At present, the problem that the nose pad displacement is easily generated to the glasses of current adjustable nose pad height, influences the use experience.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides an eyeglass 1000, and fig. 1 to 3 are specific embodiments of the eyeglass provided by the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the glasses 1000 includes a frame body 200 and two legs 300, the frame body 200 is provided with a nose pad assembly 100, the nose pad assembly 100 includes a mounting body 1, a nose pad 2, and an operation portion 3, the mounting body 1 is fixedly mounted on the frame body 200, the mounting body 1 includes a mounting portion 11, the mounting portion 11 is provided with a locking hole portion along a first direction, the nose pad 2 is mounted on the mounting body 1 and is capable of moving along the first direction, the nose pad 2 is located at one side of the mounting portion 11, a connecting rod 21 is rotatably disposed at one end of the nose pad 2 corresponding to the mounting portion 11, the connecting rod 21 is movably inserted into the locking hole portion along the first direction, and the operation portion 3 is used for driving the connecting rod 21 to move so that the nose pad 2 can move along with the connecting rod 21 along the first direction.
In the technical scheme provided by the invention, if a user needs to adjust the position of the nose pad 2 in the first direction, the connecting rod 21 is driven to move along the first direction by operating the operating part 3, so that the connecting rod 21 drives the nose pad 2 to move in the first direction, and the purpose of adjusting the position of the nose pad 2 in the first direction is achieved; after the user adjusts, if the glasses 1000 are worn normally, the nose pad 2 contacts with the nose wings of the user, the nose wings of the user can force the nose pad 2 to move in the first direction, at this time, the locking hole portion can lock the connecting rod 21 so as to lock the nose pad 2, thereby realizing the positioning effect, preventing the nose pad from being displaced during use, and ensuring the use experience of the user.
It will be appreciated that in one embodiment of the invention, the locking aperture portion comprises a threaded aperture; the connecting rod 21 includes a threaded rod 211, the threaded rod 211 is in threaded engagement with the threaded hole, and is disposed through the other side of the mounting portion 11, so that at least one end of the threaded rod 211 in a first direction is exposed to the lens frame main body 200, and when a user needs to adjust the position of the nose support 2 in the first direction, the operating portion 3 can be operated to drive the threaded rod 211 to rotate around an axis extending in the first direction, and because the threaded rod 211 is in threaded engagement with the threaded hole, the threaded rod 211 also moves in the first direction during the rotation in the first direction, so as to drive the nose support 2 to move in the first direction; after the user adjusts, when the glasses 1000 need to be worn normally, the nose pad 2 can be contacted with the nose wings of the user, the nose wings of the user can force the nose pad 2 to move in the first direction, at this time, the threaded rod 211 and the threaded hole are mutually threaded and self-locked so as to lock the nose pad 2, thereby realizing the positioning effect, preventing the nose pad 2 from being displaced during use, and ensuring the use experience of the user.
It should be noted that, in order to facilitate the user to operate the operation portion 3 and ensure the stability of the rotation of the axis along which the operation portion 3 drives the threaded rod 211 to extend in the first direction, in an embodiment of the present invention, the operation portion 3 includes a knob 31, the knob 31 is disposed at an end of the threaded rod 211 penetrating the mounting portion 11, and the knob 31 is exposed from the frame body 200, so that, when the user needs to adjust the position of the nose pad 2 in the first direction, the user rotates the knob 31 through the axis along which the hand extends in the first direction, so that the knob 31 drives the threaded rod 211 to rotate along the axis along which the first direction extends, thereby adjusting the position of the nose pad 2 in the first direction.
The present invention is not limited to the specific shape of the knob 31, in an embodiment of the present invention, the knob 31 may be configured in a plate shape, and when a user operates the knob 31 by hand, only two sides of the knob 31 configured in a plate shape need to be clamped to drive the rotation of the axis extending along the first direction; in another embodiment of the present invention, the knob 31 may also be provided in a disc shape, such that a user's hand can abut against a side portion of the knob 31 provided in the disc shape and drive the knob 31 to rotate along an axis extending in the first direction by friction force.
Further, when the knob 31 is provided in a disk shape, the circumferential side surface of the knob 31 is provided in a concave-convex shape to increase the friction between the user's hand and the knob 31, increasing the accuracy of the operation.
Of course, the present invention is not limited to the specific shape of the peripheral side surface of the knob 31, for example, in an embodiment of the present invention, the peripheral side surface of the knob 31 is convexly provided with a plurality of protrusions extending along the first direction, and the plurality of protrusions are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the knob 31 so as to increase the friction between the user's hand and the knob 31; in another embodiment of the present invention, the circumferential surface of the knob 31 may further be provided with a plurality of bosses, and the plurality of bosses are disposed along the first direction and spaced along the axis of the knob 31, so that the friction between the user's hand and the knob 31 can be increased.
In summary, the present invention is not limited to the specific form of the knob 31, and may be selected according to needs when actually installed.
In addition, since the operation portion 3 is always exposed to the frame body 200, in the process of using the glasses 1000, a phenomenon that the user touches the operation portion 3 by mistake may occur, so that the operation portion 3 drives the threaded rod 211 and the nose pad 2 to move along the first direction again, so that the position of the nose pad 2 is changed, in order to avoid this, in an embodiment of the present invention, the operation portion 3 includes a knob 31 disposed at one end of the threaded rod 211 penetrating out of the mounting portion 11, the mounting body 1 is further provided with a protection plate 5 disposed at an outer peripheral side of the knob 31, and the protection plate 5 can shield a part of a peripheral side of the knob 31, so that by reducing an area of the knob 31 exposed to the outside, a probability that the user touches the knob 31 by mistake in a process of using the glasses 1000 is further reduced, so that stability of the nose pad assembly 100 can be further improved, and in a process that the user needs to operate and adjust the position of the nose pad 2 in the first direction, the user can rotate the protection plate 31 along the first direction, so that the user does not touch the protection plate 31 along the first direction.
It should be noted that the number of the protection plates 5 may be one or may be plural, for example, in an embodiment of the present invention, two protection plates 5 are provided, and two protection plates 5 are separately provided on two sides of the knob 31, so as to jointly protect the knob 31 from a false touch phenomenon when a user uses the glasses 1000 normally.
In view of this, the present invention is not limited to the specific shape of the protection plates 5, the specific shape of the protection plates 5 should be determined according to the specific shape of the knob 31 and the number of the protection plates 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the knob 31 is disc-shaped, two protection plates 5 are separately disposed on two sides of the knob 31, at this time, each protection plate 5 is arc-shaped toward the knob 31, and two ends of the two protection plates 5 are spaced from each other, so that the two protection plates 5 cooperate with each other, not only can shield most of the peripheral sides of the knob 31, but also an operation space is reserved for the user to operate the rotation of the knob 31 along the axis extending in the first direction; in another embodiment of the present invention, the knob 31 is disc-shaped, and the protection plate 5 is provided with one, and at this time, the shape of the protection plate 5 is cut round, so that one protection plate 5 can also cover most of the peripheral side surface of the knob 31, and an operation space is left for the user to operate the rotation of the axis of the knob 31 extending along the first direction.
Further, since the knob 31 is disposed at one end of the threaded rod 211 extending out of the mounting portion 11, during the rotation of the threaded rod 211 along the axis extending in the first direction driven by the knob 31, the threaded rod 211 also drives the knob 31 to move along the first direction, so that the protecting plate 5 is always located at the outer peripheral side of the knob 31 during the movement of the knob 31 along the first direction, and the length of the protecting plate 5 extending along the first direction may be set to be not less than the length of the movement stroke of the knob 31 along the first direction, so that the protecting plate 5 is always located on the outer side of the knob 31 regardless of the movement of the knob 31 along the first direction, so as to be able to protect the knob 31 at any time.
Of course, the protection plate 5 may be disposed movably along with the knob 31 in the first direction, and at this time, the protection plate 5 is disposed in linkage with the knob 31 to move synchronously along with the knob 31 in the first direction, so that when the threaded rod 211 drives the knob 31 to move along the first direction, the protection plate 5 can move synchronously with the knob 31, and is further located at the outer periphery of the knob 31.
Based on the above, the protection plate 5 may be in transmission connection with the threaded rod 211 or the knob 31, so that in the process of moving the threaded rod 211 along the first direction, the protection plate 5 is driven to move along the first direction to realize synchronous movement of the protection plate 5 and the knob 31, and of course, the invention does not limit the specific form of transmission connection between the protection plate 5 and the threaded rod 211 or the knob 31, and the protection plate 5 may be fixedly connected with the threaded rod 211 or the knob 31, so as to synchronously rotate with the threaded rod 211 or the knob 31 in the process of rotating the threaded rod 211 or the knob 31; or the protection board 5 may be rotatably connected with the threaded rod 211 or the knob 31 along the axis extending in the first direction, so that when the threaded rod 211 or the knob 31 drives the protection board 5 to move along the first direction, the protection board 5 does not rotate synchronously with the threaded rod 211 or the knob 31, and the protection position of the protection board can be maintained unchanged constantly.
Of course, in another embodiment of the present invention, the protection plate 5 may be in driving connection with the nose pad 2, where the nose pad assembly 100 further includes a driving connection member 6, where two ends of the driving connection member 6 in the first direction are respectively connected to the protection plate 5 and the nose pad 2 so as to drive the protection plate 5 and the knob 31 to move synchronously, it is understood that, because the nose pad 2 is rotationally connected to the threaded rod 211, when the protection plate 5 is in driving connection with the nose pad 2, it is not necessary to determine a specific connection form of the protection plate 5 and the nose pad 2, and during the process that the nose pad 2 drives the protection plate 5 and the knob 31 to move synchronously, the protection plate 5 will not rotate synchronously with the knob 31, and the protection position of the protection plate 5 can be maintained unchanged constantly.
When the protection plate 5 is in driving connection with the nose pad 2, the present invention is not limited to the specific structural form of the driving connection member 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the driving connection member 6 may be configured as a connecting rod structure, and when the nose pad 2 moves along the first direction, the protection plate 5 can be driven to move along the first direction, so as to ensure that the protection plate 5 and the knob 31 move synchronously.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4-5, the transmission connection piece 6 includes an air pressure bin 61 and two transmission rods 62, the air pressure bin 61 is disposed on the installation main body 1 and has an inner cavity, the two transmission rods 62 are disposed at intervals along a first direction and are all inserted into the air pressure bin 61, a peripheral side surface of each transmission rod 62 is slidably and sealingly engaged with a peripheral side wall of the inner cavity of the air pressure bin 61, when a user needs to adjust a position of the nose support 2 in the first direction, the knob 31 is driven to rotate along an axis extending along the first direction, so that the knob 31 drives the threaded rod 211 to rotate along an axis extending along the first direction, and drives the nose support 2 to move along the first direction, when the nose support 2 moves towards the installation main body 1, the transmission rods 62 connected with the nose support 2 move towards the direction of the air pressure bin 61, the transmission rods 62 squeeze air in the inner cavity of the air pressure bin 61, when the user needs to adjust a position of the nose support 2 in the first direction, the knob 31 is driven to rotate along an axis extending along the first direction, and the air pressure of the transmission rods 62 is driven to move along the first direction, thereby driving the transmission rods 5 to move along the first direction, and the transmission rods 5 are driven to move synchronously; when the nose pad 2 moves away from the mounting main body 1, the transmission rod 62 connected with the nose pad 2 moves away from the air pressure bin 61, so that the volume of the inner cavity of the air pressure bin 61 is increased, the pressure is reduced, and at the moment, the external atmospheric pressure can push the transmission rod 62 connected with the protection plate 5 towards the air pressure bin 61, so that the transmission rod 62 drives the protection plate 5 to move towards the direction close to the mounting main body 1, and the aim of synchronously moving the protection plate 5 and the knob 31 is achieved.
It may be appreciated that, in another embodiment of the present invention, two connecting air pipes 43 are protruding from two ends of the air pressure chamber 61 in the first direction, the two connecting air pipes 43 are both communicated with the inner cavity of the air pressure chamber 61, two driving rods 62 are respectively inserted into the two connecting air pipes 43, and the peripheral side surface of each driving rod 62 is slidably and sealingly engaged with the pipe wall of the corresponding connecting air pipe 43, so that the two connecting air pipes 43 can provide a longer moving stroke for the corresponding driving rod 62, so that the inner cavity of the air pressure chamber 61 can have a larger volume change amount.
Of course, the present invention is not limited to the correspondence between the transmission connection members 6 and the protection plates 5, and one transmission connection member 6 may be disposed corresponding to one protection plate 5; or a plurality of transmission connecting pieces 6 correspond to one protection board 5, so when the nose pad 2 moves along the first direction, a plurality of transmission connecting pieces 6 drive one protection board 5 to move at the same time, so that the movement precision of the protection board 5 is better, and the synchronous movement effect of the protection board 5 and the knob 31 is further improved.
In addition, since the nose pad 2 is only rotatably connected to the threaded rod 211, in the process of rotating the threaded rod 211 along the axis extending in the first direction, the nose pad 2 is at risk of being driven to rotate by the threaded rod 211, and thus, the angle of the nose pad 2 is changed, so that the nose pad 2 cannot accurately contact with the nose wings of the user, and when the transmission connector 6 is connected with the nose pad 2 and the protection board 5, the transmission connector 6 can limit the nose pad 2 to rotate along the axis extending in the first direction, so that the nose pad 2 can maintain the angle of itself unchanged all the time, and the nose pad 2 is prevented from being angularly deviated when the position of the nose pad 2 in the first direction is adjusted.
However, when the nose pad 2 is adjusted to be in the first direction, the angle of the nose pad 2 corresponding to the nose wing of the user changes when the user uses the glasses 1000 normally, so as to change the comfort level, in order to ensure the comfort level of the user using the glasses 1000, in an embodiment of the present invention, the nose pad 2 includes at least one support portion 22 for supporting the nose wing, the support portion 22 has a contact side surface for contacting with the nose wing, the nose pad assembly 100 further includes a buffer assembly 4, the buffer assembly 4 includes an expansion cavity 41 and a deformation cavity 42 in communication with the expansion cavity 41, the expansion cavity 41 is disposed on the nose pad 2 and at least partially disposed on the contact side surface, the deformation cavity 42 is configured to be compressed when the nose pad 2 moves close to the mounting portion 11, so as to drive the air into the expansion cavity 41, when the user adjusts the nose pad 2 to be in the first direction, so as to make the nose pad 2 move towards the mounting portion 1, the nose pad 2 moves close to the mounting portion 1, and the nose pad 2 is exposed to the expansion cavity 42, so as to expand the contact between the nose pad 2 and the contact side surface, and the expansion cavity 41 can be exposed to the contact side surface of the user, and the expansion cavity 41 can be compressed, thereby expand the nose pad 2 and the contact cavity 41 can be exposed to the contact with the nose pad body 41.
When the user adjusts the position of the nose pad 2 in the first direction, so that the nose pad 2 moves away from the mounting main body 1, the distance between the nose pad 2 and the frame main body 200 increases, and since the expansion cavity 41 is in contact with the nose wings of the user at this time, the nose wings of the user can squeeze the expansion cavity 41, the gas in the expansion cavity 41 can enter the deformation cavity 42, and the expansion cavity 41 gradually contracts until the contact side surface of the support portion 22 contacts the nose wings of the user again.
It should be understood that the number of the supporting parts 22 is not limited in the present invention, and referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, two supporting parts 22 are provided, and the contact sides of the two supporting parts 22 are respectively used to contact two nose wings of the user, and correspondingly, two cushioning components 4 are also provided, and two cushioning components 4 are separately provided on the two supporting parts 22.
Further, in order to avoid that the expansion cavity 41 will contact the nose wing of the user when not expanding, the contact side surface of the supporting portion 22 is provided with a receiving hole, the expansion cavity 41 is disposed in the receiving hole, when the gas in the deformation cavity 42 enters the expansion cavity 41, the volume of the expansion cavity 41 is increased, and part of the expansion cavity 41 is exposed from the orifice of the receiving hole to contact the nose wing of the user; when the gas in the expansion cavity 41 enters the deformation cavity 42, the volume of the expansion cavity 41 is reduced, all the expansion cavities 41 are contained in the containing holes, and the contact side surface of the support portion 22 can be contacted with the nose wings of the user again, so that the unexpanded expansion cavity 41 is prevented from affecting the comfort of the user.
In order to further improve the comfort of the user, the nose pad 2 has an inner cavity and is flexibly disposed, so that the comfort of the user can be further improved when the contact side of the supporting portion 22 contacts the nose wing of the user.
Further, since the deformation chamber 42 and the expansion chamber 41 are communicated, normally, the deformation chamber 42 and the expansion chamber 41 are communicated through the air pipe 43, and the air pipe 43 is provided through the nose pad 2 in order to secure the beauty of the glasses 1000.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the specification and drawings of the present invention or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the present invention.
