the inside of the mounting cylinder 30 is also provided with a filter screen 306, and the filter screen 306 is positioned at one side close to the gear plate 31, so that fine particles absorbed can be filtered, and leakage of the fine particles from the circulation holes 305 is avoided.
Furthermore, the first mounting ring plate 10 may be further provided with a device 9 having a suction function, such as a vacuum cleaner, and the mounting cylinder 30 and the flow hole 305, which are cooperatively provided, can further enhance the suction function.
Referring to fig. 1-8, a connecting block 307 is sleeved at the outer end of the connecting shaft 301, a rotating rod 308 is connected to one side of the connecting block 307, the rotating rod 308 is in an L shape, the upper end of the rotating rod 308 is connected with a rotating scraping block 309 through a spring, the rotating scraping block 309 can be tightly attached to the lower end face of the filter screen 306 through the arrangement of the spring, the rotating scraping block 309 is a cylindrical body with a smooth upper end, the surface of the filter screen 306 is prevented from being damaged during rotation, the rotating scraping block 309 is located at the lower end of the filter screen 306, and during operation, the connecting block 307 is driven to rotate through the connecting shaft 301, so that the rotating scraping block 309 rotates along the lower end face of the filter screen 306 and is cleaned, and the effect that the filter screen 306 is blocked by too many absorbed tiny particles is prevented from affecting the absorption effect.
It should be noted that, in order to further improve the cleaning effect, when the second installation ring plate 20 moves to a position close to the welding position, the second installation ring plate 20 may first drive the cleaning plate 35 to rotate and perform the cleaning operation, and then perform the quality detection process.
Referring to fig. 1-8, the supporting and adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting component 11, an installing support frame 12 and a moving wheel 13, the adjusting component 11 is installed on the outer side of the installing annular plate 10 through an installing seat, the adjusting component 11 is arranged to be a cylinder one, the installing support frame 12 and the moving wheel 13 can be driven to move, the moving wheel 13 can roll along the inner wall of the welding fan tower, one end of the adjusting component 11 is connected with the installing support frame 12, the moving wheel 13 is installed at the lower end of the installing support frame 12, the adjusting component 11, the installing support frame 12 and the moving wheel 13 are all arranged in four groups, the circle centers of the installing annular plate 10 are taken as the center to be arranged in an array, when the device is placed in the welding fan tower, the output end of the adjusting component 11 is simultaneously controlled to stretch through an external controller, and then the installing support frame 12 and the moving wheel 13 are driven to move towards the direction away from the circle center of the installing annular plate 10 until the four groups of the moving wheel 13 are tightly attached to the inner wall of the welding fan tower, the circle center of the welding fan tower is located on the same horizontal line, the circle center of the welding fan tower is beneficial to the fact that the circle center of the installing annular plate 10 is located at the circle center of the welding fan tower, and the welding quality of the welding fan tower can be detected, and the welding quality of the welding device can be further achieved.
When the device works, the device is placed in a welding fan tower barrel which is to be detected and is placed in a lying mode, the first adjusting component 11 is controlled by the external controller to operate, the four groups of moving wheels 13 are tightly attached to the inner wall of the welding fan tower barrel, namely, the installation is realized, the first installation ring plate 10 and the second installation ring plate 20 are driven to move by the supporting driving piece, and the ultrasonic detector 101 on the outer side of the second installation ring plate 20 is moved to a welding position; the restarting driving motor 21 is restarted, so that the driving motor 21 drives the gear block 23 to rotate, the gear block 23 is meshed with the first rack 24 to drive the second mounting ring plate 20 to rotate, and the ultrasonic detector 101 at the outer side of the mounting ring plate can rotate around a welding position and detect quality; further, the second mounting ring plate 20 rotates and drives the cleaning plate 35 and the hard bristles on one side of the cleaning plate to rotate along the welding position, impurities and the like at the position are cleaned, and the mounting cylinder 30 can absorb scattered fine particles to avoid scattering around; after finishing the quality detection of a welding place, the first installation ring plate 10 and the second installation ring plate 20 are driven by the support driving piece to continuously move to the next welding place, and the above actions are repeated, so that the quality detection procedure of the whole welding fan tower can be realized, and the use is facilitated.

the installation mechanism comprises an installation annular plate I (10), a driving piece I, an installation annular plate II (20) and an installation adjusting mechanism, wherein one side of the installation annular plate I (10) is provided with the installation annular plate II (20) through the driving piece I, the outer side of the installation annular plate II (20) is provided with the ultrasonic detector (101) through the installation adjusting mechanism, the outer side of the installation annular plate I (10) is provided with a supporting adjusting mechanism, and the outer side of the installation annular plate II (20) is also provided with a cleaning mechanism.
