Abstract
The invention relates to a special large-depth face milling cutter with a hydraulic cushion for an integral frame hydraulic machine, which comprises a lengthened cutter body, a face milling cutter disc, a taper shank connector, a stabilizing sheath, a fastening screw and a fastening disc, wherein the lower end of the stabilizing sheath is connected with the fastening disc in a circle, a plurality of screw holes are designed in the periphery of the upper end of the stabilizing sheath, the fastening screw is arranged in the screw holes, a certain gap is reserved between the stabilizing sheath and the lengthened cutter body, and the fastening screw penetrates through the screw holes at the upper end of the stabilizing sheath and is locked at the outer side of the lengthened cutter body. The design structure has the advantages that the design structure ensures the model of the integral frame with the hydraulic cushion and the surface processing of the deep cavity; the cutter can fully utilize end milling, the cutter-taking amount is increased by 100% by 1MM, the rigidity is greatly enhanced after the length-diameter ratio of the cutter is improved, the phenomena of elastic deformation and cutter yielding are avoided, the vibration is eliminated, the feeding amount is increased, and the processing work efficiency is increased by more than 150%.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hydraulic press machining, in particular to a special large-depth face milling cutter for an integral frame hydraulic press with a hydraulic cushion.
Background
For the model of the hydraulic machine with the hydraulic cushion in the whole frame 10, the surface sinking into the deep cavity needs to be processed, and the large depth surface 101 of a part of the deep cavity has a depth of about 700MM because of different size specifications of various special design machines (as shown in the following figure 1).
Because of the design structure of the integral frame, the direct machining of the surface by the machine tool spindle is limited, a right-angle head is required to be selected for machining, when the length of a milling cutter handle mounted on the right-angle head reaches more than 350MM, firstly, the cutter-taking amount is extremely small, generally about 0.5MM, secondly, because of the use of an elongated cutter handle, the cutter can vibrate greatly when being fed and milled radially, and the vibration amplitude is correspondingly large as the depth is larger, so that the machining cannot be performed normally, and the production is influenced. Through analysis, the reason of the vibration of the cutter is that the cutter body of the cutter handle is long and then the whole slender rigidity of the cutter body is insufficient, and under the action of radial machining force, the cutter begins to elastically deform, so that the cutter generates serious cutter yielding, and the cutter taking amount is small and the vibration is caused.
It is necessary to increase the tool's rigidity by increasing the diameter of the blade, but since the tool shank is fixed in size (typically a numerical control 50 shank), there is a limit to the way to increase the tool's rigidity by increasing the diameter of the tool.
It is now necessary to study a device that structure solves vibrations behind the extension handle of a knife.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the special large-depth face milling cutter with the hydraulic cushion for the integral frame hydraulic press, which is ingenious in design, reasonable and compact in structure, and greatly enhanced in rigidity, avoids elastic deformation and cutter yielding phenomena, cuts off vibration, and improves the feeding quantity.

the special large-depth face milling cutter comprises a lengthened cutter body, a face milling cutter disc and a taper shank connector, wherein the taper shank connector is connected to the lower end of the lengthened cutter body, the face milling cutter disc is installed at the upper end of the lengthened cutter body, the taper shank connector is installed at the right-angle head driving end of a milling machine, the special large-depth face milling cutter comprises a stabilizing sheath, a fastening screw and a fastening disc, the fastening disc is connected with the lower end of the stabilizing sheath in a circle, a plurality of screw holes are designed in the upper end of the stabilizing sheath in a circle, the fastening screw is installed in the screw holes, the taper shank connector comprises an annular flange and a positioning taper head, the annular flange is installed in the lower end of a circle of a lengthened cutter shaft, and the positioning taper head is installed at the lower end of the lengthened cutter shaft; the lower end of the fastening disc is also provided with a large annular groove, the bottom of the large annular groove is also provided with a small annular groove, the stabilizing sheath is sleeved outside the lengthened cutter body, the fastening disc is clamped outside an annular flange of the taper shank connector through the small annular groove, a plurality of mounting holes are formed in a circle on the fastening disc, a plurality of screw holes are designed on the upper surface of the right-angle head driving end corresponding to the plurality of mounting holes, and the fastening disc is locked and fixed in the corresponding screw holes by rotating through the screw bolts passing through the mounting holes; a certain gap is reserved between the stabilizing sheath and the lengthened cutter body, and the fastening screw penetrates through a wire hole at the upper end of the stabilizing sheath and is locked on the outer side of the lengthened cutter body.
The unilateral gap between the stable sheath and the lengthened cutter body is 5mm.
Four reinforcing rib plates are further arranged on the outer side of the stabilizing sheath, the four reinforcing rib plates are respectively and uniformly axially connected to the outer side of the stabilizing sheath, and the lower ends of the four reinforcing rib plates are connected to the upper ends of the fastening plates.
Two symmetrical rectangular positioning blocks are designed at the position, close to the edge, of the driving end of the right-angle head, and an outer positioning U groove is respectively designed at the edge of the lower end of the annular flange, corresponding to the two rectangular positioning blocks, and the opening part at the outer side of the outer positioning U groove is communicated with the outer peripheral surface of the annular flange; the bottom of the large annular groove of the fastening disc is also provided with an inner positioning U groove corresponding to the two rectangular positioning blocks, the inner opening parts of the inner positioning U grooves are communicated with the small annular groove, the outer positioning U groove of the annular flange is correspondingly clamped on the inner half section of the rectangular positioning block, and the inner positioning U groove of the fastening disc is correspondingly clamped on the outer half section of the rectangular positioning block.
The length of the lengthened cutter body is more than 700 mm.
The length of the stabilizing sheath is 1/2-2/3 of the length of the lengthened cutter body.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 3-8, the special large-depth face milling cutter for the integral frame hydraulic press with the hydraulic cushion comprises an lengthened cutter body 1, a face milling cutter head 2 and a taper shank connector 3, wherein the taper shank connector 3 is connected to the lower end of the lengthened cutter body 1, the face milling cutter head 2 is arranged at the upper end of the lengthened cutter body 1, the taper shank connector 3 is arranged at a right-angle head driving end 4 of a milling machine, the special large-depth face milling cutter also comprises a stabilizing sheath 5, a fastening screw 6 and a fastening disc 7, the fastening disc 7 is connected to the lower end of the stabilizing sheath 5 in a circle, a plurality of screw holes are arranged in the upper end of the stabilizing sheath 5 in a circle, the fastening screw 6 is arranged in the plurality of screw holes, the taper shank connector 3 comprises an annular flange 31 and a positioning taper head 32, the annular flange 31 is arranged at the lower end of the lengthened cutter shaft in a circle, and the positioning taper head 32 is arranged at the lower end of the lengthened cutter shaft; the lower end of the fastening disc 7 is also provided with a large annular groove 71, the bottom of the large annular groove 71 is also provided with a small annular groove 72, the stabilizing sheath 5 is sleeved outside the lengthened cutter body 1, the fastening disc 7 is clamped outside the annular flange 31 of the taper shank connector 3 through the small annular groove 72, a plurality of mounting holes 73 are formed in the periphery of the fastening disc 7, a plurality of screw holes are designed corresponding to the plurality of mounting holes 73 on the right-angle head driving end 4, and the fastening disc 7 passes through the mounting holes 73 through a bolt to be locked and fixed in the corresponding screw holes; a certain gap is reserved between the stabilizing sheath 5 and the lengthened cutter body 1, and the fastening screw 6 penetrates through a wire hole at the upper end of the stabilizing sheath 5 and is locked on the outer side of the lengthened cutter body 1.
The unilateral gap between the stabilizing sheath 5 and the lengthened cutter body 1 is 5mm.
Four reinforcing rib plates 8 are further arranged on the outer side of the stable sheath 5, the four reinforcing rib plates 8 are respectively and uniformly axially connected to the outer side of the stable sheath 5, and the lower ends of the four reinforcing rib plates 8 are connected to the upper ends of the fastening discs 7.

When the telescopic cutter is used, the lengthened cutter body penetrates from the lower end of the stabilizing sheath, then the lower end of the lengthened cutter body is clamped on the inner half section of the rectangular positioning block designed on the driving end of the right-angle head through the outer positioning U groove 311 on the annular flange, meanwhile, the outer positioning U groove 311 of the fastening disc is clamped on the outer half section of the rectangular positioning block, finally, the lengthened cutter body is screwed into the wire hole of the driving end of the right-angle head through the mounting hole on the fastening disc to be mounted and fixed, at the moment, the annular flange is positioned in the small ring groove, a unilateral gap is reserved between the lengthened cutter body and the stabilizing sheath for 5mm, and after the fastening screw rotates from the wire hole on the upper end of the stabilizing sheath to pass through, the fastening screw is propped against the outer peripheral surface of the lengthened cutter body, so that the unilateral gap is ensured; the outer side of the stable sheath is further reinforced by a reinforcing rib plate; the length of the lengthened cutter body can be designed to be about 700mm, the length of the stabilizing sheath is slightly longer than the length of the lengthened cutter body, which is about 360mm recently, and finally the stabilizing sheath, the fastening disc, the lengthened cutter body and the taper shank connector are integrated, so that the rigidity of the cutter is greatly enhanced, and the large depth surface of a part of the deep cavity of the whole frame of the hydraulic machine can be processed after the face milling cutter head is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the lengthened cutter body; the designed cutter structure ensures the model of the hydraulic cushion of the integral frame and the surface processing of the deep cavity. The end milling can be fully utilized by the cutter, the cutting tool amount is increased by 100% by 1MM, the rigidity is greatly enhanced after the length-diameter ratio of the cutter is improved, the elastic deformation and the cutter yielding phenomenon are avoided, the vibration is eliminated, the feeding amount is increased, and the processing efficiency is increased by more than 150%.
