When the second clamping piece 53 and the first clamping portion 11 are installed, one end, away from the first elastic piece 51, of the clamping block 54 of the second clamping piece 53 is used for being clamped with the second clamping portion 21, namely, the large end of the second clamping piece 53 is connected with the first clamping portion 11, so that the stability of connection between the second clamping piece 53 and the first clamping portion 11 is improved. And the distance between two fixture blocks 54 forms first block groove, and the setting in first block groove can let second fastener 53 take place deformation so that first block groove's width slightly diminishes for second fastener 53 moves smoothly in first region, improves the smoothness of second fastener 53 and second block portion 21 block, and after the block, second fastener 53 resumes deformation, improves the stability of second fastener 53 and second block portion 21 block.
In some alternative embodiments, the outer sides of one end of the first engaging member 52 and the second engaging member 53, which is away from the first elastic member 51, are provided with engaging protrusions 55, and the first engaging portion 11 and/or the second engaging portion 21 are engaging grooves or engaging holes.
In one example, the two opposite sides of the first engaging member 52 are provided with engaging protrusions 55, the first engaging portion 11 at the top wall of the upper frame 1 is provided with a slot, the first engaging portion 11 at the first reinforcing rib 12 is a bayonet, and when the two engaging protrusions 55 are respectively inserted into the slot and the bayonet, the first engaging member 52 is engaged with the first engaging portion 11. The arrangement of the clamping groove can avoid influencing the appearance of the upper frame 1, and the arrangement of the bayonet can improve the stability of the clamping connection between the first clamping piece 52 and the first reinforcing rib 12.
In one example, the two opposite sides of the second engaging member 53 are provided with engaging protrusions 55, the second engaging portion 21 at the side wall of the side frame 2 is provided with a slot, the second engaging portion 21 at the second reinforcing rib 22 is a bayonet, and when the two engaging protrusions 55 are respectively inserted into the slot and the bayonet, the second engaging portion 21 is engaged with the second engaging member 53. The arrangement of the clamping groove can avoid affecting the appearance of the side frame 2, and the arrangement of the bayonet can improve the stability of the clamping connection between the second clamping piece 53 and the second reinforcing rib 22.
In some alternative embodiments, a suspension member 56 is disposed between the first elastic member 51 and the first engaging member 52 and/or the second engaging member 53, one end of the suspension member 56 is connected to the first engaging member 52 or the second engaging member 53, and the other end of the suspension member 56 is provided with a first suspension portion 561, where the first suspension portion 561 is used for suspending the first elastic member 51.
One end of the hanging member 56 is integrally formed with the first engaging member 52 or the second engaging member 53, and the other end of the first hanging portion 561 is provided with the first hanging portion 561.
One end of the first elastic member 51 is sleeved at the first hanging part 561 of the hanging member 56 connected with the first clamping member 52, and the other end of the first elastic member 51 is sleeved at the first hanging part 561 of the hanging member 56 connected with the second clamping member 53, so that the first elastic member 51 is detachably connected with the first clamping member 52 and the second clamping member 53, and convenience in connection and detachment of the first elastic member 51 with the first clamping member 52 and the second clamping member 53 is achieved.
In some alternative embodiments, the first hanging portion 561 is provided with a limiting portion 5611 at both sides in the length direction, respectively. The limiting portion 5611 can prevent the first elastic member 51 from falling off from the end portion of the first hanging portion 561, and improve the stability of the connection between the first elastic member 51 and the first hanging portion 561.
In some alternative embodiments, the first connecting component 5 includes a first angle 57, the first angle 57 is bent and disposed to form two bent portions 571, and the bent portions 571 are provided with a third engaging portion 5711 for engaging with the first engaging portion 11 or the second engaging portion 21. The two bent portions 571 are vertically disposed.
The two sides of the end of one bending part 571 are provided with a third clamping part 5711, the third clamping part 5711 is used for being clamped with the first clamping part 11, when the third clamping part 5711 is protruding, the first clamping part 11 is a bayonet or a clamping groove so that the third clamping part 5711 can be inserted into the first clamping part 11 for clamping, and when the third clamping part 5711 is a clamping groove or a bayonet, the first clamping part 11 is protruding so that the first clamping part 11 stretches into the third clamping part 5711 for clamping. In one example, the third engaging portion 5711 is a protrusion, the first engaging portion 11 at the top wall of the upper frame 1 is provided as a clamping groove, the first engaging portion 11 at the first reinforcing rib 12 is a bayonet, and the two third engaging portions 5711 are respectively inserted into the clamping groove and the bayonet, so that the first engaging portion 11 is engaged with the third engaging portion 5711.
The two sides of the end of the other bending part 571 are also provided with a third clamping part 5711, the third clamping part 5711 is used for being clamped with the second clamping part 21 located above the side frame 2, when the third clamping part 5711 is protruding, the second clamping part 21 is a bayonet or a clamping groove so that the third clamping part 5711 can be inserted into the second clamping part 21 to be clamped, and when the third clamping part 5711 is a clamping groove or a bayonet, the second clamping part 21 is protruding so that the second clamping part 21 can extend into the third clamping part 5711 to be clamped. In one example, the third engaging portion 5711 is a protrusion, the second engaging portion 21 at the side wall of the side frame 2 is provided as a clamping groove, the second engaging portion 21 at the second reinforcing rib 22 is a bayonet, and the two third engaging portions 5711 are respectively inserted into the clamping groove and the bayonet, so that the second engaging portion 21 is engaged with the third engaging portion 5711.
When the upper frame 1 and the side frame 2 are mounted, one bending part 571 is extended into the first area, then the third clamping part 5711 is clamped with the first clamping part 11, the other bending part 571 is extended into the third area, then the third clamping part 5711 is clamped with the second clamping part 21, and after the clamping is completed, the upper frame 1 and the side frame 2 are tightly connected.
In some alternative embodiments, the end of the bent portion 571 is provided with a first guiding portion 572, and the thickness of the first guiding portion 572 gradually decreases in a direction away from the bend of the first angle code 57. The first guiding portion 572 is disposed so that the first angle code 57 smoothly extends into the first engaging portion 11 and/or the second engaging portion 21, and the third engaging portion 5711 is located at an end of the bending portion 571 facing the first guiding portion 572, so as to improve smoothness of engagement between the third engaging portion 5711 and the first engaging portion 11 and/or the second engaging portion 21.
In some alternative embodiments, the end of the bending portion 571 is provided with a second engagement groove 573. The third fastening portion 5711 is disposed outside the end of the bending portion 571, the second fastening groove 573 is disposed, when the third fastening portion 5711 and the first fastening portion 11 or the second fastening portion 21 are mounted, the bending portion 571 deforms so that the width of the second fastening groove 573 is slightly reduced, the bending portion 571 can smoothly move in the first area or the third area, the third fastening portion 5711 can be conveniently fastened with the first fastening portion 11 and/or the second fastening portion 21, and after fastening, the bending portion 571 is deformed in a recovery manner, so that the fastening stability of the third fastening portion 5711 and the first fastening portion 11 and/or the second fastening portion 21 is improved.
In order to increase stability of the first angle code 57, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are disposed inside the first angle code 57.
Referring to fig. 8 to 11, fig. 9 shows a schematic structural diagram of a lower frame provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 10 shows a cross-sectional view of a second connection assembly and side frames and lower frames of the present application, and fig. 11 shows a cross-sectional view of a third second connection assembly and side frames and lower frames of the present application.
In some alternative embodiments, the second connecting assembly 6 includes a third engaging member 61 and a second elastic member 62, where the third engaging member 61 is configured to engage with the second engaging portion 21; one end of the second elastic member 62 is connected to the third engaging member 61, and the bottom plate of the lower frame 3 is provided with a second hanging portion 31, and the other end of the second elastic member 62 is hung on the second hanging portion 31.
The third engaging member 61 has the same structure as the first engaging member 52 and the second engaging member 53, and the present application will not be described in detail, and a suspension member is also disposed between the first engaging member 61 and the second elastic member 62, and the structure of the suspension member is the same as the structure of the suspension member between the first engaging member 52 and the first elastic member 51, and the present application will not be described in detail.
The bottom plate department of lower frame 3 is provided with the bayonet socket, and lower frame 3 integrated into one piece has second suspension portion 31, and second suspension portion 31 is arranged in the bayonet socket to the other end and the second suspension portion 31 of second elastic component 62 cup joint.

The second elastic member 62 also corrects the frame deformation, maintaining a good splice gap between the lower frame 3 and the side frame 2.
In some alternative embodiments, the second connecting component 6 includes a second corner connector 63, one end of the second corner connector 63 is provided with a fourth engaging portion 631, the fourth engaging portion 631 is configured to be engaged with another second engaging portion 21, and the other end of the second corner connector 63 is configured to be detachably connected to the lower frame 3.
The two sides of the second corner brace 63 are provided with a fourth engaging portion 631, the fourth engaging portion 631 is used for being engaged with the second engaging portion 21 located below the side frame 2, when the fourth engaging portion 631 is protruding, the second engaging portion 21 is a bayonet or a slot so that the fourth engaging portion 631 can be inserted into the second engaging portion 21 to be engaged, and when the fourth engaging portion 631 is a slot or a bayonet, the second engaging portion 21 is protruding so that the second engaging portion 21 can be inserted into the fourth engaging portion 631 to be engaged. In one example, the fourth engaging portion 631 is a protrusion, the second engaging portion 21 at the side wall of the side frame 2 is provided as a clamping groove, the second engaging portion 21 at the second reinforcing rib 22 is a bayonet, and the two fourth engaging portions 631 are respectively inserted into the clamping groove and the bayonet, so that the second engaging portion 21 is engaged with the fourth engaging portion 631.
The second angle sign indicating number 63 is provided with the screw hole towards one side of lower frame 3, and the bottom plate department of lower frame 3 also is provided with mounting hole 32, and the one end of bolt passes through mounting hole 32 and stretches into in the screw hole and threaded connection with second angle sign indicating number 63 to make second angle sign indicating number 63 be connected with lower frame 3.
When the lower frame 3 and the side frame 2 are mounted, one end of the second corner bracket 63 extends into the first area, then the fourth clamping portion 631 is clamped with the second clamping portion 21, and after the clamping is completed, the bolt passes through the mounting hole 32 to connect the second corner bracket 63 with the lower frame 3, so that the lower frame 3 and the side frame 2 are tightly connected.
In some alternative embodiments, a second guide portion 632 is disposed at an end of the second corner bracket 63 facing away from the lower frame 3, and the thickness of the second guide portion 632 gradually decreases in a direction facing away from the lower frame 3. The second guiding portion 632 is disposed so that the second corner code 63 extends into the second engaging portion 21, so as to improve smoothness of connection between the fourth engaging portion 631 and the second engaging portion 21, and the fourth engaging portion 631 is located at an end of the second corner code 63 facing the second guiding portion 632.
In some alternative embodiments, the end of the second corner piece 63 facing away from the lower frame 3 is provided with a third snap groove 633. The fourth engaging portion 631 is disposed outside the end portion of the second corner code 63, the third engaging groove 633 is disposed, when the fourth engaging portion 631 and the second engaging portion 21 are installed, the second corner code 63 deforms so that the width of the third engaging groove 633 slightly decreases, the second corner code 63 moves smoothly in the third area, the fourth engaging portion 631 and the second engaging portion 21 are engaged conveniently, and after the engagement, the second corner code 63 resumes deformation, so that the stability of the engagement between the fourth engaging portion 631 and the second engaging portion 21 is improved.
Wherein, in order to increase the stability of the second corner brace 63, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are disposed inside the second corner brace 63.
In some alternative embodiments, the side of the lower frame 3 facing away from the display 4 is provided with a hidden slot 33. In one example, the second elastic member 62 may be hidden by the hidden groove 33, so as to prevent the second elastic member 62 from being polluted by external foreign matters, and also prevent the second elastic member 62 from abutting against a table such as a tabletop, so as to protect the second elastic member 62, thereby improving the service life of the second elastic member 62 and improving the aesthetic property of the frame.
In one example, the hidden groove 33 may hide the bolt to avoid the bolt from being affected by external foreign matters, improve stability of the bolted lower frame 3 and the side frame 2, and improve aesthetic appearance of the frame.
Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of a side frame according to an embodiment of the present application.
In some alternative embodiments, the back of the side frame 2 is further provided with a sound outlet hole 23, the second reinforcing rib 22 is provided with a through hole 221 at a position corresponding to the sound outlet hole 23, so that the sound is totally conducted to the hollow space layer and then is transmitted out from the sound outlet hole 23 at the back of the side frame 2, the visibility of the back of the side frame 2 is very low, the wall-hung state is basically invisible, the influence of the sound outlet hole 23 on the outside is weaker, and the size and shape of the sound outlet hole 23 can be adjusted according to the requirement.
In some alternative embodiments, the application further comprises a display device comprising a display 4 and a display bezel as described in any of the above.
The display frame comprises an upper frame 1, a lower frame 3 and two side frames 2, wherein the two side frames 2 are connected with the upper frame 1 and the lower frame 3 for installing a display 4, the upper frame 1 and the side frames 2 are provided with inner cavities, the inner wall of the upper frame 1 is provided with at least two first clamping parts 11 at intervals, and the inner wall of the side frame 2 is provided with at least two second clamping parts 21 at intervals; the device also comprises a first connecting component 5 and a second connecting component 6, wherein one end of the first connecting component 5 is clamped with a first clamping part 11 which stretches into the inner cavity of the upper frame 1, and the other end of the first connecting component stretches into the inner cavity of the side frame 2 and is clamped with a second clamping part 21; one end of the second connecting component 6 extends into the inner cavity of the side frame 2 and is clamped with the other second clamping part 21, and the other end of the second connecting component is detachably connected with the lower frame 3.
According to the application, the upper frame 1, the side frames 2 and the lower frame 3 are connected through the first connecting component 5 and the second connecting component 6, compared with the traditional connection mode through magnetic force adsorption, the frame is not easy to fall off, the stability of the frame is improved, the upper frame 1, the lower frame 3 and the two side frames 2 are made of extrusion materials, the weight and the material cost of the frame can be reduced, the weight and the cost of a display device are further reduced, and the experience effect of a user is improved.

Claims (12)

1. The display frame is characterized by comprising an upper frame, a lower frame and two side frames, wherein the two side frames are connected with the upper frame and the lower frame for mounting a display, the upper frame and the side frames are provided with inner cavities, the inner wall of the upper frame is provided with at least two first clamping parts at intervals, and the inner wall of the side frame is provided with at least two second clamping parts at intervals; further comprises:
One end of the first connecting component is clamped with one first clamping part extending into the inner cavity of the upper frame, and the other end of the first connecting component extends into the inner cavity of the side frame and is clamped with one second clamping part;
And one end of the second connecting component stretches into the inner cavity of the side frame and is clamped with the other second clamping part, and the other end of the second connecting component is detachably connected with the lower frame.

The display frame according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting component comprises a first elastic member, a first clamping member and a second clamping member are respectively disposed at two ends of the first elastic member, the first clamping member is used for being clamped with the first clamping portion, and the second clamping member is used for being clamped with the second clamping portion.

The display frame according to claim 2, wherein the first engaging member and the second engaging member each include two clamping blocks, the two clamping blocks are connected towards one end of the first elastic member, the other ends of the two clamping blocks are spaced apart, and an outer side of one end of the clamping block, which is away from the first elastic member, is engaged with the first engaging portion or the second engaging portion.
4. A display frame according to claim 3, wherein a clamping protrusion is disposed on an outer side of an end of the clamping block, which is away from the first elastic member, and the first clamping portion and/or the second clamping portion is a clamping groove or a clamping hole.

The display frame according to claim 2, wherein a suspension member is disposed between the first elastic member and the first engaging member and/or the second engaging member, one end of the suspension member is connected to the first engaging member or the second engaging member, and a first suspension portion is disposed at the other end of the suspension member and is used for suspending the first elastic member.
6. The display bezel of claim 5, wherein the first hanging portion is provided with a limiting portion along both sides of the length direction, respectively.
7. The display bezel of claim 1, wherein the first connection assembly comprises a first angle, the first angle is bent and arranged to form two bending portions, and the bending portions are provided with a third clamping portion for clamping with the first clamping portion or the second clamping portion.

The display bezel of claim 7, wherein the end of the bent portion is provided with a first guiding portion, the thickness of the first guiding portion gradually decreases in a direction away from the bending portion of the first angle, and the third engaging portion is located outside the end of the bent portion.

The display frame according to claim 1, wherein the second connecting component comprises a second elastic member, one end of the second elastic member is provided with a third clamping member, the third clamping member is used for being clamped with the second clamping portion, a bottom plate of the lower frame is provided with a second hanging portion, and the other end of the second elastic member is hung on the second hanging portion.

The display bezel of claim 1, wherein the second connection assembly comprises a second corner connector, one end of the second corner connector is provided with a fourth engaging portion, the fourth engaging portion is configured to be engaged with the second engaging portion, and the other end of the second corner connector is configured to be detachably connected to the lower frame.
11. The display bezel of claim 1, wherein a side of the lower bezel facing away from the display is provided with a hidden slot.
12. A display device comprising a display and a display bezel according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
