fixedly mounting a control box, an audible and visual alarm, a remote starting device and an assembled medicament bottle valve group at a proper position, and respectively connecting the control box with a high-sensitivity temperature detector, the audible and visual alarm, the remote starting device and a medicament release control valve through signal wires;
laying a medicament pipeline according to the mounting position of the medicament spray head, mounting the medicament spray head on the medicament pipeline, and finally connecting and fixing the medicament pipeline and the medicament release control valve;
the device is installed after the above 3 steps.
In the scheme, the high-sensitivity temperature detector and the medicament spray nozzle are respectively referred to as a group, and a plurality of high-sensitivity temperature detectors and medicament spray nozzles can be respectively arranged according to requirements in actual installation.
The application method is as follows:
the device comprises four starting modes (automatic starting, manual starting, emergency starting and mechanical starting), and the four starting modes are juxtaposed under any condition.
Automatic starting: when the temperature detected by the high-sensitivity temperature detector reaches the set value of the fire, the fire extinguishing device can be automatically started to release the fire extinguishing agent to extinguish the fire, when the fire is detected to be controlled, the agent release function of the fire extinguishing device is closed, and when the fire is detected again, the device is started again to release the fire extinguishing agent to extinguish the fire.
And (3) manual starting: when the on-site personnel find that the fire occurs in the protected area and the fire extinguishing device is not automatically started, the fire extinguishing device can be started to extinguish the fire by pressing the starting button of the remote hand starting device, and when the on-site personnel judge that the fire is controlled, the remote hand starting device is closed to stop releasing the fire extinguishing agent, and the hand starting button is pressed again to release the agent again.
Emergency starting: when the scene personnel find the initial fire and are closer to the control box, the button protection cover is quickly opened, the emergency start button is pressed to enable the emergency start button to be self-locked, the device starts to release the fire extinguishing agent to extinguish the fire, when the scene personnel judge that the fire is controlled, the emergency start button is unlocked to stop releasing the fire extinguishing agent, and the emergency start button is pressed again to release the fire extinguishing agent again.
And (3) mechanical starting: when the fire extinguishing device cannot be started in all three starting modes, the safety pin of the emergency button at the upper end of the bottle head valve is removed, the emergency button (not less than 85N) is forcefully shot, and the mechanical starting device releases the medicament.
