Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present specification, the drawings that are required to be used in the description of the embodiments will be briefly described below. It is apparent that the drawings in the following description are only some examples or embodiments of the present specification, and it is possible for those of ordinary skill in the art to apply the present specification to other similar situations according to the drawings without inventive effort. Unless otherwise apparent from the context of the language or otherwise specified, like reference numerals in the figures refer to like structures or operations.
It should be appreciated that as used in this specification, a "system," "apparatus," "unit" and/or "module" is one method for distinguishing between different components, elements, parts, portions or assemblies at different levels. However, if other words can achieve the same purpose, the words can be replaced by other expressions.
As used in this specification and the claims, the terms "a," "an," "the," and/or "the" are not specific to a singular, but may include a plurality, unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. In general, the terms "comprises" and "comprising" merely indicate that the steps and elements are explicitly identified, and they do not constitute an exclusive list, as other steps or elements may be included in a method or apparatus.
A flowchart is used in this specification to describe the operations performed by the system according to embodiments of the present specification. It should be appreciated that the preceding or following operations are not necessarily performed in order precisely. Rather, the steps may be processed in reverse order or simultaneously. Also, other operations may be added to or removed from these processes.
Taking role-playing intelligent chat (also called personalized chat) as an example, text data and/or voice data input by a user can be processed through a data processing model pre-configured at the user terminal 110 and/or the service terminal 120, and interaction with the user can be performed with different roles according to identities set by the user, for example, the model can chat with the user with a doctor/lawyer/teacher identity, chat with the user with an ancient persona identity, or chat with the user with a secondary role (which can be a role created by the user or a role in a animation), and the like. It can be understood that if the interactive product (such as a large model for question and answer) knows a certain real identity or character information (which can be real information of the user or fictional information of the user), more accurate and personalized interactive service can be provided, so that chat is more real, and the user is immersed in the interactive process, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the user experience.
Illustratively, in some embodiments, the user terminal 110 and/or the service terminal 120 may obtain information about the user's age, name, preference, graduation, occupation, love history, medical history, etc., and then input the information into the model. Further, the model may analyze the information and conduct a question-answer dialogue with the user based on the analysis.
However, from a user perspective, it may not be desirable to pass its private information on to a server (e.g., service terminal 120). Therefore, how to protect the privacy of the user while performing personalized interaction by using the real information of the user is important.
In view of the above problems, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and a system for protecting user privacy in personalized interaction service, which obtain a coded vector corresponding to privacy information by performing coding processing on the privacy information of a user, and then obtain corresponding personalized reply content based on the coded vector, so that the user privacy information received by the service terminal 120 is no longer in a plaintext state while personalized interaction is implemented, and leakage of the user privacy information at the service terminal 120 is prevented.
The following describes in detail a method and a system for protecting user privacy in personalized interactive services provided in the embodiments of the present specification with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic illustration of an exemplary application scenario of a system for protecting user privacy in a personalized interactive service according to some embodiments of the present description.

"when personal information related to the problem information may include, but is not limited to, past medical history (e.g., heart disease, hypertension, etc.), eating (e.g., using certain medications that may cause dizziness and nausea, drinking, eating foods that may be at risk of poisoning, not eating for a long time, etc.), environmental factors (e.g., pungent odor, high/low temperature, altitude, etc.), recent activities (e.g., head impact, etc.), other symptoms (e.g., vomiting, headache, blurred vision, tinnitus, etc.), and the like.
In some embodiments, the personal information obtaining module 211 may further extract personal information related to the problem information from the aforementioned first data. The first data may refer to all data entered by the user during the interaction, which may include one or more pieces of data entered by the user during the interaction. In other words, in some embodiments, the personal information acquisition module 211 may extract personal information related to the problem information from current interaction data and/or historical interaction data entered by the user.
In some embodiments, the foregoing preset information may be input through the user terminal 110 and stored locally to the user terminal 110 (e.g., the storage device 130 configured locally to the user terminal 110), and the personal information obtaining module 211 performs problem information extraction on the first data to obtain the target problem information. As described above, in some embodiments, the personal information acquisition module 211 may perform question information extraction based on the latest piece of data input by the user, resulting in the target question information. In some embodiments, the personal information obtaining module 211 may also perform the comprehensive analysis on the latest piece of data input by the user and the historical data input by the user, and then extract the problem information to obtain the target problem information. Further, the personal information acquisition module 211 may screen personal information related to the target problem information from preset information stored locally at the user terminal 110.
In some embodiments, the personal information acquisition module 211 may filter personal information related to the target issue information through a pre-configured relationship table or model. Illustratively, in some embodiments, personal information related to each question (or question type) may be preconfigured, and in the subsequent process, the personal information related to the target question information may be screened by means of a table look-up. In some embodiments, the similarity between the target problem information and the preset problem configured in advance may be calculated, and the relevant personal information corresponding to the preset problem may be used as the personal information relevant to the target problem information when the similarity is greater than or equal to a preset threshold. In some embodiments, the foregoing preset threshold may be set according to actual requirements, for example, may be set to 85% or other larger or smaller values.
In some embodiments, the personal information related to the target problem information may also be processed by a pre-trained neural network model, where the neural network model may be trained by a number of sample problems and labels corresponding to the sample problems. Wherein the tag may include relevant personal information corresponding to the sample question.
In some embodiments, the foregoing preset information may be input through the user terminal 110 and then transmitted to the service terminal 120 (e.g., the storage device 130 configured at the service terminal 120) for storage. The personal information obtaining module 211 may extract the problem information of the first data to obtain the target problem information, then send a data obtaining instruction related to the target problem information to the service terminal 120, and receive the personal information related to the target problem issued by the service terminal 120 based on the data obtaining instruction. In the embodiment of the present specification, the data acquisition instruction related to the target question information may be understood as an instruction for acquiring personal information related to the target question. One or more pieces of personal information associated with answering the target question information may be included in the instruction. In some embodiments, the data acquisition instructions may be generated based on personal information required to answer the target question information.
In some embodiments, the personal information acquisition module 211 may extract personal information related to the aforementioned target problem from the first data input by the user. For example, the user may input first data to describe the self situation during the interaction, and the personal information obtaining module 211 may obtain the personal information related to the foregoing objective problem by extracting the first data.
In some embodiments, the aforementioned first data may include data entered by a user in response to an inquiry of the user terminal 110. Specifically, in some embodiments, the personal information obtaining module 211 may detect whether the personal information related to the target problem information screened from the preset information meets the reply condition corresponding to the problem information, if the personal information screened from the preset information meets the reply condition of the target problem information, it indicates that the reply corresponding to the target problem information can be completed based on the currently screened information, and at this time, the subsequent processing may be performed based on the personal information related to the target problem information screened from the preset information. If the information is not satisfied, it indicates that the answer corresponding to the target question information cannot be completed based on the currently screened information (for example, a requirement is lacking), at this time, the user may be queried to obtain the required information, and then personal information related to the target question information may be extracted from the first data input by the user for the query.
In some embodiments, the personal information obtaining module 211 may query, through a pre-configured detection table, whether the personal information related to the target question information screened from the pre-set information meets the reply condition corresponding to the question information. Specifically, in some embodiments, the detection table may include necessary information corresponding to a plurality of preset questions, and the personal information obtaining module 211 may determine whether the personal information related to the target question information screened from the preset information satisfies the reply condition corresponding to the question information by querying the preset questions corresponding to the target question information in the detection table and comparing the personal information related to the target question information screened from the preset information with the necessary information corresponding to the preset questions. For example, when the personal information related to the target problem information screened from the preset information completely covers the necessary information corresponding to the target problem information, it indicates that the answer condition corresponding to the problem information is satisfied, and otherwise, the answer condition is not satisfied.
In some embodiments, the personal information acquisition module 211 may acquire the personal information related to the problem information contained in the first data in any of the above ways. In some embodiments, the personal information obtaining module 211 may obtain the personal information related to the problem information contained in the first data by both obtaining the personal information from the preset information and obtaining the personal information from the first data.
Step 320, determining privacy information from the personal information. In some embodiments, step 320 may be performed by the privacy information determination module 212.
The personal information required to answer the aforementioned target question information may be obtained through step 310, but may include personal privacy that some users do not wish to reveal. Based on this, in some embodiments of the present description, in order to protect the personal privacy of the user, the privacy information to be protected may be determined from the personal information acquired in step 310 by the privacy information determination module 212.
In some embodiments, the privacy information determination module 212 may determine the privacy information to be protected from the foregoing personal information by means of sensitive word recognition. In some embodiments, the foregoing personal information may be presented to the user through the user terminal 110, and the privacy information determination module 212 may determine the privacy information to be protected from the foregoing personal information in response to the operation of the user. Illustratively, in some embodiments, the user terminal 110 may present the personal information obtained in step 310 to the user through a user interface, and the user may select or reselect the privacy information to be protected through a touch screen, a key operation, and/or voice. In some embodiments, the user terminal 110 may output the personal information acquired in step 310 to the user through voice, and the user may determine the privacy information to be protected through touch screen, key operation, and/or voice.
In some embodiments, considering that the user may keep the preset information filling and interacting process (for example, not inputting all information or inputting real information) due to privacy disclosure, a certain degree of trust may be increased when the step of determining the privacy information to be protected is operated, so that there may be a need for supplementing personal information at this time. Based on this, in order to satisfy the need for the user to supplement the personal information, in some embodiments, the privacy information determination module 212 may add additional information not included in the aforementioned personal information (i.e., the personal information determined in step 310) in response to the user's operation, and regard the additional information as the privacy information to be protected.
In some embodiments, the additional information that the user supplements may conflict with some of the aforementioned personal information (e.g., the user has entered spurious information before supplementing the additional information), in which case the privacy information determination module 212 may use the additional information to replace the corresponding portion of the personal information determined in step 310.
In some embodiments, the additional information entered by the user may be in the form of a non-formal expression. For this case, in order to ensure that the additional information can be normally used in the subsequent process, the additional information input by the user can be subjected to semantic extraction to obtain a corresponding semantic text, and then the semantic text is used as privacy information to be protected.
And 330, encoding the privacy information to obtain an encoding vector corresponding to the privacy information. In some embodiments, step 330 may be performed by encoding module 213.
In some embodiments, in order to protect the foregoing private information from disclosure during the application process, the encoding module 213 may encode the private information determined in step 320 to obtain the encoding vector corresponding to the private information. In this specification, the coded vector may have a mapping relationship with the aforementioned privacy information, in other words, the coded vector may contain the privacy information of the user. Through converting the privacy information of the user into the coding vector and then using the coding vector, corresponding personalized reply content can be generated based on the personal information (including the privacy information) of the user in the subsequent process, and privacy leakage of the user in the using process can be prevented, so that the accuracy and privacy safety of personalized interaction service are improved.
In some embodiments, the foregoing encoding vector may be obtained by processing the privacy information determined in step 320 through the trained first model. The first model may have a Embedding function (an embedding function, i.e., converting unstructured data such as text, image, voice, etc. into structured vector data), which may convert privacy information of a user into a coded vector. The encoding vector is a vector for converting text or voice data corresponding to the privacy information into a numerical representation. In some embodiments, the encoded vector may be a high-dimensional vector, which may contain features corresponding to multiple dimensions. In some embodiments, the high-dimensional vector may point to a number of quantity parameters greater than a particular threshold, such as 50, 100, 200, 1000, etc. In some embodiments, the first model may be configured in the user terminal 110 or other third party device that allows the user to be recognized by the product party. The training manner of the first model may refer to other locations in the present specification (e.g., step 340 and related descriptions), and will not be described in detail herein.
Step 340, obtaining second data generated based on the encoding vector and at least part of the information in the first data, wherein the second data comprises personalized reply content corresponding to the first data. In some embodiments, step 340 may be performed by reply content acquisition module 214.
After obtaining the encoding vector corresponding to the user privacy information through the above steps, the reply content obtaining module 214 may obtain second data generated based on the encoding vector and at least part of the information in the first data, where at least part of the information in the first data includes the foregoing question information, and the second data includes the personalized reply content corresponding to the question information in the first data.
In some embodiments, the second data may be obtained by processing at least part of the information in the first data and the encoded vector by a trained second model. In some embodiments, the second model may be configured at the user terminal 110 or the service terminal 120. Specifically, when the second model is configured at the user terminal 110, the reply content acquisition module 214 may process, locally at the user terminal 110, the second data based on the encoded vector and the problem information contained in the first data, resulting in the second data. When the second model is configured in the service terminal 120, the reply content acquisition module 214 may transmit the encoded vector and the problem information contained in the first data to the service terminal 120, and then receive the second data processed by the service terminal 120 based on the encoded vector and the problem information contained in the first data.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the second model is similar to the first model, and may also have Embedding functions. In some embodiments, the second model may include two training phases, wherein a first training phase (also referred to as a preliminary training phase) may be trained using a number of sample personal information (plaintext data) and sample problem information, and after completion of the first training phase, the second model may obtain the ability to convert the sample personal information into a coded vector. In the subsequent process, the second model may be used to process the personal information that is not subjected to the encoding processing and the problem information included in the first data, so as to obtain a corresponding encoding vector.
In some embodiments, after the second model completes the first training phase, the part of the second model that includes Embedding functions (i.e., the part that generates the encoded vector) may be split as the trained first model. In some embodiments, after the second model completes the first training stage, the first model may be trained using intermediate layer data (for example, the sample personal information and the corresponding code vector) of the second model as training data, to obtain a trained first model. By way of example only, in some embodiments, the foregoing sample personal information may be input into a first model, and the first model may be trained using, as a label, a coded vector obtained by processing the sample personal information by a primarily trained second model, until a preset number of iterations or a loss threshold is reached, to obtain the foregoing trained first model.
After the first model has been trained, it may be used to encode the user's privacy information to convert the privacy information into a corresponding encoded vector. Further, the coded vector and the corresponding sample question information output by the first model can be used as training data to perform secondary training on the second model, wherein the output corresponding to the coded vector and the sample question information is sample reply content corresponding to the coded vector and the sample question information, and therefore the second model can obtain the capability of generating corresponding personalized reply content based on the coded vector and the question information. In some embodiments, the second model may generate personalized reply content corresponding to the encoded vector and the question information based on the knowledge-graph.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present specification, by using the intermediate layer data of the first model after the preliminary training as the training data of the second model, and using the encoded vector output by the trained first model as the input when the second model is subjected to the secondary training, the second model can better learn the deviation between the first model and the second model, thereby further improving the accuracy of the second model. In some embodiments, by splitting the part of the second model that includes Embedding functions as the first model, the output of the first model can be more matched with the input of the second model, thereby reducing the loss of information and noise, and at the same time, the training efficiency and quality of the first model can be improved, and additional design and adjustment can be avoided.
Fig. 6 is an exemplary flow chart of a method for protecting user privacy in a personalized interactive service according to further embodiments of the present description. Similar to method 300, method 400 may be performed by processing logic. In some embodiments, one or more operations in the flowchart of the method 400 for protecting user privacy in personalized interactive services shown in fig. 6 may be implemented by the service terminal 120 and/or the user terminal 110 shown in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, a method 400 for protecting user privacy in a personalized interactive service may include.
In step 410, a coding vector and at least part of information in first data input by a user are received, wherein the coding vector is obtained by coding privacy information of the user. In some embodiments, step 410 may be performed by the receiving module 221.
In some embodiments, step 410 may be implemented by user terminal 110 or service terminal 120. Specifically, when step 410 is implemented by the user terminal 110, the receiving module 221 may receive at least part of information in the first data input by the user and the encoded vector transmitted by other modules of the user terminal 110. When step 410 is implemented by the service terminal 120, the receiving module 221 may receive at least part of information in the first data input by the user and the encoded vector transmitted by the user terminal 110. As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment of the present specification, at least part of the information in the first data includes problem information. In some embodiments, the problem information may be plaintext data or other processed data.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the data received by the receiving module 221 may include, but is not limited to, the foregoing encoding vector and the problem information included in the first data. For example, in some embodiments, the data received by the receiving module 221 may further include personal information related to problem information in the first data without being encoded by the encoding module 213.
In some embodiments, the problem information and/or the personal information that is not encoded by the encoding module 213 may also be obtained by encoding by the encoding module 213. In other words, the data received by the receiving module 221 may be a coded vector obtained by performing the coding process on the problem information included in the first data and a coded vector obtained by performing the coding process on all the personal information obtained in the above step 310.
And step 420, processing the coding vector and the at least part of information in the first data through a trained second model to obtain second data. In some embodiments, step 420 may be performed by processing module 222.
Step 420 may be implemented by user terminal 110 or service terminal 120, similar to step 410. When this step is implemented by the user terminal 110, the second model may be configured at the user terminal 110. When this step is implemented by the service terminal 120, the second model may be configured at the service terminal 120. For further details regarding this second model, reference may be made to other locations in this specification (e.g. the relevant discussion of fig. 5 section), which will not be repeated here.
And step 430, sending the second data to display personalized reply content corresponding to the question information contained in the first data to the user. In some embodiments, step 430 may be performed by the transmit module 223.
In some embodiments, step 430 may be implemented by user terminal 110. Specifically, when this step is implemented by the user terminal 110, the sending module 223 may send the second data processed by the processing module 222 to other modules (for example, a display module) of the user terminal 110, so as to display the personalized reply content corresponding to the question information included in the first data to the user.
In some embodiments, step 430 may also be implemented by service terminal 120. When this step is implemented by the service terminal 120, the sending module 223 may generate the second data processed by the processing module 222 to the user terminal 110, and display the personalized reply content corresponding to the question information included in the first data to the user through the user terminal 110.
In some embodiments, steps 310-340 may be implemented by the user terminal 110, and steps 410-430 may be implemented by the service terminal 120. In the process of the user terminal 110 interacting with the service terminal 120, the user terminal 110 may extract the first data to obtain the target problem information, and then send a data acquisition instruction related to the target problem information to the service terminal 120. Further, the service terminal 120 may receive the data acquisition instruction and acquire personal information related to the target problem information based on the data acquisition instruction, and then transmit the personal information related to the target problem information to the user terminal 110. Finally, the user terminal 110 may receive the personal information related to the aforementioned target problem information issued by the service terminal 120 based on the data acquisition instruction.
In some embodiments, the user terminal 110 may extract the aforementioned first data to obtain the target problem information, and then send the target problem information to the service terminal 120. Further, the service terminal 120 may receive the target problem information and screen personal information related to the target problem information from preset information input by the user based on the target problem information. Then, the service terminal 120 may detect whether the personal information related to the target question information satisfies the corresponding reply condition, and if so, transmit the personal information related to the target question information to the user terminal 110, and if not, transmit an inquiry command to inquire the personal information about the target question information while transmitting the personal information related to the target question information to the user terminal 110, thereby guiding the user to supplement necessary information for replying to the target question information.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when it is detected that the current information does not meet the reply condition corresponding to the target question information, the query instruction is sent to guide the user to supplement necessary information for answering the target question information, so that the reference information is more comprehensive, the personalized reply content obtained in the subsequent processing process is more accurate, and the use experience of the user is improved.
