Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of an intelligent rainwater regulation and storage tank according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent rainwater regulation tank according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; FIG. 3 is a schematic block diagram of an intelligent rainwater regulation tank provided in an embodiment of the present application; fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a rasterized water storage module in an intelligent rainwater regulation tank according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the intelligent rainwater regulation tank 1 comprises a regulation tank body 20 and an impermeable material layer 10; wherein, the regulating reservoir body 20 is arranged in the accommodating space formed by the impermeable material layer 10, and the top end of the regulating reservoir body is provided with an openable water inlet 30; the reservoir body 20 is formed by splicing a plurality of modular reservoirs 20a (a first volume type modular reservoir 21, a second volume type modular reservoir 22 or a third volume type modular reservoir 23 as shown in fig. 1 can be regarded as one modular reservoir 20 a); each module reservoir 20a of the plurality of module reservoirs comprises a gridding water storage module 20a1 and a filtering device 20a2 arranged at the top end of the gridding water storage module;
the anti-seepage material layer comprises a main control board 41 and a communication module 42 which are arranged on the anti-seepage material layer 10, and a weighing module 43 which is arranged at the bottom of the anti-seepage material layer 10, wherein the communication module 42 and the weighing module 43 are connected with the main control board 41; the openable water inlet 30 is connected with the main control board 41; the weighing module 43 is used for weighing and obtaining a water storage weight value in the intelligent rainwater regulation and storage tank; the communication module is used for sending the water storage weight value acquired by the weighing module to the cloud server 2; the main control board 43 is configured to generate a water inlet closing control instruction and send the water inlet closing control instruction to the openable water inlet to control the openable water inlet 30 to switch from an open state to a closed state when it is determined that the water storage weight value is greater than a preset weight threshold, or send the water inlet closing control instruction to the openable water inlet 30 to control the openable water inlet to switch from the open state to the closed state when it is detected that the communication module 42 receives the water inlet closing control instruction sent by the cloud server 2.
In this embodiment, the intelligent rainwater storage 1 may be installed on a street road, a sidewalk, etc. of a residential district where residents reside, and below the ground for collecting rainwater. Generally, when the intelligent rainwater regulation and storage tank 1 is arranged, a pit matched with the intelligent rainwater regulation and storage tank 1 in shape is firstly constructed and dug, and then the intelligent rainwater regulation and storage tank 1 is placed in the pit structure. The openable water inlet 30 is arranged at the top end of the intelligent rainwater regulating and accumulating tank 1, so that the intelligent rainwater regulating and accumulating tank can be flexibly controlled to be opened or closed to start or stop collecting rainwater. Compared with the traditional rainwater regulation and storage tank, the rainwater collection process can be intelligently controlled due to the fact that the openable and closable water inlet 30 capable of being flexibly controlled is arranged in the rainwater regulation and storage tank.
Wherein, as the regulation pond body 20 of collecting the main structure of rainwater in the intelligent rainwater regulation pond 1, in order to avoid the unable concentration of rainwater that its was collected, can with regulation pond body 20 set up in the accommodation space that prevention of seepage material layer 10 formed, be equivalent to like this with whole intelligent rainwater regulation pond 1 set up to a bottom and lateral wall all totally closed and antiseep container structure, can effectually collect the rainwater.
Furthermore, a plurality of modular reservoirs 20a similar to a sponge structure as in fig. 4 are employed in the regulation tank body 20, and each modular reservoir 20a is regarded as a water absorbing unit which realizes storage of rainwater by the rasterized water storage module 20a1 as a water storage structure. And the top end of each of the rasterized water storage modules 20a1 is provided with a filtering device 20a2 to realize the filtration of rainwater and the impurity absorption treatment.
Because the main control board 41 and the communication module 42 are further arranged in the intelligent rainwater regulation and storage tank 1, and the weighing module 43 is arranged at the bottom of the seepage-proofing material layer, the total weight value of the rainwater currently collected in the regulation and storage tank body 20 can be obtained through the weighing module 43. When the main control board 41 determines that the water storage weight value is greater than the preset weight threshold, a water inlet closing control instruction is generated and sent to the openable water inlet 30 to control the openable water inlet 30 to switch from an open state to a closed state, or the water inlet closing control instruction is sent to the openable water inlet 30 to control the openable water inlet 30 to switch from the open state to the closed state when the communication module 43 is detected to receive the water inlet closing control instruction sent by the cloud server 2. Therefore, the total amount of the collected rainwater in the regulation and storage tank body is monitored in real time based on the weighing module, and the openable water inlet 30 can be timely closed to stop rainwater collection when the saturation of the collected rainwater in the regulation and storage tank body reaches the upper limit state. And the collected rainwater can be filtered in the regulating reservoir body so as to realize the purification treatment of the rainwater.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, the intelligent rainwater storage tank 1 further includes a water pump 45 and a water outlet electromagnetic valve 44, the water outlet electromagnetic valve 44 is disposed at a water outlet at the bottom of the impermeable material layer 10, and the water pump 45 is connected with the water outlet at the bottom of the impermeable material layer 10 through a water outlet pipeline; the water pump 45 and the water outlet electromagnetic valve 44 are connected with the main control board 41; the water pump 45 is used for starting when the water outlet electromagnetic valve 44 is opened and pumping the stored water of the regulating reservoir body 20 to another water storage device.
In this embodiment, in order to collect rainwater in the intelligent rainwater regulation tank 1 to reach a saturated state (i.e. the water storage weight value of the regulation tank body 20 is greater than the preset weight threshold), the water pump 45 may be controlled to be turned on in time to pump the water storage of the regulation tank body 20 to another water storage device, so as to empty the regulation tank body 20 for the next round of rainwater collection.
Since the rainwater in the regulation tank body 20 is subjected to the primary filtration treatment, and then is subjected to the secondary filtration treatment or the disinfection treatment, etc., the rainwater can be reused for plant irrigation, road flushing, etc.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the rasterized water storage module 20a1 is formed by integrally molding polypropylene with a mold.
In this embodiment, the module reservoir 20a may be regarded as a kind of building block structure, and the rasterized water storage module 20a1 in the module reservoir 20a may be manufactured by injecting polypropylene into a mold to be integrally formed. Because of the structure capable of being rapidly and repeatedly produced, after the plurality of module reservoirs 20a are processed and produced, the modules are spliced and formed on the site where the installation position is to be installed, and then the regulation reservoir body 20 can be formed. Compared with the traditional process, the construction period is greatly shortened. The modular reservoir 20a can be used for off-site rebuilding and recycling after disassembly, and can also be formed into any size and capacity, flexible layout and free from site restrictions.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a deodorant accommodation space (not shown) is further provided in the rasterized water storage module 20a1, and a deodorant is provided in the deodorant accommodation space.
In the present embodiment, in order to perform other treatment than filtration on rainwater, a deodorant accommodation space may be provided in each of the rasterized water storage modules 20a1, and a deodorant may be placed in the deodorant accommodation space. In this way, the rainwater can be deodorized by the deodorant in the rasterized water storage module 20a1, resulting in clean rainwater for further treatment.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the plurality of modular reservoirs includes a first volumetric type modular reservoir 21, a second volumetric type modular reservoir 22, and a third volumetric type modular reservoir 23, and the first volumetric type modular reservoir 21 has a volume greater than the second volumetric type modular reservoir 22, and the second volumetric type modular reservoir 22 has a volume greater than the third volumetric type modular reservoir 23.
In this embodiment, in order to achieve flexible splice formation of a plurality of modular reservoirs, the modular reservoirs of 3 sizes may be obtained based at least on injection of polypropylene into the mold for integrated formation, specifically denoted as a first volume type modular reservoir 21, a second volume type modular reservoir 22 and a third volume type modular reservoir 23, respectively. The first volume type modular water reservoir 21 is the modular water reservoir having the largest volume among the three, the second volume type modular water reservoir 22 is the modular water reservoir having the second largest volume among the three, and the third volume type modular water reservoir 23 is the modular water reservoir having the smallest volume among the three. Based on the module impounding reservoir with the 3 sizes, the corresponding shape can be quickly laid out and formed according to the shape of the pit dug in the construction site, and the construction efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the regulation reservoir body 20 includes a first type module reservoir, a second type module reservoir, and a third type module reservoir sequentially disposed from left to right; the volume of the first type module reservoir, the volume of the second type module reservoir and the volume of the third type module reservoir are all equal; the first type modular reservoir is formed by a plurality of first volume type modular reservoirs 21 spliced together, the second type modular reservoir is formed by a plurality of second volume type modular reservoirs 22 spliced together, and the third type modular reservoir is formed by a plurality of third volume type modular reservoirs 23 spliced together.
In this embodiment, if the pit shape dug in the construction site is a regular cuboid shape, a cuboid-shaped regulation tank body 20 may be provided, and the regulation tank body 20 includes a first type module reservoir, a second type module reservoir and a third type module reservoir which are sequentially provided from left to right and have equal volumes. Moreover, the first type modular water reservoir may be composed of a plurality of first volume type modular water reservoirs 21 (e.g., 2 first volume type modular water reservoirs 21) as shown in fig. 1, the second type modular water reservoir may be composed of a plurality of second volume type modular water reservoirs 22 (e.g., 4 second volume type modular water reservoirs 22) as shown in fig. 1, and the third type modular water reservoir may be composed of a plurality of third volume type modular water reservoirs 23 (e.g., 8 third volume type modular water reservoirs 23) as shown in fig. 1.
Since the above-described splicing process is similar to the building block splicing process, the first type module reservoir, the second type module reservoir and the third type module reservoir can be quickly spliced based on the plurality of first volume type module reservoirs 21, the second volume type module reservoir 22 and the third volume type module reservoir 23 when it is determined that the pit shape dug in the construction site is a regular rectangular parallelepiped shape, thereby finally forming the regulation reservoir body 20.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first setting area corresponding to the openable water inlet 30 is smaller than the second setting area corresponding to the top end of the regulating reservoir body 20.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid the excessive water inflow in the regulation tank body 20, the first setting area corresponding to the openable water inlet 30 can be controlled to be smaller than the second setting area corresponding to the top end of the regulation tank body 20, so that a rainwater collecting structure with a small inlet is formed, and the excessive water inflow per unit time caused by the large-opening structure can be effectively avoided.
Therefore, the embodiment of the device is based on the flexibly controllable openable water inlet, not only can accurately adjust the water inflow, but also can intelligently control the rainwater collecting process.
The embodiment of the application also provides an intelligent control method of the intelligent rainwater regulation pool, which is applied to any embodiment of the intelligent rainwater regulation pool. Specifically, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flow chart of an intelligent control method of an intelligent rainwater regulation pool according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 5, the intelligent control method of the intelligent rainwater regulation tank comprises step S110-step S160.
S110, if the main control board detects that the water storage weight value acquired by the weighing module is greater than a preset weight threshold, a water inlet closing control instruction is generated; or if the main control board detects that another water inlet closing control instruction sent by the cloud server is received, acquiring the water inlet closing control instruction;
s120, the main control board sends the water inlet closing control instruction to an openable water inlet at the top end of the regulation and storage tank body;
s130, controlling the openable water inlet to switch from an open state to a closed state according to the water inlet closing control instruction;
s140, if the main control board detects that the water storage weight value acquired by the weighing module is smaller than or equal to a preset weight threshold value, a water inlet opening control instruction is generated;
s150, the main control board sends the water inlet opening control instruction to an openable water inlet at the top end of the regulation and storage tank body;
s160, the openable water inlet is controlled to be switched from a closed state to an open state according to the water inlet closing control instruction.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1-4, the intelligent rainwater storage unit 1 may be specifically disposed on a street road, a sidewalk road, etc. of a residential area where residents reside, and disposed under the ground for collecting rainwater.
In an embodiment, after step S130, the method further comprises:
if the main control board detects a water pump opening instruction sent by the cloud server, the water pump opening instruction is sent to a water outlet electromagnetic valve and a water pump; the water outlet electromagnetic valve is arranged at a water outlet at the bottom of the impermeable material layer arranged outside the regulating reservoir body, and the water pump is connected with the water outlet at the bottom of the impermeable material layer through a water outlet pipeline; the water pump and the water outlet electromagnetic valve are connected with the main control board;
the water outlet electromagnetic valve is switched from a closed state to an open state according to the water pump opening instruction, and the water pump is switched from a stopped state to an operating state according to the water pump opening instruction;
the water pump extracts the stored water of the regulation pool body to another water storage device.
In this embodiment, in order to collect rainwater in the intelligent rainwater regulation tank 1 to reach a saturated state (i.e. the water storage weight value of the regulation tank body 20 is greater than a preset weight threshold), the water pump 45 may be controlled to be timely turned on, that is, the water outlet solenoid valve 44 is switched from a closed state to an open state according to the water pump on command, and the water pump 45 is switched from a stopped state to an operating state according to the water pump on command, so that the water storage of the regulation tank body 20 is pumped to another water storage device by the water pump 45, and the regulation tank body 20 is emptied for next round of rainwater collection. Since the rainwater in the regulation tank body 20 is subjected to the primary filtration treatment, and then is subjected to the secondary filtration treatment or the disinfection treatment, etc., the rainwater can be reused for plant irrigation, road flushing, etc.
In an embodiment, after step S160, the method further comprises:
and if the main control board detects that the change rate of the water storage weight determined by the plurality of water storage weight values acquired by the weighing module according to the time sequence is greater than a preset weight change rate threshold, an alarm instruction is generated and sent to the cloud server.
In this embodiment, when the control board detects that the change rate of the water storage weight determined by the plurality of water storage weight values acquired by the weighing module according to the time sequence is greater than the preset weight change rate threshold, the control board indicates that the current water inflow in unit time is extremely large, indicates that the current precipitation level is large, and can generate an alarm instruction based on the main control board and send the alarm instruction to the cloud server. The cloud server generates alarm information (such as overlarge precipitation amount in unit time in XXX areas, flooding risks exist, and timely checking risks) based on the alarm instruction and sends the alarm information to a corresponding receiving terminal so as to inform operation and maintenance personnel of the intelligent rainwater regulation and storage pool to timely check and eliminate the risks on site.
In an embodiment, after step S160, the method further comprises:
if the main control board detects that the weighing module acquires the same water storage weight value and the duration time is greater than a preset monitoring time threshold value, a drainage assisting instruction is generated and sent to the cloud server.
In this embodiment, when the control board detects that the weighing module obtains the same water storage weight value (if the water storage weight value is greater than a preset weight upper limit value) and the duration is greater than a preset monitoring time threshold, the control board indicates that the intelligent rainwater regulation pool is not pumped and emptied in time within a longer time, and if the intelligent rainwater regulation pool has rainfall recently, water storage and water storage cannot be performed, and at this time, a co-drainage instruction can be generated based on the main control board and sent to the cloud server. The cloud server generates drainage prompt information (such as that the storage capacity of the intelligent rainwater regulation pool in the XXX area reaches the upper limit value and lasts for XX hours, please go to the site as soon as possible to assist in pumping and draining water) based on the drainage assistance instruction and sends the drainage prompt information to the corresponding receiving terminal so as to inform operation and maintenance personnel of the intelligent rainwater regulation pool of timely pumping and draining water to other storage devices.
In an embodiment, after step S160, the method further comprises:
if the main control board detects that the weighing module acquires the same water storage weight value and acquires that the heavy rain information or the heavy rain information exists in the weather data with the time difference smaller than the preset time length from the current system time, another auxiliary drainage instruction is generated and sent to the cloud server.
In this embodiment, when the control board detects that the weighing module obtains the same water storage weight value (for example, the water storage weight value is greater than a preset weight upper limit value) and obtains weather data (here, forecast weather data, which corresponds to time later than the current system time) with a time difference smaller than a preset time length, the control board indicates that the intelligent rainwater regulation pool is not pumped and emptied in time under the condition that there is heavy rain or heavy rain in the future, and if the intelligent rainwater regulation pool is not pumped and emptied in time, water storage and water storage cannot be performed, and at this time, another auxiliary drainage instruction can be generated based on the main control board and sent to the cloud server. The cloud server generates another drainage prompt message (for example, the storage capacity of the intelligent rainwater regulation pool in the XXX area reaches the upper limit value and heavy rainfall or heavy rainfall exists in the future YY hours, and the intelligent rainwater regulation pool is required to assist in water pumping and drainage on site as soon as possible) based on the another drainage assisting instruction and sends the drainage prompt message to the corresponding receiving terminal so as to inform operation and maintenance personnel of the intelligent rainwater regulation pool of timely pumping and drainage to other storage devices.
Therefore, the embodiment of the method is based on the flexibly controllable openable water inlet, not only can accurately adjust the water inflow, but also can intelligently control the rainwater collecting process.
