An embodiment of the application, please refer to fig. 1 to 13.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the door includes a case 100 and a door 200. Wherein, a refrigerating compartment is formed in the case 100, and a detachable device 400 is arranged in the refrigerating compartment; the placement article 400 herein refers to a component that may be used to place an object to be refrigerated, and may be, for example, a shelf or drawer, etc. The door 200 is hinged to the case 100, wherein the door 200 has a closed state closing the refrigerating compartment and a preset open state opening the refrigerating compartment. The door body 200 includes a housing and a door liner mounted on the housing, wherein the inner surface 210 of the door liner is provided with a longitudinal liner 300, the longitudinal liner 300 includes a fixed portion 360 and a movable portion 370, the movable portion 370 is disposed corresponding to the object 400, and the movable portion 370 has an initial position and an avoidance position. The "inner surface 210 of the door liner" herein is the surface of the door liner facing the case 100 when the door body 200 is in the closed state. The term "longitudinal bead 300" generally refers to a bead extending along a vertical direction, and certainly, a case that the extending direction of the longitudinal bead 300 forms a small angle (for example, less than 15 °) with the vertical direction is not excluded, and the longitudinal bead 300 may have a certain irregularity in its structure, so that the extending direction of the longitudinal bead 300 is only approximately toward the vertical direction at this time, and may be understood as "extending along the longitudinal direction of the door body 200". Wherein, in fig. 4, the placement article 400 is not removed from the refrigeration compartment, and in fig. 5 and 6, the placement article 400 is removed from the refrigeration compartment, and the placement article 400 passes through the location of the longitudinal ribs 300.
In the closed state and with the movable portion 370 in the initial position, the movable portion 370 extends at least partially into the refrigerated compartment; under the condition that the opening state is preset and the movable portion 370 is at the avoiding position, the movable portion 370 is located outside the picking and placing path of the object 400. The "initial position" refers to a position of the movable portion 370 in the case where the movable portion 370 is not subjected to an external force, and corresponds to a position of the movable portion 370 when the door 200 of the refrigerator is in a closed state and the refrigerator is normally cooled.
According to the embodiment of the present application, since the movable portion 370 has the initial position and the avoiding position, that is, the movable portion 370 is movably mounted on the door 200, when the object 400 needs to be taken and placed, the movable portion 370 can be switched to the avoiding position to prevent interference with taking and placing of the object 400. The refrigerator with the movable part 370 has the advantages that the object 400 is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and the normal use of a user can be facilitated. Even if the maximum opening angle of the door body 200 is ninety degrees in the preset opening state, it is possible to take and place the object 400, so that the requirement on the placement space of the refrigerator can be reduced.
Taking the article 400 as a shelf in the refrigerating compartment of the refrigerator as an example, as the container rib extending longitudinally on the door body 200 is a movable container rib, when the shelf is taken and placed, the movable container rib can be switched to an avoiding position, so that the door body 200 is opened at a small angle, and the shelf can be taken and placed.
The above-mentioned "preset open state" refers to a state in which the door body 200 is at a maximum open angle and any angle corresponding to a minimum open angle that can achieve the object 400 to be placed or removed, including a state in which the door body 200 is at a maximum open angle and a state in which the door body 200 is at a minimum open angle that can achieve the object 400 to be placed or removed. For example, when the maximum opening angle of the door 200 is 135 ° and the minimum opening angle for taking and placing the object 400 is 90 °, the "preset opening state" refers to a state corresponding to the door 200 between 90 ° and 135 ° (including 90 ° and 135 °).
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, according to an embodiment of the present application, the longitudinal bead 300 includes a first longitudinal rib 310, or the longitudinal bead 300 includes a first longitudinal rib 310 and a second longitudinal rib 320. The first longitudinal rib 310 is located at the hinge side of the door body 200 and the second longitudinal rib 320 is located at the opening side of the door body 200. Wherein the "hinged side" is opposite to the "open side", and in connection with fig. 2, the left side is the hinged side and the right side is the open side. When the door 200 is opened, the first longitudinal rib 310 on the hinged side is relatively close to the case 100, so that the object 400 can be generally ensured to be taken and placed as long as the movable portion 370 of the first longitudinal rib 310 can be switched between the initial position and the avoiding position. That is, at this time, only the first longitudinal ribs 310 adjacent to the case 100 need include the movable portion 370 and the fixed portion 360. When the preset opening angle of the door body 200 is 90 ° or very close to 90 °, it is possible to take the necessary path of the placement object 400 to pass not only the first longitudinal rib 310 but also the second longitudinal rib 320, in which case both the first longitudinal rib 310 and the second longitudinal rib 320 are configured to include the movable portion 370, so that both the movable portions 370 of the first longitudinal rib 310 and the second longitudinal rib 320 can be switched to the retracted position.
According to an embodiment of the present application, a bottle frame is installed between the fixing portion 360 of the first longitudinal rib 310 and the fixing portion 360 of the second longitudinal rib 320. That is, the longitudinal ribs 300 mainly function to mount the bottle frame on the door body 200. Of course, at the same time, when the longitudinal ribs 300 extend into the refrigerating compartment, they can also insulate the edges of the case 100 to a certain extent, preventing the edge of the case 100 from leaking cold.
Referring to fig. 11, a sealing sheet 340 is disposed between the fixed portion 360 and the movable portion 370. Further, when the movable portion 370 is at the initial position, the sealability between the fixed portion 360 and the movable portion 370 may be increased at this time to secure the heat insulation effect of the longitudinal ribs 300. The sealing piece 340 adopts a flexible sealing structure, when the movable portion 370 is at the initial position, the sealing piece 340 is lapped between the movable portion 370 and the fixed portion 360 so as to shield the gap between the movable portion 370 and the fixed portion 360, and a sealing effect is achieved.
According to an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 7, the inner surface 210 of the door liner is further provided with a transverse liner rib 330, and both ends of the transverse liner rib 330 are respectively connected to the fixing portion 360 of the first longitudinal rib 310 and the fixing portion 360 of the second longitudinal rib 320, so that an installation area 211 forming a bottle frame can be enclosed between the transverse liner rib 330 and the longitudinal liner rib 300. By providing the lateral bladder ribs 330, the structure of the longitudinal bladder ribs 300 may be reinforced. In addition, the heat insulation effect can be further improved by the arrangement of the transverse container ribs 330, and the edge of the box body 100 is prevented from being leaked and cooled. Wherein, the transverse ribs 330 and the longitudinal ribs 300 are equivalent to forming a heat insulation belt to prevent the cooling chamber from leaking cold.
According to an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 10, a fixed portion 360 is partially recessed to form a notch, and a movable portion 370 is mounted to the notch. In this case, the movable portion 370 may be directly attached to the fixed portion 360 or may be attached to the door liner. For example, when the fixing portion 360 is partially recessed and a plurality of broken fixing sections are formed, the movable portion 370 is located between the plurality of fixing sections and the movable section may be directly connected to the door liner. That is, for the fixing portion 360, there are two cases:
in the first case, the fixed portion 360 includes a plurality of rib segments that are independent of each other and are separated from each other, and the movable portion 370 is disposed between the plurality of rib segments.
In a second case, referring to fig. 11, the fixing portion 360 includes a first rib segment 361 and second rib segments 362 disposed on two sides of the first rib segment 361, wherein a protruding height H1 of the first rib segment 361 with respect to an inner surface of the door liner is smaller than a protruding height H2 of the second rib segment 362 with respect to the inner surface of the door liner. The first rib section 361 is fixed on the inner surface of the door liner, and the first rib section 361 is arranged corresponding to the movable portion 370.
The mounting manner of the movable portion 370 to the door body 200 is not limited as long as it can be switched between the initial position and the escape position. For example, in fig. 5, the movable portion 370 may be hinged to the door liner or the fixed portion 360; alternatively, in fig. 6, the movable portion 370 may be mounted to the door liner or the fixed portion 360 in a telescopic manner. In fig. 10, the movable portion 370 is hinged to the fixed portion 360, and hinge members 380 are disposed on the upper and lower sides of the movable portion 370 to ensure the installation reliability of the movable portion 370. It is obvious that the hinge 380 may also be provided at the left side of the movable part 370. In fig. 11, a sealing piece 340 is provided at the outer side of the movable portion 370, so that when the movable portion 370 moves to the initial position, the sealing piece 340 overlaps the surface of the fixed portion 360.
The position switching of the movable portion 370 may be passive during the process of picking and placing the article 400. That is, the movable portion 370 is driven to switch positions when the object 400 is taken and placed. Specifically, the movable portion 370 is located in the picking and placing path of the object 400, so that the movable portion 370 is stressed during the picking and placing process of the object 400, so as to switch between the initial position and the avoiding position.
Referring to fig. 13, the longitudinal ribs 300 are formed with guide surfaces 350, and the guide surfaces 350 may be pressed during the process of taking and placing the article 400, so that the longitudinal ribs 300 retract to the retracted position.
Of course, besides the passive position switching of the movable portion 370 during the picking and placing process of the object 400, the movable portion 370 may be connected to a driving member, so that when the object 400 needs to be picked and placed, the movable portion 370 may be driven by the driving member to realize the position switching. The driving member may be a motor or a manual member, where the manual member refers to a member that moves under hand operation to adapt the position of the movable portion 370. For example, the manual member may be a button installed between the door bladder and the movable portion 370, which is structured like a button of an automatic ball point pen point. When the movable liner rib is pressed down, the movable liner rib is firstly switched from an initial position to an avoiding position; when the movable gallbladder rib is pressed down again, the movable gallbladder rib returns to the initial position from the avoiding position.
The movable portion 370 may be mounted to the door body 200 by a reset member. For example, a reset member may be provided between the movable portion 370 and the door liner, or a reset member may be provided between the movable portion 370 and the fixed portion 360, and the movable portion 370 is maintained at an initial position by the reset member. Wherein, when the movable portion 370 is hinged, the restoring member may employ a torsion spring. When the movable portion 370 is telescopically mounted, the restoring member may employ a telescopic spring. The specific configuration of the reset member is not limited to the examples herein.
In fig. 8 to 10, in the initial position, the movable portion 370 and the fixed portion 360 are flush, and at this time, the movable portion 370 and the fixed portion 360 are perpendicular to the inner surface 210 of the door liner, so as to ensure the assembly effect between the longitudinal ribs 300 and the door body 200.
The movable portion 370 may be detachably mounted to the door core. Further, as the refrigerator is used, once the movable portion 370 is damaged, the movable portion 370 can be directly disassembled to be replaced without replacing the entire longitudinal bead 300 or even the entire door body 200. On this basis, the whole longitudinal bladder rib 300 can be detachably mounted on the door bladder, and further, the performance of the door body 200 can be improved by replacing the longitudinal bladder rib 300. Of course, the fixing portion 360 of the longitudinal bead 300 may be integrally formed with the door liner.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the placement article 400 includes at least one of a shelf and a drawer. Wherein, both the shelf and the drawer can be used for storing food in the refrigerator. Of course, the specific form of the placement article 400 is not limited as long as it can be used for food storage in a refrigerated compartment. In addition, the refrigerating compartment in the present application may be a refrigerating compartment, a freezing compartment, a temperature changing compartment, or the like, and the specific type is not limited.
According to the embodiment of the present application, the number of the movable portions 370 along the length direction of the longitudinal ribs 300 is not limited, and may be one or more, depending on the number of the articles 400 in the present refrigeration compartment. For example, when two articles 400 are disposed in the refrigerating compartment along the longitudinal direction, two movable portions 370 are disposed on each longitudinal rib 300, and the positions of the movable portions 370 correspond to the positions of the articles 400. Further, the size of the movable portion 370 may vary based on the form of the article 400. For example, when the placement object 400 is a shelf, the dimension of the corresponding movable portion 370 along the longitudinal direction is adapted to the dimension of the shelf along the longitudinal direction.
