Abstract
The invention discloses an overhaul safety device in a handcart switch cabinet bin, wherein an overhaul baffle is arranged between a switch valve and a contact; the back of the baffle is provided with a magnet device which is attracted with the rear panel of the switch cabinet, the front of the baffle is provided with a hook which is matched with the insulating operating rod, and the baffle is locked with the upright rod in the switch cabinet by a lock to realize locking. The invention realizes effective isolation of the contacts in the switch cabins and the overhauling part, avoids the need of stopping the whole bus due to overhauling of one switch cabin, and improves the reliability of power supply and a large number of operation; meanwhile, the problem that the switch is pulled in and out during maintenance can be solved, the safety problem existing in the prior art by operation of operators is solved, and the use is safe and convenient.

The safety device for overhauling in the handcart switch cabinet bin is characterized in that a baffle plate 2 for overhauling is arranged between a switch valve 1 and a contact; the back of the baffle is provided with a magnet device 3 which is attracted with the rear panel of the switch cabinet, the front of the baffle is provided with a hook 4 which is matched with an insulating operating rod, and the baffle is locked with the upright rod in the switch cabinet by a lock to realize locking.
The baffles are three (respectively installed according to the need): the first baffle is arranged at the lower part of the switch cabinet bin and is used for switch test isolation and overhaul of lower components in the bin; the second baffle is arranged behind the whole valve in the switch cabinet bin and is used for overhauling the switch valve in a fault manner; and a baffle III which is arranged at the position of the outgoing line fixed contact in the switch cabinet bin and is used for overhauling the outgoing line fixed contact.
