Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of alarm equipment, in particular to an alarm and a dust removal method thereof.
Background
In modern society, the safety of public places and production workshops is of paramount importance. In order to prevent disasters such as fire and poisoning by harmful gases, smoke and harmful gas alarms are widely used. The alarms consist of sensing units and alarm units, and the sensing units are controlled to alarm after detecting harmful gases, smoke and other detection media. Wherein the sensor of the sensing unit is generally wrapped with a dust filter screen to prevent dust from affecting the function thereof.
However, current alarms face a key problem. Although dust filters can prevent the sensor from being covered by dust to some extent, dust and insect carcasses, etc. can still cause the filter to clog. Worse, once the filter screen itself is plugged, it is difficult to detect and clean in time.
Such blockage problems may cause the alarm to malfunction, making it impossible to alarm in time in case of an emergency such as a fire or a leakage of harmful gases. This can have catastrophic consequences and people can be life threatening by relying on a failed alarm.
Therefore, a solution is urgently needed to ensure the normal operation of dust filters and to be able to find and clear clogged filters in time, thus ensuring the continuous effectiveness of the alarm. The method has important significance for guaranteeing the life safety of people.

Wherein, the light emitter 510 and the light receiver 520 are all arranged around the sensing unit 200 as a circle.
The light receivers 520 of the plurality of transmittance detection units 500 are connected in series, so that dust removal and alarm operations can be performed when one of the transmittance detection units 500 is abnormal, the condition that the surface of the dust cover is covered by smoke can be detected in a larger range, and the sensitivity and accuracy are improved.
The light emitter 510 is a blue or green light diode and the light receiver 520 is a blue or green light sensor, and it should be emphasized here that the light of the light emitter 510 must be blue or green light, and not red light.

In addition, in order to further reduce the manual intervention, the dust removing unit 600 may be started for multiple times, that is, the dust removing unit 600 is set to alarm through the dust removing prompt unit 700 only when the light transmittance of the light transmittance detecting unit 500 detects that the light transmittance of the light transmittance dust cover 400 is still lower than the preset value after multiple operations.
Embodiment 2a method for dedusting an alarm includes:
The transmittance detection information is acquired, specifically, the transmittance detection information is acquired specifically through the detection of the transmittance detection unit 500, and since the transmittance detection unit 500 is set to be plural, the transmittance detection information is acquired in real time.
When the light transmittance detection information is smaller than a preset value, a dust removal maintenance signal is emitted to the dust removal unit 600. That is, when the light-transmitting dust-proof cover 400 is covered by the pollution to cause the electrical signal parameter of any one or more of the light receivers 520 to be lower than a preset value, the electric control board 800 controls the dust removal unit 600 to start dust removal.
When the working time of the dust removing unit 600 reaches the preset operation time, a dust removing stopping signal is output to the dust removing unit 600, specifically, the preset operation time is realized through a timing circuit, namely, after the dust removing unit 600 is started, the time delay closing is realized through the timing circuit.
While the dust removing unit 600 is stopped, it is again determined whether the light transmittance detection information is less than a preset value, and if so, a dust removing alarm signal is output.
Specifically, the re-judgment can be implemented in various ways, in an embodiment, the re-judgment can be implemented by setting a counter, that is, counting the start and stop of the timing circuit or the dust removing unit 600, and outputting a dust removing alarm signal when the count is not 0 and the light transmittance detection information is smaller than a preset value.
In another embodiment, the method can also be realized by a timing circuit, and a series circuit is adopted, namely, the alarm signal when the detected light transmittance detection information for the first time is smaller than a preset value is output in a delayed mode, wherein the delayed time is identical to the preset operation time. When the delay time is reached and the light transmittance detection information is smaller than the preset value, the alarm signal is output again, and when the alarm signal is output twice at the moment, the serial circuit is conducted to alarm.
The embodiments of the present application are all preferred embodiments of the present application, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application in this way, therefore: all equivalent changes in structure, shape and principle of the application should be covered in the scope of protection of the application.
