In this embodiment of the present application, the activation position of the device refers to a position where the device is located in an activation process, where the position may be represented by latitude and longitude, a relative position, an address, or a coordinate system, and in order to ensure privacy security of a user, the activation position of the user may also be subjected to fuzzy processing, that is, only one approximate position is displayed.
In the embodiment of the application, the personnel identifier of the installer is a unique identifier of the installer and is used for distinguishing information such as a work number and the like of different installers; the dealer identification of the dealer is a unique identification on the dealer for distinguishing between different dealers, such as company codes or the like.
In the embodiment of the present application, the activation completion time of the device refers to a time point when the device completes activation; the first information may also be the time it takes for the device to activate, or the time it takes for the installer to go up to the gate until activation is complete.
In this embodiment of the present application, the first information may also be a user identifier of a newspaper loading user of the device to be activated, for example, a mobile phone number of the newspaper loading user, and the first information may also be information such as work order information, a newspaper loading address, and a time when an installer reaches the newspaper loading address.
In this embodiment of the present application, the first information may further include a report area of the device, where the report area refers to an area where a user applies to install the device to be activated, and because the device to be activated needs to be installed by a professional installer to go to the door, before the device to be activated is activated, the user needs to send, to the management terminal, an application carrying information of the report area through a preset applet or an application program, so that the installer installs and activates the device to be activated according to the report area to go to the door.
In this embodiment of the present application, the first information may further include a use location of the device, where the use location refers to a current location of the device when the device to be activated is used.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present application does not limit the first information, any information generated in the activation process may be used as the first information, and specific information to be collected and used as the first information may be determined according to specific usage scenarios and actual usage situations of the present application.
In the embodiment of the application, the first object and the first information of the device are determined after the device is activated, so that abnormal activation detection is performed, the device activation is not influenced, and normal activation of the device is ensured.
S103, determining a target object with abnormal behaviors from at least one first object according to the first information.
In this embodiment of the present application, the abnormal behavior refers to a behavior with a larger difference from a preset standard, each first object has a corresponding set of standards for judging whether abnormal behavior occurs, and when it is detected that the first object of the device has abnormal behavior according to the first information in the device activation process, the activation of the device is considered to be abnormal activation.
In this embodiment of the present application, each first object has a corresponding early warning rule, and the early warning is triggered according to the first information when the first object is determined to satisfy the corresponding early warning rule, and for each object, when the total number of times of satisfying the corresponding early warning rule is greater than a number of times threshold, it is indicated that the number of times of triggering the early warning is excessive at this time, so that the first object is determined as a target object having abnormal behavior.
In this embodiment of the present application, the number of times threshold corresponding to each first object may be determined based on the early warning rule and the historical abnormal activation data corresponding to the first object, and the early warning rule may also be determined based on the user requirement, that is, the early warning rule corresponding to each first object may be adjusted according to the adjustment of the user requirement or the change of the historical data after being determined, and the early warning rule corresponding to each first object is formulated according to the service requirement and the historical data and then stored in the server.
Because the early warning rule corresponding to each first object of the application can be expanded based on the service requirement, the requirement of the application in various service scenes is met.
In the embodiment of the application, when the first object meets the early warning rule and the total number of times of meeting the early warning rule is not more than the total number of times threshold corresponding to the first object, warning information is sent to the management terminal; the warning information is used for indicating an administrator to punish the first object.
In the embodiment of the application, the warning information is used for notifying the management terminal that the first object meets the action of the early warning rule, so that an administrator of the management terminal warns and penalizes the corresponding first object based on the warning information.
In the embodiment of the application, in each process of judging whether the first object meets the early warning rule according to the early warning information, if any one first object of the device meets the early warning rule, the early warning information is sent to the management terminal once.
In this embodiment of the present application, when the total number of times that any one object of the device satisfies the early warning rule is greater than the total number of times threshold corresponding to the object, it is indicated that a stricter method needs to be adopted to manage the first object at this time, and early warning information is not sent to the management terminal under the condition that the first object satisfies the early warning rule.
In the embodiment of the application, the marketable area of the device is determined according to the dealer identifier of the dealer of the device, and if the activation position is not located in the marketable area, the dealer is determined to meet the corresponding early warning rule.
In the embodiment of the application, since each dealer has a corresponding area allowing sales, for the dealer associated with the equipment, whether the equipment is in a channel conflict can be judged through a marketable area corresponding to the dealer and an activation area, namely whether the corresponding early warning rule is met, in the confirmation process of judging whether the early warning rule is met, the server compares the marketable area with the activation position based on the marketer identification of the dealer, and if the activation area is not located in the marketable area, the equipment is considered to be in the channel conflict, and the dealer of the equipment meets the early warning rule; if the activation area is located in the marketable area, the dealer of the device is considered to be not satisfied with the pre-warning rules.
In the embodiment of the application, according to the personnel identification of the installer and the activation completion time of the equipment, updating the first activation times of the installer in a preset time period, and if the first activation times are greater than a preset first threshold, determining that the installer meets the corresponding early warning rule.
In the embodiment of the present application, since the devices that need to be installed and activated by going up the door are distributed over each position in the corresponding area of the service station, the number of times of the activation of the door by the installer per day is generally relatively stable, and for the installer whose activation number exceeds the preset first threshold value in a unit time, there is a suspicion that the activation authority of the installer is delivered to other installers for use, so that whether the installer meets the corresponding early warning rule, that is, whether the installer uses the activation authority legally for installation and activation, is judged according to the actual first activation number and the preset first threshold value in the preset time period of the installer.
In the embodiment of the application, the preset first threshold of the installer can be determined according to the historical activation data of each installer in the preset time period of the corresponding service station, and when the first activation times of the installer in the preset time period are greater than the preset first threshold, the installer is considered to meet the corresponding early warning rule, and the possibility of illegally using the activation authority for installation activation exists; when the first activation times of the installer in the preset time period are not greater than the preset first threshold value, the installer is considered to not meet the corresponding early warning rule, and the possibility of illegal activation does not exist.
In the embodiment of the application, according to the dealer of the device and the activation completion time of the device, updating the second activation times in the preset time period of the dealer, and if the second activation times are greater than the preset second threshold, determining that the dealer meets the corresponding early warning rule.
In the embodiment of the application, since the sales data of the devices tend to be consistent with the historical sales data in most cases, the number of the sales devices in each dealer unit time does not generate large fluctuation, and the user usually activates the sales devices immediately after purchasing the devices, the actual sales situation of the dealer in the unit time can be determined based on the second activation times (i.e. the total activation times of the devices corresponding to the dealer) of the devices of the dealer in the unit time.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second threshold may be determined based on historical sales data of the dealer, and when the second activation times in the preset time period of the dealer is greater than the preset second threshold, it is considered that the dealer may have a possibility of channeling (that is, a possibility of selling the device in an unpopular area), so that the dealer satisfies the corresponding early warning rule; and when the second activation times in the preset time period of the dealer are not more than a second threshold value, the dealer is considered to meet the corresponding early warning rule.
And determining a third activation frequency of the activation position in which the equipment is activated in a preset time period according to the activation position of the equipment and the activation completion time of the equipment, and if the third activation frequency is larger than a preset third threshold value, determining that the service station meets the corresponding early warning rule.
In the embodiment of the present application, each service station is responsible for activating and installing devices in an area, however, since the devices are distributed throughout each location, there is typically no device exceeding a third threshold in a specific location, that is, the number of times the device is activated in a specific location does not exceed the third threshold, and therefore, when the number of times the device is activated in a specific location exceeds the third threshold, it is indicated that there may be a possibility that the service station corresponding to the specific location is not activated according to the activation specification.
In this embodiment of the present application, the activation location may be specific to one cell or specific to one building, the determination of the activation location range may be set according to a specific usage scenario and an actual usage situation, and the third threshold may be set according to the historical activation times of each location.
In the embodiment of the application, if the installation area of the equipment is not located in the saleable area, the dealer is determined to meet the corresponding early warning rule.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to effectively monitor the channeling behavior of the dealer, when detecting that the installation area carried in the installation application sent by the user is not in the saleable area of the dealer of the equipment to be activated, determining that the dealer accords with the early warning rule.
By monitoring the sales behavior of the dealer by detecting whether the reporting area matches the marketable area, it is possible to penalize and manage the dealer even when the dealer performs the activation-before-blow-by processing.
In the embodiment of the application, if the use position of the equipment is not located in the saleable area, the dealer is determined to meet the corresponding early warning rule.
In the embodiment of the application, the equipment to be activated may be transferred to the non-marketable area for sale and use after being activated, so that when the use position and non-use position of the equipment are detected, the dealer is determined to accord with the early warning rule.
The non-compliance sales behavior of the dealer is regulated by detecting whether the use position of the device to be activated is consistent with the marketable area of the dealer, so that the dealer can be managed rapidly when the non-compliance sales behavior of the dealer occurs.
In the embodiment of the application, when the activation position of the device generates the third activation times of device activation in the preset time period to be greater than the preset third threshold, the service station where the activation position is located is considered to have the possibility of not activating according to the activation specification, and the service station meets the preset early warning rule; and when the activation position of the equipment generates the third activation times of equipment activation within the preset time period not greater than the preset third threshold value, the service station where the activation position is located is considered to have no activation specification problem, and the service station is not full of the early warning rule.
