The anti-unlocking mechanism (4) comprises a ratchet wheel (41), a pawl assembly (42) and a driving piece (43), wherein the ratchet wheel (41) is connected with the locking shaft (21), the pawl assembly (42) comprises a fixed seat (421), a pawl (422), a limiting rod (423), a first elastic piece (424), a positioning column (425) and a second elastic piece (426), the fixed seat (421) is fixed on the bottom plate (1), the pawl (422) and the limiting rod (423) are movably arranged on the fixed seat (421), the first elastic piece (424) is positioned between the fixed seat (421) and the pawl (422), the second elastic piece (426) is positioned between the fixed seat (421) and the limiting rod (423), the limiting rod (423) is far away from the ratchet wheel (41), the positioning column (425) is connected with the pawl (422) in a penetrating mode, the positioning column (423) is in clearance fit with the driving piece (422) and the pawl (422) in a clearance fit mode, when the driving piece (43) drives the limiting rod (423) to move, the pawl (422) always has a retreating space relative to the positioning column (425).

The cart chassis of claim 1, wherein the driver (43) includes a push rod (431), the push rod (431) being capable of selectively pushing the limit rod (423) for movement, the driver (43) having an energized state and a de-energized state, the push rod (431) extending to push the limit rod (423) toward the ratchet wheel (41) when the driver (43) is in the energized state, the push rod (431) retracting away from the limit rod (423) when the driver (43) is in the de-energized state.
7. The cart chassis according to claim 6, wherein the driving member (43) is an electromagnetic latch.

The cart chassis according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of said central control wheels (20) are provided, adjacent to said central control wheels (20) on the same side are connected by one said locking shaft (21), said cart chassis further comprising a connecting rod (5), said connecting rod (5) being connected between different said locking shafts (21), said connecting rod (5) enabling a synchronous movement of different said locking shafts (21).
9. The trolley chassis according to claim 1, characterized in that the ratchet wheel (41) is detachably connected with the locking shaft (21).
10. A medical trolley comprising the trolley chassis of any one of claims 1-9, the medical trolley further comprising a mounting frame detachably connected to the trolley chassis, the mounting frame configured to house a medical device or medical cabinet.
