination angle of the chute 101 and the distance from the box mounting seat 100 in the fully opened state of the door body connection seat 200 satisfy the following relationship:
y 1=0.06α3-0.06α2 +1.84α+95.51, where y 1 is the distance from the box body mounting seat 100 in the fully opened state of the door body connecting seat 200, α is the inclination angle of the chute 101, and α is greater than or equal to 0 ° and less than or equal to 90 °.
Thus, according to the inclination angle of the chute 101 and by using the calculation formula, the distance from the box body installation seat 100 in the completely opened state of the door body connection seat 200 can be accurately calculated, so that when the refrigerator is installed and used in an embedded mode, the front displacement of the door body connection seat 200 can be accurately calculated by using the formula according to the use requirement of the scene of the embedded refrigerator, the installation of the refrigerator can be more reasonably planned conveniently, the use requirement of the scene of the embedded refrigerator can be met, and the installed refrigerator can be more convenient for a user to use.
Alternatively, the length of the chute 101 is proportional to the openable angle of the door body coupling seat 200 with respect to the box mounting seat 100. Like this, in order to satisfy the user and get the convenient demand of thing, the opening angle of door body connecting seat 200 needs as big as possible, and utilizes the length of spout 101 to be in direct proportion with the opening angle of door body connecting seat 200, but be convenient for rationally set up the opening angle of door body connecting seat 200 according to the length of spout 101 to reach the purpose of being convenient for the user to getting article to the refrigerator memory, improve the convenience of access, reinforcing user's use experience is felt.
Optionally, in the case that the inclination angle of the chute 101 is fixed, the length of the chute 101 and the openable angle of the door body connection seat 200 with respect to the box installation seat 100 satisfy the following relationship:
y 2=0.002l1 3-0.24l1 2+9.98l1 -71.72, wherein y 2 is an openable angle of the door connecting seat 200 relative to the box mounting seat 100, and l 1 is a length of the chute 101.
Like this, according to the length of spout 101 and utilize above-mentioned computational formula, can calculate the angle that door body connecting seat 200 can be opened for box mount pad 100 accurately to according to user's user demand and refrigerator's installation space, through setting up the length of spout 101 rationally, can control the opening angle of door body connecting seat 200 at more reasonable scope, both be convenient for the user get article to the refrigerator memory, improve the convenience of access, can reduce the influence of barrier to the refrigerator door body opening process again, avoid opening the time with the condition that the barrier takes place the European collision, satisfy the operation requirement when the refrigerator accomplishes the installation under specific installation scene.
Alternatively, the length between the two connection points on the door body connection socket 200 is inversely proportional to the openable angle of the door body connection socket 200 with respect to the case mount 100. Like this, the length between two tie points on the door body connecting seat 200 is bigger, then the smaller the angle that the door body connecting seat 200 can be opened, on the contrary the smaller the length between two tie points on the door body connecting seat 200, then the bigger the angle that the door body connecting seat 200 can be opened, and because the open angle of the door body connecting seat 200 needs to be as big as possible in order to satisfy the convenient demand of user's getting, therefore can rationally set up the openable angle of the door body connecting seat 200 according to the length between two tie points on the door body connecting seat 200, in order to reach the purpose of being convenient for the user to get article to the refrigerator memory, improve the convenience of access.
Optionally, the length between the two connection points on the door body connection socket 200 and the openable angle of the door body connection socket 200 with respect to the box mount 100 satisfy the following relationship:
y2=0.01l2 4-0.25l2 3+21.85l2 2-841.66l2+12497.59, Wherein y 2 is the openable angle of the door body connection base 200 relative to the box body installation base 100, and l 2 is the length between two connection points on the door body connection base 200.
Like this, according to the length between two tie points on door body connecting seat 200 and utilize above-mentioned formula, can calculate the angle that door body connecting seat 200 can be opened for box mount pad 100 accurately to according to user's user demand and refrigerator's installation space, through the length between two tie points on the reasonable setting door body connecting seat 200, can control the opening angle of door body connecting seat 200 at more reasonable scope, both be convenient for the user get article to the refrigerator memory, improve the convenience of access, can reduce the influence of barrier to the refrigerator door body opening process again, avoid opening the time with the condition that the barrier takes place the European collision, satisfy the use requirement when the refrigerator accomplishes the installation under specific installation scene.
Alternatively, the length of the connection point of the second link 302 to the box mount 100 from the side of the box mount 100 is proportional to the horizontal length between the side of the box mount 100 and the side of the door connector 200. Like this, in order to guarantee that the refrigerator leans on the wall to place in its inside important service area like drawer can normally pull out the use, the horizontal length between the side of box mount pad 100 and the side of door body connecting seat 200 when door body connecting seat 200 opens to the time of being of vital importance, the horizontal length of two needs as little as possible in order to guarantee that the drawer pulls out smoothly to use, consequently utilize the proportional relation, can set up the horizontal length between the side of box mount pad 100 and the side of door body connecting seat 200 more rationally, reduce the influence that causes the region that uses most conveniently to the refrigerator, improve the convenient degree that the refrigerator used.
Optionally, the length of the connection point of the second link 302 with the box mount 100 from the side of the box mount 100, and the horizontal length between the side of the box mount 100 and the side of the door connection mount 200 satisfy the following relationship:
y3=0.001l3 4-0.01l3 3-2.34l3 2+25.59l3-5.49, Wherein y 3 is the horizontal length between the side of the box body mounting seat 100 and the side of the door body connecting seat 200, and l 3 is the length of the connection point between the second connecting rod 302 and the box body mounting seat 100 from the side of the box body mounting seat 100.
Thus, according to the length of the connection point between the second connecting rod 302 and the box body mounting seat 100 from the side surface of the box body mounting seat 100 and by using the calculation formula, the horizontal length between the side surface of the box body mounting seat 100 and the side surface of the door body connecting seat 200 can be accurately calculated, the horizontal length between the box body mounting seat 100 and the door body connecting seat 200 can be set within a reasonable range, the drawer can be normally pulled out for use when the refrigerator is placed close to the wall, and the situation that more serious waste is caused to the most convenient area for use of the refrigerator is avoided.
It is understood that the horizontal length between the side of the case mounting seat 100 and the side of the door body coupling seat 200 means a horizontal distance between the front side of the door body coupling seat 200 and the side wall of the case mounting seat 100 in the case that the door body coupling seat 200 is opened to 90 °.
Alternatively, the length of the left displacement of the staggered point between the first link 301 and the second link 302 is inversely proportional to the horizontal length between the side of the box mount 100 and the side of the door body connection socket 200, and satisfies the following relationship:
y 3=0.002l4 3+0.29l4 2-24.42l4 +838.81, where y 3 is the horizontal length between the side of the box mount 100 and the side of the door mount 200, and l 4 is the length of the left shift of the intersection point between the first link 301 and the second link 302.
Like this, in order to guarantee that the refrigerator can be normally pulled out for use by an important use area such as a drawer therein when being placed by a wall, the horizontal length between the side surface of the box body installation seat 100 and the side surface of the door body connection seat 200 is critical when the door body connection seat 200 is opened to 90 degrees, and the horizontal length between the two needs to be as small as possible to ensure that the drawer is smoothly pulled out for use, so that the length of leftward displacement is utilized in a proportional relationship, according to the staggered point between the first connecting rod 301 and the second connecting rod 302, the horizontal length between the side surface of the box body installation seat 100 and the side surface of the door body connection seat 200 is reasonably set, the influence on the most convenient area for refrigerator use is reduced, the convenience degree of refrigerator use is improved, and better use experience is brought to users.
As shown in fig. 5, the link assembly 300 optionally includes: a first link 301, a second link 302, and a third link 303. The middle area of the second connecting rod 302 is hinged with the middle area of the first connecting rod 301, the first connecting rod 301 and the second connecting rod 302 are of sheet-shaped structures, and the surfaces of the two hinged surfaces are mutually abutted; the third connecting rod 303 is hinged with one end of the second connecting rod 302, and a limiting groove 304 extending based on the hinge point is arranged on the second connecting rod 302. Like this, first connecting rod 301 and second connecting rod 302 handing-over each other, bear the weight of refrigerator door body jointly, set up both into the sheet-shaped structure, and make the surface of both directly lean on each other, through reducing the respective thickness of both and the clearance between the two reaches the purpose that reduces whole hinge thickness, and make first connecting rod 301 and second connecting rod 302 lean on each other, increase the area of contact of both, make whole contact surface all can atress, improve the supportability, and then can keep the normal supporting effect of hinge, reduce the holistic thickness of hinge.
Alternatively, the first link 301, the second link 302, and the third link 303 are each solid structures. In this way, the first link 301, the second link 302 and the third link 303 are all solid structures, so that the thickness of the first link 301, the second link 302 and the third link 303 can be reduced, and the first link can maintain enough supporting force, so that the whole hinge has enough bearing effect and deformation damage is prevented.
Alternatively, the first link 301 and the second link 302 have the same thickness, and the third link 303 has a thickness greater than that of the first link 301. Like this, first connecting rod 301 and second connecting rod 302 have the same thickness, its bearing capacity is the same, the weight that bears when mutually supporting can share its as the connecting piece better, keep minimum thickness under the condition that makes its bearing capacity enough, because the one end of third connecting rod 303 needs to be connected with second connecting rod 302, the tie point department of connecting rod unsettled lacks the support, need be more firm, in order to provide good support, therefore the thickness setting of third connecting rod 303 is greater than the thickness of first connecting rod 301 and second connecting rod 302, make it can be connected with second connecting rod 302 through the mode of centre gripping, improve the stability of connecting rod connection, and then improve the holistic bearing capacity of hinge.
Optionally, the third link 303 is shorter in length than the first link 301 and the second link 302. In this way, when the links are in the storage state, the third link 303 is folded to be close to the first link 301 and the second link 302, and one end of the first link 301 and one end of the third link 303 are used for connecting the door body, so that the length of the third link 303 is set smaller than the lengths of the first link 301 and the second link 302, so that after the links are folded, the one end of the third link 303 is kept at a sufficient distance from the one end of the first link 301, and further, two points for connecting the door body have a sufficient gap, so that the balance of the holding force is better, and the overall supporting capability of the hinge is improved.
Optionally, one end of at least one link of the link assembly 300 is provided with a clamping groove 305, and the clamping groove 305 clamps and is rotatably connected to one end of the other link. Like this, set up the connecting rod to the sheet structure, can reduce the holistic thickness of hinge, wherein the position that connecting rod and connecting rod are connected in the hinge becomes unsettled tie point, this position is not connected with box mount pad 100 or door body connecting seat 200, the atress is great, consequently set up centre gripping groove 305 in one of them connecting rod's one end for the one end of centre gripping another connecting rod can improve the stability that this position is connected, make this position can bear great power, prevent the hookup location atress between connecting rod and the connecting rod warp, perhaps take place to rock, improve the stability of connecting between the connecting rod, and then keep the holistic bearing capacity of hinge.
Alternatively, the clamping groove 305 is a groove formed in the connecting rod, and the outer side wall of the clamping groove is flush with the surface of the connecting rod. Therefore, the position of the groove on the connecting rod does not protrude out of the surface of the connecting rod, and the whole thickness of the hinge is prevented from being influenced.
Alternatively, one end of the link clamped in the clamping groove 305 is circular arc-shaped. Thus, the connecting rods can be prevented from being clamped on the inner wall of the clamping groove 305 when rotating in the clamping groove 305, and the smoothness of rotation between the two connecting rods can be improved.
Optionally, a clamping groove 305 is provided on the third link 303. In this way, since the first connecting rod 301 and the second connecting rod 302 are hinged to each other and are staggered and in a stacked state, the stacking thickness of the first connecting rod 301 and the second connecting rod 302 is larger, the clamping groove 305 is required to clamp one connecting rod, the thickness of the setting position is larger, and the third connecting rod 303 is not required to be staggered with the first connecting rod 301, so that the clamping groove 305 is arranged on the third connecting rod 303, the side space of the first connecting rod 301 and the side space of the second connecting rod 302 can be fully utilized, the whole thickness of the connecting rod assembly 300 can not be excessively increased, the whole hinge is kept thinner, and the space occupation of the hinge is reduced.
Optionally, the second link 302 is provided with a limit groove 304 extending based on a connection point of the second link 302 and the third link 303. In this way, in the state where the link assembly 300 is folded, the second link 302 and the third link 303 are partially overlapped, and the limiting groove 304 is provided on the second link 302, so that on one hand, the position of the third link 303 can be limited, and the third link 303 is prevented from being excessively close to the second link 302, so that the links are blocked mutually, and on the other hand, a certain accommodating space is vacated for the third link 303, so that the thickness of the whole link assembly 300 can be further reduced.
Optionally, the side edge of the limit groove 304 is the same as the contour of the side edge of the third link 303. In this way, when the third link 303 and the second link 302 are close to each other, the side edge of the third link 303 can be completely attached to the side edge of the stopper groove 304, and the stability of the folding and attaching between the third link 303 and the second link 302 can be maintained.
Alternatively, the first link 301 and the second link 302 have the same length, and the center points of the two are hinged to each other. In this way, in the process of bearing the hinge, the first connecting rod 301 and the second connecting rod 302 are hinged, so that the first connecting rod 301 and the second connecting rod 302 are required to be matched with each other to bear the weight together, the lengths of the first connecting rod 301 and the second connecting rod 302 are set to be the same, the forces can be distributed on the first connecting rod 301 and the second connecting rod more uniformly, the overall supporting force is improved, the centers of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are hinged, the peripheries of the hinge points are equal in length, and the bearing force of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod is better dispersed.
Optionally, the third link 303 has a bending section 306. In this way, the bending section 306 is arranged on the third connecting rod 303, so that when the third connecting rod 303 is folded relative to the second connecting rod 302, a certain distance can be kept between the third connecting rod and the second connecting rod 302, and the second connecting rod 302 and the third connecting rod 303 are prevented from being blocked mutually when the hinge is stored, so that the normal operation of the hinge is prevented from being influenced.
Alternatively, the first link 301 and the second link 302 are each in a straight bar-shaped structure. In this way, after the first connecting rod 301 and the second connecting rod 302 are hinged, the displacement of the two ends of the two connecting rods is kept consistent, and the movement track of opening the door body is better controlled.
Optionally, the bending section 306 on the third link 303 is disposed at an end of the third link 303 connected to the second link 302. In this way, the third connecting rod 303 can be bent to one side at the connection position with the second connecting rod 302, and when the third connecting rod 303 is folded to be close to the second connecting rod 302, a certain distance is kept between the third connecting rod 303 and the second connecting rod 302, so that the second connecting rod 302 and the third connecting rod 303 are prevented from being blocked mutually, and the normal operation of the hinge is prevented from being influenced.
Optionally, the box mount 100 is U-shaped in cross section, defining a receptacle therebetween. Like this, the cross section design of box mount pad 100 is the U-shaped, can form the holding portion of indent, and then fixes link assembly 300's one end better, and from both sides centre gripping link assembly 300, can share the power of transmission on the centre gripping assembly better, reduces the atress of swivelling joint department, improves link assembly 300's bearing capacity, keeps the holistic stability of hinge.
It is to be understood that the U-shaped opening, i.e. the opening of the receptacle, faces the door body during installation, and the rear side thereof serves for connection of the housing.
As shown in fig. 6-9, in some embodiments, the case mount 100 is a U-shaped mount defining a first receptacle 105; the door body connecting seat 200 is a U-shaped seat and defines a second accommodating portion 201; one end of the connecting rod assembly 300 is rotatably connected in the first accommodating part 105, and the other end is rotatably connected in the second accommodating cavity, wherein the box body mounting seat 100 is matched with the door body connecting seat 200 under the condition that the connecting rod assembly 300 is in a folded state, so that the first accommodating part 105 and the second accommodating part 201 completely wrap the connecting rod assembly 300. Like this, all set up box mount pad 100 and door body connecting seat 200 into the U-shaped seat, its inside sets up first accommodation portion 105 and second accommodation portion 201 respectively, under the condition that door body connecting seat 200 and box mount pad 100 adaptation are connected, utilize first accommodation portion 105 and second accommodation portion 201 can accomodate the parcel with whole link assembly 300, on the one hand can utilize the bottom side of first accommodation portion 105 to support link assembly 300, prevent that link assembly 300 atress takes place deformation for a long time under the condition that the door closed, on the other hand with link assembly 300 whole centre gripping in first accommodation portion 105 and second accommodation portion 201, can form fixedly to link assembly 300, prevent link assembly 300 from taking place to rock, improve the holistic stability of hinge.
Optionally, a mounting hole is formed on a rear sidewall of the case mounting seat 100 for fixedly mounting the case mounting seat 100 on the case, wherein the rear sidewall of the case mounting seat 100 is a sidewall opposite to the opening of the first receiving portion 105. Therefore, the box body is convenient to install and connected with the box body, other space is not additionally occupied, and the space occupation of the hinge is reduced.
Alternatively, the depth of the first receiving portion 105 is greater than the depth of the second receiving portion 201. Like this, because the weight of the door body passes through the transmission of link assembly 300, finally act on box mount pad 100, therefore box mount pad 100 also is as main bearing position when the door body is closed, set up the degree of depth of first holding portion 105 to be greater than the degree of depth of second holding portion 201, can accomodate the more positions of link assembly 300 into first holding portion 105 as far as possible, thereby utilize the better bearing link assembly 300 of first holding portion 105, reduce the atress of link assembly 300, prevent that link assembly 300 from producing the deformation for a long time atress, the stability of hinge overall use is improved, better bearing door body's weight when the door body is closed.
As will be appreciated, the first receiving portion 105 and the second receiving portion 201 are collectively referred to as receiving portions, and the depth of the receiving portions refers to the distance of the opening thereof from the inner side wall opposite the opening.
Optionally, a mating load bearing structure 500 is provided between the box mount 100 and the door mount 200. Like this, utilize cooperation bearing structure 500 to link up box mount pad 100 and door body connecting seat 200, directly transmit the box mount pad 100 with the last power of door body connecting seat 200 on, reduce the atress of link assembly 300, prevent that link assembly 300 atress from taking place deformation for a long time, the door body that leads to rocks scheduling problem.
As shown in fig. 8, optionally, the mating load bearing structure 500 includes: a load bearing groove 501 and a load bearing protrusion 502. The bearing groove 501 is arranged on the box body mounting seat 100; the bearing protrusion 502 is disposed on the door body connecting seat 200 and can be connected with the bearing groove 501 in an adaptive manner, so that the box body mounting seat 100 forms a bearing function on the door body connecting seat 200. Thus, when the door is closed, the door connecting seat 200 is opposite to the box mounting seat 100, so that the bearing protrusion 502 provided on the door connecting seat 200 is inserted into the bearing groove 501 of the box mounting seat 100, and the force on the door connecting seat 200 is directly transferred to the box mounting seat 100 through the bearing protrusion 502, so that the stress of the connecting rod assembly 300 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 9, alternatively, the door body connecting seat 200 is provided with a right-angle connecting sheet 202, one surface of the right-angle connecting sheet 202 is detachably connected with the door body connecting seat 200, and the other surface is used for fixing the door body. Thus, the side edge of the door body can be better fixed through the right-angle connecting sheet 202, so that the door body can be better contacted with the box body without being blocked by the hinge, and the joint between the door body and the box body is kept.
As shown in fig. 10, in some embodiments, the ends of the links rotatably coupled to the case mount 100 and rotatably coupled to the door body coupling mount 200 are each configured with a protrusion 307 protruding outwardly from the vertical link surface. Like this, be provided with bulge 307 in the one end of connecting rod and box mount pad 100 and door body connecting seat 200, make the side of connecting rod can with the contact of box mount pad 100 and the inside wall of door body connecting seat 200, enlarge area of contact, utilize box mount pad 100 and door body connecting seat 200 centre gripping connecting rod, better transfer to box mount pad 100 and door body connecting seat 200 with the weight that the connecting rod bore, better protection connecting rod reduces the atress of connecting rod, prevent that the connecting rod warp, through this structural design after adopting the sheet connecting rod to reduce the whole back of hinge, can keep the holistic bearing capacity of hinge, improve the stationarity that the hinge was used.
Optionally, the sum of the thicknesses of the connecting rod and its provided projection 307 is adapted to the thickness of the cavity of the U-shaped seat in which it is mounted. Like this, can make the connecting rod and bulge 307, fill up between the upper and lower both sides wall of U-shaped seat inner chamber, make the connecting rod can be more abundant with the inside wall contact of U-shaped seat, on the one hand can prevent that the connecting rod from rocking in the U-shaped seat, on the other hand can utilize the upper and lower lateral wall of U-shaped seat to support the connecting rod better, improve the bearing capacity of connecting rod, keep the holistic stability of hinge.
Alternatively, with the linkage assembly 300 in the extended state, the tab 307 is just flush with or partially protrudes out of the opening of the receptacle. In this way, the connecting rod assembly 300 can be kept to have a larger contact area with the box body mounting seat 100 or the door body connecting seat 200 in the unfolded state, the connecting rod assembly 300 is better supported, the bearing capacity of the connecting rod assembly 300 is improved, and the stability of the integral hinge in use is kept.
Optionally, a connecting hole 308 is formed at an end of the connecting rod, a pin 103 is penetrated in the connecting hole 308, and the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the box body mounting seat 100 or the door body connecting seat 200 through the pin 103. Like this, with swivelling joint between connecting rod and the box mount pad 100 through round pin axle 103, make the connecting rod can rotate for box mount pad 100 to generally adopt the solid axle through round pin axle 103, comparatively firm and be difficult for warping, can bear the power of coming on the connecting rod better, make the connecting rod can keep stable rotation under the state of atress, improve the holistic bearing capacity of hinge and the stability of operation.
Alternatively, the protrusion 307 extends convexly around the connection hole 308 such that the connection hole 308 penetrates the link and its protrusion 307. Thus, the length of the connecting hole 308 can be increased, the contact area between the pin shaft 103 and the connecting hole 308 can be increased, the force on the connecting rod can be better shared, the whole bearing capacity of the hinge can be increased, and the stability of the hinge can be maintained.
Alternatively, the end of the connecting rod provided with the protrusion 307 is covered with the wear pad 400. In this way, since the protruding portion 307 is in close contact with the case mounting seat 100, abrasion is easy to occur, and the contact area is too large, so that the friction force is increased, and the rotation is affected, so that the wear pad 400 is covered at one end of the protruding portion 307, the abrasion of the protruding portion 307 and the case mounting seat 100 can be well reduced, and the wear pad 400 can also have a certain lubrication function, so that the relative rotation of the connecting rod and the case mounting seat 100 is smoother.
As shown in fig. 11-13, in some embodiments, the wear hinge further includes a door closer 600. The door closer 600 is disposed in the receiving portion and is combined with one link of the link assembly 300 in a linkage manner. Like this, through changing the structure of box mount pad 100, make its inside limit a holding portion, with the one end of link assembly 300 and the equal mount pad of door closer 600 in this holding portion, and make the door closer 600 and a connecting rod linkage combination in the link assembly 300, supplementary link assembly 300 accomodate the closure, it can overlap with link assembly 300 to integrate door closer 600 in box mount pad 100 inside, make it in the horizontal direction, do not additionally occupy the space, reduce hinge structure and the holistic thickness of door closer 600, practice thrift installation space, reduce the influence to the whole volume of refrigerator.
Alternatively, the door closer 600 is combined with the second link 302 in a linked manner. Thus, since the position of one end of the second connecting rod 302 relative to the box body mounting seat 100 is not changed and is located in the box body mounting seat 100, the second connecting rod 302 can be better matched with the door closer 600 for linkage, the door closer 600 applies force to the second connecting rod 302, the whole connecting rod assembly 300 can be driven to move through the second connecting rod 302, further, the auxiliary force during storage is provided for the whole connecting rod assembly 300, the door body is conveniently closed, and the door body is prevented from being opened by itself.
It should be understood that the linkage combination of the door closer 600 and the second link 302 means that the door closer 600 and the second link 302 have a follow-up property, and the door closer 600 may be directly connected to the second link 302 or may abut against the second link 302.
Optionally, one end of one of the links in the link assembly 300 is provided with a protruding stop 309, the protruding stop 309 being in linkage combination with the movable end of the door closer 600. In this way, by arranging the protruding stop 309 at one end of the connecting rod to enable the protruding stop 309 to be matched with the door closer 600, the door closer 600 can be better matched with the connecting rod to move, the door closer 600 can not be directly connected with the connecting rod, the door closer 600 is arranged at one side of the connecting rod, and the door closer 600 can be prevented from clamping the connecting rod to influence the normal storage of the connecting rod.
Alternatively, the protruding bar 309 and the connecting rod are integrally formed, and a set angle is formed between the protruding direction of the protruding bar 309 and the extending direction of the connecting rod. In this way, the integrity of the protruding bar 309 and the connecting rod can be maintained, so that the door closer is more stable, because two connecting rods which are arranged in a crossing way exist in the connecting rod assembly 300, an angle is necessarily formed between the unfolded state of the connecting rod and the box installation seat 100, and the door closer 600 is installed in the box installation seat 100, so that the space is saved, the door closer 600 needs to be installed in parallel to the box installation seat 100 as much as possible, and the protruding bar 309 is arranged to have a set angle with the connecting rod assembly 300, so that the door closer 600 can be better matched with the installation angle of the door closer 600, and the door closer 600 can better follow the connecting rod through the protruding bar 309.
As shown in fig. 13, alternatively, the protruding step 309 is provided with a positioning concave surface 310 and a sliding surface 311, and the positioning concave surface 310 is provided on a side of the protruding step 309 that interfaces with the link, and the sliding surface 311 is provided on a side of the protruding step 309 that opposes the link. Thus, when the connecting rod is in the folded state, one end of the door closer 600 can be clamped in the positioning concave surface 310, and further a certain limiting effect is provided for the movement of the connecting rod, so that the connecting rod is prevented from being opened by itself in the folded state, when the door closer is applied, the door is prevented from being opened by itself, cold leakage and the like are caused, when one end of the door closer 600 is close to the positioning concave surface 310 and is not completely clamped in the positioning concave surface 310, the door closer 600 has a sliding trend towards the positioning concave surface 310, and therefore the connecting rod can be assisted to be in a state of being fully folded just before the connecting rod is fully folded, when the door is applied, a small distance before the door is fully closed is provided with an auxiliary door closing force, the situation that the door is not fully closed by a user is prevented, and the door cannot be normally closed is prevented, when the door is fully slid out of the positioning concave surface 310 from the positioning concave surface 311 in the opening process of the door, at this moment, one end of the door closer 600 only slides on the sliding surface 311, the running of the connecting rod is not influenced, when the door is applied, the door is opened by a certain distance, and the door is prevented from being opened by the user, and the door is prevented from being opened normally.
As shown in fig. 12, alternatively, the door closer 600 includes: a slide rod 601, a slide seat 602 and a spring 603. One end of the sliding rod 601 is connected with the box body mounting seat 100 through a positioning seat; the sliding seat 602 is sleeved on the other end of the sliding rod 601 and can slide relative to the sliding rod 601, the sliding seat 602 is in sliding connection with the box body mounting seat 100, and the sliding direction of the sliding seat is the same as the extending direction of the sliding rod 601; the spring 603 is sleeved on the sliding rod 601 between the sliding seat 602 and the fixed position. In this way, one end of the door closer 600 is fixed, the other end can move along with one end of the connecting rod, and the restoring force is applied to the connecting rod through the restoring force of the spring 603, so that the connecting rod has a force which is inclined to the closing state of the door body, and the door body is driven to be closed better, wherein the spring 603 is sleeved on the sliding rod 601, the restoring force of the spring 603 can be limited to be along the direction of the sliding rod 601, and the spring 603 is prevented from deflecting to one side in the stress compression process, and the conduction of the force is influenced.
Optionally, the box mounting base 100 is provided with a sliding groove 106, and the sliding base 602 is provided with a protrusion, and the protrusion is limited to slide in the sliding groove 106. Thus, the stability of sliding of the slide base 602 in the housing mount 100 can be improved, and the slide base 602 is prevented from being deviated.
Optionally, a roller 604 is disposed on the sliding seat 602, and the roller 604 abuts against the protruding rail 309. Thus, the door closer 600 can be better matched with the connecting rod, moving friction can be generated between the door closer 600 and the connecting rod in the moving process of the connecting rod, the friction can be reduced by arranging the roller 604, so that the door closer 600 and the connecting rod can move more smoothly, on one hand, the abrasion can be reduced, and on the other hand, the friction noise can be avoided.
Optionally, the second link 302 is provided with a receiving groove 312, where the receiving groove 312 corresponds to the door closer 600, and part or all of the door closer 600 is located in the receiving groove 312 in the fully closed state of the door body connecting seat 200. In this way, the door closer 600 can avoid the situation that the second connecting rod 302 is blocked to rotate in the box body mounting seat 100, so as to ensure the stability of the closing process, and the sliding end of the door closer 600 can be stably abutted against the second connection, so as to ensure the stability of the closing process of the door body connecting seat 200.
14-15, In another alternative embodiment, a door closer 600 is disposed within the chute 101 and is in linkage combination with a link rotatably disposed within the chute 101. In this way, the chute 101 is provided on the box body mounting seat 100, and as the door body is opened relative to the box body, one end of the connecting rod in the connecting rod assembly 300 slides in the chute 101, and the door closer 600 is provided in the chute 101, so that the door closer 600 provided in the chute 101 has an auxiliary door closing effect by pushing the sliding of the connecting rod in the chute 101 because the association degree of the movement of the connecting rod relative to the chute 101 and the door body opening and closing is large, and the door closer 600 is provided in the chute 101, so that the normal auxiliary door closing effect can be maintained, and meanwhile, the space occupied by the door closer 600 can be fully utilized, the whole thickness of the hinge structure and the door closer 600 can be reduced, the installation space can be saved, and the influence on the whole volume of the refrigerator can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 14, the door closer 600 is alternatively a compression spring 605 which is provided along the chute 101, one end of which is fixed to one end of the chute 101, and the other end of which abuts on a portion of the link extending into the chute 101. Like this, can apply the power like spout 101 one end for sliding connection at spout 101 inner connecting rod through compression spring 605's restoring force all the time, can more steadily apply force for the connecting rod, and then make the connecting rod have the state of tending to accomodate all the time, and then drive the door body and tend to closed state, prevent that the door body from opening by oneself, and have supplementary better supplementary effect of closing the door when the user closes the door body, adopt compression spring 605 simple structure simultaneously, the production degree of difficulty is lower.
Optionally, an arcuate tab 606 is provided at the end of compression spring 605 that abuts the link. Therefore, the compression spring 605 and the connecting rod can be better combined, the contact position of the compression spring 605 and the connecting rod is prevented from slipping, the connection stability of the compression spring 605 and the connecting rod is improved, the rotation of the connecting rod is not influenced, and the smooth movement of the connecting rod is kept.
It should be understood that, when the link is fixed to the chute 101 by the pin 103, the contact between the compression spring 605 and the portion of the link extending into the chute 101 means contact with the pin 103.
Alternatively, the arc of the arc-shaped piece 606 is the same as the arc of the surface of the pin 103 inserted into the chute 101 on the connecting rod. In this way, the arc piece 606 can better abut against the pin 103, so that the arc piece and the pin are prevented from being separated, and the linkage stability of the arc piece and the pin is maintained.
The pin shaft 103 rotates relative to the arc-shaped sheet 606, so that one side of the arc-shaped sheet 606 facing the pin shaft 103 is set to be a smooth surface, friction force between the arc-shaped sheet 606 and the pin shaft is reduced, the pin shaft 103 rotates more smoothly, abrasion can be reduced, and friction noise is reduced.
Optionally, the compression spring 605 is sleeved on the positioning sliding rod 607, one end of the positioning sliding rod 607 is fixedly connected with the movable end of the compression spring 605, and the other end can slide out of the fixed end of the sliding chute 101 and the compression spring 605. In this way, the positioning sliding rod 607 can keep the compression and recovery processes of the compression spring 605 on the same straight line, prevent the compression spring 605 from shifting when being stressed, make the recovery force of the compression spring 605 conducted along the straight line, better push the connecting rod to move, and assist the user to close the door body.
Optionally, one end of the chute 101 is provided with a slide rod groove 608 along the extending direction of the chute 101, and one end of the compression spring 605 is fixed at the junction of the chute 101 and the slide rod groove 608. Thus, when the slide rod 607 is positioned to pass through the slide groove 101, the slide rod 601 can be accommodated by the slide rod groove 608, and the stability of the movement of the slide rod 601 can be maintained.
As shown in fig. 15, in some embodiments, the door closer 600 is an arc-shaped spring piece 609, where the arc-shaped spring piece 609 is attached to a side wall of the chute 101 and protrudes toward an inner wall of the chute 101, and can be flattened when the connecting rod passes. In this way, the volume of the door closer 600 can be further reduced, the door closer 600 is better combined with the chute 101 into a whole, the installation space is saved, the thickness of the hinge structure and the whole door closer 600 is reduced, the installation space is saved, and the influence on the whole volume of the refrigerator is reduced.
Alternatively, two sockets are provided on the side wall of the chute 101, and two ends of the arc-shaped spring piece 609 are fixedly inserted into the two sockets, respectively. Like this, because the thickness of arc inserted sheet is less, the fixed effect of ordinary fixed mode is not ideal, through all inserting the both ends of arc spring piece 609 in the socket, can play better fixed effect, prevent that arc spring piece 609 atress from taking place to drop.
Alternatively, in the collapsed state of the link assembly 300, one end of the link rotatably disposed in the chute 101 is located at the first end of the chute 101, and one end of the arc-shaped spring piece 609 is disposed at the first end of the chute 101. Thus, the arc-shaped spring piece 609 can play a limiting role, when the connecting rod assembly 300 is in a folded state, one end of the connecting rod is fixed, the connecting rod assembly 300 can be prevented from being opened by oneself, the door body is prevented from being opened by oneself, and the door body is kept to be closed tightly.
Optionally, a set gap is formed between the arc-shaped spring piece 609 and the first end of the chute 101, and a positioning portion is defined between the first end of the chute 101 and the arc-shaped spring piece 609, and the pin 103 connected with the connecting rod can be just clamped in the positioning portion. Thus, after the pin 103 passes through the arc-shaped spring piece 609, the pin 103 can be fixed at the first end of the chute 101, so that the pin 103 is prevented from moving, and the door body is kept closed and is prevented from being opened by itself when the door body is embodied in application.
Optionally, the arc of the arc spring 609 is divided into two segments, with the arc toward the first end of the chute 101 being less than the arc toward the other end. Thus, when the connecting rod assembly 300 is folded, under the condition that one connecting rod presses the arc-shaped spring piece 609, the connecting rod can be slowly pushed to the first end of the chute 101 under the action of the restoring force of the arc-shaped spring piece 609, so that a certain stroke is provided in the stress process, and the connecting rod assembly has a certain function of automatically closing the door body under the condition that a user does not completely close the door body, thereby preventing the door body from being not completely closed, and causing the conditions of cold leakage and the like.
