A limiting device for facilitating square tube connection is characterized by comprising a U-shaped tube clamp (1), wherein the U-shaped tube clamp (1) consists of a bottom plate and side plates symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bottom plate, an inner threaded cylinder (4) is arranged on the outer walls of the two side plates of the U-shaped tube clamp (1), a screw rod (3) is connected with the inner threads of the inner threaded cylinder (4), clamping plates (2) capable of sliding on the two side plates of the U-shaped tube clamp (1) are rotationally connected between the two screw rods (3), the clamping plates (2) are used for fastening square tubes (9) in the U-shaped tube clamp (1), a combined connection mechanism is arranged on the outer wall of the bottom plate of the U-shaped tube clamp (1), the combined connection mechanism comprises an annular slide rail (51) and a circular ring (54) which are connected to the outer wall of the bottom plate of the U-shaped tube clamp (1), annular slide rail (51) is internally connected with an annular slide block (52), two L-shaped inserting rods (53) are symmetrically connected to the outer wall of the bottom plate of the U-shaped tube clamp (1) by taking the circular ring (54) as a center, two clamping blocks I (55) are symmetrically connected to the outer wall of the bottom plate of the U-shaped tube clamp (1) and two clamping blocks I (55) are provided with locking grooves 551), the locking component on the first U-shaped pipe clamp (1) is used for locking the L-shaped inserting rod (53) on the second U-shaped pipe clamp (1) in the clamping groove I (551) of the clamping block I (55) on the first U-shaped pipe clamp (1), and the locking component on the second U-shaped pipe clamp (1) is used for locking the L-shaped inserting rod (53) on other U-shaped pipe clamps (1) except the first U-shaped pipe clamp in the clamping groove I (551) of the clamping block I (55) on the second U-shaped pipe clamp (1);
The locking assembly comprises two guide rails (56) connected to the outer wall of a bottom plate of the U-shaped pipe clamp (1), the two guide rails (56) are symmetrical in the axial direction of the circular ring (54) and are respectively close to two clamping blocks I (55), sliding plates (57) capable of moving in the directions away from and close to the clamping blocks I (55) are connected in the guide rails (56), clamping blocks II (58) are connected to one side, close to the clamping blocks I (55), of each sliding plate (57), clamping grooves II (581) clamped with L-shaped inserting rods (53) are formed in the clamping blocks II (58), the clamping grooves II (581) in the clamping blocks II (58) are perpendicular to clamping grooves I (551) in the clamping blocks I (55), supporting springs (59) are connected between the sliding plates (57) and the guide rails (56), and pull rods (510) are connected between the two sliding plates (57);
An angle locking mechanism is arranged on the bottom plate of the U-shaped tube clamp (1), the angle locking mechanism comprises a circular toothed plate I (62) which is connected onto the bottom plate of the U-shaped tube clamp (1) in a sliding manner through a sliding rod (61), the circular toothed plate I (62) is positioned in a circular ring (54), a compression spring (63) is sleeved on the sliding rod (61), the compression spring (63) is connected with the sliding rod (61) and the U-shaped tube clamp (1), a circular toothed plate II (64) is connected onto the outer wall of the bottom plate of the U-shaped tube clamp (1), the circular toothed plate II (64) is positioned in an annular sliding rail (51), when the first U-shaped tube clamp (1) and the second U-shaped tube clamp (1) are assembled together, the circular toothed plate I (62) on the first U-shaped tube clamp (1) and the circular toothed plate II (64) on the second U-shaped tube clamp (1) are aligned, when the clamping plate (2) on the first U-shaped tube clamp (1) is clamped and fixed in the first U-shaped tube clamp (1), the square tube (9) is pushed by the clamping plate II (64) on the first U-shaped tube clamp (1) to push the first U-shaped tube clamp (1) to move away from the first U-shaped tube clamp (1) in the direction of the first U-shaped tube clamp (1), therefore, when the circular toothed plate I (62) on the first U-shaped tube clamp (1) is meshed with the circular toothed plate II (64) on the second U-shaped tube clamp (1) so as to mutually lock the first U-shaped tube clamp (1) and the second U-shaped tube clamp (1), and when the second U-shaped tube clamp (1) and other U-shaped tube clamps (1) except the first U-shaped tube clamp are assembled together, the circular toothed plate I (62) on the second U-shaped tube clamp (1) and the circular toothed plate II (64) on the other U-shaped tube clamps (1) except the first U-shaped tube clamp are aligned, and when the square tube (9) is clamped and fixed in the second U-shaped tube clamp (1) by the clamping plate (2) on the second U-shaped tube clamp (1), the square tube (61) on the second U-shaped tube clamp (1) pushes the toothed plate I (62) on the second U-shaped tube clamp (1) to be far away from the circular toothed plate II (62) on the second U-shaped tube clamp (1) so as to mutually lock the circular toothed plate I (1) and the other U-shaped tube clamps (1) except the first U-shaped tube clamp (1).
2. The limiting device for facilitating square tube connection according to claim 1, wherein the side surface of the clamping plate (2) for clamping the square tube (9) is arranged in a V shape.
3. A stop device for facilitating square tube connection according to claim 1, characterized in that the side of the clamping block ii (58) facing away from the U-shaped tube clamp (1) is an inclined surface.
