It will be appreciated that the sliding travel of the shutter 11 is 5mm or more and 10mm or less.
In a specific application, the sliding travel of the shutter 11 is any value of 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the shutter 11 is optionally slidingly coupled to the support 10 in a first direction of the support 10 or slidingly coupled to the support 10 in a second direction of the support 10.

Under the condition that the shielding piece 11 is positioned at the first position, the shielding piece 11 shields the first opening 102, so that the hidden design of the internal structure of the interlocking component 1 is realized, a user is prevented from extending into the bracket 10 from the first opening 102, and the situation that the user mistakenly touches the switch piece 13 of the interlocking component 1 when extending into the bracket 10 from the first opening 102 is avoided; under the condition that the shielding piece 11 is in the second position, the shielding piece 11 avoids the first opening 102, and then the door hook 24 can extend into the support 10 from the first opening 102, so that the door hook 24 is connected with the support 10, the triggering of the switch piece 13 of the interlocking assembly 1 is realized, and the safety performance of the cooking utensil 2 during working is ensured.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the lever 12 is optionally rotatably connected to the bracket 10.
In this embodiment, the lever 12 is rotatably connected to the bracket 10 such that when the door hook 24 pushes the driving end 120 to move, the trigger end 122 is moved, and the switch 13 is triggered by the trigger end 122.
As shown in fig. 1, according to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the interlock assembly 1 further comprises: and one end of the second reset piece 16 is connected with the lever 12, and the other end of the second reset piece 16 is connected with the bracket 10 and is used for driving the lever 12 to reset.
In this embodiment, the interlocking assembly 1 further comprises a second reset element 16, one end of the second reset element 16 is connected with the lever 12, and the other end is connected with the bracket 10, so as to realize the reset of the lever 12 after the door hook 24 moves out of the bracket 10, and further realize the triggering of the switch element 13 when the door hook 24 stretches into the bracket 10 again.

The cooking appliance 2 provided by the invention comprises the interlocking assembly 1 provided by any embodiment, so that the cooking appliance has all the beneficial effects of the interlocking assembly 1.
Wherein, with the door 22 opening the housing 20, the shutter 11 is in the first position to prevent foreign objects from extending into the interlock assembly 1 through the first opening 102; with the door 22 closing the housing 20, the shutter 11 is in the second position to clear the door hook 24.
As shown in fig. 10, according to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, a second opening 205 is provided on the housing 20, and the first opening 102 is disposed opposite to the second opening 205.
In this embodiment, the housing 20 is provided with a second opening 205, the first opening 102 is opposite to the second opening 205, and the door hook 24 extends into the first opening 102 from the second opening 205, and further extends into the bracket 10, so as to connect with the interlocking component 1 and trigger the switch member 13. Meanwhile, the second opening 205 is formed in the casing 20, and the first opening 102 and the second opening 205 are arranged opposite to each other, so that the interlocking component 1 can be placed on the back of the casing 20, the interlocking component 1 is prevented from being exposed, and the hidden design of the interlocking component 1 is realized.
As shown in fig. 2, optionally, the housing 20 includes: a case 201, the case 201 including a cooking cavity; the door plate 202 is arranged on the first side of the box 201, the door 22 is rotatably connected with the door plate 202 and is used for opening or closing the box 201, the second opening 205 is arranged on the door plate 202, and the second opening 205 is arranged on one side of the box 201; the bracket 10 is located outside the case 201, and one end of the bracket 10 is connected to the top wall of the case 201, and the other end is connected to the door panel 202.
In this embodiment, the housing 20 includes a case 201 and a door panel 202, the door panel 202 is disposed at a first side of the case 201, and the door 22 is rotatably connected to the door panel 202, thereby opening and closing the case 201. Wherein, the bracket 10 is arranged outside the box 201 and is connected with the top wall of the box 201 and the door plate 202 at the same time, thereby realizing the fixation of the bracket 10 and the shell 20.
Optionally, the case 201 includes a cooking cavity, and the door plate 202 is provided with an opening, which communicates with the cooking cavity, and the door 22 is rotatably connected to the door plate 202 for opening or closing the opening.
In a particular application, the interlock assembly 1 is located on the back of the door panel 202.
Specifically, the door panel 202 is a front panel of the cooking appliance 2.
As shown in fig. 2, according to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, a flange 203 is provided on the door panel 202, the flange 203 is bent toward the second side of the case 201, a connection portion 204 is provided on the flange 203, the bracket 10 is connected to the connection portion 204, and the first side of the case 201 and the second side of the case 201 are opposite sides of the case 201.
In this embodiment, a flange 203 bent toward the second side of the case 201 is provided on the door panel 202, and the bracket 10 is connected to a connection portion 204 on the flange 203, so as to fix the bracket 10 to the door panel 202. Wherein the first side of the case 201 and the second side of the case 201 are opposite sides of the case 201.
Specifically, the first side of the case 201 is the front side of the case 201, and the second side of the case 201 is the rear side of the case 201.
Optionally, the connection 204 includes screw holes.
As shown in fig. 4, 6, 7 and 8, according to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the cooking appliance 2 further includes: the heating part 26 is arranged in the box 201 and is used for supplying heat to the cooking cavity.
In this embodiment, the cooking appliance 2 further includes a heating portion 26, where the heating portion 26 is disposed in the case 201 and is used for supplying heat to the cooking cavity, so as to cook food in the cooking cavity.

In a specific application, the present invention discloses an interlocking concealment solution comprising an interlocking bracket (e.g. bracket 10), a spring (e.g. first return 14), a sliding bar (e.g. shutter 11), a micro-switch, a fixed plate 15, a lever 12, a torsion spring (e.g. second return 16), etc.
The interlocking bracket is provided with a structure for installing other parts, wherein the lever 12 is installed on the interlocking bracket, one end of a torsion spring is installed on the lever 12, and the other end is connected with the interlocking bracket; the micro switch is also arranged on the interlocking bracket; the fixing plate 15 is fixed with the interlocking bracket through a screw; the slide bar is arranged between the interlocking bracket and the fixed plate 15 and is provided with a waist-shaped hole which can slide in the middle, and the sliding stroke is 5mm-10mm; one end of the spring is connected with the fixed plate 15, and the other end is connected with the slide bar to control the movement of the slide bar.
One end of the interlocking bracket is fixed at the top of the cooking cavity, and the other end is fixed at the screw position of the side surface of the front plate.
The slide bar of this application is vertical direction slip, also can set up to horizontal direction slip.
The embodiment of the present application can solve the problem of hidden interlocking, and avoid that an external object can be directly poked into the hole (such as the second opening 205) of the front plate to touch the lever 12, so as to cause the micro-switch to act.

Claims (19)
1. An interlocking assembly for a cooking appliance, the cooking appliance comprising a housing and a door body, the door body with the housing is connected openably and closably, be equipped with the door hook on the door body, its characterized in that, the interlocking assembly includes:
the bracket is arranged on the shell and is provided with a first opening;
the shielding piece is movably connected with the bracket and can move between a first position and a second position;
wherein, in the case that the shielding member is in the first position, the shielding member shields the first opening, in the case that the shielding member is in the second position, the shielding member dodges the first opening, and the door hook can be extended into the bracket from the first opening.
2. An interlock assembly as recited in claim 1 wherein said shutter is provided with a push portion, said push portion being exposed at said first opening with said shutter in said first position, said door hook being movable by said push portion to move said shutter to said second position.
3. The interlock assembly of claim 2 wherein the push portion includes a ramp structure disposed toward the first opening.
4. The interlock assembly of claim 1 further comprising:
a first resetting piece, one end of which is connected with the bracket, the other end is connected with the shielding piece and is used for driving the shielding piece to move to the first position,
wherein the first restoring member is in a deformed state with the shutter in the second position.
5. The interlock assembly of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the shield is slidably coupled to the bracket, the shield being slidable between the first position and the second position.
6. The interlock assembly of claim 5 further comprising:
and the fixed plate is arranged on the bracket, and the shielding piece can slide between the bracket and the fixed plate.
7. The interlock assembly of claim 6 wherein the bracket is provided with a stop portion, the fixed plate is fixedly connected to the stop portion, the shield is provided with a through hole, the through hole extends in a sliding direction of the shield, the stop portion is disposed through the through hole, and the shield moves relative to the stop portion through the through hole.
8. The interlock assembly of claim 7 wherein the through-hole comprises a kidney-shaped hole or a rectangular hole.
9. The interlock assembly of claim 5 wherein the distance between the first position and the second position is greater than or equal to 5mm and less than or equal to 10mm.
10. The interlock assembly of claim 5 wherein the shield is slidably coupled to the bracket in a first direction of the bracket or is slidably coupled to the bracket in a second direction of the bracket.
11. The interlock assembly of any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
the lever is movably connected with the bracket and comprises a driving end and a triggering end, and the driving end is opposite to the first opening;
the switch piece is arranged on the support, the switch piece is arranged opposite to the triggering end, the shielding piece is prevented from avoiding the first opening under the condition that the shielding piece is positioned at the second position, and the door hook can extend into the support from the first opening and push the driving end to move so that the triggering end triggers the switch piece.
12. The interlock assembly of claim 11 wherein the lever is rotatably coupled to the bracket.
13. The interlock assembly of claim 12 further comprising:
and one end of the second reset piece is connected with the lever, and the other end of the second reset piece is connected with the bracket and used for driving the lever to reset.
14. The interlock assembly of claim 11 wherein the switch member comprises at least one micro-switch.
15. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a housing;
the door body is connected with the shell in an openable and closable manner, and a door hook is arranged on the door body; and
the interlock assembly according to any one of claim 1 to 14,
wherein the shutter is in the first position when the door opens the housing and in the second position when the door closes the housing.
16. The cooking appliance of claim 15, wherein the housing is provided with a second opening, and the first opening is disposed opposite the second opening.
17. The cooking appliance of claim 16, wherein the housing comprises:
the box body comprises a cooking cavity;
the door plate is arranged on the first side of the box body, the door body is rotationally connected with the door plate and used for opening or closing the box body, the second opening is arranged on the door plate, and the second opening is arranged on one side of the box body;
the support is located the outside of box, just support one end with the roof of box is connected, the other end with the door plant is connected.
18.
