Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The filter element cleaning method, the filter element cleaning device and the water purifying device of the water purifying device are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that, according to the filter element cleaning method provided by the invention, cleaning of the filter element 1 needs to be realized on the basis of a certain structure, specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the water purifying device comprises the filter element 1, the filter element 1 is provided with a water inlet 14, a water outlet and a filter cavity 11, the filter element 1 is provided with a plurality of electrodes, the plurality of electrodes can be respectively used as an electrode positive electrode and an electrode negative electrode after being electrified, and the electrode positive electrode and the electrode negative electrode form an electric field or a magnetic field in the filter cavity 11, wherein the system can control working parameters such as alternating current frequency, voltage, current, electrifying time and the like of a circuit, so that the electric field or the magnetic field generated by the electrode is switched between a low-voltage electric field and a high-frequency magnetic field quality inspection, and different pollutants can be cleaned in a targeted manner.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for cleaning a filter element of a water purifying apparatus according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention, wherein at least two sets of electrodes are provided in a filter element 1 of the water purifying apparatus to be adapted to form an electric field or a magnetic field in the filter element 1, wherein each set of electrodes includes at least one electrode sheet, the method for cleaning a filter element comprising:
step 100, according to the filtered water information filtered by the filter element 1, obtaining pollutant information in the filtered water, wherein the pollutant information comprises pollutant types;
step 200, the control electrode is switched between a low voltage electric field and a high frequency magnetic field according to the contaminant species.
According to the filter element cleaning method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the electrode is controlled to form a low-voltage electric field or a high-frequency magnetic field in the filter element 1 in a targeted manner by judging the types of pollutants contained in the filtered water filtered by the filter element 1, so that different pollutant types can be cleaned in a targeted manner. For example, the system performs the sterilization treatment of the low-voltage electric field aiming at microorganisms or performs the scale inhibition treatment of the high-frequency magnetic field aiming at scale, so that not only can the pollution removal effect and the pollution removal efficiency be improved, thereby further ensuring the normal operation of the filter element 1 and prolonging the service life of the filter element 1, but also the sterilization treatment of the filtered water can be performed by the electric field or the magnetic field, further improving the purification effect of the filter element 1 and ensuring the water use safety of users.
According to some embodiments of the invention, in the step of switching the control electrode between the low-voltage electric field and the high-frequency magnetic field according to the contaminant species, specifically comprising:
determining the pollutant type as microorganism, and controlling the electrode to form a low-voltage electric field in the filter element 1 to sterilize;
the type of the pollutant is determined as scale, and the control electrode forms a high-frequency magnetic field in the filter element 1 to inhibit the generation of scale.
In the embodiment, the filter element cleaning method mainly uses a low-voltage electric field sterilization technology and a high-frequency magnetic field scale inhibition technology in a specific working process.
It is understood that the low-voltage electric field can be used for purifying the water quality bred by microorganisms (such as bacteria and algae), and the principle is that when water flows through the water processor, the ecological environment of bacteria and algae in the water changes and living strips lose death. Wherein, changing the normal electric field strength of living organism can change or affect the physiological metabolism (such as gene expression program or enzyme activity, etc.) of bacteria, thereby making the living of bacteria abnormal, which is one of the causes of bacterial death. In addition, the external electric field damages ion channels on cell membranes, and changes internal control current for regulating cell functions, thereby affecting the life of bacteria. In addition, the bacteria-containing liquid passes through the strong electric field to cause the change current to pass through the liquid, and the cells on the conductive path are killed by the impact of electrons moving at high speed, so that the aim of sterilization is fulfilled.
Furthermore, the existence of the electric field can also influence the formation of scale in water, so as to achieve the purpose of scale inhibition. The high-frequency magnetic field has the advantage of good scale prevention and removal effects, and the formation of the magnetic field can be realized through the electrification of the electrodes, so that the switching of the low-voltage electric field or the high-frequency magnetic field in the filter element 1 can be realized by applying different circuits to the electrodes, and the sterilization purpose or the scale inhibition purpose can be realized in a targeted manner.
According to the filter element cleaning method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the electrode can be in a normally open state in the working process of the filter element 1, namely, the electrode is always in an electrified state in the working process of the filter element 1, and at the moment, a user can control the formation of a low-voltage electric field or a high-frequency magnetic field by controlling the working parameters of the circuit.
Or the electrodes are in an intermittent opening state during the working process of the filter element 1, namely, when the pollutants in the filter element 1 reach a certain set condition during the working process of the filter element 1, the system electrifies the electrodes to form a low-voltage electric field or a high-frequency magnetic field. The "certain predetermined condition" may be a condition that the content of the contaminant reaches a predetermined content standard, the type of the contaminant is a predetermined type, or a combination of the two conditions, and the present invention is not particularly limited herein.
The following description will be given by taking an example of a state in which the electrode is intermittently opened during the operation of the filter cartridge 1: after determining the specific type of the contaminants contained in the filtered water of the filter cartridge 1, the electrodes are energized and the electric field or magnetic field generated by the electrodes is switched between a low voltage electric field and a high frequency magnetic field by adjusting the operating parameters of the electrodes. The working parameters of the electrode comprise parameters such as voltage, current, alternating current frequency, energization time and the like.
When the pollutant type is determined to be microorganism, the system needs to use a low-voltage electric field to sterilize at the moment, so that the working parameter mainly adjusted by the system is the voltage value of the electrode in order to ensure the generation of the low-voltage electric field in the filter element 1, the method does not limit the electrified type of the electrified electrode, namely, the electrode can be electrified with alternating current or direct current, and only the voltage value of the electrode is controlled within a set voltage range by the system.
When the pollutant is determined to be scale, the system needs to adopt a high-frequency magnetic field to inhibit the generation of the scale, so that the working parameter mainly adjusted by the system is the frequency of alternating current which is fed by the electrode in order to ensure the generation of the high-frequency magnetic field in the filter element 1, namely the electrode needs to be fed with alternating current with specific frequency at the moment, and the high-frequency magnetic field is generated in the filter element 1.
It should be further noted that in the practical application process, the contaminants contained in the filtered water are often not at least one component, but are composite contaminants composed of a plurality of different types of contaminants, for example, in the case that the filtered water contains microorganisms and scale at the same time, because the system needs to use a low-voltage electric field and a high-frequency magnetic field to achieve the purposes of sterilizing and inhibiting scale respectively at this time, the electrode needs to be supplied with an alternating current, and then the system is switched to the low-voltage electric field by adjusting the voltage and is switched to the high-frequency magnetic field by adjusting the frequency of the alternating current.
According to some embodiments of the invention, in addition to the information of the contaminant species, the information of the contaminant content corresponding to the contaminant species is included in the contaminant information. The system can determine the continuous electrifying time of the electrode according to the pollutant content occupied by the pollutant in the filtered water, and control the electrode to electrify in the continuous electrifying time so as to maintain the continuous sterilization of the low-voltage electric field in the continuous electrifying time or maintain the continuous scale inhibition of the high-frequency magnetic field in the continuous electrifying time.
In this way, the sterilization time or scale inhibition time of the electrode is determined by the content of the pollutants, so that the cleaning process of the filter element 1 can be monitored and controlled more accurately, the waste of electric energy is avoided, and the energy is saved and the cost is reduced.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the step of determining the contaminant species as microorganisms and controlling the electrode to form a low-voltage electric field in the filter element 1 to sterilize specifically includes:
determining the type of the pollutants as microorganisms, adjusting the voltage of the electrode to a set voltage range to form a low-voltage electric field, and controlling the electrode to maintain the low-voltage electric field for a first set time period according to the pollutant content information of the microorganisms in the filtered water.
In this embodiment, the set voltage range typically employs a voltage range below 36V, for example, determining the contaminant species to be a microorganism, adjusting the voltage of the electrode to 36V or less and maintaining the first set period of time.
It will be appreciated that the greater the ratio of the microorganism content in the filtered water, the greater the specific value of the first set period; the smaller the ratio of the microorganism content in the filtered water, the smaller the specific value of the first set period.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the step of determining the contaminant species as scale and controlling the electrode to form a high frequency magnetic field in the filter element 1 to suppress the generation of scale specifically includes:
determining the pollutant type as scale, and controlling to supply alternating current within a set frequency range to the electrode to form a high-frequency magnetic field; and controlling the electrode to maintain the high-frequency magnetic field for a second set period of time according to the pollutant content information of the scale in the filtered water.
In this embodiment, the set frequency range generally refers to an alternating current frequency range in which the magnetic field range is controlled to 6000Hz or more, for example, the contaminant species is determined to be microorganisms, and alternating current is supplied to the electrodes so that the magnetic field frequency is 6000Hz or more, and the second set period of time is maintained.
It will be appreciated that the greater the specific value of the second set period of time, the greater the ratio of scale in the filtered water; the smaller the ratio of the scale content in the filtered water, the smaller the specific value of the second set period.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, in the step of switching the control electrode between the low-voltage electric field and the high-frequency magnetic field according to the kind of the contaminant, specifically, it includes:
after determining that the pollutant types are microorganisms and scale, based on the pollutant content information of the microorganisms and the scale in the filtered water, controlling the electrode to generate a low-voltage electric field and maintain a third set time period for sterilization, and then controlling the electrode to generate a high-frequency magnetic field and maintain a fourth set time period for inhibiting the generation of scale.
In this embodiment, when the contaminants in the filtered water contain both microorganisms and scale, since the microorganisms are easily destroyed by the high-frequency electric field and the scale is only inhibited from being generated by the high-frequency magnetic field, the system needs to preferentially sterilize the microorganisms by using the high-frequency electric field, and then extend the duration of the high-frequency magnetic field to perform continuous and uninterrupted scale inhibition operation. Therefore, the filter element 1 can be cleaned more efficiently by preferentially treating microorganisms and then performing scale inhibition treatment, and the cleaning and purifying effects of the system on the filter element 1 and filtered water are ensured.
In a specific embodiment, when the pollutant types are determined to be microorganisms and scale, after the system supplies alternating current to the electrodes, firstly, adjusting the voltage of the electrodes to be less than 36V and maintaining the voltage for a third set period of time, so that the electric field is sterilized within the third set period of time, and then adjusting the frequency of the alternating current to enable the frequency of the magnetic field to be above 6000HZ and maintaining the frequency of the alternating current for a fourth set period of time, so that the high-frequency magnetic field inhibits the generation of scale within the fourth set period of time.
The above embodiment is to realize irregular intelligent cleaning by monitoring the specific content of the pollutants in the filter element 1, and the filter element cleaning method provided by the invention can also preset a specific cleaning frequency and periodically clean the filter element 1 according to the cleaning frequency, and specific embodiments will be described below. It should be noted that, the following embodiments of periodic cleaning of the filter element 1 may be combined with the above embodiments of determining the type of the contaminant to switch the low-voltage electric field or the high-frequency magnetic field, that is, the controller may use a specific electric field or magnetic field type to perform periodic cleaning of the filter element 1 according to a specific cleaning frequency after determining the specific type of the contaminant.
In one embodiment, the controller may clean the filter element 1 once at regular intervals of water filtration, and specifically, the step of controlling the flow of the cleaning agent through and cleaning the filter element 1 includes: and determining that the water quantity filtered by the filter element 1 reaches the preset water quantity, and electrifying the electrode.
The implementation steps proposed in this embodiment are generally applicable to the scenario where the contaminant species is scale, because scale formation is closely related to the TDS of the filtered water and the total amount of water filtered. The type of electric field or magnetic field formed in the cartridge 1 at this time is a high frequency magnetic field.
The preset filtered water volume can be obtained by the following steps: and obtaining the water inlet TDS of the filtered water, and determining the preset filtered water amount according to the water inlet TDS. For example, the controller obtains the TDS of the filtered water based on the sensor module, and substitutes the TDS value into the water consumption corresponding to different TDS ranges (the relationship between the TDS range and the water consumption can be obtained according to experiments or experience), so as to determine the specific size of the preset filtered water.
Of course, the specific size of the preset filtered water amount is not particularly limited, and the preset filtered water amount can be obtained according to the default setting of the system or the user can set the preset filtered water amount by himself.
In another embodiment, the controller may clean the filter element 1 once at regular filtering time intervals, specifically, the step of controlling the detergent to flow through and clean the filter element 1 includes: and determining that the working time of the filter element 1 reaches the preset filtering time, and electrifying the electrode.
The implementation procedure proposed in this embodiment is generally suitable for the scenario where the contaminant species are microorganisms, because the formation of microorganisms is closely related to factors such as time, and the type of electric field or magnetic field formed in the filter element 1 is a piezoelectric field. In addition, the specific size of the preset filtering duration is not particularly limited, and the preset filtering duration can be obtained according to default settings of the system or can be obtained by self-setting of a user.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the "filtered water information" in the "filtered water information filtered according to the filter element 1" in step 100 may include information such as the inlet water TDS, the outlet water TDS, the inlet water flow, the outlet water flow, and the water temperature of the filtered water, and the "pollutant information" may include information such as pollutant type and pollutant content. Specifically, the controller can obtain the pollutant information by analyzing and calculating the filtered water information.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the step of obtaining the information of the pollutants remained in the filter element 1 according to the information of the filtered water filtered by the filter element 1 specifically comprises the following steps:
acquiring first filtered water information of the filter element 1 in a first use state, and acquiring second filtered water information of the filter element 1 in a current use state;
determining a contaminant type and/or a contaminant content corresponding to the contaminant type based on a comparison of the first filtered water information and the second filtered water information;
wherein, the first filtered water information and the second filtered water information comprise the desalination rate and the water outlet flow rate of the filtered water after flowing through the filter element 1. In addition, the first filtered water information and the second filtered water information may each include information such as water temperature, and are not particularly limited herein.
In this embodiment, the first filtered water information may indirectly represent an ideal working state of the filter element 1 in an unblocked (e.g., first use of the filter element 1), and the second filtered water information indirectly represents a current working state of the filter element 1 after the blocking occurs, so that the controller may determine a pollutant type and a blocking degree of the filter element 1 in the current working state by comparing, analyzing, calculating, etc. the first filtered water information and the second filtered water information, and the blocking degree of the filter element 1 may indirectly reflect the pollutant content.
It can be understood that taking the water outlet flow as an example, the water outlet flow can reflect the blocking degree of the filter element 1, specifically, if the water outlet flow value in the first filtered water information is basically the same as the water outlet flow value in the second filtered water information under the condition that the water inlet flow is the same, it is proved that the filter element 1 is not blocked in the current working state, that is, the pollutant content is lower; if the water inflow is the same, the water outflow value in the first filtered water information is larger than the water outflow value in the second filtered water information, so that the filter element 1 is proved to be blocked in the current working state, namely, the pollutant content is higher. In particular, if the difference between the outlet water flow rate value in the second filtered water information and the outlet water flow rate value in the first filtered water information is larger, the more serious the clogging degree of the filter element 1 is proved, that is, the higher the pollutant content is.
The specific analysis of the process of determining the type of the contaminant is similar to the principle of the process of determining the degree of clogging described above, and will not be described in detail herein.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the filter element cleaning method of the water purifying apparatus further includes:
acquiring third filtered water information of the filter element 1 before cleaning and fourth filtered water information of the filter element 1 after cleaning;
judging whether the water purifying equipment has cleaning faults or not according to the comparison result of the third filtered water information and the fourth filtered water information, and if the cleaning faults are determined to occur, sending out fault reminding;
wherein, the third filtered water information and the fourth filtered water information comprise the desalination rate and the water outlet flow of the filtered water after flowing through the filter element 1. In addition, the third filtered water information and the fourth filtered water information may each include information such as water temperature, and are not particularly limited herein.
In this embodiment, the third filtered water information may indirectly represent the working state of the filter element 1 before cleaning, and the second filtered water information indirectly represents the working state of the filter element 1 after cleaning, so that the controller may determine whether the current cleaning process of the filter element 1 is effective by comparing, analyzing and calculating the first filtered water information and the second filtered water information, and if it is determined that the current cleaning process of the filter element 1 is ineffective, determine that the cleaning failure occurs in the water purifying apparatus, and at this time, the alarm device may issue a failure alert to remind a user to timely repair and check the water purifying apparatus, where the alarm device may be installed inside the water purifying apparatus or on a remote console, without special limitation.
It can be understood that taking the water outlet flow as an example, the water outlet flow can reflect the blocking degree of the filter element 1, specifically, if the water outlet flow value in the third filtered water information is smaller than the water outlet flow value in the fourth filtered water information under the condition that the water inlet flow is the same, the current cleaning process of the filter element 1 is proved to be effective (i.e. the water purifying equipment has no cleaning fault); if the water inflow is the same, the water outflow value in the first filtered water information is basically the same as the water outflow value in the second filtered water information, and the current cleaning process of the filter element 1 is proved to be invalid (namely, the water purifying equipment has cleaning faults), and the alarm device can send out fault reminding.
The filter element cleaning device of the water purifying device provided by the invention is described below, and the filter element cleaning device and the filter element cleaning method described above can be correspondingly referred to each other.
