The first telescopic cylinder 13 and the arc telescopic cylinder 23 are used for conveniently adjusting the displacement measuring rod 19 to accurately correspond to the spindle 05 rotated by a certain angle, so that the adaptability of measurement is improved; the expansion and contraction changes of the plurality of displacement measuring rods 19 are regulated, so that the distance between the displacement measuring rods 19 and a standard spindle 05 is regulated, and the measuring requirements of spindle seat pipes of cotton picker with different types are met, and the measuring device is convenient and quick.
The telescopic rod 35 is adjusted to adapt to the changing requirements of the distance between the rotating arm shaft head 01 of the dummy bar seat pipe with different types and the end part of the seat pipe 04, then the gap between the axle center of the rotating arm shaft head 01 and the rotation center of the rotating arm 02 can be measured through the change of scales on the telescopic rod 34, namely the center distance of the rotating arm can be measured by controlling the air pump 11 to work so that the first air cylinder 28 and the second air cylinder 32 are simultaneously stretched and are in butt joint and fixed through the clamping plates 29 and the second clamping plates 33 which are distributed circumferentially, the accuracy of the fixed center can be guaranteed due to the consistency of pneumatic fixed air pressure, the fixed efficiency is high, and the distance between the axle center of the rotating arm shaft head 01 and the rotation center of the rotating arm 02 can be measured through the change of scales on the telescopic rod 34.
In addition, the control, model and circuit connection of each component are not particularly limited, and can be flexibly set in practical application.
