Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning agents, in particular to a cleaning agent containing Gemini alkyl glycoside sulfosuccinate for farms and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The breeding industry is greatly developed, and in the breeding process, food residues, animal wastes and the like need to be cleaned in order to keep the environment and ensure the growth health of animals. Most of the existing cleaning agents use surfactants such as alkylphenol ethoxylates, alkylaryl sulfonates or nonylphenol ethoxylates as main components and phosphate and other builders as auxiliary components. However, the production process of these conventional cleaning agents is harmful to the environment, the washing wastewater is difficult to biodegrade, and the use of phosphate can also lead to eutrophication of water. The alkyl glycoside sulfosuccinate has more hydrophilic groups in water, so that the solubility is better, and the alkyl glycoside sulfosuccinate has higher surface activity and better wettability and foaming performance, so that the alkyl glycoside sulfosuccinate is widely applied to daily cleaning. The alkyl glycoside sulfomethylsuccinate surfactant disclosed in publication No. CN106459121A, which is mainly used for daily use; the alkyl glycoside-based micelle thickening for surfactant systems disclosed in publication number CN104411289a, wherein rheology modifiers are disclosed comprising alkyl glycoside fatty acid ester mixtures comprising long chain fatty acid esters of alkyl glycosides and short chain fatty acid esters of alkyl glycosides. It is also mainly used for personal care such as shampoo, bath lotion, liquid soap, facial cleanser, hand soap, etc.; the technical scheme of the composition for reducing the irritation of the detergent disclosed in the publication No. CN115141691A is that the detergent is obtained by combining C12-C16 alkyl glycoside sulfosuccinate, glycereth and sodium lactate, and the composition mainly solves the problems of reducing the irritation to human skin and facilitating water flushing. The mask cleaning agent for the OLED disclosed in publication No. CN113862088A comprises organic acid, a chelating agent and a surfactant, wherein the surfactant is a surfactant compounded by alkyl glycoside APG and alkyl glycoside sulfosuccinate salt APG-SS. The technical problem that it solves is to the washing of mask after production, promotes the product percent of pass.
In summary, the alkyl glycoside sulfomethylsuccinate surfactant is mainly applied to personal daily care and washing of precision parts in the prior art, but the alkyl glycoside sulfomethylsuccinate surfactant is used for achieving the effects of disinfection and easy flushing, and has less cleaning effect on solid pollutants. The sewage in the farm is mainly food residues and excreta, the solid content of the sewage is high, and the adhesion is high, so that the farm equipment, the ground, the wall surface and the like are not thoroughly cleaned.

Determination of foam Properties
The cleaning agents obtained in examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1 to 11 were experimentally examined. Determination methods reference GB/T7462-1994 improved Ross-Miles method for determination of foaming Capacity of surfactants
The data obtained are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 foaming Properties
As can be seen from table 1, the foam height of example 1 is the same as that of comparative example 4 and comparative example 7, because the concentration of Gemini alkyl glycoside sulfosuccinate salt in example 1 is smaller, while the concentration of Gemini alkyl glycoside sulfosuccinate salt in comparative example 4 and comparative example 7 is higher, and even if the betaine component is reduced, the foam performance is still better, indicating that Gemini alkyl glycoside sulfosuccinate salt has an excellent effect in enhancing foam performance.
As can be seen from examples 5 and comparative examples 1-7, comparative examples 1-2 have better foam performance in the absence of the sodium alpha-alkenyl sulfonate and comparative examples 3-5 in the absence of the cocamidopropyl betaine, and the liquid separation time is longer, which indicates that the synergistic effect of Gemini alkyl glycoside sulfosuccinate, sodium alpha-alkenyl sulfonate and cocamidopropyl betaine can greatly improve the foam performance and improve the cleaning effect.
Whereas the cleaners of comparative examples 8-10, lacking the Gemini alkyl glycoside sulfosuccinate component, used the conventional Gemini surfactant first, the foam performance was lower than that of example 5 of the present invention, while comparative example 11 used the conventional nonionic surfactant, which still had foam performance lower than that of example 5, demonstrating that the Gemini alkyl glycoside sulfosuccinate of the present invention had a decisive role in enhancing foam performance.
Cleaning effect test
The detergents obtained in examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1 to 11 were subjected to detergency tests as samples, the detergency was one of the detergency tests in annex a in QBT4314-2012 alkaline cleaners for food tools and industrial equipments, and the results are shown in table 2:
Table 2 cleaning effect
As can be seen from Table 2, the detergency of the detergents of examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1 to 11 were measured as shown in Table 2, and it can be seen from the tables that the detergents of examples 4 and 5 were high in detergency. Comparing example 5 with comparative examples 1-6, comparative examples 1-6 showed a greatly reduced detergency performance compared with example 5 in the absence of the sodium alpha-alkenyl sulfonate, cocamidopropyl betaine component, demonstrating that sodium alpha-alkenyl sulfonate, cocamidopropyl betaine of the present invention has an important effect in improving detergency. Example 5 in comparison with comparative examples 8-11, comparative examples 8-11 use conventional Gemini surfactants and nonionic surfactants, and lack sodium Gemini alkyl glycoside sulfosuccinate, which also has lower detergency than example 5, indicating that sodium Gemini alkyl glycoside sulfosuccinate has some effect on detergency. The combination of example 5 and comparative examples 1-11 shows that the detergency of example 5 is significantly higher than that of comparative examples 1-11, the detergency is higher than 98%, the detergency is strong, and the detergency is significantly improved by the synergistic effect of Gemini alkyl glycoside sulfosuccinate sodium, alpha-alkenyl sodium sulfonate and cocamidopropyl betaine.
Wall built-up performance test
The cleaning agent obtained in example 5 was applied to the surface of glass by a foam gun (ambient temperature: 30.+ -. 2 ℃ C., surface temperature: 26.+ -. 2 ℃ C.) and observed in time periods of 0min, 3min, 5min, 10in and 30min, respectively, and the obtained effects were shown in FIG. 1.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the foam produced by the foam cleaning agent of the invention has wall built-up property at 30min and lasting wall built-up property. It can be seen from the figure that the foam begins to expand and collapse to form a large number of rich foams, giving itself flow and wetting characteristics.
Meanwhile, the results obtained by diluting example 5 and comparative example 8 88 times and 120 times, respectively, and foaming were carried out are shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.
As can be seen from fig. 2 and 3, the foam of the embodiment 5 of the present invention is richer and finer, and the richer and finer foam can improve the cleaning effect.
