Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous technical effects to be solved by the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and a plurality of exemplary embodiments. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples are intended for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a workflow diagram of a method for assisting vehicle occupant assistance in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The following exemplary examples describe the method according to the invention in more detail.
The method may comprise step S1. In step S1, first medical information regarding the access of the vehicle 10 to the respective medical institution, established based on the navigation and/or location information of the vehicle 10, is transmitted to the public safety answering point 3 in response to a signal triggered by the vehicle emergency call system. In the current embodiment of the present invention, an in-vehicle system of a vehicle emergency call system is integrated on a vehicle, which can trigger execution of a rescue call function in various ways. For example, when it is determined that an accident such as a collision, rollover, or the like occurs in the vehicle based on the vehicle body state information acquired by the in-vehicle sensor, the in-vehicle system may be automatically activated, thereby triggering the vehicle emergency call system; for another example, the in-vehicle system may be automatically activated when it is determined that medical assistance is needed by the user based on physical state information of the user, such as physical indicators including heart rate, body temperature, blood pressure, and/or blood oxygen, monitored by a portable medical device carried by the user, thereby triggering the vehicle emergency call system. The in-vehicle system may be manually activated by a control command input by a user, for example, by an in-vehicle voice device, a touch screen control, or a key operation.
After the vehicle emergency call system is triggered, the first medical information may be sent to the public safety answering point 3 through the in-vehicle communication unit 12, and the first medical information may be collected based on navigation and/or location information during daily use of the vehicle. In the sense of the invention, the navigation and/or position information includes not only navigation information including navigation destinations and/or navigation routes, but also position information of vehicle history trajectories. For example, if the navigation destination of the vehicle 10 is a medical institution or it is determined that the vehicle has been parked within a preset distance of the medical institution for more than a preset period of time based on the position information of the vehicle 10, it may be determined that the vehicle 10 has accessed the medical institution, thereby accumulating the number of times the vehicle 10 has accessed the corresponding medical institution, thereby establishing first medical-seeking statistical information regarding the access of the vehicle 10 to each medical institution. Table 1 shows a table of exemplary first medical treatment statistics according to the present invention, wherein the first table indicates names of medical institutions and the second table indicates cumulative times of vehicle accesses to corresponding medical institutions.
Medical institution Number of vehicle visits
Medical institution 1 Visit_Time_1
Medical institution 2 Visit_Time_2
Medical institution n Visit_Time_n
Table 1: an exemplary first medical treatment statistics form according to the present invention
To more accurately reflect the user's medical preferences, second medical treatment statistics regarding the user's access to various medical institutions may also be established based on the navigation and/or location information of the vehicle 10 and the user's identity information. If the navigation destination of the vehicle 10 is a medical institution or it is determined that the vehicle 10 is parked within a preset distance of the medical institution for more than a preset period of time based on the position information of the vehicle 10, occupant identification information is identified based on image information about occupants in the vehicle acquired through the in-vehicle camera, and it is determined that the occupants in the vehicle have accessed the medical institution, whereby the number of times the identified occupants have accessed the corresponding medical institution is accumulated, thereby establishing second medical-seeking statistical information about the identified occupants accessing the respective medical institutions. Table 2 shows another exemplary table of first medical treatment statistics and second medical treatment statistics according to the present invention, wherein the first table shows the names of medical institutions, the middle table shows the cumulative number of times each occupant accesses the corresponding medical institution, and the last table shows the cumulative number of times the vehicle 10 accesses the corresponding medical institution.
Table 2: another exemplary form of first and second medical information according to the present invention
Alternatively, in the case where the identity information of the occupant in the vehicle cannot be identified based on the in-vehicle image captured by the in-vehicle camera (for example, due to face occlusion), the face image of the occupant may be acquired by the out-of-vehicle camera after the occupant gets off the vehicle and before the vehicle is locked, and the identity identification may be performed based on the face image. Alternatively, the identity information of the mobile terminal user may also be obtained directly, for example in case the user unlocks the vehicle 10 by establishing a connection with the vehicle 10 or the user remains connected to the vehicle 10 all the time.
Accordingly, in response to a signal triggered by the vehicle emergency call system, the second medical treatment information regarding the user's access to each medical institution and the identified identity information of the user established based on the navigation and/or location information of the vehicle 10 and the identity information of the user can also be transmitted to the public safety answering point 3 through the in-vehicle communication unit 12, whereby the medical institution frequently accessed by the user can be determined.
Furthermore, a minimum data set for reflecting accident information may be transmitted to the public safety answering point 3, wherein the minimum data set includes, for example, time information of accident occurrence, trigger signal type of emergency vehicle type call system, vehicle identification code, vehicle type information, vehicle position information, vehicle traveling direction information, and/or in-vehicle passenger number information, etc.
According to the invention, the medical treatment statistical information of the user can be uploaded to the vehicle-mounted emergency call system, so that the vehicle-mounted emergency call system can fully consider the medical treatment habit and medical treatment history of the user when distributing the medical treatment institution for the user, and especially can distribute the familiar or frequent medical treatment institution for the user to treat.
