The washing phase (dishwashing process) is similar to the rinsing phase process, except for the wash and rinse water levels, the run time, etc.
The recommended program is defined as a complex function k with respect to the wash water absorption energy function f (t 2), the wash pump rotation speed function n (t 2), the wash water level function H1 (t 2), and the rinse water level function H2 (t 2). It is understood that the rinsing process for the dishes after the washing is completed is fixed, and thus the rinsing water level H2 (t 2) is constant. The limiting condition is t2=tb-t 2, wherein tb refers to the operation of starting a dish washing program in the cooking process, predicting the time of counting down the current meal according to the current meal time tc, t2 is the washing time of the washing stage, and t2 is the rinsing time of the rinsing stage. In order to shorten the overall time, the drying timing is canceled. The recommended program is represented by a composite function k, the expression is k=f { F (tb-t 2), n (tb-t 2), H1 (tb-t 2), H2 (t 2) }, wherein t2 is a constant, the rinsing water level H2 (t 2) is a constant, the independent variable tb is during the cooking operation of step A3, the dish washing operation is started, the current dining countdown time is predicted, and the principle of each function is shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
The above sub-functions may be fitted using elementary unitary functions, or using data structures in a look-up table correspondence.
According to the control method of the integrated cooking dish washer, if a user starts cooking firstly and then starts the dish washing unit, the recommended program is displayed, the washing time is short, the condition that tableware can be used after the user finishes cooking can be met, and the user experience is improved.
The following describes in detail the control method of the integrated cooking dishwasher provided by the present invention, by way of a few specific examples.
