For a more complete understanding of the nature and the technical content of the embodiments of the present application, reference should be made to the following detailed description of embodiments of the application, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, which are meant to be illustrative only and not limiting of the embodiments of the application. In the following description of the technology, for purposes of explanation, numerous details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the disclosed embodiments. However, one or more embodiments may still be practiced without these details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices may be shown simplified in order to simplify the drawing.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of embodiments of the application and in the above-described figures are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate in order to describe embodiments of the application herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprise" and "have," as well as any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion.
The term "plurality" means two or more, unless otherwise indicated.
In the embodiment of the application, the character "/" indicates that the front object and the rear object are in an OR relationship. For example, A/B represents: a or B.
The term "and/or" is an associative relationship that describes an object, meaning that there may be three relationships. For example, a and/or B, represent: a or B, or, A and B.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a terminal interface of a recommendation method of document collaboration rights according to an embodiment of the present application. The terminal in the embodiment of the application can be a terminal device such as a smart phone, a tablet Personal computer, an Ultra-mobile Personal Computer (UMPC), a netbook, a Personal digital assistant (Personal DIGITAL ASSISTANT, PDA), and the like, but is not limited thereto.
When the XX document is determined to be shared, a recommendation interface shown in FIG. 1 can be popped up at the terminal, and when the user clicks a confirmation key (such as a confirmation key of the first row), the corresponding authority (such as sharable) of the confirmation key is configured for the collaborator A, so that the user can conveniently configure the authority of the collaborator A.
Of course, fig. 1 only illustrates the relevant rights of the collaborators a, and may also recommend the rights of multiple collaborators at the same time, for example: the first row in fig. 1 still shows: collaborator A may share XX documents; the second row may show: collaborators B and C may download XX documents; the third row may show: collaborator D may edit the XX document. Fig. 1 is only an exemplary illustration of a recommendation interface, and a person skilled in the art can adjust the layout of the recommendation interface, the total recommended number of collaborators, the total rights, etc. according to actual needs, which will not be described in detail herein.
In the embodiment of the application, when the sharing operation of the user (usually the document creator) on the document is obtained, the current authority is recommended to the user at the terminal based on the corresponding relation between the document attribute and the authority of the collaborator, so that the user can configure the authority of the collaborator only by selecting on the recommendation interface, the efficiency of configuring the authority for the collaborator by the user is improved, and better use experience is provided for the user.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for recommending rights of document collaborators according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 2, the recommendation method of the document collaborator rights includes:
s201, obtaining the current attribute of the document and the current attribute of the collaborator.
The document refers to a document which needs to be shared at the current moment.
The document attributes may include document location, document tag, and document content. The embodiment of the application only uses document attributes including document positions, document labels and document contents for illustration, and does not limit the document attributes specifically, and a person skilled in the art can replace or add or delete the document attributes according to other known document attributes, for example, the document attributes can also include document types, document sizes, document creation time and the like.
The document location refers to a storage location of a document, for example, a directory for storing the document, a folder for storing the document, where the storage location may be a local storage location, and may also be a cloud storage location, for example, a cloud team folder; the document tag may represent a security level of the document, for example, the security level may be, in order from high to low, confidential, secret, intra-enterprise public, and extra-enterprise public, and the document tag may be configured by a user, or may correspond to a storage location of the document, for example, a document storing the intra-enterprise public tag under one directory, and a document storing the extra-enterprise public tag under another directory; the document content may include a document title and a template used by the document, e.g., the document title may be a product development, a product operation, etc., and the template used by the document may be a product development template, a product operation template, etc.
The collaborators refer to the collaborators corresponding to the document at the current moment, namely the sharing scope of the document, and one or more collaborators can be adopted. The attribute of the collaborators refers to roles played by the collaborators in the team organization architecture, and is used for representing functions, responsibilities and the like of the collaborators in the collaboration process, for example, the collaborators are divided at the enterprise level, and the attribute of the collaborators can comprise members in the enterprise and members outside the enterprise; within an enterprise, collaborator attributes may include team members (or group members, department members) and team members (or group members, department members); the group is divided into layers, and the attribute of the collaborators can comprise main responsible persons and common members; in addition, the collaborator attributes may also include the activity of the collaborator, e.g., the higher the frequency with which the collaborator views the document, the higher the activity of the collaborator; or the higher the frequency of editing documents by the collaborators, the higher the activity of the collaborators.
The above steps are described in detail below.
Firstly, the triggering conditions of the steps are described, and the steps can be executed after confirming that a user executes sharing operation, for example, when the user clicks a sharing legend at a terminal, the terminal receives the user operation, confirms that the user executes the sharing operation, and then obtains the current attribute of a document and the current attribute of a collaborator; or when the current attribute of the document is changed, executing the steps, for example, adjusting the security level corresponding to the document label in the current attribute of the document from the enterprise public to the enterprise public; or after the current attribute of the collaborator is changed, for example, the current attribute of the collaborator is adjusted to be an inner member of the team by an outer member of the team, or the current attribute of the collaborator is changed to be lower in activity (the actual activity is lower than the set activity) from higher in activity (the actual activity is higher than or equal to the set activity).
Describing the collaborators in detail and the current attribute obtaining mode of the collaborators, wherein the collaborators can be selected by a user through browsing all contact lists or recent contact lists, or after recommending a plurality of contacts in a terminal according to the corresponding relation between the document attribute and the collaborators, the user selects among the contacts in a recommendation interface, for example, the documents stored in the storage position of a document are bulletin documents, the collaborators corresponding to the stored documents are enterprise personnel, and the collaborators corresponding to the document are determined as the enterprise personnel; or the documents in which the storage positions of the documents are all daily work report type documents, and the collaborators corresponding to the stored documents are common members and main responsible persons in the team, and the collaborators corresponding to the documents are determined to be the common members and the main responsible persons in the team; or the name of the colleague is mentioned in the content of a document, the colleague corresponding to the document can contain the colleague; or the template adopted by the document is a daily work report class template, and the collaborators corresponding to the document are common members and main responsible persons in the team.
The current attributes of the collaborators may be preset, for example, the attributes of each contact are collected and stored prior to performing the above steps. Thus, after obtaining the collaborators, the current properties of the collaborators can be obtained by querying the database.
S202, determining the current authority corresponding to the current attribute of the document and the current attribute of the collaborator according to the corresponding relation between the attribute of the document and the attribute of the collaborator and the authority.
Rights herein refer to the rights of a collaborator to the document's operation, and different rights may differentiate levels to order, for example: the authority can be sequentially from low to high: view, download, edit, share, and delete. Of course, the several operating rights listed herein are merely illustrative, and one skilled in the art could adjust the rights using other rights known in the art, only by ensuring that the rights are hierarchical and ordered.
The rights may be downward compatible, with a higher level of rights covering the next level of rights, e.g., where a collaborator's rights are shared, the collaborator also has viewing rights, downloading rights, and editing rights.
The current authority refers to the authority to be recommended at the terminal, and corresponds to an collaborator, the current authority can comprise one authority, such as viewing, downloading, editing, sharing or deleting, and two or more authorities, such as viewing and downloading, downloading and editing, editing and sharing, or sharing and deleting; obtaining the current rights includes viewing, downloading and editing, downloading, editing and sharing, editing, sharing and deleting, etc., which are not described in detail herein.
Where the current right includes two or more rights, the two or more rights may be adjacent in order.
The corresponding relation between the document attribute and the collaborator attribute and the authority can be stored in a database in the form of a corresponding data table, and after the current attribute of the document and the current attribute of the collaborator are obtained, the current authority corresponding to the current attribute of the document and the current attribute of the collaborator can be obtained by querying the database.
In some application scenarios, where a document location or document title indicates that the document belongs to an advertising type document, and the collaborator is a corporate employee, then the current rights may be viewable. Under the condition that documents with the same function corresponding to the same collaborator are stored at the same position, the method is not only beneficial to configuring the rights of the collaborator, but also convenient for users to check the history record at any time.
In some application scenarios, in the case that the document is a daily work report document and the collaborators include common members and main responsible persons in the team, the authority of the common members to the document is determined to be viewable, and the authority of the main responsible persons to the document is determined to be editable.
The correspondence between the document attribute and the collaborator attribute and the authority is determined before the steps are executed, and the determining process of the correspondence between the document attribute and the collaborator attribute and the authority may include: under the condition that the corresponding relation between the document attribute and the collaborator attribute and the authority is determined for the first time, the document attribute, the collaborator attribute and the authority of the shared document in a first set time before the current moment are obtained; and under the condition that the configuration times of both the first document attribute and the first collaborator attribute and the first authority meet the recommendation condition, determining the corresponding relation between the first document attribute and the first collaborator attribute and the first authority as the corresponding relation between the document attribute and the collaborator attribute and the authority.
The first set time period described above refers to a time period required to accumulate history data in order to obtain correspondence between both the learning document attribute and the collaborator attribute and the authority. The first set duration may be inversely related to how frequently the document is shared: the more frequently a document is shared, the shorter the first set duration may be; the less frequently a document is shared, the longer the first set period of time may be.
For example, the first set period of time may be 5 days to half a year, e.g., the first set period of time may be 5 days, 10 days, half a month, one quarter, or half a year. The first set duration is only exemplary, and specific values of the first set duration are not limited, so that a person skilled in the art can determine the first set duration according to the document sharing frequency according to the document sharing requirement.
The configuring the number of times of the first document attribute and the first collaborator attribute and the first authority simultaneously meets the recommendation condition may include: the configuration times of the first document attribute and the first collaborator attribute and the first authority are greater than or equal to the set times; the number of settings here may be 5 or more times, and may be 5,6, 10, 15 or more times, for example.
The larger the setting times are, the more accurate corresponding relation (corresponding relation between the document attribute and the collaborator attribute and the authority) is easy to form, but the number of the corresponding relation is less; the smaller the number of settings, the easier the formation of a large number of correspondence relations, but the accuracy of the correspondence relations is poor. The above-mentioned number of setting times is only illustrative, and specific numerical values of the setting times are not limited, and those skilled in the art can select the setting times according with actual requirements according to the corresponding relation between the setting times, accuracy and number.
And under the condition that the simultaneous configuration times of the first document attribute and the first collaborator attribute and the first authority do not meet the recommendation condition, determining the corresponding relation between the first document attribute and the first collaborator attribute and the first authority as the corresponding relation between the new document attribute and the collaborator attribute and the authority.
The corresponding relation between the document attribute and the collaborator attribute determined by the method and the authority can be adapted to the standards and the regulations in enterprises and the habits of all parts in the enterprises, the application range of the recommended scheme of the document collaborator is enlarged, and the corresponding relation between the personalized document attribute and the collaborator attribute and the authority can be formed for different enterprises, so that better use experience can be provided for users of different enterprises.
In addition, after determining the correspondence between the document attribute and the attribute of the collaborator and the rights for the first time, with optimization of the workflow in the enterprise, the actual correspondence between the document attribute, the attribute of the collaborator and the rights may change, where the correspondence between the stored document attribute and the attribute of the collaborator and the rights does not change, after the terminal recommends the current rights, the current rights are often not rights required by the user, where the user may reject the recommendation (for example, the user may click on "none of the recommendations" shown in fig. 1, or "x" in the upper right corner in fig. 1), and instead configure the rights conforming to the actual situation for the collaborator. In this case, the current authority is recommended at the terminal according to the correspondence between the stored document attribute and the collaborator attribute and the authority, so that the use experience of the user is reduced.
In the case where the correspondence of both the document attribute and the collaborator attribute to the right is not determined for the first time, the determination of the correspondence of both the document attribute and the collaborator attribute to the right may include: acquiring the recommended times of the authority of the recommended document collaborators according to the first corresponding relation in a second set time before the current moment; the first corresponding relation is the corresponding relation between the second document attribute and the second collaborator attribute which are determined in the previous time and the second authority; acquiring the number of times of adopting the rights recommended according to the first corresponding relation; when the ratio of the number of adoption times to the recommended number of times is smaller than or equal to a set value, the first corresponding relation is adjusted to be a second corresponding relation; the document attributes in the first corresponding relation and the second corresponding relation are the same, and the collaborators in the first corresponding relation and the second corresponding relation are different in attribute and/or authority.
The first correspondence may be any one of a plurality of correspondences (correspondences of both document attributes and collaborator attributes with rights).
The second set duration represents an evaluation duration of the correspondence between the document attribute and the collaborator attribute and the authority. The longer the second set duration, the more accurate the first correspondence evaluation is under the condition that the workflow in the enterprise remains unchanged, namely, under the condition that the actual correspondence of the document attribute, the collaborator attribute and the authority remains unchanged; in the case where the workflow within the enterprise fluctuates, that is, in the case where the actual correspondence relationship of the document attribute, the collaborator attribute, and the authority fluctuates, the update of the first correspondence relationship is more likely to be delayed. The shorter the second set duration, the worse the accuracy of evaluating the first correspondence under the condition that the workflow in the enterprise remains unchanged, that is, under the condition that the actual correspondence of the document attribute, the collaborator attribute and the authority remains unchanged; when the workflow in the enterprise changes, that is, when the actual correspondence of the document attribute, the collaborator attribute, and the authority changes, the update of the first correspondence is made more timely. Those skilled in the art can combine the requirements for updating timeliness and evaluating accuracy to select a second set time period that meets the actual requirements.
In some application scenarios, the second set duration may be smaller than the first set duration, which is favorable for updating the correspondence between the document attribute and the collaborator attribute and the authority in a relatively timely manner.
The correspondence between the first determined second document attribute and the second collaborator attribute and the second right may be the correspondence between the first determined second document attribute and the second collaborator attribute and the second right, or the correspondence between the second document attribute and the second collaborator attribute which are not determined first and the second right.
The permission recommended according to the first corresponding relation is adopted, namely the permission is adopted by a user, for example, the permission recommended according to the first corresponding relation is displayed on a terminal recommendation interface, and under the condition that the operation of selecting the permission by the user is detected, the permission recommended according to the first corresponding relation is determined to be adopted, and the adoption frequency is +1; or if the recommended current authority includes a plurality of authorities, the authority recommended according to the first corresponding relation is not refused, for example, the recommended authority recommended according to the first corresponding relation, an option for refusing the authority and other authorities are displayed on a recommendation interface of the terminal, if other authorities selected by a user according to the recommendation interface are detected, the authority recommended according to the first corresponding relation is determined not to be refused, and if an operation of selecting the option for refusing the authority by the user is detected, the authority recommended according to the first corresponding relation is determined to be refused.
The ratio of the number of adoption to the number of recommendation may represent the degree of compliance of the rights recommended according to the first correspondence with the user requirements, and in the case of smaller ratio, the degree of compliance of the rights recommended according to the first correspondence with the user requirements is indicated to be lower, and in the case of larger ratio, the degree of compliance of the rights recommended according to the first correspondence with the user requirements is indicated to be higher.
The ratio of the number of adoption to the recommended number of times is smaller than the set value, which indicates that the recommended authority according to the first corresponding relation has too low fitting process with the user demand, and the first corresponding relation needs to be updated and adjusted to be the second corresponding relation.
In the process of adjusting the first correspondence to the second correspondence, only the second collaborator attribute in the first correspondence may be adjusted, or only the second authority in the first correspondence may be adjusted, or the second collaborator attribute and the second authority in the first correspondence may also be adjusted at the same time.
By adopting the technical scheme, the first corresponding relation can be updated into the second corresponding relation, so that the second corresponding relation is more in line with the actual workflow of the enterprise, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Of course, when the ratio of the number of adoption to the recommended number of times is greater than the set value, the first correspondence relationship may be continuously maintained.
The process of adjusting the first correspondence relationship to the second correspondence relationship will be described in detail below.
Adjusting the first correspondence to the second correspondence may include: obtaining the attribute and authority of the collaborators configured with the attribute of the second document in a third set time before the current moment; the third set duration is smaller than the second set duration; among a plurality of collaborators and authorities configured simultaneously with the second document attribute, under the condition that the configuration times are the largest when both the second document attribute and the third collaborator attribute are configured simultaneously with the third authority, the second collaborator attribute is adjusted to the third collaborator attribute, and the second authority is adjusted to the third authority; the second corresponding relation is the corresponding relation between the second document attribute and the third collaborator attribute and the third authority.
The third set period of time here may represent timeliness. The longer the third set duration is, the worse the timeliness of the second corresponding relation is, but the higher the accuracy of the second corresponding relation is; the shorter the third setting duration is, the higher the timeliness of the second corresponding relation is, but the worse the accuracy of the corresponding relation is. In addition, in the case where the third set duration is relatively large, for example, the duration difference between the third set duration and the second set duration is small, the case where the second correspondence relationship is the same as the first correspondence relationship is easy to occur, that is, the case where the first correspondence relationship cannot be updated effectively may occur. The embodiment of the application does not limit specific data of the third set time length, and a person skilled in the art can determine the third set time length according with the actual situation according to the specific meaning of the third set time length.
After the user configures the authority once, the configuration condition of the user is recorded and stored, so that the attribute and the authority of the collaborators configured with the attribute of the second document can be obtained by reading the stored record.
And counting the configuration times of each group of collaborator attributes and authorities configured simultaneously with the second document attributes to obtain a group of second document attributes and collaborator attributes with the highest configuration times and the authorities corresponding to the second document attributes and the collaborator attributes.
The third collaborator attribute is different from the second collaborator attribute, the third authority and the second authority are the same, or the third collaborator attribute is the same as the second collaborator attribute, the third authority and the second authority are different, or the third collaborator attribute is different from the second collaborator attribute, and the third authority and the second authority are different.
When the third collaborator attribute is the same as the second collaborator attribute, and the third right and the second right are the same, that is, when the second correspondence is the same as the first correspondence, the third setting time period may be shortened, and the third collaborator attribute and the third right may be redetermined.
By adopting the technical scheme, the first corresponding relation can be adjusted to be more in line with the second corresponding relation of the actual situation, and the current authority corresponding to the current attribute of the document and the current attribute of the collaborator can be accurately determined under the condition that the flow of the enterprise is changed, namely, under the condition that the actual corresponding relation of the attribute of the document, the attribute of the collaborator and the authority is changed.
S203, recommending the current authority at the terminal.
The recommending of the current authority at the terminal refers to displaying the current authority on a display interface of the terminal.
Under the condition that the number of the collaborators is one, recommending the current authority corresponding to the one collaborator at the terminal; in the case that the number of collaborators is plural, the rights of plural collaborators are recommended sequentially or simultaneously at the terminal.
Recommending a right at the terminal under the condition that the current right corresponding to a cooperator comprises the right; in the case that the current authority corresponding to one collaborator comprises two or more authorities, two or more authorities are recommended at the terminal.
In addition, recommending the current rights at the terminal may include: ordering a plurality of document attributes of the document according to the order of the easy perception degree from strong to weak; and recommending rights corresponding to each document attribute and the current attribute of the collaborator in the terminal in sequence according to the order of the document attributes from front to back. Here, the case of recommending a current right corresponding to an collaborator at the terminal is referred to.
The easy perception degree of the document attribute refers to the easy degree of the change of the document attribute, which is intuitively perceived by a user after the document attribute is changed; after a document attribute changes, the easier the user intuitively perceives the change, the higher the easy perception of the document attribute.
The susceptibility to perception is described below in terms of document attributes including document location, document tag, and document content. Under the condition that the document position of a document changes, a user can easily find the change, so that the corresponding easy perception degree of the document position is higher; in the case where the document content of one document changes, the user needs to carefully recognize the title or open the file and browse to find the change, so that the document content corresponds to a low level of susceptibility.
Specifically, the plurality of document attributes of the document are in order from high to low in the susceptibility: document location, document tag, and document content.
Recommending the authority corresponding to each document attribute and the collaborator attribute at the terminal in sequence according to the order of the document attributes from the front to the back, wherein the authority can comprise: recommending the current rights corresponding to the document position of the document and the current attribute of the collaborator, recommending the current rights corresponding to the document tag of the document and the current attribute of the collaborator, and recommending the current rights corresponding to the document content of the document and the current attribute of the collaborator.
In the above process, the document position, the document tag and the current authority corresponding to the document content of the document can be displayed at the same time at the terminal, or the current authority corresponding to the document tag of the document can be refreshed and redisplayed after the current authority corresponding to the document position of the document is displayed, and finally the current authority corresponding to the document content of the document is refreshed and displayed.
The document and the current authority corresponding to the current attribute of the collaborator are recommended in multiple dimensions, so that the user can select the authority meeting the actual requirement more conveniently.
In the document collaborator recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the application, the current rights are recommended for the document collaborator at the terminal according to the corresponding relation between the document attribute and the collaborator attribute, so that a user does not need to select among default rights when configuring the rights for the collaborator, and only needs to select among recommended rights, thereby reducing options faced by the user, simplifying the step of configuring the rights for the collaborator by the user, improving the efficiency of configuring the rights for the collaborator by the user, and improving the use experience of the user.
In addition, the recommendation method of the document collaborator rights provided by the embodiment of the application gives the recommendation result after analysis and judgment are carried out on a plurality of dimensions, and the phenomena of collaborator omission, rights omission or setting errors can be reduced to a certain extent in the process of setting rights by users.
In some application scenarios, in the process of sharing the document, in addition to setting the authority of the related collaborators, the sharing duration can be set, and after the sharing duration is reached, the authority of the related collaborators is automatically released, and the sharing is stopped, so that the document security can be improved.
In some application scenarios, after the terminal recommends the current authority for the user, the user can configure the authority conforming to the actual situation for the collaborators of the document on the display interface of the terminal. In the case of sharing documents within a team, the storage catalog of the document may be co-published so that the document may be accessed by the collaborators; under the condition of sharing the document outside the team, after the rights of the collaborators are configured, a sharing link can be generated, and other collaborators can access the document through the sharing link.
In some application scenarios, the recommendation method of the document collaborator rights provided in the above embodiment is executed after the current attribute of the document is changed. For example, if a document tag in the current attribute of the document is changed from an out-of-enterprise disclosure to an in-enterprise disclosure, recommending that the current rights of the out-of-enterprise collaborator members be inaccessible at the terminal. This may increase the security of the document.
In some application scenarios, the recommendation method of document collaborator rights provided in the above embodiment is executed after the current attribute of the collaborator is changed. For example, after the activity of a collaborator is changed from higher to lower, the collaborator and lower current authority are recommended at the terminal.
In the process of configuring rights for document collaborators by users, the rights of the collaborators are often changed.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the authority of one coordinator changes, whether the authorities of other collaborators need to be adjusted or not is checked, and other collaborators and the authority adjustment modes thereof are recommended at the terminal, so that the consistency of the authorities of a plurality of collaborators of the document is convenient for a user to confirm and adjust, and the use experience of the user is improved.
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a recommendation method for rights of document collaborators according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, the recommendation method of the document collaborator rights further includes:
S301, after the authority of the first collaborator of the document is changed, obtaining a fourth authority of the changed first collaborator.
The above steps may be performed in two scenarios:
In a scenario where a user configures rights for a first collaborator of a document for the first time, the rights of the first collaborator of the document are changed, meaning that the rights of the first collaborator of the document are changed from an unconfigured state to a configured state, the process may include: acquiring the current attribute of the document and the attribute of the first collaborator, determining the current authority corresponding to the current attribute of the document and the attribute of the first collaborator according to the corresponding relation between the attribute of the document and the attribute of the collaborator and the authority, and recommending the current authority at the terminal; the user-selected right is determined as a fourth right of the first collaborator.
In the above scenario, after the first collaborator is newly added to the document and configured as the fourth right, the fourth right is obtained.
In the scenario that the rights of the first collaborator of the document are configured, the rights of the first collaborator of the document are changed, that is, the rights of the first collaborator are changed from other rights to fourth rights, and the other rights may be higher than the fourth rights or may be lower than the fourth rights, for example: when collecting information to a member, the member has editing rights, can edit the information in a document, and can adjust the rights of the member to be viewing rights after the collection is finished; under the condition that a document records the relevant content of product development, a member participates in the development process of the product, and the authority of the member can be adjusted from the viewing authority to the editing authority or the sharing authority.
In the above scenario, after the rights of the first collaborator of the document are adjusted from other rights to the fourth rights, the fourth rights are obtained.
S302, obtaining a fifth authority of a second collaborator of the document.
The second collaborator is any of the plurality of collaborators of the document other than the first collaborator. The fifth authority of the second collaborator has been configured before the authority of the first collaborator changes.
S303, determining the actual authority level relation of the fourth authority and the fifth authority.
The rights in the embodiment of the application refer to the rights capable of distinguishing the hierarchy, and the rights can be checked, downloaded, edited, shared and deleted sequentially from low to high.
The actual rights hierarchy relationship may be that the fourth right is higher than the fifth right, or that the fifth right is lower than the fourth right. For example, the fourth right is an editing right, and the actual right hierarchy relationship is that the fourth right is higher than the fifth right in the case that the fifth right is a viewing right; and under the condition that the fourth authority is a viewing authority and the fifth authority is an editing authority, the actual authority hierarchy relation is that the fifth authority is higher than the fourth authority.
S304, recommending a fifth authority adjustment mode at the terminal under the condition that the actual authority level relation is different from the preset authority level relation.
The preset authority hierarchical relationship is a hierarchical relationship between preset authorities of the first collaborators and preset authorities of the second collaborators. For representing the hierarchical relationship between the rights of the first collaborator and the second collaborator in most cases, for example, the rights of the principal responsible person in the team are higher than the rights of the common members in the team for the same document; the rights of members within the team are higher than those of members outside the team.
The preset authority level relationship may be pre-stored in a database, and after the actual authority level relationship of the first collaborator and the second collaborator is obtained, the preset authority level relationship between the authorities of the first collaborator and the second collaborator can be obtained according to the inquiry of the first collaborator and the second collaborator in the database.
In addition, the preset rights hierarchy relationship may be determined as follows: obtaining a first role of a creator of the document in the team organization architecture, a second role of the first collaborator in the team organization architecture, and a third role of the second collaborator in the team organization architecture; and determining a preset authority level relation between the first collaborator and the second collaborator according to a first organization relation between the first role and the second role in the organization structure and a second organization relation between the first role and the third role in the organization structure.
The team organization architecture refers to the most basic structural basis of flow operation, department setting, function planning and the like of a team (or enterprise). In the embodiment of the application, the team organization architecture can comprise various departments, cooperative relations among the various departments, roles inside the departments and the like. Team organization architecture may be entered manually by a user within the enterprise or obtained by importing an enterprise address book.
The creator, the first collaborator and the second collaborator of the document are specific members, the first role can be used for representing departments and roles of the document creator in the team organization architecture, the second role can be used for representing the departments and roles of the first collaborator in the team organization architecture, and the third role can be used for representing the departments and roles of the second collaborator in the team organization architecture; the corresponding relation between the document creator and the first character, the corresponding relation between the first collaborator and the second character and the corresponding relation between the second collaborator and the third character are preset.
The above-described organizational relationships may include a leader relationship and a peer relationship, and the per team partitioning may include a same team (or department) relationship, a different team (or department) relationship.
The determining, according to the first organization relationship and the second organization relationship, a preset authority level relationship between the first collaborator and the second collaborator may include:
Under the condition that the first organization relationship is a leading relationship and the second organization relationship is a same-level relationship, under the condition that the job level of the first collaborator is higher than that of the document creator, the authority of the first collaborator in the preset authority level relationship is higher than that of the second collaborator; under the condition that the job level of the document creator is higher than the authority level of the first collaborator, the authority of the first collaborator is lower than the authority of the second collaborator in the preset authority level relation;
Under the condition that the first organization relationship is the same team relationship and the second organization relationship is different team relationship, the authority of the first collaborator in the preset authority level relationship is higher than that of the second collaborator; and under the condition that the first organization relationship is different team relationship and the second organization relationship is same team relationship, the authority of the first collaborator in the preset authority level relationship is lower than that of the second collaborator.
Of course, the first organization relationship and the second organization relationship listed here are all for exemplary description of the organization relationship, and in a specific application scenario, the organization relationship conforming to the actual situation of the enterprise may be determined according to the actual team organization architecture inside the enterprise, which is not described in detail herein.
Further, in the case that the actual authority level relationship is different from the preset authority level relationship, the recommending, at the terminal, the adjustment manner of the fifth authority may include: recommending an improvement mode of the fifth authority at the terminal under the condition that the fourth authority is higher than the fifth authority and the authority of the first coordinator in the preset authority level relation is not higher than the authority of the second coordinator, or under the condition that the fourth authority is equal to the fifth authority and the authority of the first coordinator in the preset authority level relation is lower than the authority of the second coordinator; and recommending a reduction mode of the fifth authority at the terminal under the condition that the fourth authority is lower than the fifth authority and the authority of the first coordinator in the preset authority level relation is not lower than the authority of the second coordinator, or under the condition that the fourth authority is equal to the fifth authority and the authority of the first coordinator in the preset authority level relation is higher than the authority of the second coordinator.
In the method for improving the fifth authority recommended by the terminal, one or more other authorities higher than the fifth authority may be recommended, for example, in the case that the fifth authority is a viewing authority, the method for adjusting the fifth authority recommended by the terminal may include one or more of the following: adjusting the viewing authority to be a downloading authority, adjusting the viewing authority to be an editing authority, adjusting the viewing authority to be a sharing authority, and adjusting the viewing authority to be a deleting authority; likewise, in the case that the terminal recommends a manner of reducing the fifth right, one or more other rights lower than the fifth right may be recommended, for example, in the case that the fifth right is an edit right, the manner of adjusting the fifth right recommended by the terminal may include one or more of the following: the editing authority is adjusted to be the downloading authority, and the editing authority is adjusted to be the viewing authority.
In the recommendation method, the rights of other collaborators represented by the second collaborators are checked based on the changed rights of the first collaborators to check whether the rights of the other collaborators are consistent with the rights of the fourth collaborators, and in the case of inconsistency (namely conflict), the rights of the other collaborators are recommended to the terminal according to the actual roles of the other collaborators in the team, the rights of the other collaborators with inconsistent rights are conveniently confirmed by a user in order to maintain the consistency of the rights of all the collaborators of the document.
In some application scenarios, members inside and outside the team cooperate, and in the cooperation process, the members inside and outside the team have editing rights to the document. After the cooperation is finished, under the condition that the user adjusts the authority of a member (a certain member or all members) in the team to be viewable, the authority of a member outside the team in the preset authority hierarchy relation is lower than the authority of the member in the team, the authority of the member outside the team is not modified at the moment, the authority of the member outside the team is actually higher than the authority of the member in the team, and at the moment, the mode of reducing the authority of the member outside the team is recommended at the terminal. For example, the manner of lowering may be: the rights of members outside the team are reduced from editable to viewable, even to cease sharing (inaccessible).
In another application scenario, in order to issue a gift, personnel departments need to count expected gifts of personnel in an enterprise, at the moment, the authority of the personnel in the enterprise on the statistical document can be edited, and the personnel in the enterprise can edit the statistical document through a storage catalog of the statistical document or sharing connection of the storage catalog of the statistical document, so that the statistical document realizes the function of collecting information; after the information is collected, the authority of personnel of the personnel department on the statistical document is adjusted to be viewable, and for the statistical document, the authority of personnel of the personnel department in the preset authority level relation is higher than the authority of other personnel in the enterprise, and the authority of the other personnel in the enterprise is editable and higher than the viewable authority of the personnel department at the moment, so that the reduction mode of the authority of the other personnel in the enterprise is recommended at the terminal, for example, the editable is reduced to be viewable or the editable is reduced to be inaccessible.
In the foregoing embodiment, the process of recommending the current rights of the collaborators of the document and the process of recommending the adjustment manner of the fifth rights of the second collaborators are described in detail.
In some application scenarios, under the condition that a plurality of collaborators of a document can be divided into a plurality of collaboration member groups, the collaboration member group where the collaborators are located and the current authority can be recommended at the terminal, namely, the collaboration member group where the current collaboration group is located is regarded as a whole, and meanwhile, the authority is configured; or recommending the collaboration member group of the second collaborator at the terminal and adjusting the fifth authority in a manner that the collaboration member group of the second collaborator is regarded as a whole and the authority is adjusted. This can improve the efficiency of configuring or adjusting the rights.
In the following case, a plurality of collaborators of a document may be divided into a plurality of collaboration member groups: the collaborators of the document may include members of multiple departments, and each member of a department may divide a collaboration member group; or the collaborators of the document may include intra-enterprise members and extra-enterprise members, the intra-enterprise members may be considered a collaboration member group and the extra-enterprise members may be considered a collaboration member group.
In this way, the recommendation method of the document collaborator rights provided in the embodiment of the present application may be as shown in fig. 4:
s401, obtaining current attributes of the document and current attributes of the collaborators.
The number of collaborators may be one or more.
S402, determining the current attribute of the document and the current authority corresponding to the current attribute of the collaborator according to the corresponding relation between the attribute of the document and the attribute of the collaborator and the authority.
S403, recommending the collaboration member group and the current authority at the terminal.
Wherein each collaboration member group comprises one or more collaborators, and the attributes of the collaborators in each collaboration member group are all or partially the same. Thus, the user can conveniently configure the rights for the collaborators in the collaboration member group at the same time, and the efficiency of configuring the rights is improved.
After determining the rights of the collaboration member group where the collaborators are located, the following steps are performed.
S404, obtaining the authority of each collaboration member group under the condition that the third collaborators belong to a plurality of collaboration member groups at the same time.
The third collaborator is any one of the collaborators on the document.
Typically, a collaborator belongs to a collaboration member group, and in some special cases, for example, a collaborator may play different roles in different collaboration member groups, so that the collaborator may belong to multiple collaboration member groups at the same time.
S405, recommending a third collaborator and the highest rights in the plurality of collaboration member groups at the terminal under the condition that the rights of at least two collaboration member groups are different.
Treating the collaboration member group as one overall configuration right refers to configuring rights to collaborators in the collaboration member group at the same time. In the case that the rights of at least two collaboration member groups are different, the third collaborator also has at least two different rights, which is a condition that the rights are repeated, and is unfavorable for the third collaborator to normally access the document. And recommending the highest rights in the third collaborator and the plurality of collaboration member groups at the terminal, so that the user can find out the situation that the rights of the third collaborator are repeated in time, and reconfigure the rights of the third collaborator in time.
After the third collaborator's rights are configured as the highest rights in the multiple collaboration member groups, the third collaborator's rights are independently calculated (or stored) and are no longer calculated from the rights of the collaboration member groups. And calculating the authority of the third collaborator again independently or according to the authority of other collaboration member groups until the membership of the third collaborator and the plurality of collaboration member groups changes.
