As shown in fig. 5, the computer system 500 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 501, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 502 or a program loaded from a storage section 508 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 503. In the RAM 503, various programs and data required for the operation of the system 500 are also stored. The CPU 501, ROM 502, and RAM 503 are connected to each other through a bus 504. An input/output (I/O) interface 505 is also connected to bus 504.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 505: an input section 506 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 507 including a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker, and the like; a storage portion 508 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 509 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 509 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The drive 510 is also connected to the I/O interface 505 as needed. A removable medium 511 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 510 as needed so that a computer program read therefrom is mounted into the storage section 508 as needed.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method shown in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication portion 509, and/or installed from the removable media 511. The above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention are performed when the computer program is executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 501.
The computer readable medium shown in the present invention may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium, or any combination of the two. The computer readable storage medium can be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer-readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, the computer-readable signal medium may include a data signal propagated in baseband or as part of a carrier wave, with the computer-readable program code embodied therein. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The modules involved in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented in software or in hardware. The described modules may also be provided in a processor, for example, as: the system comprises a data acquisition module, a data generation module, a condition determination module, an examination processing module, a node generation module and a node storage module. Where the names of the modules do not constitute a limitation of the module itself in some cases, for example, the data acquisition module may also be described as "a module that acquires client data for a target client from at least one data source".
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be present alone without being fitted into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to include:
obtaining customer data for a target customer from at least one data source;
generating attribute data of the target client aiming at least one attribute theme according to the client data; wherein the attribute topics correspond to a plurality of customer dimensions;
determining a corresponding examination condition of an examination subject;
according to the examination conditions and the attribute data of the target client for each attribute theme, performing examination processing for the examination theme on the target client;
generating a review node of the target client for the review topic;
the censoring node is stored in a graph database.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the attribute data of the target client aiming at least one attribute theme is generated by utilizing the client data aiming at the target client from at least one data source. And according to the examination conditions corresponding to the examination topics and the attribute data of the target clients aiming at each attribute topic, carrying out examination processing aiming at the examination topics on the target clients, generating examination nodes aiming at the examination topics of the target clients, and storing the examination nodes in a graph database. The proposal of the embodiment of the invention can automatically carry out examination processing on the clients by the system, has high accuracy and can save the required labor cost.
Further, using the client data for the target client from the at least one data source, attribute data for the target client for the at least one attribute topic is generated and an audit process is performed based on the attribute data for the at least one attribute topic. The diversification of data sources and the multidimensional of attribute subjects can enable the result of the examination processing to be more accurate.
In addition, because the graph database is adopted, the related data of the clients can be clearly displayed, and the query speed under the condition of large data volume in the future can be accelerated.
The above embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations and alternatives can occur depending upon design requirements and other factors. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principles of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (15)

1. A method of processing customer reviews, comprising:
obtaining customer data for a target customer from at least one data source;
generating attribute data of the target client aiming at least one attribute theme according to the client data; wherein the attribute topics correspond to a plurality of customer dimensions;
Determining a corresponding examination condition of an examination subject;
according to the examination conditions and the attribute data of the target client for each attribute theme, performing examination processing for the examination theme on the target client;
generating a review node of the target client for the review topic;
the censoring node is stored in a graph database.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating attribute data for the target client for at least one attribute topic from the client data comprises:
determining a client type of the target client, and determining at least one attribute theme corresponding to the client type;
for each of the attribute topics: determining a plurality of client dimensions corresponding to the attribute theme; determining dimension data of the target client for each client dimension according to client data from the data source; and combining dimension data corresponding to the client dimensions to generate attribute data of the target client aiming at the attribute theme.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein said performing, on the basis of the censoring condition and the attribute data of the target client for each of the attribute subjects, censoring processing for the censoring subjects on the target client includes:
Determining at least one target dimension corresponding to the examination condition;
acquiring dimension data corresponding to each target dimension from attribute data of each attribute subject aiming at each target client;
and carrying out examination processing aiming at the examination theme on the target client according to the examination conditions and dimension data corresponding to each target dimension.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the censored subject corresponds to a plurality of censored conditions;
the generating the audit node of the target client for the audit topic includes:
for each of the censoring conditions: generating a review record corresponding to the review condition; wherein the audit record includes: the examination conditions and comparison results; the comparison result is determined according to dimension data corresponding to the target dimension corresponding to the examination condition;
generating a review content node of the target client aiming at the review theme according to the review record corresponding to each review condition;
determining an inspection processing result according to the comparison result corresponding to each inspection condition;
and generating a review result node of the target client aiming at the review theme according to the review processing result.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the storing the censored node in a graph database comprises:
determining the node type corresponding to the examining node;
determining a directed edge type according to the node type;
connecting a client node corresponding to the target client and the inspection node through the directed edge corresponding to the directed edge type; wherein the directed edge points from the client node to the censoring node.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein said determining a directed edge type from said node type comprises:
responsive to the node type characterizing the censored content node, determining a directed edge type as a first directed edge, the first directed edge being used to characterize censored content relationships;
responsive to the node type characterizing the audit result node, determining a directed edge type as a second directed edge, the second directed edge being used to characterize the audit result relationship.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after storing the censoring node in a graph database, further comprising:
deleting a corresponding examination node of the examination topic from the graph database in response to monitoring that a condition change event for the examination topic occurs;
Acquiring a change condition of the examination subject corresponding to a processing method of customer examination;
according to the change conditions and the attribute data of the target clients aiming at each attribute theme, carrying out examination processing on the target clients and generating examination nodes corresponding to the change conditions;
and storing the censored nodes corresponding to the change conditions in the graph database.
8. A customer screening processing apparatus, comprising:
a data acquisition module for acquiring customer data for a target customer from at least one data source;
the data generation module is used for generating attribute data of the target client aiming at least one attribute theme according to the client data; wherein the attribute topics correspond to a plurality of customer dimensions;
the condition determining module is used for determining the examination conditions corresponding to the examination subjects;
the examination processing module is used for carrying out examination processing on the examination subjects on the target client according to the examination conditions and the attribute data of the target client on each attribute subject;
the node generation module is used for generating an examination node of the target client aiming at the examination theme;

10. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the audit processing module is specifically configured to:
determining at least one target dimension corresponding to the examination condition;
acquiring dimension data corresponding to each target dimension from attribute data of each attribute subject aiming at each target client;
and carrying out examination processing aiming at the examination theme on the target client according to the examination conditions and dimension data corresponding to each target dimension.
11. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the censoring topic corresponds to a plurality of censoring conditions;
The node generation module is specifically configured to:
for each of the censoring conditions: generating a review record corresponding to the review condition; wherein the audit record includes: the examination conditions and comparison results; the comparison result is determined according to dimension data corresponding to the target dimension corresponding to the examination condition;
generating a review content node of the target client aiming at the review theme according to the review record corresponding to each review condition;
determining an inspection processing result according to the comparison result corresponding to each inspection condition;
and generating a review result node of the target client aiming at the review theme according to the review processing result.
12. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the node storage module is specifically configured to:
determining the node type corresponding to the examining node;
determining a directed edge type according to the node type;
connecting a client node corresponding to the target client and the inspection node through the directed edge corresponding to the directed edge type; wherein the directed edge points from the client node to the censoring node.
13. An electronic device, comprising:
One or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to implement the method of any of claims 1-7.
14. A computer readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when being executed by a processor, implements the method according to any of claims 1-7.
