The method comprises the steps that during inquiry, inquiry can be conducted according to doctor ID and a patient record number of a subject, item information is returned, a first visit period and examination item information are needed, meanwhile, an EMR system needs to be marked as a GCP item, an OK state is returned, namely, when the EMR system can be in the GCP item at present, doctor orders/examination orders/medicines are ordered, a request is sent to a CTMS system, and set parameters are doctor ID and patient record number of the subject; and then the CTMS system returns item/visit/check item information to the EMR system, and after marked as GCP item, returns OK result to the CTMS system. The EMR system calls a synchronous interface of the CTMS system to send out a synchronous request which comprises a test or check result, and the CTMS system pushes a related check list and the detection/check result information of the check list. The EMR system calls the synchronous interface of the CTMS system and pushes the related PACS diagnosis result information. The EMR system provides a query interface for the CTMS system to query for co-medication information, including subject order records, clinic prescriptions, medicines, and the like. And during inquiry, inquiring according to the patient number of the subject and the inquiry time period, and returning corresponding information.
