the pressure regulating means is a siphon 130. As shown in fig. 10, the second pipe section 132 of the siphon 130 has a larger opening to extend into the isolation chamber 23, the first pipe section 131 has a smaller opening to allow the atmosphere to communicate with the outside, and the cleaning water is not easy to enter the isolation chamber 23 through the first pipe section 131 during normal cleaning. Preferably, the first pipe segment 131 has an inner diameter of not more than 2mm and a length of not less than 5mm, and can prevent water from flowing backward.
Further, the siphon tube 130 may be provided at the upper or lower end of the outer cup 22. Alternatively, when the siphon tube 130 is provided in plurality, it may be provided at the upper and lower ends of the outer cup 22, respectively. As shown in fig. 10, a siphon tube 130 is provided near the cup mouth to enhance the air intake capability, and once water is introduced into the isolation chamber 23, the siphon tube 130 at this position provides a certain discharge function to enhance the reliability of use.
It should be noted that, the main function of the pressure regulator of the present application is to regulate the pressure difference inside and outside the isolation cavity 23, and at the same time, the noise-isolation and noise-reduction effect of the isolation cavity 23 can be ensured, therefore, preferably, the pressure regulator can be triggered to be opened only when a certain pressure difference is generated inside and outside the isolation cavity 23, and then regulate the pressure difference inside and outside the isolation cavity 23 through internal and external ventilation, and the triggering force is usually smaller than or even far smaller than the failure force of the sealing structure between the double-layer cups, so that the pressure regulator can protect the sealing structure, and at the same time, the sealing effect of the isolation cavity 23 can be fully ensured, and the noise-reduction performance is ensured.
In addition, for the pressure adjusting device with the siphon and the like, although the isolation cavity 23 is always in a conducting state with the outside to a certain extent, the siphon is usually provided with a smaller communication size, so that on one hand, water is not easy to enter the isolation cavity 23 through the siphon and the like under the action of surface tension, and on the other hand, the noise reduction effect of the isolation cavity 23 can be ensured to a certain extent by the smaller communication size. It will thus be appreciated that the pressure regulating device may also be provided as a conduit communicating between the inside and outside, the conduit being of the same diameter, without the constriction being provided. The pressure regulating device can also be an air hole communicated with the inside and the outside, and can communicate the inside and the outside so as to realize the function of regulating the pressure of the inside and the outside.
Further, the cup assembly 20 of the present application has the following design based on the above embodiment.
As shown in fig. 5, the upper end of the inner cup 21 is sealed with the outer cup 22 by a first sealing ring 101, and the lower end of the inner cup 21 is sealed with the outer cup 22 by a second sealing ring 102; the outer cup 22 is provided with a shutter which is arranged between the first sealing ring 101 and the second sealing ring 102, and the pressure regulating device is arranged inside the shutter.
The inner cup 21 and the outer cup 22 are sealed by the first sealing ring 101 and the second sealing ring 102 to form a closed isolation cavity 23, and the pressure adjusting device can be arranged in the height area range of the first sealing ring 101 and the second sealing ring 102, and can prevent the first sealing ring 101 and the second sealing ring 102 from deforming and prolong the failure time of the first sealing ring 101 and the second sealing ring 102 because the pressure adjusting device can adjust the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the isolation cavity 23. By arranging the shielding piece, the pressure regulating device can be hidden, and the probability of water inflow of the isolation cavity 23 can be further reduced.
Preferably, the shielding member is a handle 25, a mounting cavity 251 is arranged between the handle 25 and the outer cup 22, and the pressure adjusting device is arranged in the mounting cavity 251.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the mounting cavity 251 formed by the handle 25 and the outer cup 22 provides a mounting space for the pressure adjusting device, and the pressure adjusting device can be hidden inside, so that the pressure adjustment is satisfied, and the aesthetic appearance is improved. The handle 25 serves as a shutter and also provides a gripping function, avoiding the pressure regulating device from being provided in other areas, and improving space utilization.
It will be appreciated that the shield is not limited to the handle 25 described above, but may be, for example, a mounting fitting, a trim piece, or the like. The provision of pressure regulating means on the inside of the shield rather than at the bottom of the cup has the advantage that after the user has cleaned the cup, some users will be familiar with placing the cup upside down, in which case the cleaning water is prevented from entering the isolation chamber 23.
In some embodiments, both the inner cup 21 and the outer cup 22 are transparent cups. That is, the cup body assembly 20 is provided with a visual window, so that a user can conveniently watch food materials in the inner cup 21 at any time, and the use experience of the user is improved. Compared with the single-layer glass in the market, the thickness of the inner cup 21 can be correspondingly reduced, the outer cup 22 can be made of light materials such as transparent plastic, and the weight of the cup body assembly 20 can be reduced as a whole.
As shown in fig. 5, the outer cup 22 includes a cup body 223 and a cup opening 224, and a water outlet nozzle may be formed at the cup opening 224 to facilitate guiding the liquid to pour. The second seal ring 102 provides both a seal between the heat-generating plate 211 and the outer cup 22 and a seal between the heat-generating plate 211 and the inner cup 21, which reduces the number of parts and simplifies assembly. When the inner cup and the outer cup are installed, the outer cup 22 can be sleeved outside the inner cup 21 from top to bottom, and then the outer cup 22 and the cup body bracket 26 (the cup body bracket 26 is fixed on the heating plate 211) are fixed together through screws, so that the inner cup 21 can be clamped up and down.
