The bus 36 includes a control bus, an address bus, a data bus, and the like, and transmits signals to be transmitted and received to and from each unit of the recommended information generating device 3.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram showing the functional configuration of the recommendation information generation system 100 according to the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the recommended information generating apparatus 3 includes an information acquiring section 311, an extracting section 312, and an information generating section 313. The information acquisition unit 311, the extraction unit 312, and the information generation unit 313 are implemented by the processor 31.
The information acquisition unit 311 acquires first purchase information related to charging of the battery 12 of the vehicle 1. The information acquisition section 311 acquires second purchase information regarding purchase of the article or service by the user of the vehicle 1 after acquiring the first purchase information.
Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an example of purchase information according to the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, such purchase information as the first purchase information and the second purchase information includes a date and time, a location, contents of a purchased article or service, a purchase amount, and the like, at which the user makes a purchase.
Here, in order to determine whether the vehicle 1 can be charged properly, the charging station 4 acquires the charging date and time of the vehicle 1, the position of the charging station, the charging content including the amount of charge, the charge fee, and the like from the vehicle 1 when the vehicle 1 is charged.
The information acquisition unit 311 may acquire the first purchase information from the credit card information that the user paid for charging at the charging station 4, or may acquire the first purchase information from the charging station 4 when the charging station 4 is charged. The information acquisition unit 311 may acquire the second purchase information from credit card information when the user of the vehicle 1 purchases the article or service.
The extracting unit 312 extracts first position information from the first purchase information, the first position information being in a first position where the battery 12 is charged in the charging station 4. Here, since the position of the charging station 4 is determined in advance, the extraction section 312 may extract the first position information from the first purchase information among the first positions at which the storage battery 12 is charged.
The extracting section 312 extracts second location information in a second location where the user of the vehicle 1 purchased the article or service from the second purchase information. Here, since the position of the store or sales device where the user of the vehicle 1 purchased the article or service is determined in advance, the extraction section 312 may extract the second position information in the second position from the second purchase information.
The information generating unit 313 generates recommended information about a direction from the first position toward the second position based on the first position information and the second position information, and outputs the generated recommended information.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram for explaining a process of generating recommendation information. As shown in fig. 6, the information generating unit 313 particularly specifies a direction Q1 from the first position P1 toward the second position P2 with the first position P1 as a base point, based on the first position information and the second position information. Then, the information generating unit 313 estimates that the vehicle 1 is heading in the direction Q1 with the second position P2 as a base point, and generates recommended information related to the direction Q1.
Specifically, the recommended information includes information about the charging station 4 that exists in the vicinity of the direction Q1 and is capable of charging the battery 12 of the vehicle 1. The information on the charging station 4 may be, for example, information such as the position of the charging station 4, the charge fee, a charging form such as quick charge or regular charge, the number of charging stations 4, and the like. The recommended information may include not only information on the charging station 4 but also information on a eating house, a rest place, a accommodation facility, a shop for automobile supplies, a car repair factory, and the like existing in the vicinity of the direction Q1.
The information generating unit 313 estimates a travelable distance indicating a distance that the vehicle 1 can travel, based on the charge amount of the battery 12 included in the first purchase information. The information generating section 313 generates and outputs recommended information that exists in a range of the travelable distance in a direction from the first position toward the second position.
The information generation unit 313 may estimate the charge amount of the battery 12 based on the amount of the battery 12 charged in the first purchase information, and estimate the travelable distance based on the estimated charge amount instead of the above-described travelable distance estimation process.
Further, the information generating unit 313 estimates an attribute of the road on which the vehicle 1 is to travel, based on the second purchase information. The attribute of the road is, for example, a general road, a toll road, an expressway, or the like. For example, the information generating unit 313 estimates that the attribute of the road is the expressway section when the second purchase information includes payment of an expressway fee or payment of an electronic toll collection system (Electronic Toll Collection System, ETC).
When the attribute of the estimated road is the expressway section, the information generating unit 313 generates and outputs recommended information including information on the charging station 4 on the expressway. Here, the expressway section is a region where an automobile can travel at a high speed, separated from a general road.
The information generating unit 313 may estimate the demand tendency of the user of the vehicle 1 based on the second purchase information. The information generating unit 313 generates and outputs recommended information including information corresponding to the estimated demand tendency of the user.
Specifically, the information generating unit 313 may estimate that the demand tendency of the user of the vehicle 1 is not related to the diet when the second purchase information is the diet-related information, and generate and output the recommended information from which the diet-related information is removed. Further, the information generating unit 313 may generate and output recommended information including information about all of the diet and the rest room, assuming that the demand tendency of the user of the vehicle 1 is related to the diet when the second purchase information is information about the diet and a predetermined time has elapsed since the second purchase information was acquired.
The information generation unit 313 generates and outputs the recommended information within a predetermined period from the generation of the second purchase information. For example, the information generating unit 313 may generate and output the recommended information within 30 minutes from the generation of the second purchase information. The predetermined period may be a period in which the traveling direction of the vehicle 1 substantially coincides with the direction from the first position toward the second position and the recommended information can be changed.
The information generating unit 313 outputs the generated recommendation information to the terminal device 2 of the user to which the first purchase information is associated via the communication interface 35. For example, the user's terminal device 2 may manage information related to the user's charging of the vehicle 1 by means of an application installed in the terminal device 2, and associate the first purchase information with the user's terminal device 2.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart showing the processing of the recommendation information generation device 3 according to the present embodiment.
In step ST1, the information acquisition unit 311 acquires first purchase information related to the charging of the battery 12 of the vehicle 1.
In step ST2, the information acquisition section 311 acquires second purchase information on purchase of the article or service by the user of the vehicle 1.
In step ST3, the information generating unit 313 determines whether or not the second purchase information is generated within a predetermined period of time. If the time is within the predetermined period (YES), the process proceeds to step ST4. On the other hand, when the predetermined period is exceeded (NO), the process ends thereafter.
In step ST4, the extracting unit 312 extracts first position information in a first position where the battery 12 is charged in the charging station 4 from the first purchase information, and extracts second position information in a second position where the user of the vehicle 1 purchases an article or service from the second purchase information.
In step ST5, based on the first position information and the second position information, recommended information relating to a direction from the first position to the second position with the first position as a base point is generated.
In step ST6, the information generating unit 313 outputs the recommendation information to the terminal device 2 of the user to which the first purchase information is associated, via the communication interface 35, with respect to the generated recommendation information.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart showing details of the process of generating recommendation information in step ST5 of fig. 7.
In step ST11, the information generation unit 313 acquires the charge amount of the battery 12 included in the first purchase information.
In step ST12, the information generating unit 313 estimates a travelable distance indicating a distance that the vehicle 1 can travel, based on the acquired charge amount of the battery 12, and proceeds to step ST18.
In step ST13, the information generating unit 313 estimates an attribute of the road on which the vehicle 1 is to travel, based on the second purchase information.
In step ST14, the information generating unit 313 determines whether or not the estimated attribute of the road is a highway section. If the attribute of the road is the expressway section (yes), the process proceeds to step ST15. On the other hand, if the attribute of the road is not the expressway section (no), the process proceeds to step ST18.
In step ST15, the information generating unit 313 acquires information on the charging station 4 on the expressway, and proceeds to step ST18.
In step ST16, the information generating unit 313 estimates a demand tendency of the user of the vehicle 1 based on the second purchase information.
In step ST17, the information generating unit 313 acquires information corresponding to the estimated demand tendency of the user, and proceeds to step ST18.
In step ST18, the information generating unit 313 generates recommended information on the direction from the first position to the second position based on the first position information and the second position information, and the processing in step ST12, step ST15, and step ST 17. After the recommendation information is generated, the process proceeds to step ST6 of fig. 7.
The recommended information generation device 3 according to the present embodiment exhibits the following effects.
The recommendation information generation device 3 includes: the information acquisition section 311 acquires first purchase information regarding charging of the battery 12 of the vehicle 1, and acquires second purchase information regarding purchase of the user of the vehicle 1 after the acquisition of the first purchase information; an extracting unit 312 that extracts first position information from the first purchase information, the first position information being in a first position where the battery 12 is charged, and extracts second position information from the second purchase information, the second position information being in a second position where the user has purchased; and an information generation unit 313 that generates and outputs recommended information on a direction from the first position to the second position, based on the first position information and the second position information. Thus, the recommendation information generating device 3 can provide highly accurate recommendation information based on the first purchase information related to the charging of the battery 12 of the vehicle 1 and the second purchase information related to the purchase of the user.
In addition, the vehicle 1 does not acquire the position information of the vehicle 1 using a GNSS receiver or the like, or does not transmit the position information of the vehicle 1 to the recommended information generating device 3 using the communication device 17 even when the position information of the vehicle 1 can be acquired using a GNSS receiver or the like. Here, the positional information from the vehicle 1 cannot be acquired unless communication with an external device such as a vehicle-to-machine interconnection system (Connected Car) is possible, and a communication line is also required to acquire the positional information. Therefore, the vehicle 1 does not have to be able to acquire the position information. On the other hand, the recommended information generating device 3 according to the present embodiment can provide highly accurate recommended information even in a state where the vehicle 1 cannot acquire the position information.
The recommended information includes information on the charging station 4 capable of charging the battery 12 of the vehicle 1. Thereby, the recommendation information generating device 3 can provide the user of the vehicle 1 with information related to the charging station 4.
The information generating unit 313 estimates a travelable distance indicating a distance that the vehicle 1 can travel based on the charge amount of the battery 12 included in the first purchase information, and generates and outputs recommended information within the range of the travelable distance. Thus, the recommended information generation device 3 can output the recommended information at an appropriate timing in the area where the vehicle 1 can reach.
The information generating unit 313 estimates the attribute of the road on which the vehicle 1 is to travel based on the second purchase information, and generates and outputs recommended information including information on the charging station 4 on the expressway when the estimated attribute of the road is the expressway section. Thus, the recommended information generating device 3 can provide recommended information suitable for the expressway section when the vehicle 1 is traveling in the expressway section.
The information generating unit 313 estimates the demand tendency of the user of the vehicle 1 based on the second purchase information, and generates and outputs recommendation information including information corresponding to the estimated demand tendency of the user. Thereby, the recommendation information generating device 3 can provide recommendation information corresponding to the demand tendency of the user.
The information generation unit 313 generates and outputs the recommended information within a predetermined period from the generation of the second purchase information. Thus, the recommended information generation device 3 can generate and output the recommended information while the traveling direction of the vehicle 1 substantially coincides with the direction from the first position toward the second position and the recommended information can be changed.
The information generating unit 313 outputs the generated recommendation information to the terminal device 2 of the user to which the first purchase information is associated via the communication interface 35. Thus, the user of the vehicle 1 can view the recommended information by using the terminal device 2.
The above description has been given of an embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to this. The detailed structure may be appropriately changed within the scope of the gist of the present invention.
