In this application, a cavity 621 is provided in the fixing plate 62, and the slider 63 is provided in the cavity 621. A second sliding groove 622 is formed in the top of the cavity 621, a protruding portion 632 is formed in the top of the sliding block 63, and the sliding block 63 can move along the second sliding groove 622 in the cavity 621 through the protruding portion 632 being matched with the second sliding groove 622.
A bar hole 623 is provided at the bottom of the cavity 621, and a wedge 631 at the bottom of the slider 63 extends out of the cavity 621 through the bar hole 623, so that the first roller 611 between the fixing plate 62 and the guide plate 64 is in rolling engagement with the inclined surface of the wedge 631. Since the length of the bar hole 623 is greater than the length of the wedge 631, the bar hole 623 does not hinder the movement of the wedge 631 when the slider 63 moves along the second chute 622 in the cavity 621. The fixing plate 62 is further provided with a through hole 624, and the through hole 624 communicates the cavity 621 with the outside, so that the pull rope 67 can be connected with one side end of the sliding block 63 after penetrating through the through hole 624, and the sliding block 63 can be pulled by the pull rope 67 to move along the second sliding groove 622 in the cavity 621. It is envisioned that: the second spring 68 is also positioned in the cavity 621, and one end of the second spring 68 is connected to the slider 63, and the other end is connected to the inner wall of the cavity 621, so that the slider 63 can be pulled to move reversely along the second chute 622 in the cavity 621 by the elastic force of the second spring 68.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the seat 5 is provided with a rotating sleeve 52 sleeved on the connecting post 3, a first fan-shaped groove 521 is provided on the inner side of the rotating sleeve 52, a first fan-shaped protrusion 32 matched with the first fan-shaped groove 521 is provided on the connecting post 3, and the arc length of the first fan-shaped groove 521 is greater than that of the first fan-shaped protrusion 32, see fig. 2 and 4. In this application, the bottom of seat support 5 still is equipped with rotation sleeve 52, establishes with spliced pole 3 through rotation sleeve 52 cover, realizes the rotation of seat support 5 and spliced pole 3 and is connected. It is envisioned that: in practical implementation, the bottom of the seat 5 can be provided with a plurality of rotating sleeves 52, and the connecting columns 3 are sleeved with the rotating sleeves 52 at the same time, so that the seat 5 is more stable in connection with the connecting columns 3, and the seat is more stable in structure and stronger in bearing capacity. The particular number of rotatable sleeves 52 provided may depend on the actual production situation.
The inner ring of the rotating sleeve 52 is provided with a first fan-shaped groove 521, the outer wall of the connecting column 3 is provided with a first fan-shaped protrusion 32, and the seat 5 can be fixed at the axial position of the connecting column 3 by the cooperation of the first fan-shaped protrusion 32 and the first fan-shaped groove 521, so that the seat 5 cannot move transversely. Since the length of the first fan-shaped groove 521 is longer than the length of the first fan-shaped protrusion 32, the seat 5 can be rotated on the connection post 3 by a certain angle.
When the seat 5 is turned down from the horizontal state to the vertical state, the first fan-shaped protrusion 32 abuts against the rear side wall of the first fan-shaped groove 521; when the seat 5 is turned upwards from the vertical state to the horizontal state, the first fan-shaped protrusion 32 is abutted against the front side wall of the first fan-shaped groove 521, so that the first fan-shaped protrusion 32 is limited through the first fan-shaped groove 521, the rotation angle of the seat 5 is guided, and the structural stability of the seat 5 in the horizontal fixing state or the vertical fixing state is enhanced.
In this embodiment, the limiting groove 31 includes a flat groove 311 formed on the top of the connecting post 3, a folding groove 312 formed on the front side of the connecting post 3, and a guiding groove 313 connecting the flat groove 311 and the folding groove 312; when the movable rod 61 is disengaged from the flat groove 311, the movable rod can move to the folding groove 312 along the guide groove 313, and when the movable rod 61 is disengaged from the folding groove 312, the movable rod can move to the flat groove 311 along the guide groove 313, see fig. 7. In this application, the limiting groove 31 includes a flat groove 311, a folding groove 312 and a guiding groove 313, the flat groove 311 is arranged at the top of the connecting column 3, the folding groove 312 is arranged at the front side of the connecting column 3, and the guiding groove 313 connects the flat groove 311 with the folding groove 312.
When the seat is not needed to be used, a user pulls the operating wrench 66 to move forwards along the first sliding groove 51, the pull rope 67 pulls the sliding block 63 to move forwards on the fixed plate 62, the inclined surface of the wedge-shaped block 631 avoids the ascending route of the first roller 611, meanwhile, the sliding block 63 stretches the second spring 68, the movable rod 61 is pushed to ascend through the elastic force of the deformation of the first spring 65 until the bottom of the movable rod 61 is pulled out of the flat groove 311, then the operating wrench 66 is released, the bottom of the movable rod 61 moves to the folding groove 312 along the guide groove 313, meanwhile, the first fan-shaped protrusion 32 is abutted with the rear side wall of the first fan-shaped groove 521, and at the moment, the seat 5 is turned from a horizontal state to a vertical state.
And then the sliding block 63 is pulled to move upwards on the fixed plate 62 under the elastic action of the second spring 68, so that the inclined surface of the wedge-shaped block 631 extrudes the first roller 611, the movable rod 61 is pushed to move backwards, and meanwhile, the first spring 65 is compressed until the bottom of the movable rod 61 is inserted into the furling groove 312, so that the fixing of the seat 5 in the vertical state is realized, the occupation of the space by the seat is reduced, and the cleaning of a use scene by a user and the passing of the user from the middle of two adjacent rows of seats are facilitated.
When the seat needs to be used, a user pulls the operating wrench 66 to move downwards along the first sliding groove 51, the pull rope 67 pulls the sliding block 63 to move downwards on the fixed plate 62, the inclined surface of the wedge-shaped block 631 avoids the forward moving route of the first roller 611, meanwhile, the sliding block 63 stretches the second spring 68, the movable rod 61 is pushed to move forwards by the elastic force of the deformation of the first spring 65 until the bottom of the movable rod 61 is pulled out of the folding groove 312, then the operating wrench 66 is released, the bottom of the movable rod 61 moves to the flat groove 311 along the guide groove 313, meanwhile, the first fan-shaped protrusion 32 abuts against the front side wall of the first fan-shaped groove 521, and at the moment, the seat 5 is turned from a vertical state to a horizontal state.
The sliding block 63 is pulled to move backwards on the fixed plate 62 under the elastic action of the second spring 68, so that the inclined surface of the wedge-shaped block 631 presses the first roller 611 to push the movable rod 61 to move downwards, and meanwhile, the first spring 65 is compressed until the bottom of the movable rod 61 is inserted into the flat groove 311, and therefore the fixing of the seat 5 in the horizontal state is achieved, and a user can sit on the seat 5.
It is envisioned that: according to the above-mentioned steps of using the seat, when the seat is not needed, the user pulls the operation wrench 66 to draw the bottom of the movable rod 61 out of the flat groove 311, and then releases the operation wrench 66, and the bottom of the movable rod 61 abuts against the bottom of the guide groove 313 under the action of the elastic force of the second spring 68, which may cause the seat 5 to be locked in a position between the horizontal state and the vertical state, and not to be turned smoothly. In order to smoothly move the bottom of the movable rod 61 along the guide groove 313 to the folding groove 312, a user is required to apply pressure to the seat 5 to smoothly turn the seat 5 to a vertical state, which makes the use of the seat more troublesome and reduces the use experience of the user.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the connection between the guide slot 313 and the flat slot 311 is provided with an arc-shaped turndown portion 314, the bottom of the movable rod 61 is provided with the second roller 612, and after the bottom of the movable rod 61 is pulled out from the flat slot 311, the second roller 612 can more smoothly transition from the top of the flat slot 311 to the guide slot 313 through the transition of the turndown portion 314, as shown in fig. 3 and 7. After the operation wrench 66 is released, the second roller 612 abuts against the bottom of the guide groove 313, so that sliding friction between the bottom of the movable rod 61 and the bottom of the guide groove 313 can be converted into rolling friction, and the bottom of the movable rod 61 can smoothly move to the folding groove 312 along the guide groove 313 under the action of gravity of the seat 5, so that a user does not need to apply pressure to the seat 5, the use of the seat is simpler and more convenient, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Further, the radius of the guiding groove 313 gradually decreases from the flat groove 311 to the folding groove 312, i.e. the angle between the tangent line of the guiding groove 313 and the horizontal direction gradually increases when the guiding groove 313 extends from the flat groove 311 to the folding groove 312, see fig. 7. When the second rolling is rolled down along the guide groove 313, the gradient gradually increases, so that the seat 5 is smoothly turned to be in a vertical state under the action of self gravity.
Because in this application, when seat support 5 is in the horizontal fixed state, support through spliced pole 3, consequently regard the axis of spliced pole 3 as the boundary, if seat support 5 is located the cross-sectional area of spliced pole 3 axis front side, be greater than the cross-sectional area that is located spliced pole 3 axis rear side, namely spliced pole 3 is back to the supporting position of seat, and the position that the user sat generally is close to the front side of seat support 5, when seat support 5 bears the great gravity of user this moment, can cause great pressure to the cooperation of movable rod 61 and jack-in groove, and the cooperation of first fan-shaped arch 32 and first fan-shaped recess 521, probably can cause the damage of above-mentioned part, thereby influence the life of seat.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the sectional area of the seat 5 located at the front side of the central axis of the connecting post 3 is smaller than the sectional area located at the rear side of the central axis of the connecting post 3, that is, the supporting position of the connecting post 3 on the seat is located at the front, so that when the user sits on the front side of the seat 5, the pressure caused by the cooperation of the movable rod 61 and the plugging slot and the cooperation of the first fan-shaped protrusion 32 and the first fan-shaped groove 521 is reduced, thereby improving the structural stability of the seat and prolonging the service life of the seat.
However, in the foregoing embodiment, when the seat 5 is turned from the horizontal state to the vertical state, the gravity of the portion of the seat 5 located at the front side of the central axis of the connecting post 3 is required to enable the seat 5 to be turned smoothly to the vertical state without external force. The sectional area of the seat 5 at the front side of the central axis of the connecting column 3 is smaller than the sectional area at the rear side of the central axis of the connecting column 3, so that the effect cannot be achieved. Therefore, in the application, the balancing weight can be arranged at the front side part of the central axis of the connecting column 3 of the seat 5, so that the supporting position of the connecting column 3 to the seat can be kept forward, and the gravity of the front side part of the central axis of the connecting column 3 of the seat 5 is larger than the gravity of the rear side part of the central axis of the connecting column 3 of the seat 5.
Also envisioned are: according to the above-mentioned use steps of seat, when the seat needs to be used, the user still needs to pull the operation wrench 66, draw out the bottom of the movable rod 61 from the horizontal groove 311, then loosen the operation wrench, and apply the acting force of lifting to the seat 5, so that the bottom of the movable rod 61 moves to the horizontal groove 311 along the guide groove 313, and because the operation wrench 66 is located at the lower side of the seat 5, the operation of pulling the wrench by the user is difficult, which also makes the use of the seat more troublesome, and reduces the use experience of the user.
In this embodiment, therefore, the connection between the guide slot 313 and the folding slot 312 is provided with an arc-shaped upturned portion 315, see fig. 7. Based on the above embodiments: the radius of the guide groove 313 gradually decreases from the flat groove 311 to the folding groove 312, so that the height difference between the bottom of the guide groove 313 and the bottom of the folding groove 312 is much smaller than the height difference between the bottom of the guide groove 313 and the bottom of the flat groove 311. When the second roller 612 at the bottom of the movable rod 61 is located in the folding groove 312, the second roller 612 cannot easily roll out due to the limit of the folding groove 312, so as to keep the seat 5 in a vertical fixed state.
However, when the user applies a lifting force to the seat, the height difference between the bottom of the guide groove 313 and the bottom of the folding groove 312 is small, and the connection part of the guide groove 313 and the folding groove 312 is transited through the upturning part 315, so that the second roller 612 can move into the guide groove 313 through the upturning part 315, and the user does not need to pull the operation wrench 66, so that the seat can be turned upwards, the use of the seat is simpler and more convenient, and the use experience of the user is further improved. It is envisioned that: a buffer spring is provided between the second roller 612 and the bottom of the movable rod 61, and the second roller 612 can be moved in a small range without moving the movable rod 61, so that the operation of the second roller 612 to move into the guide groove 313 directly through the upturned portion 315 is more easily achieved.
In this embodiment, the supporting leg 1 includes a fixing leg 11 disposed on the inner side and a rotating leg 12 disposed on the outer side, wherein the fixing leg 11 is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting post 3, the rotating leg 12 can rotate on the fixing leg 11 by a certain angle, and the armrest 2 is rotatably connected to the top of the rotating leg 12, see fig. 8. In this application, landing leg 1 includes fixed stabilizer blade 11 and rotates stabilizer blade 12, and fixed stabilizer blade 11 sets up inboard, rotates stabilizer blade 12 setting in the outside, through fixed stabilizer blade 11 and spliced pole 3 one end fixed connection, realizes the fixed connection of stabilizer blade and spliced pole 3.
The rotating leg 12 can be rotated on the fixed leg 11 by a certain angle so that the legs of the seat can be folded or unfolded. When the seat needs to be used, the rotary support legs 12 rotate on the fixed support legs 11 by a certain angle to open the support legs, so that the seat is supported by the support legs abutting against the ground; when the seat is not needed to be used, the rotary support legs 12 are reversely rotated on the fixed support legs 11 by a certain angle, so that the support legs are folded, and the occupation of the seat to the space is further reduced.
Specifically, a second fan-shaped groove 121 may be disposed on the inner side of the rotating leg 12, a second fan-shaped protrusion 111 is disposed on the outer side of the fixed leg 11, and the arc length of the second fan-shaped groove 121 is greater than that of the second fan-shaped protrusion 111, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, so that the rotating leg 12 rotates forward or backward on the fixed leg 11 by a certain angle through the cooperation of the second fan-shaped protrusion 111 and the second fan-shaped groove 121. Because the seat is when using, fixed stabilizer blade 11 and rotation stabilizer blade 12 all with ground butt, when the user sits on the seat, rotation stabilizer blade 12 can not carry out reverse rotation on fixed stabilizer blade 11 to prevent that the seat from when using, rotation stabilizer blade 12 carries out reverse rotation on fixed stabilizer blade 11, leads to the stabilizer blade to draw in, influences the stability of seat. In practical implementation, universal wheels can be arranged at the bottoms of the rotary support legs 12 and the fixed support legs 11, and the movement of the seat can be realized through the universal wheels, so that the seat is more convenient to use and carry.
In the application, the armrest 2 is arranged at the top of the rotary support leg 12, and the armrest 2 is rotationally connected with the rotary support leg 12, so when the seat needs to be used, the rotary support leg 12 can be rotated on the fixed support leg 11 for a certain angle, the support leg is opened, and then the armrest 2 is turned over on the rotary support leg 12 to be in a horizontal state, so that the armrest 2 supports both hands of a user; when the seat needs to be used, the rotary support legs 12 can be reversely rotated on the fixed support legs 11 for a certain angle, so that the support legs are folded, and then the armrest 2 is turned over to be in a vertical state on the rotary support legs 12, so that the occupation of the seat to the space is further reduced.
Specifically, a rotating groove 122 may be formed at the top of the rotating leg 12, and rotating holes 1221 are formed on two opposite sidewalls of the rotating groove 122, and rotating shafts 21 are formed on two sides of the handrail 2, as shown in fig. 10. The rotating shafts 21 on the two sides of the handrail 2 are respectively connected with the rotating holes 1221 on the two opposite side walls of the rotating groove 122 in a rotating way, so that the handrail 2 can be overturned at the top of the rotating support leg 12. It is envisioned that: when the armrest 2 is turned to the horizontal state, the bottom of the rotating groove 122 is abutted against the bottom of the armrest 2, so that the armrest 2 is kept in the horizontal state, and the hands of a user are supported conveniently; when the armrest 2 is turned to the vertical state, the side wall of the rotation groove 122 abuts against the top of the armrest 2, so that the armrest 2 is kept in the vertical state, and the occupation of the space by the seat is further reduced.
In the present embodiment, the rear side of the connection post 3 is provided with a mounting plate 33 for mounting the backrest 4, and a reinforcing plate 34 for connecting the mounting plate 33 and the connection post 3, see fig. 4. In this application, the rear side of spliced pole 3 is equipped with mounting panel 33, through with back 4 fixed mounting at mounting panel 33, can realize that back 4 is fixed at spliced pole 3 rear side to make the user sit on seat 5 when, back 4 can support user's back. Since a large force is applied to the backrest 4 when the back of the user leans against the backrest 4, in this application, the reinforcing rib 34 is further provided on the rear side of the connecting post 3, and the mounting plate 33 is connected to the connecting post 3 via the reinforcing rib 34, thereby reinforcing the structural strength of the seat. It is envisioned that: the mounting plate 33 extends on the rear side of the connection post 3, and the backrest 4 is not on the path of the seat 5 turning over when fixedly mounted on the mounting plate 33, thereby preventing the backrest 4 from obstructing the turning over of the seat 5 on the connection post 3.
