The most important measurable variable for measuring the fat running effect and the bearing state in the fat process is temperature. When running grease at a frequency corresponding to a certain target grease running rotating speed, the temperature of the target bearing needs to be continuously monitored, and the temperature inside the target bearing is generally difficult to measure, so that the condition of the temperature inside the target bearing can be evaluated by measuring the temperature of the outer ring of the target bearing. Generally, the temperature is continuously increased to a certain extent, the temperature tends to be stable, and the stable temperature does not reach the upper temperature limit, which is a precondition for the running process, so that after the running at the stable temperature is performed for a period of time (i.e. the temperature rising rate is equal to the target temperature rising rate and the timing reaches the target time, for example, 5-10 min), the running process at the target running speed can be considered to be completed.

According to the bearing fat running method provided by the embodiment of the invention, if the fat running temperature is equal to the target temperature rising rate and lasts for the target time before reaching the bearing temperature threshold corresponding to each target fat running rotating speed, the fat running current corresponding to the maximum fat running rotating speed in a plurality of target fat running rotating speeds and the current threshold are obtained, when the target fat running current is smaller than the current threshold, fat running of the target bearing is finished, and fat running qualified information of the target bearing is output, so that the accuracy of judging the fat running effect of the target bearing is improved.
In some optional embodiments, the fat running current corresponding to the maximum fat running speed in the multiple target fat running speeds and the current threshold value may be directly obtained without monitoring the fat running temperature; comparing the target running fat current with a current threshold value; if the target grease running current is smaller than the current threshold value, ending the grease running of the target bearing, and outputting the grease running qualified information of the target bearing, so that the judging efficiency of the grease running qualification of the target bearing is further improved.
In some optional embodiments, if the temperature of the running fat is less than the target temperature rising rate before reaching the bearing temperature threshold corresponding to each target running fat speed, obtaining the time of the target bearing at the target running fat speed and the temperature rising time from the temperature rising rate to the target temperature rising rate; if the sum of the time of the target bearing at the target fat running rotating speed and the time of the temperature rising time is equal to the fat running time, ending the fat running of the target bearing when the time of the target fat running rotating speed reaches the fat running time.

In some alternative embodiments, if the temperature of the running fat is higher than the target temperature rising rate before reaching the bearing temperature threshold corresponding to each target running fat rotating speed, cooling is needed for a certain time (generally, the temperature is reduced by 10-15 ℃), and the running fat is started again at the frequency until the temperature tends to be stable below the absolute temperature upper limit, and then the frequency running fat process is qualified.
Referring to fig. 2, the present invention further provides a fat running platform system, which includes a molecular pump, an upper computer 12, a power supply 15, a fat running driving module 14 and a mechanical pump 26, wherein a controlled end of the fat running driving module 14 is connected with the upper computer 12, a power supply end of the fat running driving module 14 is connected with the power supply 15, an output end of the fat running driving module 14 is connected with the molecular pump, and the molecular pump is connected with the mechanical pump 26.
The molecular pump comprises a pump shell 24, a pump body 23 arranged in the pump shell 24, a main shaft 22 arranged on the pump body 23 and a counterweight structure 21 sleeved on the main shaft 22, wherein the counterweight structure is a mechanical structure of the molecular pump which meets the minimum rotational inertia and realizes low-frequency starting. The counterweight structure 21 and the main shaft 22 are locked and fixed through nuts, and gaskets and sealing rings are arranged between the nuts and the counterweight structure 21. Thus, the assembling reliability of the counterweight structure 21 and the main shaft 22 can be effectively ensured, and the working stability of the motor is improved.
In this embodiment, the upper computer 12 may be a computer with a display screen 11, the upper computer 12 may be electrically connected to the running-fat driving module 14 through a serial communication line 13, the power supply 15 may be a 24V power supply, the running-fat driving module 14 may be electrically connected to a molecular pump through a molecular pump cable 16, and the molecular pump is connected to a mechanical pump 26 through a bellows 25 to provide a corresponding pre-vacuum environment for running fat of the molecular pump.

The bearing running device in this embodiment is presented in the form of a functional unit, where the unit refers to an ASIC (ApplicationSpecificIntegratedCircuit ) circuit, a processor and a memory executing one or more software or fixed programs, and/or other devices that can provide the above-described functions.
The embodiment of the invention also provides computer equipment, which is provided with the data sharing device shown in the figure 3.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer device according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the computer device includes: one or more processors 10, memory 20, and interfaces for connecting the various components, including high-speed interfaces and low-speed interfaces. The various components are communicatively coupled to each other using different buses and may be mounted on a common motherboard or in other manners as desired. The processor may process instructions executing within the computer device, including instructions stored in or on memory to display graphical information of the GUI on an external input/output device, such as a display device coupled to the interface. In some alternative embodiments, multiple processors and/or multiple buses may be used, if desired, along with multiple memories and multiple memories. Also, multiple computer devices may be connected, each providing a portion of the necessary operations (e.g., as a server array, a set of blade servers, or a multiprocessor system). The computer device also includes a communication interface 30 for the computer device to communicate with other devices or communication networks.
The embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer readable storage medium, and the method according to the embodiments of the present invention described above may be implemented in hardware, firmware, or as a computer code which may be recorded on a storage medium, or as original stored in a remote storage medium or a non-transitory machine readable storage medium downloaded through a network and to be stored in a local storage medium, so that the method described herein may be stored on such software process on a storage medium using a general purpose computer, a special purpose processor, or programmable or special purpose hardware. The storage medium can be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a read-only memory, a random access memory, a flash memory, a hard disk, a solid state disk or the like; further, the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above. It will be appreciated that a computer, processor, microprocessor controller or programmable hardware includes a storage element that can store or receive software or computer code that, when accessed and executed by the computer, processor or hardware, implements the methods illustrated by the above embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. A method of running grease on a bearing, the method comprising:
Acquiring the rated rotation speed of a target bearing;
Determining grease running information of the target bearing based on the rated rotating speed, wherein the grease running information is used for representing grease running time of the target bearing at a plurality of target grease running rotating speeds;
Acquiring bearing temperature thresholds corresponding to the target bearing at a plurality of target running fat rotating speeds;
Performing grease running on the target bearing based on the grease running information, and acquiring the grease running temperature of the target bearing;
And if the temperature of the grease running is equal to the target temperature rising rate and lasts for the target time before the temperature reaches the bearing temperature threshold corresponding to each target grease running rotating speed, ending the grease running of the target bearing.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the grease running information of the target bearing based on the rated rotational speed comprises:
determining the lowest fat running rotating speed, the highest fat running rotating speed and a rotating speed adjusting interval of the target bearing based on the rated rotating speed;
Determining a plurality of target fat running speeds and corresponding fat running times of the target bearing based on the minimum fat running speed, the maximum fat running speed and the speed adjustment interval;
And determining the grease running information of the target bearing based on a plurality of the target grease running speeds and corresponding grease running times.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the grease running information of the target bearing based on the rated rotational speed comprises:

4. A method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the running the grease on the target bearing based on the running grease information comprises:
Acquiring the rotation speed adjustment time among the target running fat rotation speeds;
and performing grease running on the target bearing based on the rotating speed adjusting time and the grease running information.

The method of claim 1, wherein ending the running of the fat for the target bearing if the temperature of the running fat is equal to the target temperature rate and continues for a target time before the temperature of the running fat reaches the bearing temperature threshold corresponding to each target running fat speed, comprising:
obtaining the grease running temperature and the heating rate of the target bearing at each target grease running rotating speed;
comparing the fat running temperature with a corresponding bearing temperature threshold to obtain a temperature comparison result;
if the temperature comparison result indicates that the fat running temperature is smaller than the corresponding bearing temperature threshold, acquiring a heating rate corresponding to the fat running temperature and timing;
