In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The present invention may be embodied in many other forms than described herein and similarly modified by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention, whereby the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "fixed" or "disposed" on another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present.
The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "upper," "lower," "left," "right," and the like are used for illustration purposes only and are not meant to be the only embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a shoulder abduction fixing device, which includes an elbow fixing support 21, a first bladder 22 and a fixing strap 12. The first bladder 22 is connected to the securing strap 12, and the securing strap 12 is capable of positioning the first bladder 22 in correspondence to the waist and bringing the first bladder 22 into contact with the elbow fixing support 21. The first bladder 22 can be filled with a fluid medium and inflated toward the side where the elbow fixing support 21 is located, so as to adjust the abduction angle of the arm of the patient relative to the waist, and then the elbow fixing support 21 provides good support for the arm of the patient, so that the shoulder joint is prevented from being adhered after operation. Because the contraction and expansion of the first bag body 22 are utilized to drive the elbow fixing support 21 so as to adjust the abduction angle of the arm of the patient relative to the waist, the shoulder joint abduction fixing device can adapt to the abduction requirements of different patient sizes, and the contraction and expansion of the first bag body 22 can be utilized to drive the arm to abduct to different angles, so that a good abduction training effect is achieved so as to help the shoulder joint to recover functions.
To further reduce the burden on the side shoulder to be treated, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the shoulder abduction fixation device includes a shoulder suspension strap 20, and the elbow fixation rest 21 is configured to be suspended from the shoulder by the shoulder suspension strap 20.
It will be appreciated that if the elbow fixing support 21 is formed of a lightweight material, even without the shoulder strap 20, good support can be provided to the patient's arm by attaching the elbow fixing support 21 to the first bladder 22, or by fixing the elbow fixing support 21 to the patient's elbow while in contact with the first bladder 22, both of the foregoing arrangements. In any of the foregoing embodiments, since the first bladder 22 can be injected with a fluid medium and expand toward the side where the elbow fixing support 21 is located, the expansion force of the first bladder 22 can be used to drive the elbow fixing support 21 away from the waist position, so as to adjust the abduction angle α of the forearm relative to the waist by using the shoulder abduction fixing device.
In some embodiments, at least a portion of the shoulder suspension straps 20 are disposed in a cross-like arrangement with at least a portion of the securing straps 12. For example, as shown in connection with fig. 2 and 3, in use of the shoulder abduction fixation device, the shoulder strap 20 is suspended from one of the patient's shoulders and is inclined toward the other side, and the fixation strap 12 is wrapped around the other side shoulder of the patient and is inclined toward the other side of the other side shoulder, so that at least a portion of the shoulder strap 20 is disposed in a cross-like manner with at least a portion of the fixation strap 12, and in this configuration, the overall structural consistency is good and the wearer is comfortable.
Further, the shoulder abduction fixation device comprises a bracket 23, the bracket 23 being connected with the fixation strap 12 and being capable of being arranged relative to the waist via the fixation strap 12, the first balloon 22 being located between the bracket 23 and the elbow fixation support 21. Through this kind of setting, first bag body 22 can be installed steadily between bracket 23 and the fixed support 21 of elbow, be difficult for appearing becoming flexible to when first bag body 22 is inflated, can drive the fixed support 21 of elbow steadily and remove relative bracket 23, because bracket 23 can set up relative waist, thereby the fixed support 21 of elbow removes relative waist under the promotion of first bag body 22, at this moment, the fixed support 21 of elbow can take the forearm to the shoulder beat and leave the waist, realizes adjusting the abduction angle alpha of forearm relative waist.
When the shoulder abduction angle α of the forearm with respect to the waist is adjusted by the shoulder abduction fixing device, the adjustment range of the abduction angle α may be 0 ° to 45 °, and the abduction angle α may be 0 °, 3 °, 5 °, 8 °, 10 °, 15 °, 17 °, 25 °, 30 °, 35 °, 40 °, or 45 °, wherein when the abduction angle α is 0 °, it may be understood that the forearm is attached to the waist, and at this time, the first bladder 22 may be in a contracted state without generating an external force to the elbow fixing support 21.
The shoulder abduction fixing device can adapt to the adjustment requirement of the abduction angle alpha, so that the shoulder abduction fixing device can be suitable for different crowds and different operation requirements when rehabilitation treatment is provided for different patients, and is not limited to the body type of the patients.
Specifically, when the shoulder abduction fixing device is applied, a doctor can adjust the lateral distance from the elbow fixing support 21 to the waist by inflating the first bag body 22 according to the operation and the actual situation, so that the elbow fixing support 21 swings relative to the shoulder with the forearm, and the aim of adjusting the abduction angle alpha of the forearm relative to the waist is fulfilled.
In some embodiments, the contact position of the first bladder 22 with the elbow fixing support 21 is adjustable, or the connection position of the first bladder 22 with the fixing strap 12 is adjustable. Thus, when the patient sleeps at rest, the contact position between the first bag body 22 and the elbow fixing support 21 can be changed, so that the elbow fixing support 21 can help the patient raise the affected limb along with the expansion of the first bag body 22, and in some embodiments, the patient can be helped to raise the affected limb by arranging the air bag behind the elbow or adjusting the connection position of the first bag body 22 and the fixing strap 12 to a position close to the back side of the waist, so that the blood and tissue fluid can be assisted to flow back by gravity, and the swelling and pain of the injured part can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, the shoulder abduction fixture includes a cold pack 11 and a second capsule 13. Wherein, the cold compress 11 is used for storing dressing, so that when the cold compress 11 is propped against a part needing cold compress, the cold compress 11 can play a role of cold compress, and the dressing comprises but is not limited to gel or ice sand or fluid meeting the treatment temperature requirement. In the present embodiment, the fixing band 12 is connected to the cold pack 11 and can be disposed at a position corresponding to the shoulder joint, so that the cold pack 11 loaded with the dressing can perform cold pack treatment on the shoulder joint.
The second capsule 13 is configured to: can be injected with fluid medium to expand, and when the fixation strap 12 sets up cold pack 11 in the position that corresponds with the shoulder joint, the contact pressure of cold pack 11 to the position that corresponds with the shoulder joint can be adjusted to second bag body 13 to make cold pack 11 keep good laminating with the shoulder joint, in order to promote the cold compress effect.
The fluid medium includes, but is not limited to, water and air, and the second bladder 13 can be inflated by injecting the fluid medium into the second bladder 13.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first balloon 22 and the second balloon 13 each have a inflated state and a deflated state.
In some embodiments, a first gas valve 24 is coupled to the first bladder 22, the first gas valve 24 being configured to inject gas into the first bladder 22, thereby causing inflation of the first bladder 22. Accordingly, when the first air valve 24 vents the first bladder 22, the first bladder 22 contracts.
The shoulder abduction fixture includes a first balloon (not shown) in communication with the first balloon 22 through a first inflation tube (not shown), the first balloon being configured to be capable of being compressed to inject gas into the first balloon 22 through the first inflation tube so that the first balloon 22 can be injected with gas by compressing the first balloon, causing the first balloon 22 to expand. Regardless of the way to expand the first bladder 22, the first bladder 22 can apply force to the elbow fixing support 21, so that the elbow fixing support 21 swings outwards with the forearm relative to the shoulder, and the abduction angle alpha is adjusted.
In some embodiments, when the second bladder 13 is in the contracted state, the second bladder 13 reduces or releases the compression of the cold pack 11. Thus, when cold compress treatment is not required, the second bag body 13 can be placed in a state of no pressure (i.e., a contracted state) to the cold pack 11, and at this time, the cold pack 11 is kept in contact with the shoulder in a normal state, and the cold pack 11 does not cool the shoulder. The cooling of the cold pack 11 may be carried out by loading the dressing in a frozen state at low temperature into the cold pack 11, or by loading the dressing in a frozen state into the cold pack 11, and then cooling the dressing to cool the dressing, thereby achieving the cooling of the cold pack 11 to meet the requirements of cold compress treatment.
It should be noted that, in the contracted state, the second bladder 13 is tightened to a smaller extent at the position corresponding to the shoulder joint of the fixing band 12, so that the fixing band 12 can be easily removed from the position corresponding to the shoulder joint, thereby facilitating detachment of the fixing band 12 from the shoulder.
The inflation of the second bladder 13 may be performed by an inflation operation, and the inflation may be performed electrically, manually, or a combination of electrically and manually.
An embodiment for effecting inflation of the second bladder 13 will be described by way of example, but the manner in which the second bladder 13 is inflated is not limited thereto.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the second bag 13 is connected with a second air valve 14, where the second air valve 14 is configured to inject air into the second bag 13, so that the inflation effect of the air on the second bag 13 can be utilized to expand the second bag 13, and then when the second bag 13 and the cold pack 11 are fixed at the corresponding position of the shoulder joint by using the fixing strap 12, the contact pressure of the cold pack 11 to the corresponding position of the shoulder joint can be increased by using the expansion of the second bag 13, so as to promote the application tightness between the cold pack 11 and the shoulder joint, thereby improving the cold pack effect.
The second air valve 14 may be controlled to be turned on or off by a controller (not shown), for example, when the second air valve 14 is required to be used to inflate the second bag 13, the controller controls the second air valve 14 to operate to inject air into the second bag 13. Further, when the air needs to be exhausted from the second bag body 13, the controller can control the second air valve 14 to exhaust the air in the second bag body 13, so that the second bag body 13 is restored to the contracted state, and the tightening force of the second bag body 13 on the cold compress bag 11 is reduced or eliminated, so that the cold compress bag 11 and the corresponding position of the shoulder joint are not attached too tightly, and the cold compress bag 11 can be conveniently removed from the corresponding position of the shoulder joint.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the shoulder abduction fixation device comprises a second inflatable bladder 15, the second inflatable bladder 15 being in communication with the second bladder 13 via a second inflation tube 16, the second inflatable bladder 15 being configured to be capable of being squeezed to inject gas into the second bladder 13 via the second inflation tube 16. Through this kind of structure setting, when squeezing second balloon 15, second balloon 15 can be through second gas tube 16 to the inflation of second balloon 13 to also can realize the inflation of second balloon 13, therefore in this embodiment, the operator (like doctor) can be as required the operation second balloon 15 to aerify second balloon 13, with the extrusion force of adjustment second balloon 13 to cold compress package 11 for cold compress package 11 supports with suitable contact pressure and leans on shoulder joint corresponding position, when playing good cold compress effect, has promoted the comfort level.
In some embodiments, the second air valve 14 is connected to the second air bag 13, the shoulder abduction fixing device includes a second air bag 15, and the second air bag 15 is connected to an air inflation path of the second air valve 14, for example, the second air bag 15 is connected to the air inflation path of the second air valve 14 through a second air inflation tube 16, where the second air bag 15 may be pressed to enable the second air bag 15 to inflate the second air bag 13, or the second air bag 13 may be inflated through the second air valve 14.
