The function of the container sealing device of this embodiment is: the container sealing device of the embodiment can be formed by filling the second material 5 into the cavity tube structure 104 through the opening at the head end of the cavity tube structure 104 of the cover member 1, installing and sleeving the release member 2 on the outer wall of the cavity tube structure 104, fastening the fastener B206 and the fastener A105 together, sealing and storing the second material 5 in the cavity tube structure 104, adhering the aluminum foil film 11 at the opening at the head end of the cover member 1, sealing the cavity tube structure 104 and the release member 2 in the independent space at the head end of the cover member, and further installing and fixing the container sealing device on the threaded cover 31 of the container 3 which is already filled with the first material 4 through the rib blocking fastener 101 and the fastener structure 102 arranged on the cover member 1 of the container sealing device.
When the sealing device is used, the aluminum foil film 11 at the head end of the cover member 1 is torn off, the container sealing device is screwed, the threaded cover 31 of the container 3 is opened under the action of the rib catch 101 and the buckling structure 102 of the cover member, the threaded cover 31 is still fixed on the cover member 1 of the container sealing device, the head end of the container sealing device is placed at the opening of the container neck, at the moment, the cavity tube structure 104 and the release member 2 extend into the opening of the container neck 301, the push-piece structure 205 of the release member 2 contacts the opening edge 304 of the container opening, the cover member 1 is further screwed to enable the threaded structure 103 of the cover member to be connected with the thread A303 of the container neck, the cavity tube structure 104 further extends into the container neck 301 under the action of the threads of the two, the push-piece structure 205 of the release member 2 is pushed by the opening edge 304 of the container to the tail end of the cavity tube structure 104, the wall body of the head end of the cavity tube structure 104 firstly breaks through the part of the thinning connecting structure 203 at a closer distance, other parts of the connecting structure 203 are further broken through, the opening Cheng Shunchang and the other parts of the connecting structure are easily broken, the sealing structure 202 is separated from the cavity tube structure 104, and the sealing structure 104 is still separated from the container material 3, and the sealing structure 4 is still arranged in the cavity material 4, and the sealing structure 104 is separated from the cavity structure 4, and the sealing structure is in the cavity material 3 is in the cavity material mixing structure 4, and the cavity material is mixed, and the sealing structure is mixed, and the cavity material is mixed, and the material is in the cavity 3 and can be separated. The other structures of the lid member 1 of the container sealing device of the present embodiment are the same as those described in embodiment 1, and the release member 2, the container 3, the screw cap 31, and the aluminum foil film 11 are also the same as those described in embodiment 1, respectively;
the function and function of the container sealing device of this embodiment are the same as those described in embodiment 1, and the method of assembling the container sealing device of this embodiment is also the same as that described in embodiment 1, and can be carried out with reference to the description in embodiment 1.
Example 3. Qualification test of product sealability of release member.
With the container sealing device of the foregoing embodiment 1, the inner diameter of the opening of the container neck 301 is 25mm, the inner diameter of the head end of the chamber tube structure 104 is 19mm, and the outer wall diameter of the tube structure 201 of the release member 2 is 24mm. The release member 2 of the embodiment 1 is produced by using an injection mold, and an injection gate is provided at the center of the outer wall of the seal piece 202.
And (3) testing the influence of different setting positions of injection gates of the release member 2 on the product yield of the release member 2.
The test method comprises the following steps: (1) The injection gate of the mold is arranged at the center of the outer wall of the sealing piece 202, the injection gate of the mold is arranged on the outer wall of the cylinder structure 201 of the release member 2, the injection release member is arranged on the outer wall of the cylinder structure B, the size, the structure shape, the size, the mold cavity number and the like of the release member A and the release member B are completely the same, and the thickness of the thinning connecting structure 203 at the joint of the sealing piece 202 and the cylinder structure 201 is 0.2mm plus or minus 0.015mm.
(2) The release member A and the release member B are made of the same low-density polyethylene material, and 5000 release members A and 5000 release members B are produced respectively by adopting the same injection molding temperature, injection molding pressure, injection molding time, dwell time and the like, and the two injection molded products have complete structures, no adhesive shortage and no flash.
(3) And randomly taking 500 release members A and 500 release members B respectively, respectively carrying out the sealing test of products on the key sealing structure of the thinning connection between the sealing sheet and the cylinder structure, and judging the qualification rate of the products.
(4) The testing method comprises the following steps: and (3) testing by using a leakage and sealing strength tester, pressurizing from the tail end opening of the release member 2 to 200KPa, maintaining the pressure under water for 1min, and observing whether air leakage occurs.
Test results: 500 release members A, 0 air leakage, 100% of sealing qualification rate, 500 release members B, 199 air leakage and 60.2% of sealing qualification rate.
As can be seen, the release member a is disposed at the center of the outer wall of the sealing plate 202, and the sealing qualification rate of the product reaches 100%, which is very significantly different from that of the injection gate disposed on the outer wall of the cylinder structure 201.
Example 4. Packaging composition containing two separately sealed materials.
A packaged composition comprising a container closure, a container 3, a first material 4, a second material 5, said container 3 comprising a container neck 301 having an opening and a body chamber 302, and said container neck 301 having threads a 303 disposed thereon, said container closure employing a container closure as described in example 1 or example 2; the packaging composition of the container sealing device can be formed by installing and fixing the container sealing device on the threaded cap 31 of the container 3 which is already filled by the rib baffle 101 arranged on the cap member 1 of the container sealing device and the fastening structure 102;
The first material 4 is in the main body chamber 302 of the container 3, and the second material 5 is in the cavity barrel structure 104 of the cover member 1 of the container closure;
wherein at least one of the first material 4 and the second material 5 is a liquid material, preferably, the first material 4 and the second material 5 are both liquid, or the first material 4 is a liquid material, the second material 5 is a solid material, or the first material 4 is a solid material, and the second material 5 is a liquid material.
Example 5. Use of container closure, packaging container or packaging composition.
Use of any one of the container-closure devices, packaging containers or packaging compositions described in example 1, example 2 or example 4 for the preparation or packaging of: food, drink, drinking wine, health food, special medical use formula food, general food, medicine, medical instrument, sanitary product, cosmetic or daily product containing liquid component.

Claims (12)

1. A container closure assembly capable of being assembled in a reversible manner, comprising a cover member and a release member, characterized in that:
the cover member is of a cylindrical structure with two open ends, the tail end of the cover member is provided with a rib blocking buckle and a clamping structure which can be connected and fixed with a threaded cover of the container, the head end of the cover member is provided with a threaded structure and a cavity cylinder structure, the threaded structure is arranged on the inner wall of the side wall of the cover member, the cavity cylinder structure is arranged in an inner space formed by the inner wall of the side wall of the cover member, the cavity cylinder structure and the inner wall of the side wall of the cover member are connected together to form a circular cylindrical structure, the head end of the cavity cylinder structure is of an opening shape, the tail end of the cavity cylinder structure is of a closed shape, and the cavity cylinder structure can contain materials;
The release member is a cylinder structure with an opening at the tail end, the head end of the release member is provided with a sealing sheet, and the joint part between the sealing sheet and the inner wall of the cylinder structure is provided with an inclined surface structure to reduce the thickness of the release member and then is connected with the inner wall of the cylinder structure;
A pushing piece structure in a ring-shaped sheet structure is arranged on the outer wall of the tail end of the cylinder structure of the release member;

the container sealing device can be installed and fixed on a threaded cap of a container which has finished filling production through a rib blocking buckle and a buckle structure of the cap member, and can enable the threaded cap of the container to be opened and enable the threaded cap to be fixed on the cap member by screwing the cap member;

The indexable assembled container closure of claim 1 wherein: the outer wall of the cavity cylinder structure of the cover member is provided with a buckle A, the inner wall of the cylinder structure of the release member is provided with a buckle B, and the buckle A and the buckle B can be matched with each other to be buckled together.

The indexable assembled container closure of claim 1 wherein: the release member is prepared by injection molding through a mold, wherein an injection molding gate of the release member is arranged at the center position of the inner wall or the center position of the outer wall of the sealing piece;
