A grille assembly 10 for a vehicle and a vehicle having the same 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 13.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a grill assembly 10 for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a grill body 1 and a light emitting assembly.
Wherein, the luminous assembly includes backshell 2 and luminous subassembly 3, and backshell 2 is located the side towards the passenger cabin of vehicle of grid body 1, and backshell 2 has preceding guarantor connecting portion 21, and preceding guarantor connecting portion 21 is suitable for with the preceding guarantor in the vehicle support 20 fixed connection to install grid assembly 10 on preceding guarantor in the support 20, preceding guarantor in the support 20 can support grid assembly 10, thereby prevents that vehicle front end Z sinks seriously downwards. The number of the front protection connecting parts 21 may be plural, and the plural front protection connecting parts 21 are distributed along the lateral direction of the rear case 2 (i.e., the left-right direction of the vehicle), which is advantageous for improving the connection firmness between the rear case 2 and the front protection connecting parts 21.
The grid body 1 is fixed to the rear shell 2, alternatively the grid body 1 and the rear shell 2 can be positioned by a tool and vibration friction welded together. The light emitting assembly 3 is located between the grill body 1 and the rear housing 2.
Referring to fig. 7 to 11, the light emitting assembly 3 includes a light guide holder 31, a light guide member 32, and a light emitting member 33, the light guide holder 31 being fixedly installed to the rear case 2, the light guide member 32 and the light emitting member 33 being fixedly installed to the light guide holder 31, the light emitting member 33 being for emitting light, the light guide member 32 being for conducting the light of the light emitting member 33.
Referring to fig. 8, the surface of the light guide holder 31 facing the rear case 2 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 314, and the protrusions 314 are adapted to be fixedly connected with the rear case 2 to achieve fixation of the light guide holder 31 with the rear case 2. The plurality of protruding columns 314 are arranged in a dispersed manner to facilitate the connection between the light guide support 31 and the rear case 2, in the example of fig. 8, four protruding columns 314 are arranged in a uniformly dispersed manner.
Referring to fig. 7 to 11, the light guide 32 includes a plurality of light guide posts 321, the light guide posts 321 may have a bar-shaped columnar structure, a light emitting region of the light emitting member 33 is aligned with an end of the light guide posts 321, the light emitting member 33 emits light toward the end of the light guide posts 321, and the light guide posts 321 are configured to guide light from the end of the light guide posts 321 along an extending direction of the light guide posts 321 (i.e., a length direction of the light guide posts 321). Specifically, the light emitted from the light emitting element 33 enters the light guide post 321 from the end portion of the light guide post 321, and the light guide post 321 guides the light along the longitudinal direction of the light guide post 321, so that the entire light guide post 321 emits light, and the light emitting area of the light emitting element 33 is enlarged to the entire light guide post 321. This avoids the provision of a plurality of luminous elements 33, thereby reducing the spatial layout of the luminous assembly 3 and making the construction of the grille assembly 10 smaller.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 to 6, the grating body 1 is provided with a grating groove 11 penetrating in a thickness direction, an extending direction of the light guide post 321 is identical to that of the grating groove 11, and light of the light guide post 321 is at least partially exposed from the grating groove 11, thus increasing a light emitting area of the grating assembly 10. Alternatively, the light of the light guiding studs 321 can be completely exposed from the grating groove 11, so that the light guiding studs 321 are not shielded, and the light emitting area of the grating assembly 10 is larger.
In the description of the present invention, the "extending direction of the light guide post 321" refers to the longitudinal direction of the light guide post 321, and the "extending direction of the grid groove 11" refers to the longitudinal direction of the grid groove 11.
According to the grating assembly 10 of the embodiment of the present invention, by making the extending direction of the light guiding post 321 coincide with the extending direction of the grating groove 11 and making the light of the light guiding post 321 emerge from the grating groove 11, a large area light emission of the grating assembly 10 can be achieved, and the grating assembly 10 has a feeling of science and technology. In addition, the grille assembly 10 is mounted on the front center support 20, and the front center support 20 can support the grille assembly 10, so that the front end Z of the vehicle can be prevented from sinking down seriously.
