本发明提供了一种航天飞机逃逸方法,该方法应用在火箭起飞阶段应急处理,相比国外的背负式航天飞机安全性高,相比现在逃逸塔式结构重量小。

技术领域
本发明涉及载人航天技术领域,尤其是涉及一种航天飞机逃逸方法。
背景技术
现有载人飞船使用逃逸塔来应对紧急情况,已有的航天飞机没有逃逸措施,这种方式有如下的问题:
1.传统航天飞机挂载到巨大燃料箱上,一旦燃料箱爆炸航天飞机没有逃逸机会。
2.现有载人飞船使用逃逸塔逃逸,逃逸塔整体质量大减少了整个火箭的有效载荷。
3.传统航天飞机的发动机在火箭起飞阶段工作,为火箭提供推力,导致航天飞机发动机体积大重量大。
因此,急需一种不增加重量、安全性高的航天飞机逃逸方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,提出一种航天飞机逃逸方法,旨在解决上述存在的问题;
本发明提出了一种航天飞机逃逸方法,在保证安全性的前提下减少结构重量,不增加火箭的不必要载荷。
本发明所述火箭和航天飞机为完全独立关系,在火箭起飞过程中,航天飞机的发动机不工作,不为火箭提供推力,航天飞机的发动机只为轨道转移和姿态控制设计提高发动机的可靠性。
本发明所述支撑架为高强度材料在符合力学要求的前提下质量最小,所述支撑架的作用在于使航天飞机远离火箭,防止下面的火箭爆炸碎片击中航天飞机。
火箭点火前航天飞机燃气发生器点火工作,燃气推动涡轮泵预增压,航天飞机推进剂主控制阀关闭、航天飞机发动机不点火。
火箭点火升空过程中,火箭向航天飞机发送状态信息,火箭升空过程中发生紧急情况向航天飞机发送脱离指令,航天飞机执行快速脱离机构动作,执行机构脱离、线缆脱离,航天飞机发动机点火起飞脱离火箭。
航天飞机达到一定安全高度降落机场跑道。

如图1所示,本发明提供了一种航天飞机逃逸方法,过程如下。
第一步,航天飞机燃气发生器5点火工作,涡轮泵预增压。
第二步,火箭发动机点火起飞。
第三步,火箭1向航天飞机4发送脱离指令。
第四步,航天飞机4执行机构脱离、线缆脱离动作。
第五步,航天飞机4发动机点火起飞。
第六步,达到安全高度后降落机场。

1.一种航天飞机逃逸方法,其特征在于,包括火箭主体(1),所述火箭主体(1)设有支撑架(3),所述支撑架(3)挂载航天飞机(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的逃逸方法,其特征在于,所述支撑架(3)、载航天飞机(4)有挂接机构方便脱离,两者之间线缆为快速脱离设计。
3.根据权利要求1所述的逃逸方法,其特征在于,火箭起飞时火箭发动机(2)工作,航天飞机燃气发生器(5)同时工作。
4.根据权利要求1所述的逃逸方法,其特征在于,火箭主体(1)发生紧急情况并向航天飞机(4)发送脱离指令时航天飞机点火脱离。
