Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and aims to provide a washing machine with a drying function, wherein a foldable and telescopic drying bracket is arranged on a box body of the washing machine, and clothes to be dried are hung after stretching out and unfolding, so that the surface of the dried clothes is flat, and the box body is folded and retracted after being used, thereby being convenient to store and reducing the occupied space.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the basic conception of the technical scheme that: provided is a washing machine having a drying function, including, a cabinet;
the drying support, scalable folding setting is in on the box, the drying support has two kinds of operating condition: when in a use state, the clothes to be dried are hung outside the box body by stretching outwards; and in the storage state, the folding device is retracted to the box body.

By adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.
(1) According to the invention, the telescopic and foldable drying bracket is arranged on the box body of the washing machine, and clothes to be dried can be hung after the telescopic and foldable drying bracket is unfolded, so that the clothes can be hung on the drying bracket outside the box body for drying, the dried clothes are smooth, a large number of wrinkles are avoided after the clothes are dried, and the clothes are not abraded; then fold the withdrawal box after the use, can reduce the space that occupies, conveniently accomodate, applicable scene is many.
(2) According to the invention, the storage part is arranged on the box body, and the storage concave cavity is arranged on the storage part, so that the hanging frame can be retracted to the box body along with the support frame after being folded on the support frame, and is inserted into the storage concave cavity, the hanging frame can be stored and fixed, and the appearance of the box body is neat and attractive after the drying support is retracted.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a washing machine with a drying function according to the present invention includes a cabinet 1 and a drying bracket 2.
The drying bracket 2 is arranged on the box body 1. The drying bracket 2 is in telescopic folding arrangement and has two working states: when in use, the clothes to be dried are hung outside the box body 1 by stretching outwards; in the storage state, the folding device is retracted to the box body 1.
According to the invention, the telescopic and foldable drying bracket 2 is arranged on the box body 1, so that clothes to be dried can be hung after being unfolded, and can be hung on the drying bracket 2 outside the box body 1 for drying, so that the dried clothes are smooth, a large number of folds of the dried clothes are avoided, and the clothes are not abraded; then after the use, the folding retraction box body 1 can reduce the occupied space, is convenient to store and has more applicable scenes.
The washing machine may be a drum type washing machine or a pulsator type washing machine. The washing machine may also be a full-automatic washing machine or a semi-automatic washing machine. Preferably, the present embodiment is exemplified by a pulsator washing machine.
The drying rack 2 may be provided at the top of the cabinet 1 or at the side of the cabinet 1. At least part of the structure of the drying bracket 2 can be folded and retracted into the box body 1. Or the drying bracket 2 can be folded and retracted to the outer wall of the box body 1, and is arranged close to the outer wall of the box body 1, such as the top or the side part of the box body 1, and at least part of the drying bracket 2 is positioned above the box body 1 or on one side of the box body 1 after being unfolded and extended, so that the clothes to be dried can be hung and extended on the drying bracket 2.
Preferably, the drying bracket 2 is telescopically arranged on the outer wall of the box body 1, and when in a storage state, is folded and retracted to be close to the outer wall of the box body 1.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the drying rack 2 includes a support frame 21 and a hanger 22.
The supporting frame 21 is arranged on the box body 1. One end of the supporting frame 21 is fixed on the box body 1, and the other end of the supporting frame 21 is telescopically arranged.
The suspension frame 22 is connected with the other end of the supporting frame 21 in a foldable manner, and can be folded or unfolded and moved relative to the other end of the supporting frame 21. The hanger 22 may be retracted into the case 1 along with the supporting frame 21 after being folded back onto the supporting frame 21. The hanging frame 22 can be unfolded to hang clothes to be dried after the hanging frame 21 extends out of the box body 1.
Preferably, the other end of the supporting frame 21 may extend along the outer wall of the case 1; or can be extended and retracted at an included angle with the outer wall of the box body 1, for example, extended and retracted along the direction perpendicular to the outer wall of the box body 1.
Preferably, one end of the suspension frame 22 is connected with the other end of the supporting frame 21 in a foldable manner, and the other end of the suspension frame 22 can be also arranged in a telescopic manner.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the case 1 has a storage space, and the drying rack 2 is folded and retracted to the storage space of the case 1 in the storage state.
The washing machine further includes a receiving portion 3. The storage part 3 is arranged on the box body 1 in the extension direction of the support frame 21, and a storage concave cavity 32 is arranged at one end of the storage part 3 opposite to the retraction direction of the support frame 21. After the hanging frame 22 is folded on the supporting frame 21, the hanging frame is retracted along with the supporting frame 21 and then inserted into the accommodating cavity 32.
According to the invention, the containing part 3 is arranged on the box body 1, the containing concave cavity 32 is arranged on the containing part 3, so that the hanging frame 22 can be retracted to the box body 1 along with the supporting frame 21 after being folded on the supporting frame 21, and the hanging frame 22 can be contained and fixed by being inserted into the containing concave cavity 32, so that the appearance of the box body 1 is tidy and attractive after the drying bracket 2 is retracted.
Preferably, the receiving portion 3 is disposed on the outer wall of the case 1 in a direction of extension and contraction of the supporting frame 21. The support frame 21 is telescopically inserted into one end face of the storage portion 3 in the extending direction, and the storage cavity 32 is disposed on one end face of the storage portion 3 in the extending direction.
The accommodating portion 3 is provided with a plurality of accommodating cavities 32, and the supporting frame 21 and the hanging frame 22 can be inserted into the accommodating cavities 32 after being retracted.
Specifically, the accommodating portion 3 is an accommodating plate 31, and the accommodating cavity 32 is disposed at an end of the accommodating plate 31 near the other end of the supporting frame 21. The receiving cavity 32 has a recess length matching the support frame 21 and the hanger 22.
Further, one end of the supporting frame 21 is fixed to the case 1, and the other end may extend to the outside of the outer wall of the case 1 or retract to the outer wall of the case 1.
The suspension frame 22 is rotatably connected with the other end of the supporting frame 21, and the suspension frame 22 and the supporting frame 21 may be connected at a preset included angle or located in the same plane.
The suspension 22 is rotated and then is located in the same plane with the supporting frame 21, and is retracted along with the supporting frame 21, and the outer wall of the box 1 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 32.
The support frame 21 includes a support beam, which includes a first support beam 211 and a second support beam 212 extending in the same direction. The hanger 22 is rotatably connected between a first support beam 211 and a second support beam 212.
After the hanger 22 is folded onto the support frame 21, at least part of the structure can be located in the area between the first support beam 211 and the second support beam 212, so as to reduce the space occupied by the drying rack 2.
Preferably, the supporting frame 21 extends along the outer wall of the case 1. The storage part 3 is extended on the outer wall of the case 1 of the support 21, and has the same extending direction as the support 21.
The support beam extends to be arranged on the outer wall. One end of the supporting beam is fixed on the outer wall of the box body 1, and the other end of the supporting beam is arranged in a telescopic way along the outer wall.
Further, the suspension frame 22 includes a first suspension beam 221 and a second suspension beam 222 extending in the same direction.
One end of the first suspension beam 221 is rotatably connected with the other end of the first support beam 211, and is rotatably attached to the first support beam 211. One end of the second suspension beam 222 is rotatably connected to the other end of the second support beam 212, and is rotatably attached to the second support beam 212.
After the first suspension beam 221 and the second suspension beam 222 rotate, the first support beam 211 and the second support beam 212 can be correspondingly attached, the space occupied by folding can be reduced, and the folding type folding device is convenient to store.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, one end of the first suspension beam 221 and the second suspension beam 222 has a rotation mounting structure 23, which is correspondingly mounted on the outer peripheral wall or the inner peripheral wall of the other end of the first support beam 211 and the second support beam 212, and the first suspension beam 221 and the second suspension beam 222 are correspondingly attached to the outer peripheral wall or the inner peripheral wall of the first support beam 211 and the second support beam 212 after folding.
Specifically, the sides of the first support beam 211 and the second support beam 212 opposite to the first suspension beam 221 and the second suspension beam 222 are open sides, and the inside of the first support beam 211 and the second support beam 212 is provided with a containing cavity communicated with the open sides. After folding, the first and second suspension beams 221, 222 are placed in the receiving cavities of the first and second support beams 211, 212.
In another specific embodiment, the sides of the first suspension beam 221 and the second suspension beam 222 opposite to the first support beam 211 and the second support beam 212 are open sides, and the interiors of the first suspension beam 221 and the second suspension beam 222 are provided with accommodating cavities communicated with the open sides thereof. After folding, the first and second support beams 211, 212 are placed in the receiving cavities of the first and second suspension beams 221, 222.
The rotation mounting structure 23 comprises two mounting plates, which are arranged on two opposite side walls of one end of the first suspension beam 221 and one end of the second suspension beam 222 and extend outwards continuously; the mounting plate is provided with a rotation hole 231 extending in the extending direction of the first suspension beam 221.
The first support beam 211 and the second support beam 212 are respectively provided with a protruding rotating shaft 213, which is rotatably disposed in the rotating holes 231 of the first suspension beam 221 and the second suspension beam 222. The rotation shaft 213 is reciprocally disposed along the extending direction of the rotation hole 231.
Optionally, the first support beam 211 and the second support beam 212 are telescopic beams. The support beams are provided with a first section and a second section, the first section is arranged in the containing part 3 in a penetrating mode, and the second section is arranged in the first section in an up-and-down movable mode.
Further, the hanger 22 further includes a rotating beam 223 and a plurality of hanger rods 224.
The rotating beam 223 is connected between one ends of the first and second suspension beams 221, 222. The plurality of suspension rods 224 are arranged on the rotating beam 223 at intervals, and the plurality of suspension rods 224 are arranged to extend side by side in the same direction as the first suspension beam 221 and the second suspension beam 222.
Specifically, both ends of the rotating beam 223 are connected to the rotating mounting structure 23 at one ends of the first and second suspension beams 221 and 222.
The rotating beam 223 rotates together with the first suspension beam 221, the second suspension beam 222, and the plurality of suspension rods 224. When the first suspension beam 221 is rotated to be fitted to the first support beam 211, the rotation beam 223 and the plurality of suspension rods 224 are rotated between the first support beam 211 and the second support beam 212 in parallel or approximately parallel with the first support beam 211. The hanger 22 is located in the same plane as the support 21.
Further, the drying rack 2 further includes a first stopper 241 and a second stopper 242. The first stopper 241 is provided on the support bracket 21. The second stopper 242 is provided on the hanger 22 to stop rotation with the first stopper 241 when the hanger 22 is rotated to a preset angle.
The second stop 242 is a notch provided in the mounting plate of the rotatable mounting structure 23 at the end of the outwardly extending end of the mounting plate. The first stopper 241 is convexly provided on a side wall of the other end of the support beam opposite to the mounting plate, preferably, a catching protrusion.
When the hanging frame 22 needs to be unfolded, the hanging frame 22 is rotated outwards to a preset angle relative to the supporting frame 21, the rotating hole 231 rotates relative to the rotating shaft 213, so that the notch rotates to be opposite to the clamping protrusion, and the hanging frame 22 is pushed to move towards the supporting frame 21, so that the notch is clamped on the clamping protrusion, and the hanging frame 22 can be kept stable relative to the supporting frame 21 and does not rotate.
When the hanger 22 needs to be folded, the hanger 22 is pulled away from the supporting frame 21, so that the notch is separated from the clamping protrusion, and then the hanger 22 is rotated, so that the hanger 22 and the supporting frame 21 are located in the same plane or basically the same plane.
Preferably, the drying rack 2 is detachably disposed on the cabinet 1 of the washing machine, and can be applied to a drum type washing machine, a pulsator type washing machine, an integrated washing machine with stacked top and bottom, and the like.
The drying mode of the present invention may be that a heater is provided on the drying rack 2 to dry suspended clothes. An air outlet 11 may be provided at the upper part of the washing machine to supply hot air to the laundry suspended on the suspension 22 for drying.
Preferably, the air outlet 11 is arranged at the upper part of the washing machine, and the air outlet 11 can be arranged at the top or at the side part of the washing machine.
Further, the washing machine further includes a heater (not shown) for supplying hot air to the air outlet 11. The heater is arranged in the box body 1 and is communicated with the air outlet 11 through an air outlet pipeline. And a blower is also arranged in the air outlet pipeline and is used for blowing hot air to the air outlet 11.
The concrete scheme is that an air outlet 11 is formed in the top of the box body 1, and the air outlet 11 outputs hot air upwards. Preferably, the air outlet 11 is disposed at the rear side of the upper cover 12.
The support frame 21 is disposed on the rear wall of the case 1, and the first support beam 211 and the second support beam 212 are disposed to extend along the rear wall of the case 1 and to extend and retract in the up-down direction. The storage portion 3 is provided on the rear wall of the case 1 so as to extend in the up-down direction. One end of the supporting frame 21 is inserted into the upper end of the accommodating portion 3, and the other end is arranged in a vertically telescopic manner. The hanging frame 22 is positioned at the upper part of the upper cover 12 when in use, and the periphery of the drying bracket 2 is covered with an outer cover 4 for preventing hot air from leaking.
The outer cover 4 is fastened to the outer periphery of the hanging frame 22 and the outer sides of the first supporting beam 211 and the second supporting beam 212 from top to bottom.
Preferably, the outer cover 4 is detachably mounted on the periphery of the unfolded drying rack 2.
Preferably, the support beam comprises a first section and a second section. The first section is a hollow beam, and extends into and is fixed in the accommodating part 3 from the upper end of the accommodating part 3. The second section movably stretches into the first section, retracts into the first section in the storage state, stretches out outwards in the use state and is fixed through a limiting piece arranged on the first section.
The drying bracket 2 can be stored in the storage part 3, and the storage part 3 is detachably arranged on the box body 1.
Further, the case 1 includes a case body, a tray, and an upper cover 12.
The washing barrel is arranged in the box body, and the tray seat is arranged on the upper part of the box body. The upper part of the tray seat is provided with a clothes throwing opening which is opposite to the barrel opening of the washing barrel. The upper cover 12 is provided on the upper part of the tray seat, and opens and closes the laundry inlet.
The storage plate 31 is disposed on the case body in an extending manner. The drying bracket 2 is not protruded out of the top of the tray seat after being stored.
The air outlet 11 is arranged on the top of the tray seat on the periphery of the upper cover 12 and is positioned on the rear side of the upper cover 12.
