Furthermore, features defining "first", "second" may include one or more such features, either explicitly or implicitly. In the description of the present invention, unless otherwise indicated, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more.
A headset 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-10.
In this embodiment, the type of the head-mounted device 100 is not limited, and may be an AR glasses (AR: augmented Reality, augmented Reality) or an VR glasses (VR: virtual Reality), an VR all-in-one machine, or other augmented Reality devices. The device is an intelligent link device of the virtual world and the real world, can see the real world and the virtual content, and can perform interaction of visual information, auditory information and the like.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a headset 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the eye mask comprises a main body 1, an eye mask 2, a bracket 3, a first magnetic piece 41, a second magnetic piece 42 and a third magnetic piece 43.
Wherein, be equipped with the eyepiece module that corresponds with the human eye in the main part 1, eyepiece module can be used for showing the picture, can build virtual reality scene etc..
The eye mask 2 is detachably attached to the rear end of the main body 1 and abuts against the face of the user when worn. The eye patch 2 surrounds the outside of the ocular module, and a viewing cavity V is arranged between the eye patch 2 and the main body 1. It is understood that the human face is curved, and the rear end surface of the face mask 2 is curved in order to attach the mask 2 to the human face. In some embodiments, to further improve the fit of the face mask 2, at least the rear end portion of the face mask 2 is configured as a soft piece, so that, on one hand, the face is soft to touch when the face mask 2 is in contact with the face, and on the other hand, when the face shape is inconsistent with the shape of the rear end surface of the mask 2, the rear end surface of the mask 2 is easily deformed and is in contact with the face of a human body, so that the mask 2 can adapt to different people. Alternatively, the soft piece may be a foam or the like to increase the wearing comfort of the headset 100.
The holder 3 is detachably connected between the body 1 and the eye mask 2. For convenience of description, the front-back direction of the main body 1 is referred to as a thickness direction in this embodiment, and the rear side of the main body 1 is generally directed toward the face of the human body when the head-mounted device 100 is worn. The support 3 is annular, and the thickness of the viewing cavity V can be increased after the support 3 is arranged.
That is, when the holder 3 is removed, the eye mask 2 can be directly mounted on the main body 1 for wearing, and the space defined between the eye mask 2 and the main body 1 is the viewing chamber V, the thickness of the viewing chamber V is small. When the holder 3 is put between the body 1 and the eye mask 2, the space defined between the eye mask 2, the holder 3 and the body 1 is a viewing cavity V, and the thickness of the viewing cavity V is large.
According to the head-mounted device 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the thickness of the viewing cavity V is adjusted through the detachable support 3, so that the head-mounted device 100 can be suitable for wearing requirements of various crowds. For example, in a crowd wearing the head-mounted device 100, some of the glasses may not wear glasses, the holder 3 may be detached when the person wearing the glasses uses the glasses, and the holder 3 may be attached when the person wearing the glasses uses the glasses. For another example, contact lenses are used by some people who may choose to mount the holder 3 in order to avoid instability of the contact lens due to contact with the eyelid during wear. When eyes are untimely due to environment or diseases, the bracket 3 can be optionally arranged and then worn. Thus, such a headset 100 of the present application can be adapted to a larger population of people, thereby expanding the range of use.
In this application, as shown in fig. 4, a first magnetic element 41 is provided on the main body 1, a second magnetic element 42 attracted to the first magnetic element 41 is provided on the bracket 3, and a third magnetic element 43 attracted to both the first magnetic element 41 and the second magnetic element 42 is provided on the eye mask 2.
The magnetic structure is adopted, so that the disassembly and assembly steps and the error mounting probability are greatly simplified, and the damage probability caused by error mounting is reduced. Specifically, when the eye mask 2 is required to be attached to the main body 1, the eye mask 2 can be assembled by sucking the first magnetic member 41 and the third magnetic member 43 directly by placing the eye mask 2 at the rear end of the main body 1. After that, if the bracket 3 is needed to be assembled again, the eye mask 2 is pulled off the main body 1 only by overcoming the magnetic attraction between the first magnetic piece 41 and the third magnetic piece 43. Then, the bracket 3 is arranged at the rear end of the main body 1, the assembly between the bracket 3 and the main body 1 is completed through the attraction of the first magnetic piece 41 and the second magnetic piece 42, the eyeshade 2 is arranged at the rear end of the bracket 3, and the assembly between the bracket 3 and the eyeshade 2 is completed through the attraction of the third magnetic piece 43 and the second magnetic piece 42. In the assembling process, the assembling sequence is not limited, and the bracket 3 and the main body 1 can be firstly sucked, or the bracket 3 and the eyeshade 2 can be firstly sucked. The magnetic attraction connection mode has no limitation on the assembly sequence, and the assembly is very flexible.
The magnetic pieces are automatically attracted during connection and installation between the main body 1 and the eyeshade 2, between the main body 1 and the bracket 3 and between the bracket 3 and the eyeshade 2, so that the accurate positioning link is omitted, the operation is simple and convenient, and the disassembly and assembly time is saved.
In this application, each magnetic part position is very nimble, can set up on the part surface, also can hide in the part inboard, makes the magnetic part invisible when wearing. For example, the first magnetic member 41 is disposed inside the main body 1, the second magnetic member 42 is disposed inside the bracket 3, the third magnetic member 43 is disposed inside the eye shield 2, the concealment is strong, and the device is simple and beautiful.
In this application, because magnetic part stable in structure, not fragile, can not produce the card thorn sound when inhaling, need not use too big strength dismouting, the dismouting is felt well, and the magnetism is inhaled and is connected the wearing and tearing little moreover relative the buckle, does not have buckle fracture risk, has prolonged the whole life of head-mounted device 100 greatly.
To sum up, in the head-mounted device 100 of the present application, the main body 1 and the support 3 may be connected to each other by the attractive force between the first magnetic member 41 and the second magnetic member 42, the support 3 and the eye mask 2 may be connected to each other by the attractive force between the second magnetic member 42 and the third magnetic member 43, and the main body 1 and the eye mask 2 may be connected to each other by the attractive force between the first magnetic member 41 and the third magnetic member 43. The connecting mode has the advantages of simple structure, very convenient use and operation, and difficult partial damage caused by poor force application during disassembly and assembly. The head-mounted device 100 can be used after the bracket 3 is detached and the bracket 3 is assembled, can meet different requirements of users, and expands the application range.
Meanwhile, the installation flow is simplified, the user experience is improved, the appearance of the equipment is beautified, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
In some embodiments, the magnetic attraction between the body 1 and the holder 3 is greater than the magnetic attraction between the holder 3 and the eye shield 2.
It will be appreciated that the user is relatively fixed in terms of their usage habits after having possessed a headset 100. When the user wears glasses daily, he often installs the cradle 3 while using the headset 100, and only occasionally (e.g., by others) removes the cradle 3. When the user does not wear glasses on a daily basis, he often removes the cradle 3 when using the headset 100 and only occasionally (e.g. eye discomfort) installs the cradle 3. That is, the frequency of mounting and dismounting the bracket 3 is relatively low according to the usage habit.
The eye mask 2 is attached to the face when in use, and the eye mask 2 is easy to scratch facial grease, sweat or skin care products and the like. Users often clean after use, such as rinsing with clear water or cleaning with a care solution, etc. Therefore, the frequency of the disassembly and assembly of the eyeshade 2 is relatively high according to the cleaning requirement.
In the application, the magnetic attraction between the main body 1 and the support 3 is set to be larger than the magnetic attraction between the support 3 and the eyeshade 2, and when the eyeshade 2 needs to be detached, the eyeshade 2 can be detached from the support 3 only by slightly dragging the eyeshade 2, so that the eyeshade 2 and the support 3 are not easy to detach together. This design accommodates the need for the user to remove the eyecup 2 from time to time for cleaning, making the disassembly for cleaning easier to operate.
In some specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the front-rear direction of the main body 1 is referred to herein as a thickness direction, and the first magnetic member 41, the second magnetic member 42, and the third magnetic member 43 are distributed along the front-rear direction of the main body 1, which may also be referred to as being distributed along the thickness direction, as described above. Wherein, the distance L1 between the first magnetic element 41 and the second magnetic element 42 is smaller than the distance L2 between the second magnetic element 42 and the third magnetic element 43. The essence of this solution is that the magnetic attraction between the magnetic pieces is controlled by the distance between the magnetic pieces. Compared with other modes, the magnetic attraction force is more visual and controllable in size relation, and when the installation positions of the magnetic parts are determined, the size of the magnetic attraction force is determined, and the problem that the magnetic attraction force is changed due to the fact that the magnetic parts are misplaced is solved, so that the design cost is lower.
Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and the present application may also take other ways to control the magnitude of the magnetic attraction force. For example, in some alternative embodiments, the second magnetic member 42 includes two magnets distributed in the front-rear direction, the magnet closest to the first magnetic member 41 being the first magnet, and the magnet closest to the third magnetic member 43 being the second magnet. The magnetic energy product of the first magnet is larger than that of the second magnet. When the magnetic energy product of the first magnetic member 41 and the magnetic energy product of the third magnetic member 43 are equal, the distance a1 from the first magnetic member 41 is the distance a2 from the second magnetic member 43, a1=a2, and the magnetic attraction between the first magnetic member 41 and the second magnetic member 41 is larger than the magnetic attraction between the second magnetic member 43 and the third magnetic member. Optionally, the first magnet is a neodymium-iron-boron magnet, and the second magnet is a samarium-cobalt-neodymium-iron-boron magnet. Of course, in this alternative embodiment, the first magnet and the second magnet may be magnets of other materials, which are not limited herein.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the main body 1 is provided with a plurality of first magnetic members 41, and the plurality of first magnetic members 41 are distributed around the eyepiece module at intervals. As shown in fig. 6, the support 3 is provided with a plurality of second magnetic elements 42, as shown in fig. 8, the eye mask 2 is provided with a plurality of third magnetic elements 43, and the first magnetic elements 41, the second magnetic elements 42 and the third magnetic elements 43 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence.
By this arrangement, a uniform and balanced magnetic attraction force can be provided. In actual use, balance and stability of the head-mounted device 100 can be ensured even if external forces such as shaking and touching act. Especially when wearing, the bracket 3 and the eyeshade 2 encircle the eyepiece module, and the suction force generated by the plurality of groups of magnetic components is distributed around the eyepiece module, so that the eyepiece module is relatively fixed relative to the eye position, and the immersive experience of the virtual picture is improved.
In some embodiments, the plurality of first magnetic members 41 on the main body 1 are divided into a plurality of pairs, and each pair of first magnetic members 41 has the same shape and is symmetrically distributed on the main body 1, and the magnetic poles of the two first magnetic members 41 of the same pair are opposite.
The plurality of second magnetic pieces 42 on the bracket 3 are divided into a plurality of pairs, and each pair of second magnetic pieces 42 has the same shape and is distributed on the bracket 3 in a bilateral symmetry manner, and the magnetic poles of the two second magnetic pieces 42 of the same pair are opposite in direction. And each second magnetic piece 42 on the bracket 3 has the same shape as the corresponding first magnetic piece 41, and the magnetic pole directions are consistent.
The plurality of third magnetic pieces 43 on the eyeshade 2 are divided into a plurality of pairs, and each pair of third magnetic pieces 43 has the same shape and is distributed symmetrically left and right on the eyeshade 2, and the magnetic poles of the two third magnetic pieces 43 of the same pair are opposite in direction. And each third magnetic piece 43 on the eye mask 2 has the same shape as the corresponding first magnetic piece 41, and the magnetic pole directions are consistent.
The magnetic pieces on the main body 1, the support 3 and the eye cover 2 are symmetrically arranged in the same pair, so that the magnetic attraction force on the head-mounted device 100 is balanced in the bilateral symmetry under two use conditions when the support 3 is assembled and the support 3 is disassembled, the probability of detachment or rotation caused by mistaken touch of the thumb of a user during use is reduced, and the use stability is improved.
It will be appreciated that the body 1, the holder 3 and the eye mask 2 are generally symmetrically designed per se, and there are, of course, some solutions in which at least one of the body 1, the holder 3 and the eye mask 2 is arranged asymmetrically, but since both eyes of the human body are generally left and right symmetrical, even if at least one of the body 1, the holder 3 and the eye mask 2 is arranged asymmetrically, the magnetic members on the body 1, the holder 3 and the eye mask 2 can be arranged in a left and right symmetrical solution, so that the number of magnetic members can be greatly reduced. For example, when three pairs of first magnetic elements 41 are provided on the main body 1, three kinds of first magnetic elements 41 can be designed for the size and shape of the first magnetic elements 41 on the main body 1, and different first magnetic elements 41 are installed at different positions. When the shape of each second magnetic piece 42 on the bracket 3 is the same as the shape of the corresponding first magnetic piece 41, and the shape of each third magnetic piece 43 on the eye mask 2 is the same as the shape of the corresponding first magnetic piece 41, three types of magnetic pieces can be arranged on the whole head-mounted device 100, and the processing cost is greatly reduced.
Specifically, the first magnetic member 41 at the different heights may be designed to have an irregular shape according to the position requirement. For example, when the inner side frame of the main body 1 is arc-shaped, the surface of the first magnetic member 41 adjacent to the inner side frame can be arc-shaped, so that the clamping and installation are convenient. The same is true for the second and third magnetic members 42, so that the curved contact surfaces between the magnetic members and the corresponding parts are better fitted. In addition, the positions of the magnetic parts are reasonably arranged in a limited space, the magnetic attraction distance is reduced, and the magnetic attraction force is increased.
Specifically, the magnetic pole directions of the two first magnetic members 41 of the same pair are opposite, so that a mountable direction can be determined, and a mounting foolproof effect can be achieved. If the attractive force or the repulsive force between the main body 1 and the bracket 3 can be obviously felt during installation, the installation direction can be easily judged.
Taking the embodiment shown in fig. 7 as an example, two second magnetic elements 42 are paired, wherein one second magnetic element 42 has a front N pole and a rear S pole, and the other second magnetic element 42 has a front S pole and a rear N pole.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the front side edge of the bracket 3 is provided with a forwardly extending insert ring 31, and as shown in fig. 5, the rear end edge of the main body 1 is provided with an insert slot 12. As shown in fig. 4, the insert ring 31 is inserted into the insert groove 12. By this arrangement, the main body 1 and the stand 3 can be further fixed, and the stability of the head-mounted device 100 can be greatly improved.
