When no external force exists, the lower bulge 33 is elastically abutted on the upper bulge 34 under the action of the elasticity of the second spring 35, and the connecting rod 37 cannot rotate; when the pressing knob 13 is pressed such that the lower protrusion 33 and the upper protrusion 34 are separated, the link 37 can be rotated.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the cable is fixed by the line pressing auxiliary plate 12, the clamping and fixing are completed by only adjusting the telescopic rod 5 to a proper length; when cables in different directions are required to be fixed, the pressing knob 13 is only required to be pressed in advance to separate the lower bulge 33 from the upper bulge 34, the connecting rod 37 can be rotated, and the adjustment can be completed by rotating the pressing knob 13; after the adjustment is finished, the pressing knob 13 is released, and the lower bulge 33 and the upper bulge 34 can be abutted and locked again, so that the adjustment is convenient and quick.
As shown in fig. 1, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of bird spike 2 with different heights are further disposed on a side of the wire pressing plate 1 away from the telescopic rod 5, the bird spike 2 is in a conical structure, the large end of the bird spike 2 is fixed on the wire pressing plate 1, and birds can be prevented from falling on the wire pressing plate 1 by limiting the bird spike 2, so that the reliability of the device is improved.
The embodiment of the invention provides a 10KV overhead line standardized fixing device, which is suitable for cables/wires below 10kV, reduces the blocking of cross arms, insulators and the like in consideration of the convenience in manual installation, optimizes the structure of the 10KV overhead line standardized fixing device, reliably installs and fixes a first hoop plate 8 and a second hoop plate 9 on the insulators by utilizing the structure of an anti-falling fixing assembly 11, and can adaptively clamp and fix the cables by utilizing the structure of a telescopic rod 5 and the structure of an adjustable direction pressing auxiliary 3.
To sum up, this 10 kilovolt overhead line standardization fixing device adopts the structural design of two step tight locks, designs first staple bolt board 8, second staple bolt board 9 and anticreep fixed subassembly 11 cooperation locking insulator earlier, and rethread telescopic link 5 and adjustable line ball auxiliary 3 cooperation fixed cable realize the fixed of cable and insulator, do benefit to standardized operation, improved operating personnel's work efficiency greatly, fail safe nature promotes by a wide margin also.
In addition, the types, materials, and the like of the respective members are not particularly limited, and may be flexibly set in practical applications.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

The standardized fixing device for the 10 kilovolt overhead line according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the upper end block and the lower end block are respectively provided with a fixing hole, and the anti-falling fixing assembly passes through the fixing holes to fix the free ends of the first hoop plate and the second hoop plate;
the anti-drop fixing assembly comprises a fixing nut, an end cap, an inner rod, a clamping block, a bolt rod, a first spring, a boss and a fulcrum shaft;
the bolt rod passes through the fixing holes of the upper end block and the lower end block, a rod cavity is formed in the inner side of the bolt rod, a first cavity is formed in one end of the rod cavity in the bolt rod, an inner rod is arranged in the rod cavity in a sliding mode, one end of the inner rod extends into the first cavity, a boss is arranged at the end of the inner rod in the first cavity and is in sliding connection with the first cavity, and a first spring for elastically supporting the boss is further arranged in the first cavity;
an end cap is fixed at one end of the bolt rod far away from the first cavity, a groove is formed in the end cap, and one end of the inner rod far away from the boss stretches into the groove;
a plurality of extending ports communicated with the first cavity are circumferentially distributed on the side wall of the bolt rod, clamping blocks are rotatably arranged on the extending ports through supporting shafts, and torsion springs used for enabling the free ends of the clamping blocks to elastically lean against the bolt rod are further arranged on the supporting shafts;
and a fixing nut is further connected with the bolt rod between the clamping block and the end cap in a threaded manner.

The standardized 10kv overhead line fixing device according to claim 5, wherein when no external force is applied, the first spring pushes the boss and the inner rod to move in a direction approaching to the end cap, and the boss pushes the clamping block to rotate around the fulcrum shaft, so that the free end of the clamping block extends out of the extending port, and the fixing of the anti-falling fixing assembly to the first hoop plate and the second hoop plate is realized through the anti-falling limit of the clamping block and the locking fixation of the fixing nut;
when the inner rod is pressed, the whole body formed by the inner rod and the boss moves away from the end cap, and the clamping block rotates around the support shaft under the action of the torsion spring and is retracted into the extension opening again.

The standardized fixing device for the 10KV overhead line, according to claim 6, wherein a first inclined plane is arranged at the joint of the boss and the inner rod, a third inclined plane is arranged at one end of the extending port far away from the end cap, and a second inclined plane is arranged at one end of the clamping block near the support shaft;
