The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a knowledge distribution system 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the knowledge distribution system 100 includes:
A knowledge distribution center 10 configured to distribute knowledge in an organization. The organization may be an enterprise, or a group or campus comprising a plurality of enterprises, or an organization within an enterprise, etc., with different enterprises or organizations within the organization potentially accessing some or all of the knowledge managed by the knowledge distribution center 10. Knowledge may be defined by a semantic model, which may be described by an ontology description language such as RDF or OWL, or by means of a knowledge graph.
At least one data integration system 20, each data integration system 20 being configured for data integration of devices or systems in the connected organization. As shown in fig. 1, the data integration system 20 may be deployed at the cloud 500 or at the edge 600. A data integration system 20 may connect one or more devices or systems in the organization. The data integration system 20 may be a data center, a data platform, or other system for integrating data. The data integration system 20 deployed in the cloud may interact with a plurality of applications 70 deployed in the cloud, and further transmit knowledge acquired from the knowledge distribution center 10 to each application 70. Each application 70 executes its business logic 701 based on the received knowledge (here, the knowledge is converted into data 702).
At least one sidecar system 30, wherein one sidecar system 30 is connected to one data integration system 20, each sidecar system 30 being configured to: registering the connected data integration system 20 at the knowledge distribution center 10, and acquiring knowledge distributed by the knowledge distribution center 10 for the connected data integration system 20.
Wherein the knowledge distribution center 10 is located in a control plane 300 in a service grid and the at least one data integration system 20 and the sidecar system 30 to which each data integration system 20 is connected is located in a data plane 400 in the service grid.
Typically, an organization will define and store a knowledge model of the complete business domain in the cloud. For data integration systems on the edge side, semantic models that satisfy field data integration may be defined to describe knowledge. The semantic model is a small part of the overall knowledge model. In addition, the cloud data integration system can use partial knowledge of the business field or a complete semantic model to integrate and fuse data of heterogeneous vertical systems with a plurality of different data sources. In an embodiment of the present invention, in combination with the service grid technology, each data integration system 20 may be registered and discovered at the knowledge distribution center 10, and thus knowledge may be distributed to each data integration system 20 through the sidecar system 30.
In the knowledge distribution system 100 shown in fig. 1, in the control plane 300, the knowledge distribution center 10 can store and manage all knowledge in one organization and define the knowledge. By employing service grid technology, a non-invasive sidecar system 30 is added to each data integration system 20. With this sidecar system 30, in the data plane 400, the cloud 500 and the data integration systems 20 of the edge side 600 can be registered at the knowledge distribution center 10, and each data integration system 20 can be found by the knowledge distribution center 10. The knowledge distribution center 10 distributes knowledge to the data integration system 20 by calling an application program interface (Application Programming Interface, API) of the side car system 30.
Here, the technology of the service grid is adopted, the sidecar system 30 is configured for each data integration system 20 located at the edge side 600 or the cloud 500 (sidecar), the knowledge distribution center 10 is placed on the control plane of the service grid, and the sidecar system 30 and the data integration system 20 connected with the sidecar system are placed on the data plane 400 of the service grid, so that the registration of the data integration system 20 and the forwarding of the knowledge distributed by the knowledge distribution center 10 to the data integration system 20 can be realized by using the sidecar system 30 on the premise of reducing the change of the data integration system 20 and the knowledge distribution center 10 as much as possible, and only the simple interaction between the data integration system 20 and the convenience car system 30 and the simple interaction between the sidecar system 30 and the knowledge distribution center 10 are required, so that the distribution of the knowledge to each data integration system 20 is realized.
Alternatively, the sidecar system 30 may acquire knowledge distributed by the knowledge distribution center 10 for the connected data integration system 20 in one of two ways.
Mode one subscription
The sidecar system 30 may subscribe to knowledge related to the data integration system 20 at the knowledge distribution center 10 for the connected data integration system 20, and then the knowledge distribution center 10 may publish knowledge related to the data integration system 20 subscribed to by the data integration system 20 while distributing knowledge in an organization, and the sidecar system 30 may forward knowledge related to the data integration system 20 subscribed to by the data integration system 20 published by the knowledge distribution center 10 to the data integration system 20.
Mode two, message forwarding
The data integration system 20 may send a first request message to the connected sidecar system 30 for requesting the knowledge distribution center 10 for the distributed knowledge related to the data integration system 20; the sidecar system 30 forwards the first request message to the knowledge distribution center 10; in this way, the knowledge distribution center 10 may send the distributed knowledge related to the data integration system 20 to the side cart system 30 in response to the first request message when there is knowledge related to the data integration system 20 to be distributed, and the side cart system 30 forwards the knowledge related to the data integration system 20 distributed by the knowledge distribution center 10 to the data integration system 20.
Alternatively, the knowledge distribution center 10 may provide an interface for construction and updating of knowledge. The interface may comprise a user interface or a device interface. Wherein the user interface is for a user to create or update knowledge and the device interface is for retrieving knowledge from other devices. The acquired knowledge may be uniformly managed by the knowledge distribution center 10 and further distributed to the respective data integration systems 20.
The knowledge distribution center 10 may receive knowledge updates from users in a number of ways, including the following:
mode one, user-specified updated knowledge is related to which data integration system or systems 20
In the second mode, the data integration system 20 notifies the knowledge distribution center 10 of which part of knowledge the knowledge distribution center itself is related to at the time of registration, and when the knowledge distribution center 10 determines that the updated knowledge is related to the part of the data integration system 20 registered at the time of user update of the knowledge, the knowledge is distributed to the data integration system 20.
Specifically, for the first mode, the knowledge distribution center 10, upon receiving a request message (referred to herein as a "second request message") for the user to update the knowledge, updates the knowledge in the organization in accordance with the second request message. And the user may indicate the data integration system 20 related to the updated knowledge through the first indication information in the second request message, the knowledge distribution center 10 may distribute the updated knowledge to the data integration system 20 indicated by the first indication information.
For mode two, the data integration system 20 may send a third request message upon registration at the knowledge distribution center 10 via the connected sidecar system 30 after start-up, the third request message may include second indication information for indicating that the data integration system 20 is related to the first portion of knowledge in the organization. And the sidecar system 30 forwards the third request message to the knowledge distribution center 10 when registering the connected data integration system 20 at the knowledge distribution center 10. The knowledge distribution center 10, upon receipt of the third request message, determines that the data integration system 20 is associated with the first portion of knowledge in the organization based on the second indication information, and upon receipt of a request from the user to update the knowledge (referred to herein as a "fourth request message"), updates the knowledge in the organization in accordance with the fourth request message, determines the data integration system 20 associated with the updated knowledge in accordance with the second indication information in the third request message at the time of registration of the respective data integration system 20, and distributes the updated knowledge to the determined data integration system 20 associated with the updated knowledge.
In the first manner described above, the user defines what portion of knowledge the data integration system 20 is associated with through the user interface. The user interface may be in the form of a graphical user interface (Graphic User Interface, GUI) or in the form of a configuration file.
In addition, knowledge distributed by the knowledge distribution center 10 is defined by a plurality of different versions of the semantic model, and a user can select a particular version of the semantic model. Specifically, the knowledge distribution center 10 receives a request message that a user selects a semantic model version, and defines knowledge in an organization using the semantic model of the version specified in the request message. Optionally, knowledge distribution center 10 may also notify data integration system 20 of the version of the semantic model used by the knowledge in the organization by sending a message to each of the sidecar systems 30. Of course, the user may not specify a version, and the knowledge distribution center 10 uses a semantic model of a default version to define knowledge. The knowledge distribution center 10 may use the same version of the semantic model for all the knowledge it distributes, or may use one version of the semantic model for part of the knowledge and another version of the semantic model for other parts of the knowledge. Here, flexible settings can be made for the needs of different data integration systems 20.
Further alternatively, the knowledge distribution center 10 may be further divided into: a knowledge management module 111, a registry 112, and a configuration center 113. Wherein the knowledge management module 111 can use a semantic model to manage knowledge throughout an organization. In addition, a version management system may be connected to manage the semantic model for multiple versions. The registry 112 is communicatively coupled to the truck systems 30 to enable registration of the data integration systems 20 so that the data integration systems 20 can be discovered so that the control plane knowledge distribution center 10 can discover the data integration systems 20 and route knowledge to the correct data integration system 20. The user may configure a particular semantic model via configuration center 113 and may select different versions of the semantic model. The knowledge defined by the semantic model is then distributed into the data integration system 20 by calling the APIs of the side car system 30.
In the data plane 400, the non-invasive cart system 30 provides the functionality to register for services in the control plane 300 and as a proxy to provide the functionality of route forwarding and flow control. The sidecar system 30 is decoupled from the implementation of the data integration system 20 independent of the logic of the knowledge distribution process in the embodiments of the present invention. The sidecar system 30 may be independent of the data integration system 20 or integrated into the data integration system 20. An exemplary architecture of the data integration system 20 with the sidecar system 30 may be as shown in fig. 7. The side car system 30 may implement a registration function 311a, a discovery function 311b, a route forwarding and flow control 312a, a configuration client 312b, and the like.
Fig. 2 shows a flow of a knowledge distribution method 200 provided by an embodiment of the invention. The method 200 may be performed by the knowledge distribution center 10, the sidecar system 30, and the data integration system 20 in the knowledge distribution system 100 shown in fig. 1. Specifically, the method 200 may include the steps of:
S201: each data integration system 20 is registered at the knowledge distribution center 10 through the own connected sidecar system 30.
Alternatively, the data integration system 20 may be registered at the knowledge distribution center 10 via the sidecar system 30 at start-up.
S202: the knowledge distribution center 10 accepts registration of each data integration system 20.
Here, the knowledge distribution center 10 may authenticate each data integration system 20 to determine whether to allow the data integration system 20 to register, and if so, record the identification (such as the identification uniformly managed and allocated for each data integration system 20, the name of the data integration system 20, etc.) and address information (such as an IP address) of the data integration system 20; if not, a rejection message may be returned to the data integration system 20 via the sidecar system 30, which may carry the reason for rejecting the registration.
S203: each of the side car systems 30 acquires knowledge distributed by the knowledge distribution center 10 for the data integration system 20 to which it is connected. As previously described, there are two ways in which the sidecar system 30 may obtain knowledge of the data integration system 20: mode one, subscription and mode two, message forwarding.
If mode one is adopted, step S203 may include the following sub-steps:
-S2031: the sidecar system 30 subscribes to knowledge related to the data integration system 20 at the knowledge distribution center 10 for the connected data integration system 20;
-S2032: the sidecar system 30 forwards to the connected data integration system 20 knowledge about the data integration system 20 that the data integration system 20 published by the knowledge distribution center 10 subscribes to.
In step S209, the knowledge distribution center 10 may issue knowledge about the data integration system 20 to which the data integration system 20 subscribes when distributing S209 the knowledge to the registered data integration system 20 through the side car system 30.
If the second mode is adopted, the step S203 may include the following sub-steps:
-S2033: the sidecar system 30 forwards to the knowledge distribution center 10a first request message from the connected data integration system 20 for requesting the knowledge distribution center 10 for distributed knowledge related to the data integration system 20;
-S2034: the sidecar system 30 forwards to the data integration system 20 knowledge related to the data integration system 20 distributed by the knowledge distribution center 10 in response to the first request message.
While in step S209, the knowledge distribution center 10 may distribute S209 the knowledge about the data integration system 20 in response to the above-described first request message when the knowledge distribution center 10 distributes S209 the knowledge to the registered data integration system 20 through the side car system 30.
Optionally, the knowledge distribution center 10 may also receive user updates to the knowledge. As previously mentioned, there are also two alternative ways of implementation: in one approach, the user specifies with which data integration system or systems 20 the updated knowledge is relevant; in the second mode, the data integration system 20 notifies the knowledge distribution center 10 of which part of knowledge the knowledge distribution center itself is related to at the time of registration, and when the knowledge distribution center 10 determines that the updated knowledge is related to the part of the data integration system 20 registered at the time of user update of the knowledge, the knowledge is distributed to the data integration system 20.
If mode one is employed, the method 200 may further include the steps of:
-S204: the knowledge distribution center 10 receives a second request message for updating the knowledge by the user, wherein the second request message includes first indication information, and the first indication information is used for indicating the data integration system 20 related to the updated knowledge;
