The space between the vehicle body side wall 1 and the interior wall panel 2 is 57mm, and the connector 32 and the wire harness are mounted in this space. The overall thickness of the connector 32 specifically adopted in this embodiment is about 35mm, the diameter of the sub-harness 31 is about 30mm, and by using the installation mode of the invention, the installation of the connector 32 and the harness can be completed in a space with a width of 57mm, thereby saving the space of the electrical cabinet in the vehicle body and fully utilizing the space of the side wall 1 of the vehicle body. In order to facilitate maintenance of the wire harness and the connector 32, the detachable door plate 21 is arranged on the inner wallboard 2 corresponding to the wiring support, the detachable door plate 21 can be fixed on the inner wallboard 2 by using bolts, and the maintenance can be performed by removing the detachable door plate 21.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the wiring bracket of the present embodiment includes one first wiring bracket 33 and two second wiring brackets 35, and the wiring brackets are divided into the first wiring bracket 33 and the second wiring bracket 35 due to the vehicle body size structure. The wiring support can be divided into a plurality of plates according to the actual structure of the vehicle body, so long as the realization of the whole function is not affected. The first wiring bracket 33 and the second wiring bracket 35 are each made of a sheet metal bent member by splice welding and are fixed to the vehicle body side wall 1 using rivets 34.
The mounting plate 36 is provided on the vehicle body side wall 1 or the first wiring bracket 33, six fixing frames 361 are fixed to the mounting plate 36, and six connectors 32 are respectively mounted to the six fixing frames 361. The mounting plate 36 and the mount 361 are also sheet metal bent members. The mounting plate 36 is fixed to the vehicle body side wall 1 by the rivet 34, and the mounting plate 36 may be riveted to the first wiring bracket 33.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, six connectors 32 are mounted on the fixing frame 361 in a stepped shape at equal intervals. Two harness groups are located on the left and right sides of the six connectors 32, respectively. Since the twelve sub-harnesses 31 are routed up and down, two wiring brackets 35 are provided on the upper and lower sides of the first wiring bracket 33, respectively.
