In this embodiment, one or more of the identities of the roaming UE may be used to obtain the user consent information of the roaming UE.
In order to further explain any embodiments of the disclosure, several specific embodiments are provided below.
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information processing method for ensuring that User privacy information is not compromised in a eNA roaming scenario by User Consent (User present) in the HPLMN/VPLMN check eNA (enablers for Network Automation, network automation) roaming scenario.
Wherein the UDM is capable of maintaining VPLMN specific user consent information and regulatory policies and is capable of providing VPLMN specific user consent to the NEF.
Upon receiving a data collection and/or analysis collection request from the V-NWDAF, the NEF can send a request to the UDM to obtain VPLMN specific user consent parameters.
Upon receipt of a response message from the UDM, the NEF can store VPLMN specific user consent parameters.
The NEF can check the VPLMN specific user consent parameters and regulatory parameters to determine if the request from the VPLMN for data collection/analysis results in the home network is acceptable.
V-NWDAF, if configured/provided with regulatory parameters, is able to determine if the consumer NF in the VPLMN can request data collection and/or analysis results in the home network.
As shown in fig. 6, the information processing method may include the steps of:
0: the UDM stores user consent information of roaming UEs of the VPLMN, operator policies and/or administrative policies. The user consent information of the roaming UE of the VPLMN is associated with the identity of the roaming UE (e.g. SUPI) and stored as subscription data in the UDM. Wherein, the supervision strategy is specific to a specific country or region and can be used for roaming scenes.
1: the consumer NF in the VPLMN sends a data collection and/or analysis request message of the subscriber to the V-NWDAF. The message includes the target of the analysis report. A particular UE, a group of UEs, or any UE may be set as the target for the analysis report. If a set of UEs or any UE is used as target for the analysis report, the message also includes indication information indicating the ID of the roaming UE and the ID of the PLMN of the VPLMN.
2: the V-NWDAF determines to collect data and/or analyze from NF and/or NWDAF in the HPLMN based on the request message received from the consumer NF.
3: if the operator policy and/or regulatory policy configured or provided for the V-NWDAF indicates that the V-NWDAF is allowed to request data collection or analysis, the V-NWDAF sends the subscriber's data collection and/or analysis request to the H-NF(s) and/or H-NWDAF through the NEF.
4 if no VPLMN specific user consent parameters are stored in the NEF, the NEF sends a nudm_sdm_getrequest message to the UDM to check the user consent information. If the NEF has obtained VPLMN specific user consent parameters, steps 4 and 5 can be skipped.
5: the UDM retrieves the user consent parameters and sends a nudm_sdm_get Response message to the NEF. The message includes user consent parameters.
6: the NEF receives the response message from the UDM and stores the VPLMN specific user consent parameters. The NEF determines whether a data collection and/or analysis request from the VPLMN can be provided to a customer NF in the HPLMN based on operator policy, administrative policy, roaming agreements of the VPLMN and VPLMN specific user consent. If the user consent parameter indicates that the V-NWDAF request is allowed to collect data at H-NF(s) and/or analyze at H-NWDAF, then the NEF sends a data collection and/or analysis request to H-NF(s) and/or H-NWDAF.
7: H-NF(s) and/or H-NWDAF provide data collection and/or analysis results to V-NWDAF via NEF.
8: the V-NWDAF generates an analysis of the consumer NF request.
9: V-NWDAF provides the analysis results to consumer NF.
In some embodiments, the UDM maintains the following parameters agreed to by the VPLMN specific user:
UE ID: for identifying subscribers, SUPI may be used.
Data processor ID: the service provider for identifying the data analysis service providing the UE may be a PLMN ID. In roaming scenarios, the VPLMN ID needs to be maintained with the HPLMN ID.
Purpose of data processing: indicating a data analysis service, which may be a service operation name (e.g., nnwdaf _ analysis description _ subscriber), with a specific analysis ID input.
The user agrees to the result: whether the data processor agrees to process the data according to the data processing purpose. In a roaming scenario, if the user agrees to disclose data or analysis to the HPLMN or VPLMN, the user agreeing results can be categorized as:
-processing in HPLMN only: the data collected in the home network can only be processed in the HPLMN, i.e. the collected data and/or analysis results can only be provided to the Consumer NF in the HPLMN.
-processing in VPLMN only: the data collected in the visited network can only be processed in the VPLMN, i.e. the collected data and/or analysis results can only be provided to the Consumer NF in the VPLMN.
-providing to VPLMN and HPLMN: the analysis results in the visited network or home network may be provided to the HPLMN or VPLMN according to operator policies and/or administrative policies. But the data collected in the visited network or home network cannot be provided to the HPLMN or VPLMN.
-processing in VPLMN and HPLMN: the data collected in the visited network or the home network may be processed in the VPLMN or the HPLMN, i.e. both the collected data and the analysis results may be transferred between the VPLMN and the HPLMN, depending on the operator policy and/or the supervision policy.
These parameters may be included in the user's consent for a particular subscription for a particular network analysis service provided by a particular service provider.
