Fig. 2 is a graph showing the antibacterial effect test results of the full-China hemp fiber mask cloth of the embodiment 1-3 and the comparative embodiment 1-2, wherein the antibacterial rate of escherichia coli of the embodiment 1-3 is 73.2%, 71.9% and 72.7% respectively, the antibacterial rate of the comparative embodiment 1 is 68.2% and the antibacterial rate of the comparative embodiment 2 is 45.8% respectively, the antibacterial rate of staphylococcus aureus of the embodiment 1-3 is 67.9%, 66.7% and 66.2% respectively, the comparative embodiment 1 is 63.1% and the comparative embodiment 2 is 39.8% respectively, and the embodiment has better antibacterial effect than the comparative embodiment 2 because the diatomite has a special porous structure, has a huge specific surface area and strong surface adsorption performance, the chitosan is a natural, nontoxic and easily degradable high polymer, contains a large amount of free amino groups, has good antibacterial effect, and the chitosan can improve the durable antibacterial effect of the chitosan through the diatomite loading.
FIG. 3 is a graph showing the tensile properties of the full China hemp fiber mask fabrics of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2, wherein the longitudinal breaking strength of examples 1-3 is 17.2N, 16.3N and 15.9N respectively, the transverse breaking strength of comparative example 1-3 is 10.8, 9.6 and 9.2 respectively, the transverse breaking strength of examples 1-3 is 11.2, the transverse breaking strength of comparative example 1-3 is 7.2 and the transverse breaking strength of comparative example 2 is 6.8 respectively, the tensile properties of example 1 are improved by adding polyacrylic acid compared with comparative example 1, and the stability and toughness of the mask fabrics are improved by adding modified diatomite compared with comparative example 2.

Table 1 shows the results of the skin-friendly performance test of the full China hemp fiber mask cloths of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2, wherein example 1 has better skin-friendly performance because polyacrylic acid covers the surfaces of the fibers, and the formed lubricating layer can effectively reduce the friction coefficient between the fibers and reduce the pricking to the skin, so that the mask is more skin-friendly.

Claims (9)
1. The full hemp fiber mask cloth is characterized in that: comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of China hemp fiber, 5-8 parts of modified diatomite and 15-20 parts of acrylic acid.

(1) Repeatedly cleaning the hemp fiber to remove surface impurities, airing, putting into a sodium hydroxide solution, soaking for 12 hours at 40-45 ℃, taking out, washing with distilled water until filtrate is neutral, and drying to obtain the treated hemp fiber;
(2) Adding the treated China hemp fiber and ceric ammonium nitrate in the step (1) into a flask containing 50mL of nitric acid solution, and stirring for 20-30min to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) Placing the mixed solution obtained in the step (2) into a reaction kettle, adding acrylic acid and modified diatomite, reacting for 6-8 hours at the temperature of 60-65 ℃, filtering after the reaction is finished, washing with distilled water until the pH value is 7.0, and drying for 12 hours at the temperature of 60 ℃ to obtain modified China hemp fibers;
(4) And preparing non-woven fabrics from the modified China-hemp fibers by adopting a water-jet method, and drying to obtain the full China-hemp fiber mask cloth.
3. The method for preparing the full-China-hemp fiber mask cloth according to claim 2, which is characterized in that: in step (1), the mass fraction of the sodium hydroxide solution is 5%.

S2, carrying out water bath reaction on the diatomite mixed solution obtained in the step S1 at 70 ℃ for 2-3 hours, filtering, washing with deionized water to be neutral, drying in an oven at 60 ℃ for 10-12 hours, grinding, and sieving with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain the modified diatomite.
