Claims (10)

1. A project investment data management and control method, comprising:
acquiring project type, project scale, project location and expected investment information of an investment enterprise of a project to be invested;
determining a calculation form to be used based on the item type, the item location and the projected investment information;
establishing an item investment model of the item to be invested based on the location of the item and a preset management and control system;
determining project calculation index data based on the project size and the projected investment information;
generating investment benefit information based on the to-be-used calculation form, the project investment model and the project calculation index data;
and controlling the item to be invested based on the investment income information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a calculation form to use based on the item type, the item location, and the projected investment information comprises:
acquiring an investment benefit calculation form and form information of the investment benefit calculation form;
determining an item grade of the item to be invested based on the item location;
selecting from the investment income calculation form based on the item grade and the form information, and generating a form group to be used;
determining project characteristics of the project to be invested based on the project type and the projected investment information;
acquiring form association information of an investment benefit calculation form in the form group to be used;
and matching in the to-be-used table group by using the item characteristics and the table association information, and determining the to-be-used calculation table.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the establishing the project investment model for the project to be invested based on the project location and a preset regulatory hierarchy comprises:
acquiring a project policy of a place where the project is located;
determining a project investment usage system based on the project policy and the preset through system;
acquiring historical project data;
selecting from the historical project information based on the project investment usage system and the predicted investment information, and determining a project comparison example;
analyzing and unifying the item comparison examples, and creating a factor condition table;
a project investment model is generated based on the creation factor table, the project investment usage hierarchy, and the project policy.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining project calculation index data based on said project size and said projected investment information comprises:
acquiring an index data selection rule and a scale index corresponding to the item scale;
determining a first calculation index based on the index data selection rule and the scale index;
determining a second calculated index based on the index data selection rules and the projected investment information;
and integrating the first calculation index and the second calculation index to generate project calculation index data.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein integrating the first computational index with the second computational index to generate project computational index data comprises:
judging whether a conflict index exists between the first calculation index and the second calculation index;
if a conflict index exists between the first calculation index and the second calculation index, a verification instruction is sent to a technician;
receiving a verification result returned by the technician, and generating project calculation index data based on the verification result;
if no conflict index exists between the first calculation index and the second calculation index, taking a union of the first calculation index and the second calculation index, and taking the union as project calculation index data.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the generating investment benefit information based on the to-be-used computing table, the project investment model, and the project calculation index data comprises:
dividing the item to be invested into a plurality of item stages based on the item investment model;
calculating a stage investment benefit of each project stage based on the calculation table to be used and the project index data;
acquiring investment income display requirements;
and generating investment benefit information based on the stage investment benefits and the investment display requirements.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein after said generating investment benefit information based on said phase investment benefit and said investment display requirements, said method further comprises:
acquiring manager information of the project to be invested;
generating an encryption key based on the manager information and the item level;
encrypting the investment benefit information based on the encryption key to generate encryption information;
and sending the encryption information to the mobile terminal of the manager.
8. A project investment data management and control apparatus, comprising:
the project data acquisition module is used for acquiring project types, project scales, project places and expected investment information of investment enterprises of projects to be invested;
a calculation form determination module for determining a calculation form to be used based on the item type, the item location, and the projected investment information;
the investment model building module is used for building an item investment model of the item to be invested based on the location of the item and a preset management and control system;
an index data determination module for determining project calculation index data based on the project scale and the projected investment information;
an investment benefit generation module for generating investment benefit information based on the to-be-used calculation table, the project investment model and the project calculation index data;
and the investment project management and control module is used for managing and controlling the project to be invested based on the investment income information.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor coupled to a memory;
the processor is configured to execute a computer program stored in the memory to cause the electronic device to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer readable storage medium comprising a computer program or instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
