Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for uploading a file according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s101, responding to an operation instruction of a user, and acquiring a target file to be uploaded;
first, the method and the device are applicable to scenes in which a user needs to export files and upload the files. Based on the above usage scenario, it can be appreciated that the execution subject of the present application may be a file synchronization service system. Specifically, the analysis of the target file, the acquisition of the uploading path, the uploading of the target file and the like can be executed by the file synchronization service system, and after the file is synchronously uploaded, the user can acquire the latest uploaded file in real time.
The file synchronization service system may be a software system that may help users synchronize files between devices, allowing different users to access and update files on different devices to ensure consistency and availability of the files.
The target file may refer to a file that the user needs to upload. The operation instruction of the user may refer to an operation that the user selects the target file and clicks on uploading.
By using the event monitor to monitor the operation behaviors of the user, the operation instructions of the user can be timely identified, and the target files selected by the user can be acquired. Wherein an event listener is a design model for performing a particular operation when a particular event occurs, the event listener typically includes one or more event handlers registered with an event source to listen for the particular event, and when an event occurs, the event source passes the event to the associated event handler and performs the corresponding operation.
S102, analyzing the target file, and determining file name information and file attribute information of the target file;
the file name information may refer to a character string for identifying a file, which is a basis for accessing the file.
The file name information may be determined by the user at the time of creating the file, and by reading the target file, the file name information of the target file may be directly determined. Alternatively, the file name information may be automatically generated and determined by analyzing the file content after the file editing is completed.
The file attribute information may refer to a type of a file, and the file may be divided into different types according to the use of the file and expressed with different extensions. For example, for design files, file types may include DWG, DXF, OBJ and FBX file types.
The mode of determining the file attribute information can adopt the mode of reading and analyzing the file header in the target file. Wherein the header is part of the file and comprises a specific tag or byte sequence for identifying the type and format of the file.
S103, acquiring an uploading path of the target file according to the file name information and the file attribute information;
the upload path may refer to a storage location of the target file in the file synchronization service system.
The method for obtaining the uploading path of the target file can adopt a mode of determining a folder with the file attribute information of the file consistent with the target file as a primary folder according to the file attribute information of the target file, determining a subfolder according to the semantic content of the file name information in the primary folder, and determining a logical structure consisting of the primary folder and the subfolder as the uploading path.
For example, if the file name information of the current target file is office chair and the file attribute information is DWG, the uploading path of the current target file may be "dwg\office\furniture\chair".
S104, uploading the target file according to the uploading path.
Uploading refers to the process of transferring the target file from the local device to the file synchronization service system.
The mode of transmitting the target file can adopt a mode of data encapsulation of the target file, and the network card of the local equipment transmits data to the file synchronization service system in a signal form capable of carrying out network transmission, and the file synchronization service system receives the data and stores the target file at the position of the uploading path. The network card is a hardware interface device between the computer and the network and is responsible for realizing the functions of network protocol conversion, data transmission and the like.
In this technical solution, optionally, uploading the target file according to the uploading path includes:
identifying the file number of the existing file in the uploading path;
determining the file number of the target file according to the file number and a preset numbering rule;
and writing the file number into the file name of the target file, and uploading the file number to the uploading path.
The file number may refer to the sequential number of the file in the smallest subfolder in the corresponding upload path. The file number of the existing file in the uploading path is written into the file name information, and the file number of the existing file can be determined by reading the file name information of the last existing file.
The preset numbering rules prescribe a method for ordering and identifying all files in the same uploading path. Specifically, the file number may be composed of two strings of numbers, where the first string of numbers may be used to indicate the upload date of a file, and the second string of numbers is used to indicate the upload order of a file, for example, if the file number of a file is "20240110-4", the upload date of the file is 2024, 1 month, 10 days, and the upload order is 4 th file.
The uploading date of the target file is obtained as the numerical value of the first string of digits of the file number of the target file, the file number of the last existing file is obtained, the second string of digits of the file number is confirmed, the numerical value of the second string of digits is added by one, namely the numerical value of the second string of digits of the file number of the target file is obtained, and the two strings of digits are connected by using a 'character', namely the file number of the target file is obtained.
The method of writing the file number into the file name of the target file may adopt a method of obtaining the file name information of the target file, and connecting the file number and the file name information into a character string by using a character string connection function, as the final file name of the target file.
The file management method has the advantages that the file number is determined for the uploaded file, and the file number is written into the file name, so that the ordering of the file can be improved, and the user can find and manage the file conveniently.
In the embodiment of the application, a target file to be uploaded is obtained in response to an operation instruction of a user; analyzing the target file, and determining file name information and file attribute information of the target file; acquiring an uploading path of the target file according to the file name information and the file attribute information; and uploading the target file according to the uploading path. According to the file uploading method, the uploading path of the target file is obtained according to the file name information and the file attribute information, so that the uploading path can be automatically and accurately determined, the file management order is improved, the file data safety is ensured, and the user operation steps can be simplified by directly uploading the file, so that the work efficiency of the user is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a file uploading method provided in the second embodiment of the present application. The scheme makes better improvement on the embodiment, and the specific improvement is as follows: before the uploading path of the target file is acquired according to the file name information and the file attribute information, the method further comprises: identifying whether the file name information accords with a preset naming rule; if the target file does not meet the uploading condition, generating prompt information of the target file, and generating naming rule prompt information of the target file.
As shown in fig. 2, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s201, responding to an operation instruction of a user, and acquiring a target file to be uploaded;
s202, analyzing the target file, and determining file name information and file attribute information of the target file;
s203, identifying whether the file name information accords with a preset naming rule;
the preset naming convention specifies the standard or specification of the composition and format of the file names. The file name should clearly reflect the content and attributes of the file, so that the user can understand and use the file conveniently.
The basic naming convention may include: the file name is composed of letters, numbers, chinese characters, underlines and other characters, and can contain spaces, but the spaces are replaced by the underlines; the file name cannot use special characters not allowed by the operating system, such as: "/\? * Etc.; file names are case-insensitive, but generally take lowercase letters for ease of reading and input; the file name should be short, easy to read and understand, and should not be too long or too short to affect the appearance and use.
In the technical scheme, the file naming rule also requires that the semantic content of the file name can be identified and analyzed by a computer. The semantic content refers to meaning of a language, namely concepts, meanings or meanings expressed by the language.
By using a string processing function or regular expression, it is possible to check whether the file name information conforms to a basic naming rule, and by using semantic analysis techniques, it is possible to check whether the file name information can be recognized as semantic content. The character string processing function is a function used for performing various operations on the character string, such as splicing, intercepting, replacing, searching and the like; regular expressions are a powerful text matching tool that uses specific grammar rules to describe patterns of text; semantic analysis technology is a natural language processing technology for understanding and analyzing the semantic meaning of text.
S204, if the target file does not meet the uploading condition, generating prompt information of the target file, and generating naming rule prompt information of the target file;
the prompt information that the target file does not meet the uploading condition may be information for prompting the user that the current target file does not meet the uploading condition and the uploading is stopped.
The naming rule prompt information may be information for prompting the user that the file name information of the content is the target file does not conform to a specific naming rule.
The two prompting information generation modes can adopt a popup window and display information contents in the window.
In this technical solution, optionally, after generating the naming rule prompt information of the target file, the method further includes:
and automatically generating the name of the target file according to the preset naming rule.
For the file name information which does not accord with the basic naming rule, the mode of automatically generating the name of the target file can be adopted to directly delete the characters which do not accord with the naming rule in the file name information or replace the characters which accord with the naming rule so as to generate new file name information.
For the file name information which cannot identify the semantic content and automatically generates the name of the target file, specific content in the file can be read, file content characteristics are extracted, and new file name information is generated according to the file content characteristics.
The method and the device have the advantages that the names of the target files are automatically generated according to the preset naming rules, so that users do not need to manually change the file name information of the target files, and efficiency is improved.
S205, acquiring an uploading path of the target file according to the file name information and the file attribute information;
in this technical solution, optionally, after obtaining the upload path of the target file, the method further includes:
if an uploading path changing operation instruction is received, identifying whether the changed uploading path accords with a preset path rule;
if the target file is not matched with the modified uploading path, generating prompt information that the target file cannot be uploaded to the modified uploading path.
The upload path change operation instruction may refer to an operation in which the user clicks to modify the upload path and manually inputs the upload path. By using the event monitor to monitor the operation behavior of the user, the uploading path changing operation instruction can be timely identified, and the uploading path of the target file can be obtained.
The preset path rules specify standards or specifications for the composition and format of the upload path.
The basic path rules may include: the names of the folders should be separated using separators; the exclusive name of the operating system cannot be used as the name of the folder; the name of the folder cannot exceed 255 characters.
In the technical scheme, the path rule also requires that the specific degree of the semantic content of the lower folder name is higher than that of the semantic content of the upper folder name. For example, one folder is named "chair", one folder is named "furniture", and the "chair" folder should be the lower folder, and the "furniture" folder should be the upper folder.
By using a string processing function or a regular expression, it is possible to check whether the changed uploading path meets the basic path rule, and by using a semantic analysis technique, it is possible to check whether the upper and lower relationships between the names of the folders meet the rule.
The prompt information that the target file cannot be uploaded to the changed uploading path may be information for prompting the user that the content is that the target file cannot be uploaded to the changed uploading path and the uploading is stopped. The prompt information can be generated by adopting a pop-up window and displaying information content in the window.
The method and the device have the advantages that whether the changed uploading path accords with the preset path rule or not is judged, so that the uploading path can be judged by the file synchronization service system, and the file is prevented from being uploaded to an error position.
S206, uploading the target file according to the uploading path.
The file uploading method and device have the advantages that whether the file name information of the target file accords with the preset naming rule is identified, so that the file uploading process is more standard and systematic, and the follow-up uploading path is convenient to acquire.
Example III
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of a method for uploading a file according to the third embodiment of the present application. The scheme makes better improvement on the first embodiment, and the specific improvement is as follows: after uploading the target file according to the uploading path, the method further comprises: in response to a file reference request, determining one or more uploading paths of at least one referenced file according to reference information in the file reference request; and reading version information of the referenced files from the one or more uploading paths, and importing the at least one referenced file according to the version information.
As shown in fig. 3, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s301, responding to an operation instruction of a user, and acquiring a target file to be uploaded;
s302, analyzing the target file, and determining file name information and file attribute information of the target file;
s303, acquiring an uploading path of the target file according to the file name information and the file attribute information;
s304, uploading the target file according to the uploading path;
s305, responding to a file reference request, and determining one or more uploading paths of at least one referenced file according to reference information in the file reference request;
the file reference request may refer to information sent to the file synchronization service system for acquiring other files for use in the current edited file. The reference information may be information describing the referenced file.
The method for determining one or more uploading paths of at least one referenced file can adopt a mode of analyzing the reference information in the file reference request to obtain reference parameters, finding a file matched with the reference parameters from the existing files, determining the file as the referenced file, determining the uploading paths of the referenced file, or finding one or more uploading paths matched with the reference parameters from the created uploading paths, and determining the existing file in the one or more uploading paths as the referenced file.
In this technical solution, optionally, determining, according to the reference information in the file reference request, one or more upload paths where at least one referenced file is located includes:
analyzing the reference information in the file reference request to obtain reference parameters;
finding a file matched with the reference parameter from the existing files, determining the file as a referenced file, and determining an uploading path of the referenced file;
or,
analyzing the reference information in the file reference request to obtain reference parameters;
from each upload path created, one or more upload paths matching the reference parameters are found, and the existing files in the one or more upload paths are determined to be referenced files.
The reference parameter may refer to a reference description text, which may refer to text information input by a user according to a reference purpose. For example, the file name information of the current edited file is "furniture", and the user wants to introduce a file related to a chair, and can input "chair" as a reference parameter.
By using semantic analysis technology, word text with semantics in the quotation information can be extracted as quotation parameters.
A character matching algorithm may be used to match the reference parameters with the file name information of each existing file, determine the file whose file name information includes the reference parameters as a referenced file, and read the storage path of the referenced file as an upload path.
The uploading path may also be determined by matching the reference parameter with each folder name in each uploading path using a character matching algorithm, determining all files included in the folder whose folder name includes the reference parameter as referenced files, and reading each upper folder including the folder with the folder as the smallest subfolder in the uploading path.
The character matching algorithm is an algorithm for searching specific characters or substrings in a character string, and common character matching algorithms comprise a naive character string matching algorithm, a KMP (Knuth-Morris-Pratt) algorithm, a BM (Boyer-Moore) algorithm, a double-loop algorithm and the like.
The method has the advantages that related files can be accurately and automatically referenced based on the reference requirement of a user by finding files matched with the reference parameters from the existing files according to the reference parameters and determining uploading paths, or finding uploading paths matched with the reference parameters from all uploading paths according to the reference parameters and determining the referenced files.
S306, reading version information of the referenced files from the one or more uploading paths, and importing the at least one referenced file according to the version information.
Version information generally includes the creation time, last modification time, version number, and the like of the file. Version information of the referenced file may be obtained using a specific command in the command line interface, for example, in a Windows system, a "ver" command may be used to view version information of the executable file.
For files edited and uploaded by different users and modified at different times, the file with the latest version number or the file with the latest modification time can be selected as the referenced file.
The referenced file may be imported by transferring the referenced file to a local device using a file synchronization service system, and the local device loads the referenced file.
The file reference request is used for determining one or more uploading paths of at least one referenced file, and the at least one referenced file is imported according to version information, so that a user does not need to search and confirm the name and the position of the file manually, and efficiency is improved.
