Background
Metal surface cleaners can be classified into water-based cleaners and solvent cleaners. The water-based metal cleaning agent not only can eliminate greasy dirt on the metal surface, but also can clean dirt such as hand sweat, inorganic salt and the like, and has the advantages of nonflammability, non-toxicity and safe use, and is suitable for spray cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, soaking and heating cleaning. The water-based metal cleaning agent can clean greasy dirt, grease and wax dirt on the metal surface by means of the functions of wetting, emulsifying, penetrating, dispersing, solubilizing and the like of the contained surfactant, emulsifying agent, penetrating agent and the like.
The water-based metal cleaning agent takes water as a carrier, is prepared from a surfactant, a cleaning auxiliary agent, an antirust agent, a corrosion inhibitor, a defoaming agent, a bactericide and other additives, and the cleaning performance of the water-based metal cleaning agent can be greatly different due to slight variation of part of the additives.
The water-based cleaning agent using strong acid and strong alkali as main components has the defects of film formation by adopting chemical reaction, influence on workpiece precision, harm to human health and environment and high cleaning waste liquid treatment cost.
The water-based cleaning agent with the surfactant as the main component can effectively remove greasy dirt, but the cleaned ferrous metal workpiece still has the rust problem, and the workpiece presents rust points or rust spots.
The hydrocarbon cleaning agent has the advantages of large smell, combustibility, limited drying speed and low flash point, and needs to pay attention to ventilation, fire prevention and explosion prevention measures of cleaning equipment and surrounding places, such as static prevention measures required by using ultrasonic equipment, and excessive degreasing can be caused by long-time contact with skin.
Therefore, the following problems are common in metal water-based cleaners: the product is unstable, is easy to delaminate, has insufficient cleaning capability and large smell, has a certain degree of rust on ferrous metal, changes color of nonferrous metal, and influences the quality and the attractiveness of a workpiece.

s1, preparing a cleaning agent preparation material according to the proportion;
s2, adding part of water, monoethanolamine, benzotriazole and dodecadiacid into a container, and stirring at a low speed for dissolution;
s3, adding NEUF585 aqueous antirust agent into the container, and continuously stirring for 2-10min;
s4, adding the S-401F emulsifier, the G-640 alcohol ether solvent and the rest water into a container, and stirring uniformly at a low speed to obtain transparent colorless uniform liquid.
In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the black metal and copper material cleaning agent with excellent cleaning effect and antirust and anticorrosion effects is safe to use, friendly to environment and human health, mild in smell, free of skin irritation and free of corrosion discoloration after cleaning. The cleaning agent contains a plurality of nonionic surfactants and cleaning auxiliary agents, and can obviously reduce interfacial tension during cleaning, thereby rapidly removing greasy dirt. In addition, the cleaning agent is resistant to acid and alkali environment and hard water, does not influence the cleaning effect, does not delaminate, is stable in finished product and can be used at 50 ℃.
2. In the invention, the surfactant and a plurality of rust inhibitors in the cleaning agent are combined to form the compound rust inhibitor, so that the black metal rust or copper material discoloration after cleaning is effectively prevented. Under the cooperation of an ultrasonic cleaner, the cleaning agent can rapidly clean greasy dirt of a workpiece, has no residue, does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals, nitrites and the like, has mild smell and has good cleaning effect.
