Background
In general, a vehicle lamp generally comprises a base, a light source is inserted from the rear of the base and fixed inside the base, and the vehicle lamp must have waterproof and dustproof functions in order to prevent water drops, moisture or dust from penetrating into the base to affect the lighting effect or damage the light source. an inner shading plate which is arranged around the lamp source module and fixed to the lamp holder shell, wherein a space is reserved between the inner shading plate and the front end edge of the lamp source module;
the lampshade is arranged at the front end of the lamp holder shell.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the waterproof and breathable cap includes a TPV support sleeve, the TPV support sleeve is sleeved on the first waterproof ventilation hole, and the outer wall is provided with a plurality of spaced elastic bump portions; the waterproof breathable film is welded on the outer end surface of the TPV supporting sleeve; and the protection pressing cap is sleeved on the TPV supporting sleeve, presses the elastic lug part and leaves a space with the waterproof breathable film.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the surface of the moisture-proof barrier is covered with a moisture-absorbing film.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the moisture absorbing film is a PTFE microporous film.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a connector is further disposed on the outer side of the supporting housing, and the connector is electrically connected to the centrifugal fan.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the lamp socket housing 10 is provided with the lamp source module 40, and the rear end thereof is provided with the first waterproof ventilation hole 11 and the second dehumidification hole 12 for connecting the interior of the lamp and the external environment, when the humidity of the external environment is high, the humidity of the interior of the lamp is increased after a long time, the internal humidity and the external humidity of the lamp are balanced through the first waterproof ventilation hole 11, and when the humidity of the interior of the lamp reaches a certain value, a fog phenomenon occurs due to the temperature difference in the interior of the lamp, at this time, the second dehumidification hole 12 is started, and the humidity and the temperature in the interior of the lamp are discharged through the second dehumidification hole 12, so that the temperature and the humidity in the interior of the lamp can be rapidly reduced, and the generation of fog is stopped.

Further, the rear end of the second dehumidifying hole 12 is sleeved with a downward moisture-proof sleeve 70, the moisture-proof sleeve 70 is bent downward, and the two opposite sides of the moisture-proof sleeve 70 are provided with downward inclined moisture-proof baffles 71, which can relatively block external moisture from entering the interior, and the moisture-proof baffles 71 interfere in the vertical direction, so that air entering from the exterior is greatly avoided, and internal moisture is conveniently discharged.
The moisture barrier 71 is covered with a moisture absorbing film, and can absorb moisture. The moisture absorption film is preferably a PTFE microporous film, and the moisture filtering effect is good.
In summary, according to the invention, the waterproof ventilation cap 20 and the electronic dehumidifier 30 are arranged at the rear side of the lamp holder shell 10, so that the moisture and the temperature in the lamp are discharged through the first waterproof ventilation holes 11 and the second dehumidification holes 12, the temperature and the humidity in the lamp can be rapidly reduced, the generation of fog is avoided, the heat dissipation performance is good, and the service life of the lamp is prolonged.

the lamp holder comprises a lamp holder shell, wherein the lower side of the lamp holder shell is provided with a first waterproof vent hole, and the upper side of the lamp holder shell is provided with a second dehumidification hole;
a waterproof and breathable cap arranged outside the first waterproof and breathable hole;
an electronic dehumidifier installed inside the second dehumidifying hole;
a lamp source module mounted within the lamp base housing;
an inner light shielding plate which is arranged around the lamp source module and fixed to the lamp holder shell, wherein a space is reserved between the inner light shielding plate and the front end edge of the lamp source module;
and the lampshade is arranged at the front end of the lamp holder shell.
