It is easy to understand that when the lifting seat 15 descends, the pressing block firstly contacts the beverage cup 1 to complete sealing of the beverage cup 1, then the lifting seat 15 continues to descend, the pressing ring 3 is static, the outer sleeve 16 and the inner sleeve 17 are relatively displaced, and the stirring blade 4 extends into the beverage cup 1.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the stirring blade 4 may start stirring during the process of extending into the drinking cup 1, so as to avoid the stirring blade 4 from hard pressing the drink raw materials, such as ice cubes, dried fruits, etc., and avoid the damage of the drinking cup 1.
When the lifting seat 15 is lifted, the stirring knife 4 and the inner sleeve 17 are lifted, the spring keeps the compression ring 3 in contact with the drink cup 1, so that drink leakage is avoided, and drink adhered on the stirring device is conveniently collected into the drink cup 1, so that waste is reduced.
In some specific embodiments of the present invention, the lifting of the lifting seat 15 can be realized by a screw rod structure, which is easy to realize, and meanwhile, the lifting distance is convenient to adjust according to the height of the beverage cup 1, so as to meet different use requirements.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a sliding groove and a limiting pin extending up and down may be provided between the outer casing 16 and the inner casing 17, so as to limit the relative lifting of the outer casing 16 and the inner casing 17, and at the same time, prevent the outer casing 16 from falling off from the inner casing 17.
In order to keep the stirring device clean, the embodiment is also provided with a cleaning device which is arranged below the cup holder 2 and is provided with an upward flushing port 5, and the cup holder 2 is provided with an upward flushing opening 6 for accommodating the flushing port 5.
It is easy to understand that in this embodiment, the washing water that is flushed upward is sprayed to the stirring blade 4, the stirring shaft, the pressing ring 3, etc. through the opening 6, and then the beverage adhered to the stirring blade 4, the stirring shaft, the pressing ring 3 is flushed down, so that the stirring device and the cup holder 2 are kept clean.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the flushing port 5 may be fixed on the cup holder 2, so that the flushing port 5 can move together with the cup holder 2, so as to reduce the sealing difficulty, and adapt to the situation that the cup holder 2 can move to the side of the meal door.
In some specific embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning device may further include a drainage channel 7 communicating with the opening 6, so that cleaning water is discharged to the outside, without providing a large space for storing water, thereby avoiding an increase in the volume of the beverage manufacturing apparatus.
In some specific embodiments of the present invention, the bottom wall of the inner container 9 may be provided with a water collecting port, where the water collecting port is used to drain the accumulated water in the inner container 9, so as to solve the problem that the beverage is scattered on the inner container 9 when the beverage cup 1 is taken.
In some specific embodiments of the present invention, the drain of the water collecting port and the drain passage 7 can share a common pipeline, so that the structure is simplified.
In summary, the present embodiment also achieves the following excellent effects:
1. According to the embodiment, the cup seat 2 is arranged, so that a common drink cup 1 for containing drinks, namely, a cup for drinking can be placed, a special barrel body is not required, a middle dumping conversion link is omitted, and the drink manufacturing efficiency is improved.
2. According to the embodiment, the stirring device is arranged, and comprises the stirring knife 4 which can be lifted, so that the stirring knife 4 can extend into the drink cup 1 to finish stirring, and a required drink is prepared, so that the use requirement is met.
3. This embodiment is through setting up agitating unit, makes agitating unit include liftable clamping ring 3, therefore, at the in-process of stirring, clamping ring 3 presses the top edge at drink cup 1, both can increase the space that the drink was movable when stirring, can prevent again that the drink from spilling over when stirring, reduces extravagant, also can collect the drink that splashes in drink cup 1, reduces the loss, reduces the degree of dirty organism.
4. In this embodiment, by setting the flushing device, the flushing device is arranged below the cup holder 2, the flushing device is provided with an upward flushing port 5, the cup holder 2 is provided with an opening 6 for accommodating the upward flushing of the flushing port 5, so that flushing water sprayed out of the flushing port 5 can be flushed to the stirring blade 4 through the opening 6, the stirring blade 4 is clear, the cleaning and sanitation are facilitated, and the mixing of different beverages is avoided.
5. In this embodiment, the flushing device is arranged below the cup holder 2, the flushing device has an upward flushing port 5, and the cup holder 2 has an opening 6 for accommodating the upward flushing of the flushing port 5, so that the flushing device can conveniently find the stirring blade 4 without readjusting, and the structure is simplified.
6. The embodiment can also enable the pressing ring 3 to press the cup holder 2, so that the cleaning space is limited by the cup holder 2 and the inside of the pressing ring 3, and the flushing space is reduced to a reasonable range, so that the flushing requirement is met, the flushing space is reduced, the flushing water is reduced, and the flushing efficiency is improved.
9. The embodiment can also enable the pressure ring 3 to press the cup holder 2, so that the cleaning space is limited by the cup holder 2 and the pressure ring 3, splashing and flowing of flushing water to the wall of the inner box 9 of the machine body are avoided, the inner box 9 is kept dry, the use is not affected, and bacteria are not easy to breed.
10. In this embodiment, the stirring device is in a cleaning state, and thus cannot be aligned up and down with the drinking cup 1, but does not affect the understanding of the technical solution.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the body may be provided with a sterilizing device to reduce bacterial growth.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the sterilizing device may be used to sterilize the space enclosed by the cup holder 2 and the pressing ring 3, thereby more efficiently and specifically sterilizing.
In some specific embodiments of the present invention, the sterilization device may include a thermal mass nozzle 18 disposed beside the flushing port 5, and a return port 19 disposed on the outer sleeve 16 or the inner sleeve 17, so as to sterilize the stirring blade 4, the cup holder 2 and the pressing ring 3, and maintain the sterilization capability by using thermal mass flow, and continuously sterilize, and reduce the sterilization dead angle.
Functionally, the thermal mass nozzle 18 is used to eject the thermal mass for sterilization, and the return port 19 is used to expel the thermal mass to facilitate ejection of a new thermal mass by the thermal mass nozzle 18.
In some embodiments of the invention, the thermal mass exiting the return port 19 may be condensed for recovery.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the thermal mass applied by the thermal mass nozzle 18 and the return orifice 19 may be comprised of hot water, hot steam, hot air, etc. to apply a sterilization regimen such as pasteurization.
In some embodiments of the invention, the thermal mass nozzle 18 and the return orifice 19 may be interchanged to exert different modes of sterilization.
In some embodiments of the invention, the rinse port 5 and thermal mass nozzle 18 may be integrally mounted, reducing the difficulty of installation.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the sterilizing device may further include an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 20, wherein the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 20 is disposed at the meal door device 12, so as to facilitate sterilization of the area near the meal door, and overcome the problem that the steam sterilization is difficult to cover the meal door area.

Claims (10)
1. A beverage making apparatus comprising a body provided with:
The cup seat is used for placing a drink cup;
The stirring device is arranged above the cup seat and comprises a pressing ring and a stirring knife positioned at the inner side of the pressing ring, the pressing ring can press down the top edge of the drink cup to seal, and the stirring knife can descend to stir raw materials in the drink cup;
the cleaning device is arranged below the cup seat and provided with an upward flushing opening, and the cup seat is provided with an opening for accommodating upward flushing of the flushing opening.
2. The beverage making apparatus of claim 1, wherein said cleaning means further comprises a drain passage communicating with said opening, and/or said body comprises an outer tank and an inner tank, a bottom wall of said inner tank being provided with said cup holder, a bottom wall of said inner tank being provided with a water collecting port for discharging accumulated water of said inner tank.
3. The beverage making apparatus of claim 1, wherein said cup holder has an inner side wall that fits said beverage cup, an outer support ring is provided on top of said inner side wall, and/or an inner recess that extends up and down and communicates with said inner side wall.
4. The beverage making apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said body is provided with beverage identification means comprising bar code scanning means or two-dimensional code identification means for identifying said beverage cups for invoking the respective beverage making program.
5. The beverage making apparatus of claim 1, wherein said body is provided with a door means comprising a liftable door for picking and placing said beverage cups of said cup holder.
6. The beverage making apparatus of claim 5, wherein said door means further comprises a light identification guard mechanism located on the outside of said door and/or a contact guard mechanism located on the inside of said door, said contact guard mechanism comprising a cross bar for triggering, said cross bar being located below said door and adjacent to one side within said body.
7. The beverage making apparatus of claim 1, wherein the body is provided with a panel, a door device and a beverage identification device, the panel, the door device and the beverage identification device being sequentially arranged from top to bottom.
8. The beverage making apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a feed inlet is provided on an inner side of the pressing ring.
9. The beverage making apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the stirring device comprises a lifting base, the lifting base has an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, a stirring shaft connected with the stirring blade is arranged on the inner side of the inner sleeve, a motor for driving the stirring shaft is arranged on the top of the inner sleeve, the outer sleeve is connected with the inner sleeve in a vertically sliding manner, the bottom of the outer sleeve is provided with the compression ring, and a spring is arranged between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve and is used for driving the outer sleeve to descend relative to the inner sleeve.
10. The beverage making apparatus of claim 1, wherein said body is provided with a sterilizing device comprising a thermal mass nozzle and a return port, one of said thermal mass nozzle and said return port being disposed below said cup holder or said cup holder, the other of said thermal mass nozzle and said return port being disposed in said stirring device.
