Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of decorative paper, in particular to decorative paper for an artificial board veneer, a preparation method thereof and a veneer artificial board.
Background
At present, the facing artificial board has been widely applied in the fields of interior decoration, furniture and the like. The decorative paper is an important artificial board facing material, and plays roles in protecting and beautifying artificial board products. However, the existing impregnation treatment of the decorative paper mostly adopts aldehyde adhesives such as urea-formaldehyde resin, melamine-formaldehyde resin and the like, and gives the paper good hardness, adhesive force, acid and alkali resistance and the like, but the adhesives can release free formaldehyde in the production and product use processes of the decorative paper, and formaldehyde is heated and volatilized easily, so that the physical health of practitioners can be damaged in the hot pressing process. At present, with the improvement of society and the improvement of environmental protection consciousness of people, the environmental protection performance of household wooden products is more and more concerned by people. The decorative paper has the advantages of environmental protection and no formaldehyde, and has important significance on the environmental protection performance of the artificial board and the health of human bodies. Therefore, developing formaldehyde-free decorative paper with good physical properties such as wear resistance, scratch resistance and adhesive force becomes a problem to be solved in household wood products and related industries.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects and shortcomings in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the environment-friendly artificial board facing decorative paper which has good wear resistance, water vapor resistance, cold and hot circulation resistance and the like, can reduce formaldehyde release and is environment-friendly.
The invention further aims to provide a preparation method of the decorative paper for the artificial board decorative surface, which has the advantages of high production efficiency, low production cost, convenient operation and control and convenient mass production.
The aim of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme: the artificial board facing decorative paper comprises printing base paper and a glue film layer coated on the surface of the printing base paper, wherein the glue film layer is prepared from impregnating glue solution, and the impregnating glue solution comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75-85 parts of modified polyurethane emulsion, 5-9 parts of epoxy resin, 6-10 parts of filler, 4-7 parts of nano cellulose, 2-3 parts of silane coupling agent, 1.5-2.5 parts of film forming auxiliary agent, 0.2-0.3 part of defoaming agent and 20-30 parts of water.
The aim of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme: the preparation method of the artificial board facing decorative paper comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing raw materials of the dipping glue solution, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 75-85 parts of modified polyurethane emulsion, 5-9 parts of epoxy resin, 6-10 parts of filler, 4-7 parts of nano cellulose, 2-3 parts of silane coupling agent, 1.5-2.5 parts of film forming auxiliary agent, 0.2-0.3 part of defoamer and 20-30 parts of water;
(2) Uniformly mixing modified polyurethane emulsion, epoxy resin, a silane coupling agent, a filler and water, heating and stirring, then adding nanocellulose, a film-forming auxiliary agent and a defoaming agent, and stirring to obtain an impregnating adhesive solution;
(3) And (3) placing the printing base paper into the impregnating adhesive solution, completely impregnating, and then drying to obtain the artificial board facing decorative paper.
The inventor finds that the impregnating adhesive solution prepared by mixing polyurethane emulsion with other raw materials such as filler, film forming additive and the like in the prior art has the problems of poor wear resistance, water vapor resistance, mechanical property and the like when being applied to decorative paper, and the adhesive force, mechanical property and the like of the obtained impregnating adhesive solution are improved to a certain extent after mixing the polyurethane emulsion with epoxy resin, adding a silane coupling agent and compounding and optimizing the mixture ratio, and the wear resistance, the mechanical property and the like are still not ideal when the impregnating adhesive solution is applied to the decorative paper. The inventor has unexpectedly found that the impregnating adhesive solution obtained by modifying polyurethane emulsion and matching with raw materials such as epoxy resin, filler, nanocellulose, silane coupling agent, film forming auxiliary agent and the like can effectively improve the performances such as wear resistance, water vapor resistance, surface cold and heat cycle resistance and the like of the facing decorative paper when being applied to the facing decorative paper, and has stronger adhesive force with printing base paper.
