Description

Suspension bracket and installation method thereof
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a suspension bracket and a method for installing the same, and more particularly, to a suspension bracket capable of being quickly disassembled and preventing falling and a method for installing the same.
Background
Existing mounting brackets can mount the special purpose equipment to the ceiling; or alternatively, on a planar structure (e.g., wall surface). The aforementioned devices typically belong to a heavy object with a weight above, such as a speaker, a projector, a flat tv or a customer premises equipment (Customer Premises Equipment; CPE) to support a Fixed WIRELESS ACCESS Network (FWA). However, the fixing bracket is used to tightly cover or support the device, and a plurality of screws are used to lock the plurality of brackets on a mounting seat, so that the device cannot be easily detached from the brackets for repair, maintenance, adjustment and cleaning. In addition, the fixed bracket is also required to have a complicated pivoting structure to adjust the inclination angle of the device toward the user in a limited manner.
On the other hand, the fixed support is easy to be locked by the screw fitting part, and then the screw fitting part is loosened due to mechanical vibration during equipment operation and environmental vibration from an installation field under long-term use, so that the support is at risk of falling. In addition, the prior fixing brackets are used for tightly attaching the equipment to the ceiling, so that the equipment can be covered by the aluminum decorative baffle plate. Accordingly, there is a need for a suspension bracket and a method of installing the same to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional fixing bracket.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a suspension bracket and a method of installing the same, in which the suspension bracket is not only bare-handed but also easily detachable. The suspension bracket does not fall freely despite the loosening or non-locking of the positioning member. In addition, the assembly angle of the first bracket can be arbitrarily adjusted by loosening the positioning piece.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a suspension bracket is provided, which includes a first bracket, a supporting column, a positioning member, and a second bracket. The first bracket is provided with an opening and comprises a first connecting structure. The support column penetrates through the opening and is arranged at a preset position, and one end of the support column abuts against one outer side of the opening. The positioning piece is arranged on the support column and propped against the other outer side of the opening to limit the first bracket. The first bracket can rotate relative to the positioning piece and the end of the support column. The second bracket comprises a second connecting structure which is detachably connected with the first connecting structure of the first bracket to form a containing space for containing an article.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for installing a suspension bracket including a support column penetrating step, a positioning member setting step, a support column setting step, an article embedding step, and a bracket connecting step. The support column penetrating step comprises penetrating a support column into an opening of a first support, enabling one end of the support column to prop against the outer side of the opening, and the first support comprises a first connecting structure. The positioning piece setting step comprises the steps of setting a positioning piece on the support column and propping the positioning piece against the other outer side of the opening to limit the first bracket. The support column setting step comprises setting the support column at a preset position. The article embedding step includes embedding an article into a second bracket, and the second bracket includes a second connection structure. The bracket connecting step comprises detachably connecting the second connecting structure and the first connecting structure to form a containing space, so that the article is contained in the containing space.
The invention has the following advantages that firstly, the suspension bracket can be installed by hands and is easy to detach. Although the positioning piece is loosened or not locked, the first bracket and the second bracket for carrying articles cannot fall freely, or if the positioning screw piece is loosened or not locked, the second bracket and the articles carried by the second bracket cannot fall easily; secondly, the whole suspension bracket does not need to be disassembled, and the assembly angle of the first bracket can be directly and arbitrarily adjusted only by loosening the positioning piece; thirdly, the hanging bracket can be positioned on a ceiling or a wall surface, can be assembled on a conventional commercially available ceiling television bracket, and can be adjusted in mounting height by cutting grooves of a supporting column.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 together, fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a suspension bracket 100 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, and fig. 2 is an exploded schematic view of the suspension bracket 100 according to embodiment 1 of fig. 1. The suspension bracket 100 includes a first bracket 200, a support column 300, a positioning member 400, and a second bracket 500. The first bracket 200 has an opening 201 and includes a first connection structure 210. The support column 300 is disposed through the opening 201 and configured to be disposed at a predetermined position (not shown), and one end of the support column 300 abuts against an outer side of the opening 201. The positioning element 400 is disposed on the support column 300 and abuts against the other outer side of the opening 201 to limit and support the first bracket 200. The first bracket 200 can rotate relative to the positioning member 400 and the end of the supporting column 300. The second bracket 500 includes a second connection structure 510 detachably connected to the first connection structure 210 of the first bracket 200 to form a receiving space 110 for receiving an article (not shown). Therefore, the suspension bracket 100 of the present invention can remove or install the objects together by only removing the second connection structure 510 of the second bracket 500 from the first connection structure 210 of the first bracket 200 or assembling the second connection structure 510 to the first connection structure 210, so that the user can easily obtain and install the objects. In particular, the positioning member 400 may be a hand screw cap or a knob screw cap. The user can arbitrarily adjust the assembly angle of the first bracket 200 by just releasing the positioning member 400. Although the positioning member 400 disposed on the support post 300 is not fully pressed to the other outer side of the opening 201 due to human careless loss, the first support frame 200 is not directly dropped due to being propped by the support post 300.
Specifically, the first connection structure 210 may include at least two first bonding portions 211. The number of the first engaging portions 211 in fig. 2 is four, and the four first engaging portions 211 are respectively located at two sides of the first bracket 200; in other words, two first engaging portions 211 are located at one side of the first bracket 200, and the other two first engaging portions 211 are located at the other side of the first bracket 200. The second connection structure 510 may include at least two second junctions 511. The number of the second engaging portions 511 in fig. 2 is equal to the number of the first engaging portions 211, that is, the number of the second engaging portions 511 is also four. The four second engaging portions 511 are detachably connected to the four first engaging portions 211 and are respectively located at both sides of the second bracket 500; in other words, two second engaging portions 511 are located at one side of the second bracket 500, and the other two second engaging portions 511 are located at the other side of the second bracket 500.
In addition, the first bracket 200 may further include a supporting portion 220 and two connecting portions 230. The supporting portion 220 is a straight plate body, and the opening 201 is located in the supporting portion 220. The two connection portions 230 are respectively connected to two ends of the supporting portion 220, and four first bonding portions 211 of the first connection structure 210 are respectively disposed on the two connection portions 230. The second bracket 500 may further comprise a bracket body 520 and two side convex surfaces 530. The frame 520 has a U-shape, and four second engaging portions 511 of the second connecting structure 510 are located at two ends of the frame 520. The two convex sides 530 are respectively connected to two sides of the frame 520 to form a receiving groove 540, and the receiving groove 540 is used for inserting and positioning the article before the second connecting structure 510 is connected to the first connecting structure 210. Therefore, the hanging bracket 100 of the present invention can limit the articles by the side convex surface 530, so as to prevent the articles from being separated from the accommodating space 110.
In addition, the first bracket 200 may further include two first fixing holes 231, which are respectively located at the two connecting portions 230, and the first fixing holes 231 are disposed between the two first engaging portions 211. The second bracket 500 may further include two second fixing holes 521 and a through hole 522. The two second fixing holes 521 are respectively located at two ends of the frame 520. Each second fixing hole 521 and each first fixing hole 231 are aligned with each other, and the second fixing hole 521 is disposed between the two second engaging portions 511. The through hole 522 is located at one side of the frame 520 and is used for detachably connecting with the side cover 523. The suspension bracket 100 may further comprise two positioning screws 600, and the positioning screws 600 are locked to the first fixing holes 231 and the second fixing holes 521. In detail, each of the set screws 600 may be a hand screw which is screwed to the first fixing hole 231 and the second fixing hole 521 such that the first bracket 200 and the second bracket 500 are locked together. It is worth mentioning that with the development of communication technology, many sports games, professional games and entertainment stadiums are configured in the stadium to support Fixed WIRELESS ACCESS networks (FWA) of customer premises equipment (Customer Premises Equipment; CPE). If the article applied to the hanging bracket 100 is CPE, the user can directly press a button on the CPE by removing the through hole 522 exposed after the side cover 523 to adjust and switch the equipment mode. It should be noted that the material of the side cover 523 is the same as that of the second bracket 500, so that the antenna module inside the CPE will not affect the transmission and reception of the rf signal due to the configuration of the through hole 522.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4 together, fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the suspension bracket 100 of the embodiment 1 in fig. 1, and fig. 4 is a schematic front view of the support column 300 of the suspension bracket 100 of the embodiment 1 in fig. 1. The support post 300 may include a threaded portion 310, an extension portion 320, and a knob bottom 330. The threaded portion 310 is used for locking the positioning member 400. Extension 320 connects one end of threaded portion 310. The knob bottom 330 is connected to the other end of the threaded portion 310 and abuts against the outer side of the opening 201 (i.e., a surface of the supporting portion 220 of the first bracket 200). In addition, the support column 300 may have a through hole 301 passing through the threaded portion 310, the extension portion 320 and the knob bottom 330 for a fixing member (not shown). When the fixing member passes through the through hole 301, an end of the fixing member adjacent to the extension portion 320 may be disposed at a predetermined position. The knob bottom 330 may have an annular recess 331 that engages the other end of the fixture and is biased against the fixture. Therefore, the present invention can support the weight of the suspension bracket 100 and the object by the fixing member pushing against the annular groove 331, and suspend the support column 300 at a predetermined position. The predetermined position may be a ceiling or a planar structure (e.g. wall surface), and the fixing member may be a screw, a screw or an rivet, but the invention is not limited thereto.
In particular, the extension 320 may include a plurality of extension members 321 connected in sequence. Each extension 321 may have a locking aperture 3211. The extension 320 can be directly inserted into the tube diameter of a conventional ceiling television rack, and is inserted through at least one locking hole 3211 by at least one positioning pin to fix the support column 300 to the ceiling television rack. In addition, a groove 3212 may be provided between each two extending members 321. The groove 3212 is in a V-shape, and the depth and width of the groove 3212 may be 1 mm and 0.6 mm, respectively, but the invention is not limited thereto. Thus, the hanging bracket 100 of the present invention can cut the groove 3212 by a cutting tool according to the height of the article to be hung or the length of the fixture, thereby shortening the length of the extension 320.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, fig. 5 is a schematic partial cross-sectional view of the suspension bracket 100 of embodiment 1 in fig. 1, and fig. 6 is a schematic partial cross-sectional view of the suspension bracket according to embodiment 2 in the present invention. Further, one of the first and second engaging portions connected to each other may be a positioning post, and the other of the first and second engaging portions connected to each other may be a positioning groove. As shown in fig. 5, each first engagement portion 211 of the first bracket 200 is a positioning post, and each second engagement portion 511 of the second bracket 500 connected to the first engagement portion is a positioning groove. As shown in fig. 6, each first engagement portion 211a of the first bracket 200a is a positioning groove, and each second engagement portion 511a of the second bracket 500a connected to the first engagement portion is a positioning post. In fig. 5 and 6, the positioning post of the present invention is a cylinder, and the positioning slot is a circular slot, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the two first engaging portions located on the same side of the first bracket may be a positioning post and a positioning slot, respectively, and the two second engaging portions located on the same side of the second bracket may be a positioning post and a positioning slot, respectively. In addition, the positioning column can also be a square column, a triangular column or a convex body with a single section, and the positioning groove which is mutually connected with the positioning column can also be a square groove, a triangular groove or a groove with a single section.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, fig. 7 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a first bracket 200b connected to a second bracket 500b of a suspension bracket according to embodiment 3 of the present invention, and fig. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a first bracket 200c connected to a second bracket 500c of a suspension bracket according to embodiment 4 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the first bracket 200b and the second bracket 500b each have a U-shaped frame body. The first connection structure 210b is located at both ends of the first bracket 200 b. The second connection structure 510b is located at both ends of the second bracket 500 b. Thus, the junction between the first connection structure 210b and the second connection structure 510b is located at an intermediate position of the whole suspension bracket. As shown in fig. 8, the first bracket 200c has an elongated U-shaped frame body. The second bracket 500c is a short U-shaped bracket or a straight bar-shaped bracket. The first connection structure 210c is located at both ends of the first bracket 200 c. The second connection structure 510c is located at both ends of the second bracket 500 c. Therefore, the junction between the first connection structure 210c and the second connection structure 510c is located at the lower half of the suspension bracket, but the junction between the first connection structure and the second connection structure of the present invention is not limited to the foregoing disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, 9, 10, 11A, 11B, 12A, 12B and 13 together, wherein fig. 9 shows a flowchart of a method 700 for installing a suspension bracket according to the 5 th embodiment of the present invention, fig. 10 shows an operation of the support column penetrating step S02, the positioning member setting step S04 and the support column setting step S06 of the method 700 for installing a suspension bracket according to the 5 th embodiment of the present invention, fig. 11A shows an operation of the item embedding step S08 of the method 700 for installing a suspension bracket according to the 5 th embodiment of the present invention, fig. 11B shows another operation of the item embedding step S08 of the method 700 for installing a suspension bracket according to the 5 th embodiment of the present invention, fig. 12A shows an operation of the bracket connecting step S10 of the method 700 for installing a suspension bracket according to the 5 th embodiment of the present invention, fig. 9, fig. 12B shows another operation of the bracket connecting step S10 of the method 700 for installing a suspension bracket according to the 5 th embodiment of the present invention, fig. 9, and fig. 11B shows another operation of the bracket connecting step S9, and fig. 13 shows an operation of the bracket connecting step S12 of the method 700 for installing a suspension bracket according to the 5 of the 5 embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, the mounting method 700 of the suspension bracket can be applied to the suspension bracket 100 of fig. 1, and includes a support post penetrating step S02, a positioning member setting step S04, a support post setting step S06, an article embedding step S08, and a bracket connecting step S10.
As shown in fig. 10, the support column penetrating step S02 includes penetrating the support column 300 into the opening 201 of the first support 200, such that one end of the support column 300 abuts against the outer side of the opening 201 (i.e. a surface 202 of the first support 200). The positioning element setting step S04 includes setting the positioning element 400 on the support column 300, and abutting the positioning element 400 against the other outer side of the opening 201 (i.e. the other surface 203 of the first bracket 200) to limit the first bracket 200. The support column setting step S06 includes setting the support column 300 at the preset position 120. In the support column setting step S06, the fixing member 340 is inserted into the through hole 301 of the support column 300, and one end of the fixing member 340 is positioned at the preset position 120, such that the other end of the fixing member 340 engages with the annular groove 331 of the knob bottom 330, thereby enabling the fixing member 340 to support the support column 300 and then supporting the first support 200 by the support column 300.
As shown in fig. 11A and 11B, the article inserting step S08 includes inserting an article 800 into the accommodating groove 540 of the second bracket 500 along a direction D1, thereby positioning the article 800 on the second bracket 500. As shown in fig. 12A, the bracket connection step S10 includes detachably connecting the second connection structure 510 of the second bracket 500 and the first connection structure 210 of the first bracket 200 to form the accommodating space 110, so that the article 800 is accommodated in the accommodating space 110. Specifically, at least one of the first and second brackets 200 and 500 may be made of an elastic material. In the bracket connection step S10, the two ends of the second bracket 500 are respectively and outwardly opened in the two directions D2 and D3, and then the second connection structure 510 is engaged with the first connection structure 210. In detail, after the article 800 is inserted into the accommodating groove 540, the four second engaging portions 511 of the second connecting structure 510 are aligned and mounted on the four first engaging portions 211 of the first connecting structure 210, so that the second bracket 500 is assembled to the first bracket 200 together with the article 800. As shown in fig. 12B, the bracket connecting step S10 may further include locking the positioning screw 600 to the first fixing hole 231 of the first bracket 200 and the second fixing hole 521 of the second bracket 500, so that the first bracket 200 and the second bracket 500 are locked together, thereby preventing the second bracket 500 from being separated from the first bracket 200 due to impact or vibration. Thus, the method 700 for installing a suspension bracket of the present invention can remove or install the article 800 together by only removing the second connection structure 510 of the second bracket 500 from the first connection structure 210 of the first bracket 200 or assembling the second connection structure 510 to the first connection structure 210, so that a user can easily obtain and install the article 800. In addition, since the first bracket 200 and the second bracket 500 are engaged and assembled by the first connecting structure 210 and the second connecting structure 510, the second bracket 500 and the article 800 carried by the second bracket 500 cannot be easily dropped even if the positioning screw 600 is loosened due to the reason.
As shown in fig. 13, the method 700 for installing a suspension bracket may further include a bracket adjusting step S12. The bracket adjusting step S12 includes a bracket releasing step S122, a bracket rotating step S124, and a bracket fixing step S126. The bracket releasing step S122 includes rotating the positioning member 400 with respect to the supporting column 300 such that the positioning member 400 is away from the first bracket 200 to release the first bracket 200. Bracket rotation step S124 includes rotating first bracket 200 in a direction D4 (or opposite direction D4) to adjust the assembly angle of first bracket 200 and orient article 800 toward a particular face. The bracket fixing step S126 includes rotating the positioning member 400 relative to the support post 300, so that the positioning member 400 is pressed against the first bracket 200 to fix the first bracket 200. Therefore, the user can arbitrarily adjust the assembly angle of the first bracket 200 (i.e., adjust the assembly angle of the article 800) by just releasing the positioning member 400 and then rotating the first bracket 200. Although the positioning member 400 disposed on the support post 300 is not completely pressed to the first support frame 200 due to human careless loss, the first support frame 200 will not fall directly due to being propped by the support post 300; and, the second holder 500 for carrying the article 800 does not fall.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the present invention has the following advantages, in that, firstly, the suspension bracket can be mounted by hand and is easy to detach.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments, it should be understood that the invention is not limited thereto, but various changes and modifications can be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims.
