Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages to be solved by the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiments.
The embodiment of the invention provides a base station switching method, a base station switching device and a base station switching system, which can improve the success rate of mobile terminal switching and ensure that the service of a mobile terminal is not interrupted.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a base station switching method, which is applied to a serving macro base station, where the serving macro base station controls a plurality of micro base stations, as shown in fig. 1, and includes:
Step 101: receiving a measurement report of a service micro base station, wherein the measurement report comprises a measurement result of a terminal, and the measurement result comprises a first measurement quantity of the service micro base station and a second measurement quantity of the service macro base station;
In this embodiment, in order to improve the success rate of handover of the terminal and ensure the continuity of communication, as shown in fig. 2, a network architecture of macro base station 10+micro base station 11 is adopted, and 1 macro base station 10 controls a plurality of micro base stations 11, so that the radio frequency coverage of the macro base station 10 can be enlarged. The 1 macro base station 10 can control 2 or more micro base stations 11, the macro base station sends measurement control commands to the micro base stations, the micro base stations forward the measurement control commands to the terminal, the terminal periodically sends measurement results to the service micro base stations, and the service micro base stations report the measurement results to the service macro base stations. The service micro base station is a micro base station which provides service for the terminal currently, and the service macro base station is a macro base station which controls the service micro base station.
The measurement result of the terminal may include a first measurement amount of the serving micro base station, a second measurement amount of the serving macro base station, a third measurement amount of the target macro base station, and a fourth measurement amount of the target micro base station, where the target micro base station is a micro base station to be switched after the service quality of the current serving micro base station of the terminal drops to a certain extent, and the target macro base station is a macro base station for controlling the target micro base station.
In addition to reporting the measurement result of the terminal to the serving macro base station, the serving micro base station may also report its own base station identifier to the serving macro base station, and report the base station identifier of the target micro base station to the serving macro base station.
Specifically, the terminal may report measurement amounts of a plurality of micro base stations to the service micro base station, the service micro base station may report the measurement amounts of the micro base stations as measurement amounts of candidate target micro base stations to the service macro base station, the service macro base station maintains a candidate target micro base station list according to the measurement amounts of the micro base stations, wherein the base station identifier of the candidate target micro base station and the corresponding measurement amounts are recorded, the service macro base station monitors a change condition of the measurement amounts of each candidate target micro base station according to a measurement report reported by the service micro base station, may determine a movement trend of the terminal according to the change condition, and periodically update the candidate target micro base station list, specifically, may select a candidate target micro base station with the best measurement amount in the candidate target micro base station list as a target micro base station, and the service macro base station may send the base station identifier of the target micro base station to the service micro base station, and report a third measurement amount of the target micro base station by the service micro base station; or the service micro base station selects the micro base station with the best measurement quantity as a target micro base station according to the measurement quantity of a plurality of micro base stations reported by the terminal, and reports a third measurement quantity of the target micro base station to the service macro base station. When the embodiment is applied to a high-speed railway scene, the base stations along the railway are in linear coverage, and the micro base station in the terminal advancing direction can be generally considered as a target micro base station, and the next macro base station is considered as a target macro base station.
The measurement may specifically use reference signal received Power (REFERENCE SIGNAL RECEIVED Power, RSRP), and of course, the measurement is not limited to RSRP, and may also use other parameters, such as signal-to-noise ratio, as long as the current communication quality of the terminal can be measured.
Step 102: when the first measurement quantity is lower than a preset first threshold value, determining whether the target micro base station is a micro base station controlled by the target micro base station;
And when the first measurement quantity is lower than a preset first threshold value, the communication quality of the terminal at the current serving micro base station is poor, and the terminal needs to be switched.
The service macro base station side stores the base station identification of the micro base station controlled by the service macro base station, and the service macro base station can judge whether the target micro base station is the micro base station controlled by the service macro base station according to the stored base station identification.
Or the service macro base station can also judge whether the target micro base station is the micro base station controlled by the service micro base station according to whether the service micro base station is the last micro base station controlled by the service micro base station or not, and can judge that the target micro base station is the micro base station controlled by the service micro base station when the service micro base station is not the last micro base station controlled by the service micro base station; when the serving micro base station is the last micro base station under the control of the serving micro base station, the target micro base station can be judged not to be the micro base station controlled by the serving micro base station.
The service macro base station stores the base station identification and the position information of the micro base station controlled by the service macro base station, and can judge whether the service micro base station is the last micro base station under the control of the service macro base station according to the position information of the service micro base station, for example, the service micro base station is the micro base station at the edge in the coverage area of the service macro base station according to the position information of the service micro base station, and can judge that the service micro base station is the last micro base station under the control of the service macro base station; and judging that the service micro base station is the micro base station in the middle of the coverage range of the service macro base station according to the position information of the service micro base station, and judging that the service micro base station is not the last micro base station under the control of the service micro base station.
Step 103: and if the target micro base station is the micro base station controlled by the target micro base station, switching the use frequency of the target micro base station into the use frequency of the service micro base station.
If the target micro base station is the micro base station controlled by the service macro base station or the service micro base station is not the last micro base station controlled by the service macro base station, the terminal does not need to switch between macro base stations, but only needs to switch between micro base stations under the same macro base station.
In order to ensure the success rate of the handover, in this embodiment, when the handover is performed between the micro base stations under the same macro base station, the frequency of use of the target micro base station is switched to the frequency of use of the serving micro base station, so that the working frequency band of the terminal does not need to be changed, the terminal does not need to interrupt the connection with the original serving micro base station, tune to a new frequency, and then get in contact with the target micro base station, thereby avoiding short-time interruption of communication which may occur in the handover process, and improving the handover speed of the terminal. Through the technical scheme of the embodiment, the switching times among macro base stations can be reduced, so that the switching success probability is further improved, and the communication continuity is ensured.
In order to realize the switching between the micro base stations under the same macro base station, in the embodiment, the service macro base station needs to map a plurality of frequencies to the wavelengths used by a plurality of micro base stations controlled by the service macro base station, and modulates the signals of the corresponding wavelengths by using the frequencies; combining the modulated signals with a plurality of wavelengths into a first signal, and transmitting the first signal to a plurality of micro base stations controlled by the micro base stations; the different micro base stations use different wavelengths, and frequencies corresponding to adjacent micro base stations are different.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the serving macro base station controls four micro base stations, each micro base station corresponds to a fixed wavelength, and the micro base station demodulates only signals on the corresponding fixed wavelength, for example, the micro base station n1 demodulates only signals on the fixed wavelength λ1, the micro base station n2 demodulates only signals on the fixed wavelength λ2, the micro base station n3 demodulates only signals on the fixed wavelength λ3, and the micro base station n4 demodulates only signals on the fixed wavelength λ4. In order to prevent co-channel interference, the serving macro base station modulates signals of multiple wavelengths with different frequencies, for example, four micro base stations can correspond to four different frequencies, and in order to save spectrum resources, four micro base stations can also correspond to three different frequencies, so long as the frequencies corresponding to the adjacent micro base stations are ensured to be different. As shown in fig. 3, four micro base stations may be modulated with frequencies f1, f2, f3, at time a, the four micro base stations corresponding to frequencies f1, f2, f3, f1, respectively, serving macro base stations activating radio frequency switches to modulate signals at wavelength λ1 with a selected frequency f1, modulating signals at wavelength λ2 with a selected frequency f2, modulating signals at wavelength λ3 with a selected frequency f3, modulating signals at wavelength λ4 with a selected frequency f 1; and combining the multiplexed signals through a wavelength division multiplexer to obtain a first signal, and transmitting the first signal to the four micro base stations. The micro base station n1 receives the first signal, demultiplexes, and the micro base station n1 only demodulates the signal with the fixed wavelength lambda 1 to obtain the frequency f1 modulated on the wavelength lambda 1, and updates the frequency f1 to the current frequency of the micro base station n 1; the micro base station n2 receives the first signal, demultiplexes, and the micro base station n2 only demodulates the signal with the fixed wavelength lambda 2 to obtain the frequency f2 modulated on the wavelength lambda 2, and updates the frequency f2 into the current frequency of the micro base station n 2; the micro base station n3 receives the first signal, demultiplexes, and the micro base station n3 only demodulates the signal with the fixed wavelength lambda 3 to obtain the frequency f3 modulated on the wavelength lambda 3, and updates the frequency f3 into the current frequency of the micro base station n 3; the micro base station n4 receives the first signal, demultiplexes, and the micro base station n4 only demodulates the signal on the fixed wavelength lambda 4 to obtain the frequency f1 modulated on the wavelength lambda 4, and updates the frequency f1 to the current frequency.
If the current serving micro base station is the micro base station n1 and the target micro base station to be switched by the terminal is the micro base station n2, the frequency of the micro base station n2 can be updated to f1, and the frequency is consistent with the micro base station n 1. As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, at time B, the terminal needs to be switched from the micro base station n1 to the micro base station n2, the micro base station n1 and the micro base station n2 are controlled by the same macro base station, and the macro base station controls the frequency mapping sequence through the radio frequency switch, so that the four micro base stations respectively correspond to the frequencies f1, f1, f2 and f3, and the service macro base station starts the radio frequency switch to modulate the signal on the wavelength λ1 with the selected frequency f1, modulate the signal on the wavelength λ2 with the selected frequency f1, modulate the signal on the wavelength λ3 with the selected frequency f2, and modulate the signal on the wavelength λ4 with the selected frequency f 3; and combining the multiplexed signals through a wavelength division multiplexer to obtain a first signal, and transmitting the first signal to the four micro base stations. The micro base station n1 receives the first signal, demultiplexes, and the micro base station n1 only demodulates the signal with the fixed wavelength lambda 1 to obtain the frequency f1 modulated on the wavelength lambda 1, and updates the frequency f1 to the current frequency of the micro base station n 1; the micro base station n2 receives the first signal, demultiplexes, and the micro base station n2 only demodulates the signal with the fixed wavelength lambda 2 to obtain the frequency f1 modulated on the wavelength lambda 2, and updates the frequency f1 into the current frequency of the micro base station n 2; the micro base station n3 receives the first signal, demultiplexes, and the micro base station n3 only demodulates the signal with the fixed wavelength lambda 3 to obtain the frequency f2 modulated on the wavelength lambda 3, and updates the frequency f2 into the current frequency of the micro base station n 3; the micro base station n4 receives the first signal, demultiplexes, and the micro base station n4 only demodulates the signal on the fixed wavelength lambda 4 to obtain the frequency f3 modulated on the wavelength lambda 4, and updates the frequency f3 to the current frequency. At this time, frequencies used by the micro base stations n1, n2, n3 and n4 are f1, f2 and f3, respectively, thereby realizing switching of the frequency of use of the target micro base station to the frequency of use of the serving micro base station.
After the handover is completed, in order to avoid co-channel interference, the frequency of the micro base station n1 may be adjusted to be different from f1, for example, may be f2 or f3.
Because the frequency of the micro base station n2 is along with the frequency f1 of the service micro base station n1, the terminal does not need to interrupt the connection with the original micro base station, tune to a new frequency and then get in contact with the new micro base station, so that short-time communication interruption possibly occurring in the switching process is avoided.
The present embodiment is described by taking the serving macro base station as an example to control four micro base stations, and of course, the serving macro base station is not limited to controlling four micro base stations, and may control more or fewer micro base stations.
After the use frequency of the target micro base station is switched to the use frequency of the service micro base station, the service micro base station transmits the terminal related information to the target micro base station in a signaling mode, and directly switches the downlink flow of the service micro base station to the target micro base station, and then reroutes all upcoming and buffered data packets to the port of the target micro base station, so that the switching is completed. The terminal related information includes identity information of the terminal, resource information required by the terminal, and the like.
In this embodiment, if the target micro base station is not a micro base station controlled by itself, a handover between macro base stations is required. Firstly, judging whether the terminal moves in a direction away from the service micro base station; if the terminal moves in a direction away from the service micro base station, sending a switching request to the target macro base station, wherein the switching request comprises an identifier of the terminal, occupied resources and a used frequency band; receiving a switching response returned by the target macro base station; and switching the terminal to the target micro base station, and switching the terminal to the target macro base station when the second measurement quantity is lower than a preset second threshold value.
Whether the terminal moves away from the service micro base station can be judged according to the transmitting frequency of the service micro base station, the speed of the terminal and the included angle between the service micro base station and the movement direction of the terminal, and when the terminal is positioned on a train, the included angle is the included angle between the connecting line between the service micro base station and the train and the movement direction of the train.
The specific method is to calculate Doppler frequency shift fr: fr=fs (1+2v·cos θ/c), where fs is the emission frequency of the source micro base station, c is the speed of light, v is the speed of the terminal, and θ is the angle between the serving micro base station and the direction of motion of the terminal. When the terminal is far from the serving micro base station, the doppler shift is negative and its absolute value becomes larger and larger. Therefore, whether the terminal moves in a direction away from the service micro base station can be judged through Doppler frequency shift.
When the terminal is determined to move in a direction away from the service micro base station, the service macro base station sends a switching request to the target macro base station in advance, so that the target macro base station and the target micro base station can perform admission control in advance, and whether sufficient resources are provided for the terminal is judged, wherein the switching request can comprise the identification of the terminal, occupied resources, used frequency bands and the like; and after the admission control is completed and the resources are reserved, the target macro base station transmits a switching response to the service macro base station.
And when the signal intensity from the serving micro base station is lower than a second threshold value, switching between macro base stations is performed. According to the actual scene, the micro base station switching threshold (i.e. the first threshold) and the macro base station switching threshold (the second threshold) are adjusted, for example, the second threshold is set to be lower than the first threshold, so that the micro base station switching occurs before the macro base station, and the macro base station switching occurs after the micro base station switching is completed, thus ensuring that the terminal still keeps communication with at least one of the macro base station and the micro base station during the switching period, and avoiding communication interruption of the terminal. After the switching is completed, the terminal can synchronize with the target micro base station and release the channel resources occupied on the frequency domain and the time domain.
The technical scheme of the embodiment can be applied to a scene of high-speed movement of the terminal, such as that the terminal is positioned on a high-speed rail or the terminal is a high-speed rail, and of course, the technical scheme of the embodiment is not limited to be applied to a scene of high-speed movement of the terminal, and can be applied to a scene of low-speed movement of the terminal.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a base station switching method, which is applied to a service micro base station, wherein the service micro base station is one of a plurality of micro base stations controlled by a service macro base station, as shown in fig. 5, and the base station switching method comprises the following steps:
step 201: receiving a measurement result sent by a terminal;
When the embodiment is applied to a high-speed railway scene, the base stations along the railway are in linear coverage, and the micro base station in the terminal advancing direction can be generally considered as a target micro base station, and the next macro base station is considered as a target macro base station.
Step 202: transmitting a measurement report to the service macro base station, wherein the measurement report comprises a measurement result of a terminal, and the measurement result comprises a first measurement quantity of the service micro base station and a second measurement quantity of the service macro base station;
Step 203: and when the first measurement quantity is lower than a preset first threshold value and the use frequency of the target micro base station is consistent with the use frequency of the target micro base station, routing the data packet of the terminal to the target micro base station.
In order to realize the switching between the micro base stations under the same macro base station, in this embodiment, a service micro base station receives a first signal sent by the service macro base station, where the first signal includes signals with multiple wavelengths after being combined, and the signals with multiple wavelengths are modulated by using different frequencies; the first signal is demultiplexed, signals on a first wavelength in the first signal are demodulated, the use frequency of the first signal is determined, and the first wavelength is the wavelength used by the service micro base station; the different micro base stations use different wavelengths, and frequencies corresponding to adjacent micro base stations are different.
When the first measurement quantity is lower than a preset first threshold value and the use frequency of the target micro base station is inconsistent with the self use frequency; judging whether the terminal moves in a direction away from the service micro base station; and if the terminal moves in a direction away from the service micro base station, switching the terminal to the target micro base station.

The specific method is to calculate Doppler frequency shift fr: fr=fs (1+2v·cos θ/c), where fs is the emission frequency of the source micro base station, c is the speed of light, v is the speed of the terminal, and is the angle between the serving micro base station and the direction of motion of the terminal.
